burning question

I animated 90 comics and artists at edfringe 2026. I'll be posting all of them here.

Last year during edinburgh fringe, I interviewed friends in between shows. Then I did a test run of a live recording session show at Brighton Fringe. In the course of 6 days I interviewed and animated 90 comics and artists. I interviewed them live as a show and animated using motion capture and (this should be obvious) using no zero none 0 AI! ai can suck eggs, i despise it. I only mention this cus i spent a lot of the live show educating people on shortcuts in animation and speaking against ai. I hope the same people interesting in valid animation shortcuts at the live show will find these videos. Love what I came out with. These interviews are a mix of funny and personal.

Corrin finds a sword gem, accidentally awakening the town-destroying golem.

Corrin explores the ruins of a long abandoned valley town, searching for a gem to power her sword. However, while her search is successful at first, it also wakes the golem responsible for the towns destruction. Our debut animated short is finally here! This has been a passion project for us that we worked on whenever we had some spare time, meant to test the limits of our artistic capabilities. We hope you enjoy it! RISE - Abcent Original

HEAD'S UP: The following description is mainly aimed towards people who are familiar with my earlier "TrouserToons" series. So feel free to ignore the description if you're a newcomer (if you are one, then welcome! XD), since you might find it confusing... Greetings, everyone! Here is the official animated test pilot for "The Nuisances"!, aka the planned reboot for my "TrouserToons" series! ("The Nuisances" was actually an old working title I had for TrouserToons during 2023 before I changed it lol). The direction that the series will go in after this point will almost entirely depend on how the test pilot turns out. Although I cannot guarantee that new episodes will come out super soon after the pilot since I'm gonna start college soon and there's still plenty of other things I haven't fully planned yet, so I gotta wait a bit first to decide what I'm gonna do in the future. In fact, don't be surprised if I end up going a super long time without uploads or even become completely inactive because of this. I can't promise anything for sure, but no matter what happens, I'll still be glad that I was able to get at least *something* out related to this rebooted series, even if it isn't much. Also, keep in mind that this is merely a "test" pilot. So It's really just to test out this new art and animation style (heavily inspired by geometric 2000s cartoons like The Powerpuff Girls and The Fairly OddParents), and it's not a super ambitious fully developed first episode or anything. So to keep it simple, the animation only features Johnnie, Janie, Mr. Nesmith, and none of the old TrouserToons side characters for now. And for those familiar with TrouserToons, if you're wondering why Johnnie sounds different than normal, that's because his voice lines here were done by a female friend of mine this time, since I was thinking about giving him a higher pitched, younger sounding voice than before, so for this pilot, I decided to recycle some old voicelines I was given by said friend who tried to audition for Johnnie's voice role back in 2023 (with permission, of course). In fact, dialogue actually originally came from an old unfinished script I tried making for TrouserToons back in 2023, but after I scrapped it, I decided to use lines from the script as audition sample lines (I also ended up meeting Janie's current VA from that exact same open audition, so Janie's voicelines here come from 2023 as well lol). But of course, no one's voice in the reboot (if I end up making more episodes) isn't finalized either. Nothing is finalized, really. Again, this is a TEST animation, nothing concrete lol. Anyways, no matter what ultimately ends up happening, I hope you enjoy the pilot! In the description of test - 1 I mentioned that I really struggled with lip syncing so i’ve been over analyzing every animation I come across ever since, so of course lips are the main focus this time around. this animation took a lot more time than the last (about a month with breaks in between) because i spent most of the time learning, eyeballing everything because I couldn’t find a tutorial that had what I was looking for, and going back to scenes and redoing them. My pacing / consistency had always been something I’ve struggled with so I hope to improve on that as I go^^ previous test - https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1015131

A short animation I made in Garry's Mod to try out a few models I ported from SFM to Gmod. Those models being Tempo from Project TurboBlast and a motorbike from said game. There was already a playermodel port of Tempo, so here's a dedicated ragdoll for posing and animating. This animation was made as a preview video for the addon workshop page. You can use these models in Garry's Mod now. Rights/Credit to their respective owners.

We got hostiles!

Beset by bunny boys, Bambilocks battles brutally: she won't be stopped today!

A sort of spin-off sequel to my fucked up fairy tale animation: The Barbed Baroness "Bambilocks", the deer girl who is on a quest for revenge against the Baroness, is beset by bunny boys on her journey to seek help from Grandma Wulf. Taken out so many she has, they have a particular taste to catch her for themselves. But with every bunny she defeats, she understands them better, and is only becoming stronger! This animation was kind of an animation test for me that grew arms and legs. I wanted to experiment with making animations feautring large swinging movements and weaponising inconsistency in proportions. Im not sure why/how the rhythm game icons came into it at all honestly, it just felt like a fun thing to do i guess lol? The animation was digitally hand drawn on Sketchbook and then some post production in DavinciI made the animation like two years ago but never published it until I found someone to compose some music for it lol. I got that done recently and I threw colour on it and got it finished quickly at last now! MUSIC: Lewnolihttps://x.com/Lewnoli_ Thanks to Wolvun for making the Barbed Baroness story and world and creating Bambilocks with me x

Greetings proxies of the NET! Here is the first VR video made with the best addon I've found on the market for rendering these VR videos, some of you've been eagerly waiting for!I've been searching, editing and fixing all the different VR rendering addons for UE5 to actually render this one alone! This took a lot of time, patience and money—up to 600 dollars—but now this first test video is now available on PH or here in 8k! THE LINK TO NET: as free 4k:https://www.patreon.com/Nescience/posts/ph-vr-upload-166711113?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=join_link or as an 8k file on Patreon here:https://www.patreon.com/Nescience/posts/grasp-of-in-vr-165864047?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=join_link WIP and NEWS🔽🔽🔽 Normally the free version will be on PH, but for now until I figure out what the best settings are for uploading there, I have to post these VR videos through my Patreon. This will be fixed ASAP, though! The whole pain was the addons and how UE5 renders VR videos, but honestly with a few more 'test' videos, I'll know all the kinks to this new part of UE5. WHAT'S TO COME?The next test VR rendering will probably be Fuelpup buttwiggle :) I'll make more Joyboy pictures with the whole new 5 min animation for the VR seated game and VR video in the next weeks to keep posting more regularly! Thank you all for watching and following, your support means the world to me!

I think the disclaimer for the video explains everything in detail, plus I uploaded a video to YouTube where I explained the situation in detail, but it's in Russian and I don't know how to enable auto-dubbing 😅(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZVNV8obv54)In short, this was my first job for which I was supposed to be paid, and as the buyer said, "I'll pay, but only if I can enable monetization on YouTube," after which he disappeared, leaving me emotionally burned out and penniless. After this story, I wanted to get a job at a decent animation studio, but they either told me to go to hell or sent my resume to spam. The situation with indie studios was no better: I was given test assignments, and I wrote back literally day or even an hour befor to clarify certain questions, and they told me they'd simply forgotten about me and hired someone else. And someone else says it's easy to break into the animation industry...😩 #animation #poppy_playtime #cartoon #horror #sad_story #carecatura #la_historia_triste #мультик #попи_плэётайм #анимация #хоррор #грустная_история #музыка #music #musica
