This is a trailer for a short film that I have been working on for the past few months and which will come out very soon.

The short film is called 'Wendigo Hillbillies'. It's about a man who is lost in a snowstorm. He seeks shelter in a cabin which happens to be inhabited by wendigos who dress and act like rural hillbillies, but are actually out to devour him the moment he drops his guard.

The film's look is supposed to resemble old school animation in a way, with hand-painted backgrounds and 2D animated characters, but now inside a 3D environment.

The 3D environment is entirely made in Blender, and the 2D animation is made with Callipeg (tie-down), Moho (clean-up) and TVPaint (coloring).

And the music is composed by a cousin of mine.
