An old flipnote animation I made back in 2019 for a weekly competition on sudomemo.

A cozy-ish cabin scene with a few spooky characters doing small things in the background.

Here's an animation I rendered in Blender 4.1. It's a cozy-ish nighttime cabin scene with a few spooky characters reading or doing small things in the background, along with some spooky music playing and some ambient fire crackling sounds (basically mimicking those lo-fi videos a bit). The characters are Karaka and Kiduna, both by an artist called Merafume. The models were made by Sumsnermin. I used a procedural toon flame material for the fire This animation was actually made last year for Halloween , but all of the materials and modifiers that the models had were a lot for this meh-level computer to handle. Rendering it took over 70 hours total over about a month of separate sessions. I couldn't meet the Halloween deadline, so I saved the video for the next year. I had 8 more hours to finish my shot completely

This was for a collab hosted by Kamdyn/DerpyToonz ! ! !This was tedious in terms of getting it on time accurately, but I had completed this 30 or so minutes before the deadline, SO YEAA Go watch it on youtube for now until Derpy can upload it on NGs (I muted mine to avoid copyright, but it's not the same altogether without the music): <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILLiAstXPVY" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILLiAstXPVY</a> (Streams of me working on the part during the day of the deadline):<a href="https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2880871481" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2880871481</a><a href="https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2880871704" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2880871704</a>

Happy Madness Day fellas :D Ill have to admit this whole project was purely rushed as hell and made with pure adrenaline,i've learned a value lesson of Not biting more than you can chew, ESPECIALLY with a very short deadline, that being said, Enjoy!

A rough line animation set to 'Go Get Your Gun' by The Dear Hunter

To avoid any music copyright issues on the platform but still be a part of Madness Day 2026, I’m hosting my animatic on YouTube via this embed <iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0Wri9Uc5S1w?si=TABAhDtyAwZqbwpt#ngq:560:315" data-smart-scale="560,315"></iframe> Happy Madness Day 2026, everyone! Honestly, I only remembered about Madness Day toward the end of August. I guess I realized just in time that I needed to finally make something after all my time in this community—especially for the anniversary celebration!Originally, I planned to make this project in 3D. But I ended up wasting a whole day just trying to make a stylized Hank model, so I eventually gave up. I realized it would take way too long. With only 20 days left before Madness Day, I just animated the scenes as fast as I could to make the deadline. That’s why it’s in a rough sketch style. I don't have many fully finished animations under my belt, but overall, I'm really happy with how it turned out! And by the way, my cat did all the animation<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/672/iu_1672898_29108901.webp" alt="iu_1672898_29108901.webp" data-smart-scale="764,523">

Hank's Madness Day Deadline

Honestly as good as this one is I did rush something’s in order to make the deadline

Rushed Madness

Hey folks, been a while huh? It's been like, 30 days since my last upload. Anyway, this is what I've been working on for all that time, yes, I know the movement is a little stuttery and yes, I know my microphone is a little too quiet, I'm sorry. I'm working with MS paint and Clipchamp studio over here, and the only microphone I got is the one on my headset. That being stated, I am really proud of this animation, I think it came out pretty well despite what I was working with (and despite how lazy I am for that matter) For those who it will concern, I won't be doing any more P0stalVertig0 after this 2026. This year is the last you'll see of Benn and Larah for a while, at least in the realm of storytelling. I might draw some art of them here and there, but not as much as I used to. I've got about 3 to 4 art projects going before I go on a hiatus for the rest of the year. And on that note, on to the news. The year is almost up, just 3 more months till 2027 hits us. Overall, I'm really proud with my output, I can actually see the improvement and evolution in my art style from the start of the year to now, and I hope to keep improving. There were times where I would rush out a piece the was perhaps half-baked or just not up to par with the rest of my output simply so I could meet a made up deadline that I thought up. I don't want to do that no more, starting in 2027, my art output might slow down, and hopefully that means an improvement in my art. I want to improve my shadows, character design, backgrounds, boobs, stuff like that. With that in mind, I got something y'all might like, a new project in my mind, and not just that, 2 OF THEM TOO! The first one in store will be a continuation of my UnderDurst Yello' series. (if you have not seen that, please check it out) This time, instead of Undertale Yellow, I'm gonna plop Fred Durst off into the cozy town of Hometown, where he will meet a whole slew of new and inviting monsters, deers, birds, barney the dinosaur, OH MY! And it is in this town where he will begin another journey of death, music, comedy, and furries. Yeah, okay, enough beating around the bush, I'm parodying Deltarune, we're doing DeltaDurst. For anyone interest, just check out the banner for my Newgrounds page to get an idea of what's in store. Secondly, Backwash. In the year 2012, God came down to earth to take those worthy souls back to heaven to be spared judgement day. Finding nothing but a world conquered by sex, drugs, and violence, he brought no one back, there was not rapture, yet there was judgement. 1000 years later, in the year 3012, a man by the name of Byron Scotch finding himself transported from the past into a dark a dreary world where he must fight off a slew of animalistic super soldiers, and by some miracle, get back home. I'll only be releasing concept art in 2027 for this one. I want to plan it out a little more, but what I just told you is the basic premise. Thank you all for checking out my art, it truly means a lot to me. I hope that whatever I make is up to your standards of what you expect from me. I wish you all nothing but the best, God bless each and every one of you. A 2D rotoscope/3D motion capture animation of B-boy Eddiestyles

Hey everyone. After two failed attempts to submit an animated short to Hellavision Television for their biannual open calls for animation (I still helped on a friend's submission the second attempt), I finally got to something the third time around (with a generous extension)! For this open call, Dance Everywhere, I was required to animate dancing in unconventional locations, so I decided to record a video of relatively famous B-boy Eddie Styles dancing and animate something from there. The problem is, I was torn between 2D rotoscoping his movements or converting them to 3D motion capture data, and by the time the deadline came around, I had already devoted too much effort to both approaches without fully committing to one. In the end, I decided to combine what I had into something somewhat usable. I apologize if it looks unrefined or unfinished, but I'm glad to at least be part of Hellavision for once and do something cool with a great breakdancer. Follow Eddie Styles here: <a href="https://www.instagram.com/_eddiestyles/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.instagram.com/_eddiestyles/</a>

I couldn’t put in more time as much as i wanted to due to “life” and monthly deadline. It turns out all right i think 🫠. Proud of her butt and boobies animation tho.. Some people might find the bg or her voice to be annoying, sor’y 😣 🚨🙌As always Higher quality and Alt-Version of this with slightly longer length will be on P@treon. After a long, and totally professional hiatus, the office is back open!

The deadlines are worse, HR still hasn’t figured out remote work, and management pretends nothing happened, and immediately spiral into the same bureaucratic nightmare as before. New pipeline. Same damn job. CROSSROADS inc, an S-Corporation, handles all of the clerical goings of hell. Ran mostly by demon interns who are selected at random, they operate in Data Entry, Sales, Scams, Retention and even have their own HR! In Do We Even Get Paid?, we mostly follow SAM THE INCOMPETENT DEMON. The newest intern at CROSSROADS inc, and possibly the worst in the history of interns.

DWEGP Episode 04 - Rebirth Request Denied

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, I MADE IT, I THOUGHT I WOULDN'T LMAO Anyways... making this was fun, very fun, but stressing sometimes too lol. I'm making a movie of these two btw, you can check it out <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1044453">here</a> in case you want to see more of them. The Cabbage Soup

Roxy is tasked with cooking ramen for dinner tonight. Can she handle it?

I have GOT to stop posting these so under the wire. This is actively becoming a problem. First time I've done the whole animation/editing process for Newgrounds. It was certainly painful to get it done, but I made it (right?). I really pushed to finish what I started under a deadline since I'm about to have to do that for a whole semester soon, and I figured I'd use the characters of Ultralius for this wacky little skit. I haven't really animated them except for practice stuff, so I'm really happy to see them moving. Also, credits for everything that wasn't made by me are in the end of the video. Never needed that before. (hopefully I won't have to edit anything, but if I do, it'll be after the jam. I'm really tired rn and, as Piche says, burntout, but I hope you enjoy!)

Miao Miao is left in charge of the bowling alley. Can she handle it?

Miao Miao is left in charge of the bowling alley she works at. It's her first time being trusted with this large of a responsibility, can she handle it?_______This is my longest video, by far. and my first real video in almost a YEAR. lol. All in all, took me about 2-ish weeks to get this together? It started out as my lowpoly day entry, but as that deadline passed me by, I decided to slow down and give it some more time in the oven; if the pacing feels.. all over, that would be because about 70% of it was done before I slowed myself down. Oops! Regardless, I am happy to have completed my first large animation; what I've learned here is invaluable. I've wanted to do this episode for a long time now, so finally being able to give Miao Miao her spotlight was an honor for me. It's hard to describe what has lead me to this little story specifically, but it comes from a place of love. shoutout dad. and thank you to my buddy Kingblue for the music. day one's 4ever.______<a href="https://kingbluemusic.bandcamp.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">kingblue's bandcamp</a>

2 friends have the mission to make a Chrismas Special. Will they finish it in time?

Hi! This animation is a quick remaster I made for the original pilot of my indie series (which I've been developing since 2021). This pilot was originally released on Christmas Day, December 26, 2025, in Spanish, but in late May, I had the chance to get some really talented VAs on the project. The entire pilot (script, storyboard, animation, etc) was made in just 13 days. It was really exhausting, but I'm proud of it, and I hope y'all like it too! :D

Cross and Milo: The Christmas Deadline

A short AFTER EFFECTS animation assigment

Music: Spiedkiks - The day before This short was made for a college assigment where we had to animate a character in a 3D scenario, all of this done with the After Effects tools. It was amazing to make a 2D rig, I am sharing down some pics of the Behind the scenes for this animation: <ul><li>Idea + Sketch: for this assigment I used an old design I made in 2022 for a X QUEST thing, it has been forever so I gave a proper redesign that follows my current style and character design ideals, I think he looks amazing now</li></ul><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/615/iu_1615560_7111165.webp" alt="iu_1615560_7111165.webp" data-smart-scale="764,569"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/615/iu_1615561_7111165.webp" alt="iu_1615561_7111165.webp" data-smart-scale="764,412"> <ul><li>The RIG: Drawign the model and separating the body part was the fun part, the hard part was putting it all in After Effect in order, properly connected, and masked.</li></ul><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/615/iu_1615563_7111165.png" alt="iu_1615563_7111165.png" data-smart-scale="764,911"> However the addon "Duik Angela" made the whole Rigging process so satisfying to do, I even got the chance to experiment with it a little, now his Bucket Helmet was completely 3DIMENSIONAL, If I had more time I wish I could make this rig even more complex<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/615/iu_1615566_7111165.png" alt="iu_1615566_7111165.png" data-smart-scale="764,285"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/615/iu_1615565_7111165.png" alt="iu_1615565_7111165.png" data-smart-scale="538,560"> <ul><li>3D SCENARIO: Working on 3D with AE is PAINFUL, specially with these looping objects and camera that just pans out, but the tower was a even bigger pain in my ass, in fact I had to cheat on the second scene because making a 3D cone that spins around only on AE is basically impossible, so that cone is actually a 3D object</li></ul><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/615/iu_1615567_7111165.webp" alt="iu_1615567_7111165.webp" data-smart-scale="764,417"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/615/iu_1615571_7111165.webp" alt="iu_1615571_7111165.webp" data-smart-scale="664,395">Plus this fuckass scene wouldn't render for some reason and it almost made me late for the assigment deadline

THE SKY-HIGH TOWER

Mixed different techniques here. All images are drawn with pencil and watercolor,a bit of charcoal on some, then edited in GIMP and animated in OpenToonz. Only in the last plan, the animation is done in a stop-motion way with bits of drawings cut with a box-cutter. I'm not sure yet whether I consider it done or a work in progress, I'm still susceptible to work on it a bit before the deadline.

90's themed TV set in an apocalyptic future...

Set in a future where the environment has been destroyed, what remains of the human race lives in domes, all ran and controlled by DOTCORP. DOTCORP covers everything from the water and air, to the law and entertainment inside these domes. This piece is a mock broadcast from ''DOTCORP TV'' - This channel broadcasts minimal content, and is mostly ads, interspersed with random cartoons and shows. It also contains the ''DOTCORP SHOPPING CHANNEL'', which is a version of shopping in this future, where people pay a subscription to this channel to 'experience' what it was like to shop before the domes. I wanted it to evoke the feeling of turning on Adult Swim or Toonami at 3am, lots of ads and cartoons that didn't make sense because you were half asleep, along with a lot of influence from the weather channel. It also draws heavily on nostalgia, being set in a fuzzy 90's VHS world, but I used this to contrast the warmth a lot of us feel when seeing these things, as it hides a lot of the shady things DOTCORP is up to. In this vein, I drew a lot of inspiration from Cave Johnson in Portal 2, and that kind of corporate satire, where you're not sure if it's a joke, or to be taken seriously. The memory eraser in particular was kind of influenced by this. This piece was made for my Master's Degree in 2025, and was displayed on a looping TV, along with an interactive arcade machine, as part of the final exhibition. ( I hope none of this comes off as pretentious I just wanted to share it with you guys :) p.s the little guy on the phone at 06:26 was animated with AI but that's ONLY because I didn't have time to do it myself for the deadline at the time :( p.s.p.s apologies to every artist ever for using AI :(

A homeless misanthrope gets in the way of 2 prissy ladies

This is my first ever storyboard animatic so I know it's not that good. Also I will change up some of the voices since I realized at the last minute that it didn't make sense regionally wise, I was on a deadline so I couldn't fix this while animating. I'm currently working on a webcomic for Eristical as well, also the girl on the cover is NOT one of the ladies bothering Emil, but she'll def show up later in the short.

it's been 100000 yearsi need to be on here more, i love this space so i've been going to my local tea friends meetup recently but wwasn't able to go this week and probably won't make it this week's either, so i made a short diary-style animation to bathe in the good vibes. they're a lovely bunch, and i'm a very awkward fish. last time i went i was especially weighed down by the deadline-related anxiety shaped boulder in my brain

Fishy Diaries - Fretting about deadlines at the tea meetup

"Rumia Jump"a Touhou Project fan animationBased on original animation made by Goombo.Directed and produced by Gentoku Koubu.Project started May 7th 2025, concluded June 9th 2026.Total working time: 13 hours and 36 minutes. Animated at 18fps for a total length of 362 frames.Original plans simply consisted of a 12-frame animation. What originally started out as a simple practice exercise for Miniatures No. 2 evolved past its bounds. Coupled with the fact that we never had a true workflow to begin with, work soon stagnated. The Koubenian animation craze started out of hatred for an insult (and a threat) to animation, yet it suffered and stagnated from its own unaddressed flaws. Ultimately, deadlines were pushed back, month after month, until we decided that something needs to end. Thus the Koubenians rose up again, but this time, without any grand ambitions. We simply showed up, so that the past could rest. We simply showed up, so that our debts may be paid in full. Two restless nights later, and finally, the curse has been lifted. Let us rejoice. Voodoo Vids Low Poly Day special is joining in the celebration of this wonderful artstyle

But I locked in, dug deep.... ANNND stayed up animating and editing until 4am.... i'm tired. but I'm super proud of this special! I hope you love it too. I love low poly style and although I don't stick strictly to a lot of rules surrounding the more stricter side of things with resolutions and pixel densities. Voodoo Vids is set in a world that is largely made up of low poly models I spent 2 years making. I felt I had to participate in an event that is celebrating it. Wow I didn't think I would have made it this hard for myself. The idea was conjured.... i'd say last minute, It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do within the Voodoo Vids World to celebrate the art style. I didn't BEGIN animating a single shot on this until June 3rd. I had the script, voices recorded, props made, but 3 days to animate, edit, sound, music? am I insane? Turns out I am.What ensued was solid days and nights of animating and pushing my comfort zone. I also chose this SHORT time window to try to improve the animation where I could, I hope some will notice a step up in that area. I could have refined more, I could actually tweak and add to this forever, but you have to draw a line and with the deadline looming I couldn't keep adding or making alterations. Episode 5 is still in the works, and more is coming but for now, I want to say thank you to Newgrounds! And thank you to all that have supported Voodoo Vids! Please check out my other socials too, I'd love to get Voodoo Vids to a wider audience and your likes, comments, shares go SUCH a long way. We can all use a good friend. Sometimes we gotta make one up, though. I wanted to get into animating, and as I do for everything I want to start and get better at, I dived right into it with the tools and knowledge I had, and gave myself a deadline of no more than 5 days. Gave my self simple character design to work with to help familiarize myself with basic forms of animation. In the end, I came out with something I'm quite proud of, and can say confidently I'm ready to make more interesting looking animations in the future. I have many ideas in mind already, so look forward to those! The music (and static noise in the background of that) was made by my friend particularly for this animation, which I am eternally grateful for!! You should totes check out <a href="https://pumpkinpieshehe.newgrounds.com/" rel="nofollow">her page</a>!! This animation was made in about 3 days, maybe a bit closer to 4. Anyway, I hope you enjoy!

Punk plays the blame game whenever it comes to environmental issues and concerns!

Not the proudest of the animation in this one, I really rushed it out with less than a month before my self-imposed d…

Punk n' Gunk Clean Your Mess!

An animation about a bird learning to sing!Self explanitory, really! This was made for a capstone project in my graduating year of college, The project was to push yourself, and push myself I did, I didn't make the deadline, but I'm really proud of how this turned out. This was a passion project through and through, and I made a lotta sacrifices to get this thing done I hope you love it as much as I do! Made in Blender!Sounds and music made in Beepbox!Special thanks to Inkscape ! Not sure how long this took, at least spent a days time in this project file alone though 7500 frames, at 24 frames per second Thanks for reading!

Birdie Learns to Sing

The meme is already half finished, we're creating the remaining half. The final deadline is May 15th.

ADD draft animation part 3

I'm pretty happy with this! I worked on it for about 4 hours on a time crunch to submit it in time, which I thankfully reached 30 minutes before the deadline.

the Pokemon Z-A experience

You can have dreams even if you're really small. I made this for the 2026 Finisher, an optional challenge at my school where you must create and FINISH an animation according to a theme. This year's theme was "heart." Does this animation have anything to do with the theme? I can pretend it does. We are given one week to finish the project, but we're allowed to start early. I started early because I was very eager about this project. Unfortunately the file (and the recovery file) got corrupted 4 days before the deadline and I had to start all over again. This experience taught me many lessons in procrastination and data management. I hope you enjoy this fun little animation which I am very proud of, because I definitely enjoyed making it for a certain portion of the time. Thank you to Youtube for the great royalty free sound effects and music

Tiny Guy Big Dreams

Back in 2020, in the middle of the Covid lockdowns, 3 silly little artists decided to make this animated movie with simply one objective : Action and Violence. Here is BAMF, a chainsaw-wielding cyborg who seeks revenge from a mafia gang boss.Took us a few weeks, a few close-calls, and lots of sleepless nights to complete this within the deadline we were set. For us, it is more of a past relique. It is not perfect, and we would probably do lots of things differently today, still, it remains a project full of who we were at the time. But I thought it might be nice to post here ! (With my friends' authorisation of course !) I was invited to last year's Tankmas ADVENTure to do the introduction comic and end cutscene. It was challenging because I had to do it while having a thin deadline but it was also fun to do and made …

New Year's Broadcast [Tankmas ADVENTure 2025]

a short film i made in ~20 days about a dandelion creature

for the flipaclip original character contest. this has been out for more than half of a year on my youtube, but i felt like this should go on newgrounds. i don’t really know why. this is my first full animation, even though it’s really more of a prototype. i don’t really feel like finishing it, since it already took so much effort to make in the timeframe i had, and especially since i could do so much better these days. if i really wanted to make this better i’d just remake the whole thing from the ground up. i also made the soundtrack in like 30 minutes before the contest deadline LOL anyways, enjoy :)

Synopsis: Mike is a boy who's been having the same nightmares regarding the disappearance of his parents and a mysterious object. He wants to get rid of his nightmares with a dreamcatcher he found in his closet, only he finds out that its no ordinary DreamCatcher. So doing a whole 20-30 min animation is alot of work so I've been doing this one episode in parts (scenes that i finish) until it gets to the end of my script. I think after this, instead of adding it to the end of the last parts I'll just upload the part itself until i get to the end of the script and thenput it all together. So if some stuff dont make sense its only a portion of the script. Please forgive me, my planning sucks 🫠 This is supposed to be a project reminiscent to stuff in the 80s/90s. -----------------‐-------------------------------------- I'd like to apologize for a particular scene where the background is still moving even though the character had stopped, was crunching a deadline for myself and overlooked that part without realizing until last minute and was just like "oh well". Lol It's a One-Woman-Show here with the animations/editing/Sounds, but this project is nothing without the Voice Actors/Actresses so please check them out too, They're awesome!
