Description
A tag focused on extremely bizarre mutants and creations (emphasis is on creations). The character design is implied to be highly impractical or otherwise unlikely to exist outside of a genetic mutation caused by science itself. Frequently used with what.
Note that despite the connotations, most hyper should not fall under this tag.
