Yeah it's down one vs USDM since RHD (and I'm guessing euro LHD) never had cruise control as an option. I'm not using the vacuum port it has that goes to the return style fuel rail the JDM engine came with (mine is returnless) so I might get away with only one tee.>>28492918

thought about it. the dumb boomers on miata.net said not to do that, you need to use some super high precision tooling and press one in instead of tapping one with threads or some shit like the OEM vac ports are made. If tapping works I'll do that someday.>>28492546
Definitely recommend going with the megasquirt, especially if you're even considering FI. I always wanted to eventually learn how to work on diffs, but my daily decided to make that decision for me when the rear end pinion bearing went bad last year. Honestly wasn't as bad as I was expecting once I got into it, but it took me way longer than I anticipated. The shim pack that came with the kit had a single 3 thousandths shim and every other was 10 or 15, so I had to rebuild the whole stack just to adjust it slightly. I could've bought another pack, but the only ones that would work were over $100 when every other size was $10-15. Overall kinda terrible experience, will do again (when the front bearing goes bad). New diff cover looks sick, I rate the experience 6/10.>>28492546
