HEAD'S UP: The following description is mainly aimed towards people who are familiar with my earlier "TrouserToons" series. So feel free to ignore the description if you're a newcomer (if you are one, then welcome! XD), since you might find it confusing...

Greetings, everyone! Here is the official animated test pilot for "The Nuisances"!, aka the planned reboot for my "TrouserToons" series! ("The Nuisances" was actually an old working title I had for TrouserToons during 2023 before I changed it lol). The direction that the series will go in after this point will almost entirely depend on how the test pilot turns out. Although I cannot guarantee that new episodes will come out super soon after the pilot since I'm gonna start college soon and there's still plenty of other things I haven't fully planned yet, so I gotta wait a bit first to decide what I'm gonna do in the future. In fact, don't be surprised if I end up going a super long time without uploads or even become completely inactive because of this. I can't promise anything for sure, but no matter what happens, I'll still be glad that I was able to get at least *something* out related to this rebooted series, even if it isn't much.

Also, keep in mind that this is merely a "test" pilot. So It's really just to test out this new art and animation style (heavily inspired by geometric 2000s cartoons like The Powerpuff Girls and The Fairly OddParents), and it's not a super ambitious fully developed first episode or anything. So to keep it simple, the animation only features Johnnie, Janie, Mr. Nesmith, and none of the old TrouserToons side characters for now.

And for those familiar with TrouserToons, if you're wondering why Johnnie sounds different than normal, that's because his voice lines here were done by a female friend of mine this time, since I was thinking about giving him a higher pitched, younger sounding voice than before, so for this pilot, I decided to recycle some old voicelines I was given by said friend who tried to audition for Johnnie's voice role back in 2023 (with permission, of course). In fact, dialogue actually originally came from an old unfinished script I tried making for TrouserToons back in 2023, but after I scrapped it, I decided to use lines from the script as audition sample lines (I also ended up meeting Janie's current VA from that exact same open audition, so Janie's voicelines here come from 2023 as well lol). But of course, no one's voice in the reboot (if I end up making more episodes) isn't finalized either. Nothing is finalized, really. Again, this is a TEST animation, nothing concrete lol. Anyways, no matter what ultimately ends up happening, I hope you enjoy the pilot!
