NGTV Halloween Broadcast

The time has come!If I remember correctly, this is my first ever dedicated Halloween post/media 🤔.(Always wanted, never had time 😝 but this year I found some time with the final phases of Mei's Corruption being a lot of render time, I could find some mental load to affect to this) Lara Croft 3D model by Wildeer StudioSound Design and Music by Mathieu HellotLara Croft’s voice by Patapon ANYWAYLet's answer the question right away because this is also and most importantly my first official prod including AI tools 😱!(Yeah I know this is fitting with Halloween because it's a scary subject 😝) I've posted some WIPs of this project for supporters (<a href="https://subscribestar.adult/theropedude" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://subscribestar.adult/theropedude</a>) including the first version I tested as a proof of concept and a compilation of some of the sections I didn't use in the final puzzling but that I find cool. TLDR : I love playing with this, see you next time 💚. If you have been following me long enough, you may recognize the first image of the video because it was indeed the first image of a full 3D video I crafted back in the days 😊(<a href="https://the-rope-dude.com/2024/05/19/lara-breast-tease-01/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://the-rope-dude.com/2024/05/19/lara-breast-tease-01/</a>). But you may also know that I've been playing with AI tools since at least 2023 and I find this kind of tech absolutely amazing. I've tried a few things and failed a lot but now I feel like the time has come to successfully integrate some of these tools in my workflow and therefore, here is the first example that I'm confident enough to call a success 😁.Of course it's not perfect and I'm not perfectly satisfied with everything but I never am and I'm always learning + the tools apparently can't stop to get better and better every 2 months 🤩. I want to share with you how using these tools make me feel (production wise)As a 3D animator I feel like a puppeteer, precisely pulling every string of my puppet to make exactly what I want. I have a lot of detailed control but it takes a lot of time. With AI Tools I feel more like an art or movie director, trying to guide actors in the direction I want and iterating with several takes until I have the "good one".Both have their pros and cons (Mostly control and speed of prod imo) so I'm looking for ways to have the best of each world 😁.Also for example a specific camera movement is a lot easier to do in 3D but animating 6 hands groping and playing realistically with boobies and flesh is a nightmare 😝.(And to quote Kurzgesagt : I want to use AI like the align tool in Adobe Illustrator.)How was it made exactly?Of course this is overly simplified but I may explain more in depth if some people are interested but to summarize the process :- Make an image in Blender.- (Optional) Generate a 3/8 sec video with Wan2.2 (I2V) and take the last image of the video.- Make an image in Blender or Edit the previous one with Qwen/Photoshop/Blender(Control-Nets).- Generate a 3/8 sec video with Wan2.2 (FLF2V with the last frame you just edited)- Repeat- Puzzle everything in DaVinci Resolve to make it as seamless as possible.- Upscale/Upframe with Wan2.2/DaVinci Resolve- Edit/Mask/FX/patchwork in Blender/DaVinci Resolve to improve/refine/hide/modify the things hard to manage otherwise. On that matter I want to give a big thanks and shout-out to IchibanFutsuJin (<a href="https://civitai.com/user/IchibanFutsuJin/posts" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://civitai.com/user/IchibanFutsuJin/posts</a>) we share a lot of helpful technical knowledge with each other and he does some of the most creative and amazing uses of these tools I've seen so far 😍. Definitely go check his work! In any case I hope you appreciated this little comeback of Lara Croft and I wish you a great Halloween ^^! Take care 😊💚

What starts a lit alien party? That's right alien drugs. Where do you get them? Find out!

2 aliens need to buy space rocks to really get a party started, hilarity ensues or whatverno lip sync because it looked weird with the characters and also im lazywatch the youtube version here: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfGaq07OJNwwETOIQoXj_Eg" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfGaq07OJNwwETOIQoXj_Eg</a><ul><li>written by: roc_150</li><li>animated by: roc_150</li><li>audio by: roc_150</li><li>music by: sirereph (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/@SirEreph" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/@SirEreph</a>) and roc_150</li></ul>(if the music had a bad acoustic guitar in it then it was me and if it has cool sounding synths then it was sirereph)This is the fastest I've ever made a cartoon that i'm actually proud of. I made this animation in 2 days, the first day being writing and recording the audio, and the second being just animating. The lack of lip-sync in this one made it faster, but I think this is still enjoyable regardless.p.s: i couldn't figure out how to ultra key the alien in the phone part so i guess he's see-through now :/ thanks for watching and rate 5 stars please i need this my moms kind of homeless

Space Rocks

OC character fighting mythological characters

Alright finished.FIRST! The music is from an artist called:The Enigma TNG.Here's a link to his song called "Mantra" below:<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xV7ACiK2Q0A" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xV7ACiK2Q0A</a>probably my favorite of all time. I've loved his music for 6 years now. And even considered his music as an inspirational piece of my art. Like if I had a cartoon his music(or at least music that sound like his) would play in the serious moments. So please check him out. Also his songs are free for non commercial use(so yeah I didn't just get his song just out of nowhere.) This was going to be the background but honestly I wasn't feeling it tbh. It felt...generic. And even off due to shaped and colors I thought didn't really match. Si I drew a knew background to give it a more distinct style and even wanted to give it an Arabic look to it.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/320/iu_1320271_20664676.gif" width="560" height="333" alt="iu_1320271_20664676.gif" data-smart-scale="560,333"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/320/iu_1320272_20664676.webp" width="764" height="458" alt="iu_1320272_20664676.webp" data-smart-scale="764,458"> I'm a massive fan of Arabic architecture and clothing. The buildings are honestly cool and unique to me. Like this one is a famous mosque called: Sheikh Zayed Grand MosqueMy favorite aspect of the designs are the columns, especially the top part called the arches. Though this is on another alien planet so it's not entirely the same but still the mosque served as an artistic inspiration for me.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/320/iu_1320276_20664676.webp" width="764" height="764" alt="iu_1320276_20664676.webp" data-smart-scale="764,764"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/320/iu_1320277_20664676.webp" width="764" height="520" alt="iu_1320277_20664676.webp" data-smart-scale="764,520"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/320/iu_1320278_20664676.webp" width="764" height="507" alt="iu_1320278_20664676.webp" data-smart-scale="764,507"> Also the 2003 Starwars the clone wars series was also an inspiration for the whole idea to begin with. I want to make more "elegant" and snapping looking fights as well. Were characters are crafty and even ZIP around the environment as they fight as well. Which is actually how Emily(my OC) fights. I love the style.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/320/iu_1320279_20664676.gif" width="426" height="240" alt="iu_1320279_20664676.gif" data-smart-scale="426,240">Anyways this originally wasn't a huge project I was working on but I just started to really get in the zone and next thing you know it, I'm adding more scenes and adding music to go along with it.I wanted to add sound effects and even VA but I thought I was just doing way too much honestly lol.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/320/iu_1320280_20664676.gif" width="426" height="240" alt="iu_1320280_20664676.gif" data-smart-scale="426,240">

Barefoot and nude versions available in the animation pack on Gumroad! <a href="https://wormsignvore.gumroad.com/l/EES" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Click here to check out the Animation Pack</a> -------------------------------------- Edgar the Bug, the galactic apex predator, will hunt among the ashes of the ruined world! Even though the alien Bug army has left the Earth survivors like Andie are forced to scavenge to survive and often go missing when they're hunted by stragglers like Edgar who have stayed behind due to their taste for human beings. The Edgar Eats Scavenger Animation Pack features a woman on her back failing to get back on her feet as Edgar looms over her. Though she is able to get a few feet away the alien's long arms effortlessly grab her and send her screaming into his mouth. She flails around with all her might but the predator uses its hands to push her into their mouth controlling her legs easily. Then before swallowing her Edgar uses his mandibles to punish his prey's disobedient bare feet before the camera follows her into his throat. She squirms and kicks as she descends towards the stomach, finally winding up on her back inside of his crop in a shallow pool of his stomach juices. Included in the animation pack are multiple alternate versions with various characters and outfits. Featuring 10 variations in all: British Andie as a scavenger in torn up clothes and in the nude, and in a yoga outfit and socks. Scandinavian Nina as a jungle girl, in the nude, and nude in stockings. Laurel Weaver in an office outfit/barefoot. Middle Eastern Sofia as Jasmine. Central American Yona as a Cherokee Girl. And West African Danielle in the nude. Featuring near photorealistic lighting and shading; All variations are rendered in Full HD1080. The Andie as a scavenger - nude version is also available in Full HD 3D Stereo 60 FPS! Bonus Content includes 20 stills of the Andie - Nude sequence rendered in 4k as well as an experimental pred - prey POV video. What teaching aliens about Sonic the Hedgehog in the future will be like

I worked on this for a couple days. I really wanted to play with spring bones and this was a cool way to do that. I used iphone face mocap for the aliens. I have used mocap where I precisely linked up the face but I really wanted only vaguely lip syncing action. I almost considered just having them just jiggle to talk. This also gave me a chance to push eevee a little bit in blender. I was under the impression that eevee couldn't do subsurface stuff but it totally can. You can see subsurface work in the glow from lights inside the aliens. I modeled everything except the notebook and pens (Those objects and the textures for the whole world come from my Poliigon license). I really wanted the boring notebook so there was some realism. I actually spent some time dreaming up alien pens but it didn't ground the piece. The music and background noise are from storyblocks and licensed through there. I also was amazed at how well camera settings still worked in eevee. Because of the lack of certain light stuff I didn't think I could use rack focusing on light sources as affectively as I did. From a writing stand point: fuck sonic, am i right? I also actively had to restrain from drawing more bad sonic. It's sooo fun to draw sonic badly. I basically would look at a real official sonic art and then make every mistake I normally make my head do when drawing. So if I saw a hand I would normally figure out the orientation of the thumbs and fingers but I just wouldn't and so on. It was really great. I may make more bad sonic art. I am exclusively putting this animation on Newgrounds. I really wanted to make something like Egoraptor had done on here but updated and worthy of this site and I hope everyone likes it. A video about an alien that crashes on a planet and turns into a ghost

I made this video for my song Die Alone (streaming link here: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&amp;redir_token=QUFFLUhqbG9ndmdHVkVCQUdmNy1nMWJlYzQ1Y3JZR2hkUXxBQ3Jtc0ttbGpyeEtkUGFOc2liZGdiQXNsR2hBZVdJRzZmYS1DQ2gyOXE3blpOV21BbVhiSEhpNEJWc0JpSW1aY1dGZTJoVHl0c2FZaDZDSWp5X3h3emhNeFJpb2NTMVBBWXRfMHRZRERTT3BuV0EzNGNvNmxBUQ&amp;q=https%3A%2F%2Fsongwhip.com%2Fmax-oakland%2Fdie-alone&amp;v=xYUENPS0--g" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://songwhip.com/max-oakland/die-...</a>) by collaging my drawings and paintings into a video on my computer. The story follows an alien who becomes a ghost and wanders the earth, far away from any home he’s ever known. I really like how it turned out! I wrote Die Alone sitting on the floor of my room. It was really different from my other songs at the time, but it stuck with me. At first I recorded it with GarageBand on my computer with loud vocals and noisy guitars. After several versions with different musicians, I recorded this one at Orangutan Studios in Missoula Montana. All the way across the country. Never realized travel would seem so impossible The result is energetic and dark. It has a heavy beat and some really cool vocals. I especially love the bridge where it gets really quiet and echoey and then builds to the most intense moment of the song I recorded this song at a really hard time when I had to go to voice therapy because I had hurt my vocal cords and I was just recovering after a year wondering if I’d ever be able to sing again. I still hadn’t fully recovered during the recording process, but the result is cool because my vocals are a lot breathier than usual. My philosophy is: turn that mud into gold if at all possible Die Alone. It’s about knowing that something or someone beautiful is gone, hoping they might come back someday, but not waiting around because you also have a life to live. It’s a dark song. Not exactly happy, but not unhappy either. Just fresh and raw from the pain and disappointment. The title comes from the phrase “You don’t die alone on the road”, which came from nowhere but really fits the overall energy, about moving forward despite all the uncertainty Listening to it, following me on Spotify and other social media, and sharing it will help me make this hard-won song as successful as possible. Thanks for your support, it’s always helped me keep motivated Lyrics:Oh I know it’s gone forever, but I can’t help but wonderCan’t help but wonderingFilth dissolved in rain, like the clouds crashed and we're OK You don't die alone on the road. Too many monsters to take your soulYou don't die alone on the road. Just gonna sell everything you know Oh I know it’s gone forever, but I can’t help but wonderCan’t help the wonderingSalts like cyanide washing away in the tide Keep this one in my pocket to remind me of younger dayswhen the smoke we saw was dragons evolving in their cavesinto you and your little sister all alone now in the snowhave we become the monsters when we drive away all alone? You don't die alone on the road If you’ve made it all the way down here, you know what you’re doing. Comment “colgogni pie" and I will give you a secret special link

ONEYPLAYS the Tomarlorian [Animatic]

This is my first picoday movie and I hope you love.
This took 1 or 2 month to make and and it was fun.
It was cool to make all those Newgrounds puppets. The pico gay joke was made by TooCastletoonTV
<a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/674495">https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/674495</a>
Plz, don’t try to kill me The music I use for this:

Dad n Me - Game Music - Dad n Me Theme
Alien Hominid Music - Robot Boss And newgrounds did not help me with this movie, I just use the characters I don't know how copywriting works. Story 1:
The captain is pissed off at pico for being top banana on newgrounds and pico is a dick to The captain. So The captain and pico have to fight!
This movie will show you why
<a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/437568">https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/437568</a> Story 2:
Piconjo is a evil asshole, so Pico is going to kick his ass. I don’t know that much about piconjo, all I know is he looks like a bad guy. And he white boy
Plz tell me more My story with newgrounds:
A long time ago, when I saw newgrounds I did not know what is was, probably because I was a retarded kid that can’t read or write. I mostly grew up with YouTube- YOU: “ you grew up with YouTube? That makes you a fucking traitor! ” I was like 8 or 9 years old, I don’t remember, I was so stupid when I was a little kid, but I'm a big boy now with a big boy dick. YOU: “ your still a stupid kid with a little dick. and stop with the jokes about dicks and shit! “ Asshole YOU: “ and you can’t use the word retarded. ” We are on newgrounds, we can do the fuck we want, and it’s picoday. Anyway, As I grow up, I started to know more about Newgrounds and the movies on there, so I started my newgrounds account- YOU: “ no one gives a shit about your stupid story ” What!? Why? YOU: “ this is a Pico day movie, not your blog! Some people wants to know. YOU: “ people that know there you live and fuck you in the ass “ How the hell are those people are going to find me. YOU: “ the internet is a dangerous place of weirdos, like you. “ OK, end of story, you Dick! YOU: “ hay! Don’t call me a dick, you asshole!“ The “To Be Continued” story: I'm not trying to offend anyone but I fucking hate it when people make a movie and they don't finish it, they just make a to be continued sign and they never continued it. What the fuck!? Why don't they do that!? I don't hate the jojo to be continued meme because everyone knows it's a joke. YOU: " maybe they don't do it because they don't have the money or time, probably they have a job and a life." If there not going to continue it, they have to tell you they are not or they are going to keep you waiting for nothing. In my country, that is called a "dick move". Crap like this happens all the time in movies/videos like picoday movies, stupid BFDI rip offs, Element Animation and sml, it's been years and nothing happens. What the fuck!? Anyway, there should be a rule where if you make half of a movie and it say "to be continued" you have to continue it or going to make your fans waiting for nothing, your fans can only be so patient and sooner or later they are going to hate you forever but if you don't want too concerned the movie, tell your fans you're not going to do it, and they will understand, they still love you. But if you want to continue the movie but you don't have the time and money, just rash, make it fast and lazy, and give the fans what they want. But you are probably going to regret it, like me. In 2018, I was making a movie called stop motion vs goanimate the movie and I was not doing it Intel summer was ending and my sister took my iPad and say I can't use it Intel school started as a punishment. But I wanted to finish the movie so I took my iPad back without asking and finished the movie fast but it was stupid. So Anyway, that movie was the worst movie I ever made but I am not going to delete it because I want people to learn my stupid mistake. For now on, I'm never making promises I can’t take, so don't expect anything bigger longer and uncut on madness day 2019 for me. The last story:
Being on Newgrounds was so fun and I hope you have a happy pico day.

Ie. A key, keycard, fingerprint, RFID card, or a keycode, password, or combination of both. Typically, in pin-tumbler and wafer-tumbler applications, a lock in the rest position is closed. The key has a a series of grooves on either side of the key (the key's blade) limits the type of lock the key can slide into. As the key slides into the lock, the grooves on the blade of the key align with the wards in the keyway allowing or denying entry to the cylinder. Then, a series of pointed teeth and notches on the blade called bittings allow pins or wafers to move up and down until they are in line with the shear line of the inner and outer cylinder, allowing the cylinder or cam to rotate freely inside the lock and the lock to open. History of locks Securing one's property has long been a concern of people throughout the world. Beyond hiding the objects or constantly guarding them the most frequently used option is to secure them with a device. Early solutions included knots to either detect, like the Thief knot, or hamper, like the Gordian Knot. Historians are unsure where the first lock was invented, but evidence suggests that locks initially developed independently in the Egyptian, Greek, and Roman civilizations. Wooden locks and keys were in use as early as 4,000 years ago in Assyria [1]. The first known lock with a key is a pin lock. The lock is strung on a rope hanging out of a hole in a door. A cylinder of wood with a hole drilled through its axis is the key, the length of the cylinder being the critical factor. The key is inserted into the hole and the bolt is pushed the correct distance. To lock the door the rope was pulled to extract the key cylinder, simultaneously pulling the bolt closed. This type of lock is still in use in certain parts of the world. Puerto Rico still uses this system. A disadvantage of this lock is that a vandal can push the rope into the hole - an ancient equivalent of putting glue into a lock. CHEERS TO THE LOCK LEGIGON FROM THE TRASH TROUPE

Wow, thanks for all the reviews so far. It's great to recieve so much constructive feedback. :) I thought I'd address a few points that have been raised by you guys and gals.
Story:
I had a bit of trouble at the start of this assignment nailing down the concept. All I knew is that I wanted to include my alien creature. Originally my proposal was about 2012 and a mayan demon slaughtering everyone (including a legend about another 12 demonic animals with super powers), but that was a little too epic in scale and lacked a strong conceptual theme. My teacher suggested I read up on mythology, and found a nice story about the Teumessian fox. I decided to cut down the number of characters and bring it back to the basics. I also dabbled in the paradox idea, but it was too hard to explain without a ton of dialog. Samurai Jack:
Yes, it is awesome. My favourite cartoon. I loved how this show broke the mold and shook things up.
I'm not much of a talker myself, I don't see the need when you can just explain with visuals / body language.
I feel visual storytelling is much more interesting than just relying on dialog to do the work for you.
Genndy Tartakovsky / Samurai Jack was my biggest inspiration throughout this project, I could go on about how awesome it is, but I'm sure you already know. length/speed:
I didn't really plan for the animation to run this long, the addition of the whole spaceship/freezer idea combined with the filmic style and no dialog just added up I guess. Battle:
If I was left unsupervised it would be all battle, ha ha.
I'm thankful my teachers kept me on the straightened arrow, as all battle no content seems similar to Scott McCloud's take on being all surface no core. I link those kind of animations to a song made from only crazy long guitar solos. It's cool, but after a while you get kinda bored. At least for me anyway. Music:
Yeah. I felt this was one of the main elements missing from my animation as well. I love music but I didn't have to to flesh any out due to time restraints. :(
My backgrounds also suffered because of the time crunch. I'll add my presentation speech to my blog/DA (which explains a bunch of conceptual/influences/pro cess/etc) if anyone wants a little more insight. I have always loved flash animation and props go out to Newgrounds for this great site and community.
I look foward to reading more of your comments. :D
