music video i created for one of my band's songs. here's the 4k upload on youtube to preserve some of the dark information. youtube compression still sucks though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjhyHgUvXVA the first half was created in Blender 2.79 for that proper old Blender Render look. then, i ran it through my VCR and recorded it onto VHS, then did that 4 times for generation loss. the second half was shot with a Canon C100 Mark II with a Super-Takumar 55mm f1.8 and Kollmorgen-Kosaka 2x anamorphic adapter. it was edited and graded in DaVinci Resolve Studio 21. music was recorded, mixed, and mastered in Ableton Live 11.

TECTOMIC Captain's Log 04

This is for a cartoon I am planning called "Llaura's World". This cartoon is about a llama named Llaura, who was born into a semi famous family. She lives her life constantly being bothered by paparazzi and interviewers. She lives in a fictional city called Hummington with her lovely boyfriend, Michael. He is an accountant at a small company nearby. He has issues with his parents due to the number of expectations they have over him and his life choices so far. Llaura has a best friend who is a sheep named Jennifer. Jennifer works at the same company as Michael, and she is actually the one who got him his job. Jennifer is very timid, and shy, however she is very smart and can point out details others wouldn't have noticed. She just recently went through a breakup. Llaura is in a band. her favorite band mate is Fidel. Fidel is a goat. He's a bit naive and somewhat dimwitted. He is very sweet and kind to his friends and he is best friends with Michael. Fidel was born into an unstable home, and his parents have abandoned him, leaving him with his uncle, however his mother has returned and wants to make amends.

Ruby gets ran over by a SUV, and becomes a pancake. She proceeds to eat herself, and is restored to form. I've been wanting to do a beach episode since August of last year, but it ofc was too late to do so, and now here it is. I like some gratuity. This was also lightly based on a Summer I was cliff diving, tho mine ended with coughing, and that was it. We see Evelyn and her band mates, Val and Jude. We see Keaton flying by propeller, all the PINGtreon Portalers, and aint that something... but the biggest appearance here is the DICK THE CHICKEN CAT-HUMPING HOUR!! That one was the funnest to do the music for, since I was sure to add some spoogy noises and the cat meowing. Also big thanks to Purple_LaDD for providing the voice lines used in it. I made this little animation as a promo for my band's newest single "Let Me Take You Out Tonight". Street-Catz is an animated web cartoon about a rock & roll band featuring four cats and their daily antics

This is an adaptation that I made back in 2024 of the comic book "Rogéria - Minha Perna Amanheceu Podre (I Woke Up with a Rotten Leg)" written by Fábio Mozine and drawn and painted by Lobo Ramirez in September 2016 - the second of four short stories about this wild, charismatic, and resourceful little parrot. The voices are all done by me - as well as direction and animation, of course. The soundtrack was all done by this great Brazilian punk band called Merda - "Shit", in good English. I'm not even sure if this'll be funny at all for international audiences, since the whole "ambience" of the story is deeply related to things that I believe are only known in Brazil. I'll let you be the judges of that. In case you wanna watch this on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTc3bTeTjbE (the uncensored version :D) Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/guycxanimation/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@guycxanimationWebsite: https://cargocollective.com/guycharnaux

Rogeria: I Woke Up with a Rotten Leg

A little while ago, I went to check up on an artist that I was a fan of, called SierraEx. Sadly, it appears that they have deleted their Furaffinity account, along while all of their artwork of a particular character: Arika, the burned jackal. Distraught, I made this animation as a tribute to her and the character, please enjoy. FuN FaCtS: -Arika is (was) owned and created by SierraEx -The chopped down tree is meant to symbolizes SierraEx deleting her account. -Her outfit is based on a piece of lost artwork that you can no longer find outside of the Wayback Machine. -The human's outfit was based on James Earl Cash's outfit from manhunt -MS paint couldn't open the very file it was designed to open 3 times during the making of this animation -Arika was originally supposed to be playing a guitar. She would have been playing the opening riff to the song, Goodbye almond eyes by early 2000's pop-punk band, Tokyo Rose. I decided not to have her play the guitar because SierraEx never drew Arika playing the guitar. Arika does however like to read, which is why she is reading a book. -The statues in the water were inspired from Skyrim. -Originally, the human was supposed to cup Arika's cheek. I didn't like how that looked so I decided the he should pet her head instead. When that also turned to looking like ass, I figured that I'd just have the human hug Arika. -Yes, I did just copy the hug from one of my Underdurst comics, specifically Underdurst 25: All Gone... -I started this project on March 17th if I remember correctly. -I make these animations by drawing the frames in Microsoft paint, then I copy and pasting them into Clipchamp studio, hens why they're so stilted and why there are so many errors.
