I didn't say that I didn't procrastinate at ALL I've been HARD at work working on this for almost a year straight!yeah! I like... made a carol plush, and that took 184 hours! (truth) and I didn't make it in a day or anything (lie)and that's why it took so long to get out! (truth) ✨-✨ Hey guys hyperlink here...uuuhhh...I'm not gonna beat around the bush here. Mr. RedWonder8 has kept me in a boiler room downstairs for the past two months handcuffed to a water pipe that gets to like a gajillion degrees whenever the toilet upstairs gets flushed. Whenever I edited something he didn't like he would purposely flush the toilet, causing the pipe (and the handcuffs around my wrists) to get really hot and it rrrreeeeaaaallyyy hurt! I was forced-fed baby meals of varying viscosities, and a lot of the times in my delirious state it would just dribble down my chin and onto my emaciated body. The smell....the smell was not good... in fact, you can actually see the trail of baby food in a radius around the water pipe I was handcuffed too. Despite these conditions, Mr. Red offered me dental, which is actually a decent offer in these trying times, really the part I will suffer mental scars from was that I was forced to render this video with the poop knife method.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/683/iu_1683050_25743943.webp" alt="iu_1683050_25743943.webp" data-smart-scale="556,367"> ✨-✨ and last but not least. thank you <a href="https://coolbeansyeah.newgrounds.com">@coolbeansyeah</a> for drawing this totally 1337 thumbnail!<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr1EOmYAb1Y" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/682/iu_1682498_25743943.webp" alt="iu_1682498_25743943.webp" data-smart-scale="764,458"></a>[click the thumbnail to go watch it over on YouTube. that's right image embed bay bay]

Lacie (TRIES) to get a job, probably as a babysitter, a maid or a... newspaper seller?

After Lacie spent all her money buying plushies for Niko and her, she is met by the rent collector who tells her she has only 3 days until eviction. What will she ever do, babysit pets, work as a maid, or sell... newspapers? ReProGrammed because, well, RPG, and the fact this is a reboot of the shorts i made on tiktok.

The Coalition is an organization founded by all countries on Earth with the aim of creating an international army, whose intention is to defend the world from extraterrestrial threats or as you may have guessed, the Augenits. The Augenits are the humanoid robots created by humans to originally serve mankind and be useful. Their origins date back to when the AI they use (FutureAI/GenesisAI) was created. After this, the AI was made into three separate modes; Labor, Combat and Management; the ones that later got their humanoid metal bodies. Many clones of these robots were produced and their purpose was to obey the humans' commands. This resulted in the Augenits being abused by their creators and owners. Combat Augenits were forced to fight each other to death when countries would go to war, Labor Augenits were made to work in terrible conditions, and were way too easy to replace. Those who weren't capable enough would get dismembered and thrown away. Until the revolution started... Devil Ate Pie teaser

HEAD'S UP: The following description is mainly aimed towards people who are familiar with my earlier "TrouserToons" series. So feel free to ignore the description if you're a newcomer (if you are one, then welcome! XD), since you might find it confusing... Greetings, everyone! Here is the official animated test pilot for "The Nuisances"!, aka the planned reboot for my "TrouserToons" series! ("The Nuisances" was actually an old working title I had for TrouserToons during 2023 before I changed it lol). The direction that the series will go in after this point will almost entirely depend on how the test pilot turns out. Although I cannot guarantee that new episodes will come out super soon after the pilot since I'm gonna start college soon and there's still plenty of other things I haven't fully planned yet, so I gotta wait a bit first to decide what I'm gonna do in the future. In fact, don't be surprised if I end up going a super long time without uploads or even become completely inactive because of this. I can't promise anything for sure, but no matter what happens, I'll still be glad that I was able to get at least *something* out related to this rebooted series, even if it isn't much. Also, keep in mind that this is merely a "test" pilot. So It's really just to test out this new art and animation style (heavily inspired by geometric 2000s cartoons like The Powerpuff Girls and The Fairly OddParents), and it's not a super ambitious fully developed first episode or anything. So to keep it simple, the animation only features Johnnie, Janie, Mr. Nesmith, and none of the old TrouserToons side characters for now. And for those familiar with TrouserToons, if you're wondering why Johnnie sounds different than normal, that's because his voice lines here were done by a female friend of mine this time, since I was thinking about giving him a higher pitched, younger sounding voice than before, so for this pilot, I decided to recycle some old voicelines I was given by said friend who tried to audition for Johnnie's voice role back in 2023 (with permission, of course). In fact, dialogue actually originally came from an old unfinished script I tried making for TrouserToons back in 2023, but after I scrapped it, I decided to use lines from the script as audition sample lines (I also ended up meeting Janie's current VA from that exact same open audition, so Janie's voicelines here come from 2023 as well lol). But of course, no one's voice in the reboot (if I end up making more episodes) isn't finalized either. Nothing is finalized, really. Again, this is a TEST animation, nothing concrete lol. Anyways, no matter what ultimately ends up happening, I hope you enjoy the pilot! The Nuisances (2026) - Animated Test Pilot

Dotty sinks on a golden road & meets the 8 Buddhist Precepts in The Sinking Road Village.

Hello, Newgrounds, O-ho-HONK!!🤡 You may be wondering "Why didn't you upload this a month ago when you completed this thing?!" Well... I tried, but it didn't seem like Newgrounds really liked it at the time because it kept failing LMAO, so here it is now, thank y'all for your patience!! 💚-------------------<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ltzQznquXc" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Originally uploaded on YouTube July 21st &amp; in higher quality !!</a>"Dotty Duette, after forgetting the tomatoes for her tomato soup, gets pushed into the waters to drown by an unknown assailant, where she then mysteriously get attached to a magical golden road which drags her down to the underwater "Sinking Road Village". Once there, she meets the embodiment's of the 8 Buddhist Precepts, some welcoming her and making her feel right at home until the road comes back down for her, and some, like the infamous 1st Precept, who's out for her blood." ★ Welcome to The Sinking Road Village!! ★"Sinking Road" is a 2D Indie-Animated Movie animated entirely by one person; Me, Baphomet the Clown!Taking place in the Universe of Dwurm, All the Characters involved are Clown-like, Humanoid Slug Aliens known as "Dumblotraights", This is only one of MANY Dwurm-Stories to be brought to life in a feature film, but "Sinking Road" is #1 of them all!! 🤡 I began work on Sinking Road back in the end of April of 2020 after a dream I had, this means the movie has been in almost constant development for 6+ years, that's why I hope it was worth the wait! Nothing prompted me to make this but pure will-power &amp; my love for animation, &amp; I gained inspiration from works like Cuphead, 1951's Alice in Wonderland &amp; Land of the Lustrous! I had many times where I thought I wasn't going to make it, but I did it, and I'm beyond proud of myself.♥ ♥ I just want to take this moment to say THANK YOU to my AMAZING Voice Actors &amp; The Amazing Support I've gotten from My Fiancé, Family, Friends &amp; YOU, My Community, in Support of my First-Ever Independent FILM!! 💚 I seriously would not have been able to complete this film had I not had the support from ALL OF YOU!! SINKING ROAD | INDIE ANIMATED MOVIE

YT LINK: <a href="https://youtu.be/igE9_WbFtfg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://youtu.be/igE9_WbFtfg</a> Mooncurse is a complete reboot and retool of my old movie project, Impurity, that I'd been planning for several years. I realised in the original project that my writing just wasn't going to cut it. I kept coming back over time to rewrite and expand ideas, even changing protagonists twice. During this time the setting was also integrated into Mr. Sarge's Shards of Imphyror universe, hence the new title. I want to give the full project the best chance it can, so I'm keeping these entries very small and manageable. I also wanted to balance action and character interaction sequences more evenly this time. This is the kind of experimentation I always enjoy doing. It pains me that I have no idea how any of this will turn out but I'm excited to finally realise a project I thought would never happen. Enjoy, or maybe don't.

At long last, here's a new TrouserToons episode! I honestly wasn't expecting this episode to be over 9 minutes long, but what can you do? XD. Unlike the past few, this one isn't actually based on a specific old episode concept or anything, but rather I came up with it since I realized that Ethan never really had a proper full episode to himself. His biggest roles have mostly just been as either a side character or in shorts. I mean, look at the other kid characters. Johnnie, Janie, Myla, Sunshine, Emma, Maddie, and even Coco had all gotten full episodes to themselves. A "day in the limelight", if you will. It's really only Ethan who got the short end of the stick here. Bully might be a close second, but even he still had his moments. So, I decided to fix that! I decided to make an episode where I pair Ethan and Bully together! Since... well, it's a character pairing that I don't think I've ever done before XD. So, here's the end result! King Bubbler is out of prison and now he's back!

After King Bubbler and General Boring's escape, they come back more vengeful and with the Bubble Army rejuvenated, they would soon regain strength, and strike back by launching their long awaited invasion as the aftermath of the prison break is being processed. And now both Scooterman and Gus now has to fight against the menace that is the Bubble Army, now regenerated and vengeful again. Also available on YouTube -&gt; <a href="https://youtu.be/-7a90pyfllY" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://youtu.be/-7a90pyfllY</a> [Creator's note]Wow... Making this 1 is quite the shit show. This is by far the 1st (and hopefully the only) time I have literally gone through development hell. And production of this film, I did not anticipate how much of a shit show making this film would've been. This was made between Autumn 2024 to Spring 2025, but I got burnt out many times on this 1. I was experimenting with trying to make a Scooterman film using Vegas and using its image frame motion features, but the problem with that is that the frames do get into unusual aspect ratios when I click options to get them to move, and having to constantly fix that was a headache in itself. So yeah, this is kind of the 1st animation film I made using Vegas and while the motions are a bit more smooth, it was energy consuming. And while yes <a href="https://coltrockgreen.newgrounds.com/">ColtRockGreen</a> has done plenty of the work, I didn't think I'd burn out so easily, especially right after making my last Gacha Mini Movie prior to this non-Gacha film, Swallowing Blood (the rest of its plot that is). This film has been shelved for a long time from 2025 until this year. While I also have thought of remaking it from ground up. My brother and I can't do much with it either since my brother was already burnt out himself doing his GMOD film Revenge on Nijima. So co-ordination for this film is a bit laggy, and while I make my estimated prediction with what I originally intended for the plot, I feel like doing all of its intended plot might've dragged this film out to the point where it becomes as long as a full feature length film like what happened with Revenge on Nijima, so to prevent another Nijima effect, I have decided to split the film's plot in half into 2 films, so since half of its plot it done, I'll just be leaving this film as is and make it a part 1, with another continuation coming later instead of any actual end. At this point, I feel like this current arc I have planned to end, had unintentionally festered up its own sub-trilogy within itself, which I call the Dr. Bubbles trilogy, so expect another film with Dr. Bubbles as the unintended central antagonist in the later films to come I guess. And also the motion blur was from compressing the clips together over and over again, I mean I get that the motions may be unusual, but this was kind of my 1st time trying to make an animation film and putting frames and stuff together on Vegas, so I was inexperienced in Vegas when I made this, but after this film, all future Scooterman films will be made on Movie Maker instead since this experiment turned out to be an energy consuming, image bending, and motion blurring failure.

MADTOWN - Shapes of Wrath

Just a little something while I continue to work on Episode 15

Bob will never do another trend...

Con todo esto, gracias por ver :)💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜🩷💜Popee, now an adult, finds an old box containing all the things he used when he was a clown in Wolf Zirkus. Kedamono Jr. finds a photo of himself with his old friends, including Kedamono, who has been dead for over five years. That's where Popee tells her how he fell in love with Kedamono and how their story began as something more than friends...💜🩷 FUAAAAAAAAAAAAAA WE'RE BACK, GUYS 🗣I've wanted to show some scenes for quite some time now, scenes that will be more important later on. Yes, yes, yes, I know some people will be wondering, "IS KEDAMONO DEAD?!!! 😭" The simplest answer is, no, at least not entirely. This is a little promotion for the AU. As I've mentioned before, I've been thinking about doing another live stream to draw three participants from the AU event. I'm still planning a day when everyone feels free, and especially... when I'm free to start XDWell, with all that said, it's possible to start working on the chapter again. I've been wanting to compose original music, so if we fall behind on this chapter (again...), it might be because of that, but I'm not sure. With all that said, thanks for watching :)

The return yall probably didn’t expect and didn’t care for, but THE RETURN of PuggyPugsonYT’s version of TomSka’s AsdfMovie (both 15 and 16 combined in this one!)As mentioned in my previous animation’s description (FEEL LIKE YOU: <a href="https://youtu.be/jP4fbf8TvD8" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://youtu.be/jP4fbf8TvD8</a>) I’m officially back to animating random bullsh*t!Back in like 2024, I announced I would quit animating due to lack of motivation, and with that, the Mr. Caring Carl’s Cheeseburger Making animation I was working on at the time was cancelled, and the footage I worked on up to the cancellation was posted to my IG, and ever since then, I was more focused on Puggy’s Piggy Shorts, my series based off of Roblox Piggy! With now especially, with the lack of uploads recently, lesser and lesser ideas for PPS content, I’ve suddenly gained the motivation again to animate stuff, especially with me currently on summer break, might as well pass the time with making some animations during this drought of content on the channel, starting with not only that animation meme I made about my OC, Sir Geminore Staticus II, but with the return of AsdfMovie (PuggyPugsonYT Edition!) another one of those Asdf recreations that you’d see back in 2020-2021, a lil even now!Along with this, I’m considering reviving Mr. Caring Carl’s Cheeseburger Making again, along with another animation story idea I have (all previous ideas like Kyle The Cat and others never seeing the light of day) are now just scrapped, due to them being just bad ideas overall with it clearly being because I was at a younger age at the time of making those ideas. But anyways, enjoy this Asdf recreation of 15-16, but with MY characters! Temper Dogs Episode 2 is finally here! Enjoy!

Temper Dogs is a series I made featuring Abigail, the leader of the pack and they have to deal with their archenemies, King Billy Cat who wants to break up the pack. In this episode, there is an outbreak called "The Common Cold X" created by the Virus King and his minions who infected the entire universe with it and the worst part, it is deadly, it is up to Dr. Gil (Creator Mary's dad) to save the day! I used real sound effects from my summer cold this year for this animation. I used my own sick voice for the characters to see how long the animation needs to be.

Marvel - Bubblegum Peach

Part 2 of the animation adaptation based on BigiGts's comic with the same title.

Here it is finally! After a very, VERY long delay, the 2nd part and finale of the animation "HoloXtra - Big N' Smol" is finally here! 😭😭😭 With Lui seemingly missing and having been dropped in an unknown location, Iroha decided to separate with Laplus and Koyori to run around the massive, garbage-filled room and look for her, not knowing that Lui had fallen inside one of Chloe's boots, waking up and trying to get out of the stinky prison by herself but to no avail.Laplus and Koyori on the other hand decided to climb Chloe's bedroom to help with the search with the idea that having a much better view of the whole room could make finding Lui much faster, that is, until Laplus decided to separate with Koyori and wake Chloe up properly to help them get to the portal. Will they succeed in each of their goals and go back to their normal size? Or will they become forever trapped within the confines of Chloe's massive room full of trash? And for the most important question: Will Chloe even try to clean her room before Sora-senpai visits?Find out in this 2nd part and finale of the animation which took me 4+ months to make! 😓😓😓 _____________________________________________________________________ This video is an adaptation from BigiGts's comic with the same name, but I decided after consulting them that I want to create some sort of epilogue after the ending part of the original comic story (we've talked/discussed about what the extra scenes' story will be like and what scenario would be added). I had to split the animation into 2 parts because the story is very long. This might be one of the challenging animations that I made for a while as I needed to animate five/six separate characters individually (which is different than just using some random mob models in my other videos), use some heavy effects (which causes so much lag and sometimes crashed MMD on my "potato" laptop, and also causes some random glitches when rendering the video, which I can't fix sadly so expect some "glitches" when watching), and specifically making Chloe's messy room (which took me more than a week to make an edit of). I also had some challenges from my IRL/health stuff (like my thumb randomly twitching due to overwork and in one time I woke up in the middle of the night where it doesn't stop twitching which is scary, random blackouts in our place which made me force to bring my potato laptop at work just to continue on the animation, and other private related matters). Anyways, sorry again for the very long delay and I hope you enjoy watching the video and the wait was worth it~! 😖😖😖 If you like my videos and wanted to show some support, you can support me on my Patreon, Subscribestar or Ko-fi. It helps me keep motivated to make more videos in the future! (MMD Giantess) HoloXtra: Big N' Smol (Part 2)

Threesome with two females argonian and a lucky man !

"Nurja?"The argonian turned, her eyes widening. Her face melted instantly into a look of pure, breathless disbelief. "Drakeena!"In an instant, the space between them vanished. They collided in a flurry of laughter, hugging with the fierce desperation of two people who had once shared every secret, every dream, and every childhood summer before time and distance had pulled them to separate corners of Tamriel. It had been so many years, yet the moment they pulled back to look at each other, the history between them rushed back like a tidal wave."Look at you!" Drakeena beamed, her eyes shining as she took Nurja in, touching her cheek. "What are you doing in Solitude? I thought you were still in the Marsh, specially with all those Thalmor around.""I needed a new beginning, so I journeyed all around Tamriel, mostly in Cyrodill. First to find work... but I took a liking just travelling around... meeting all kind of people and lovers." Nurja said.Drakeena gave her a lusty mocking look. "Should I understand we are still playing the same "music" you and I? Still putting your body to good use, enjoying young lust when it comes to you, eh?""You have no idea! I lost count at some point. Bet you do too, right?"Drakeena blushed but approved. They both laughed, though Nurja smile dipped slightly as she adjusted the heavy pack on her shoulders. "To be completely honest, my luck ran out at the city gates. The inn outside the city I had sent word to reserve a cot at was burned to the ground last moon. Imperials say this is a Stormcloak attack, but the stormcloacks say it's a Thalmor inside job, yadda yadda. I’ve been wandering the quarters for hours trying to find a tavern with an open room that doesn't cost a king's ransom."Drakeena’s expression softened into something deeply tender. She reached out."Absolutely not. You are not sleeping in some squalid, overpriced tavern," She said, a warm smile playing on her lips. "Listen... I am actually on my way to stay with someone. A special someone."Nurja raised an eyebrow, a spark of the old, playful teasing returning to her voice. "Oh? A suitor? A lover?"Again, Drakeena smiled lustfully. "You could say, more like a friend with benefits. He is a master artisan here, and he has a wonderfully spacious bedroom near the upper terrace. I was planning to stay with him for the coming weeks. And you know... he might be open for something very kinky with the two of us at his home.""Or on his bed". Nurja smiled."You got the idea..." Drakeena said softly. She stepped closer, closing the distance between them once more. "He is the most generous, open-hearted soul I have ever known. When I tell him that my childhood firend is stranded without a roof in the city, he will throw open his doors. He is also... very... VERY vigorous !"Nurja left her mind wandering a bit. It's been days since she last had sex, years since she and Drakeena shared a man's body, in one depraved intimate session. Two argonians giving themselves to a man at once can be both a true piece of extasy for him, but also a challenge to handle, to be able to satisfied both of them without cumming too soon. Their scaly bodies had a true power over those humans, they knew it. Drakeena seems sure about her friend with benefits though, and Nurja is missing it a lot right now."Ok" she said."Let's go meet your friend then. I only have love to offer him!" LegendOfJan's Drakeena is among the sexiest model I've been able to animate, I wanted to make something special with her the moment he handled me the model. Combining her with Nurja came immediatly in mind, and while at first, the video was supposed to only be the first pose, I couldn't help it, and went for a bigger video with others poses, even finishing with a double creampie! Gotta fill up both those girls! Took me some times, but I'm really happy with the result, and I hope you will be too!Drakeena created by <a href="https://x.com/LegendOfJan" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">LegendOfJan</a> ported and rigged by <a href="https://x.com/varodainsfw" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">varodai</a>, voiced with NekoNyan voice pack.Nurja by <a href="https://x.com/GTSpelunker" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">GuntherTheSpelunker</a> voiced with <a href="https://twitter.com/chiyo1000nights" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">千夜(Chiyoru)</a> through <a href="https://x.com/OpenNSFWSP" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">OpenNSFW</a> voice pack.Man by <a href="https://x.com/PipedudeP" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pipedude</a> voiced with <a href="https://x.com/lewddmon" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Lewddmon</a> through <a href="https://x.com/OpenNSFWSP" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">OpenNSFW</a> voice pack. A corny ending to a corny trilogy. Thank fucking god it's over. If you haven't seen they previous ones, you can watch them. I tought my head was going to explode from all of this. Anyway, you should call a suicide or a mental health hotline if you feel like you need that. Or get a therapist if you got money for that. I'll keep animating more Manteli and Taateli stuff. Some will be more lighthearted. That depends on my mental health.

Entry for <a href="https://aalasteir.newgrounds.com/news/post/1599638" rel="nofollow">Aalasteir (or whatever his name is this week)'s Original Game Concept Animation Jam!</a> [will include game design document here later] Five minutes before the end probably. Or not, kind of already broke the existing franchise rule anyway. It'll be fine, it just has lots and lots of guest characters, tell me what existing franchise it's a fan game of, all of them!? Don't be ridiculous. Anyway, the idea is it's a business management simulation with some idle game elements. You take bets to earn money for running events, hiring new racers, sabotaging anybody you didn't bet on yourself, the usual. And before you point it out, obviously the big chicken's attack should be an egg (shell) but the familiar turtle was more recognisable so just used it for this. The ironic thing is, I'm never going to make this! Going to use the sprites for a proper vehicle combat thing (I've just decided). Already playing this game on YouTube-(<a href="https://www.patreon.com/53xy83457" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">join the patreon</a> to take part if you like) So to summarise: I can just make games if I want to make games, this is completely against the spirit of the jam and I've wasted everybody's time. However, I will be keeping an eye out for other entries so, as suggested in the <a href="https://aalasteir.newgrounds.com/news/post/1599638" rel="nofollow">original post</a>, do indeed keep track of your assets.

Modern 8-Bit Brothers' Episode #2 - Bowser's Retirement

oh also this was actually a school project!

THE MONUMENTAL MEAL

Franklin finds something odd in the storeroom

<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/586/iu_1586310_28415006.webp" alt="iu_1586310_28415006.webp" data-smart-scale="764,317">VOODOO VIDS EPISODE 4: IN BRUCE WE TRUST Episode 4 is upon us and I hope you enjoy it! I'm aware that many people may not have seen the original Evil Dead movie. And you don't need to have seen it to have some fun in this episode, but there are a lot of references here that are connected to the Evil Dead series. If you want some more context before watching, maybe check out the last edition of the <a href="https://voodoovids.newgrounds.com/news/post/1619729">Spooky Zine</a>. ABOUT THE SPOOKY ZINEThe spooky zine is a once a month mini mag that explores some more of the local lore and connects with the episodes and world of voodoo vids in a way that's external to the animation. They are a bit of fun, but also can contain wider context for viewers that want to have some additional context. Or maybe you just want to read more about what's happening in the wider universe. A LOVE LETTER TO EVIL DEADThis episode is a love letter to Evil Dead and nods to the horror classic in certain ways I hope you would find nostalgic and at the same time, perhaps encourage some new people to seek out The Evil dead movies if you haven't seen them. You have to have a passion for old school splatter gore horror. But it's got a great blend of gore and comic styled over the top supernatural elements that are sure to delight, and Bruce Campbell is just brilliant as Ash Williams. I'm super excited to learn that there are rumors Bruce may even return to the movies in some capacity. I know currently Bruce is battling cancer, which is awful news, but as he said himself, "Fear not, I am a tough old son-of-a-bitch".I along with many fans are wishing him a good battle and hope he gets well soon! I'd love to see him on the big screen in Evil Dead again! Beyond this point there will be episode 4 spoilers so return to read the rest after you've seen the episode. <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/586/iu_1586325_28415006.webp" alt="iu_1586325_28415006.webp" data-smart-scale="764,317"> BEHIND THE SCENES OF EPISODE 4This episode took a lot longer to make than the others, I hope that shows and also thank you for your patience. The script went through a few re writes and last minute changes that extended the runtime. Having every character in a single episode comes with more challenges, making sure to give each of them a good scene. But I think it was worth it as if you like any character in particular they are all present in this one. THAT ICONIC INTROIf you are familiar with Evil Dead you will have noticed I did my best to pay homage to the opener from Evil Dead 2 that explains the Necronomicon's origins. Making that was so much fun, animating the front cover of the book, combining it with some stock footage of an ocean that I tinted red, and for the "ink effect" on the page reveals I used some simple track mattes of real ink drop footage to do that. I love how it turned out.I also did the narration in the intro, I rearranged elements of the original script to work better with the set up for this parody. My goal was to allow people who've never heard of, or watched Evil dead to get up to speed as quickly as possible with the idea that "this book is bad news" TECHNICAL STUFFOne of the biggest challenges is creating new environments and props. Something you see on screen for a few seconds in a few shots has had to be created from scratch. Some times I over engineer stuff too and I probably could've made the chainsaw without an actually animated chain... but because I did, It allowed me to get some cool camera angles of it in action.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/586/iu_1586351_28415006.webp" alt="iu_1586351_28415006.webp" data-smart-scale="764,317"> Same can be said for the shotgun that Franklin is using. it is based of the same model they used in Evil Dead 2, the original film Ash used a single barreled Winchester, but the sequel it was a 12 guage double barrel Stevens model, and later in the 3rd movie it was a double barrel Stoeger Coach Gun, which is lovingly referred to now as "The Boomstick"Ash famously saws the barrel off in Evil Dead 2. Of course I needed a forest. Not any easy set to build but I made it easy by cutting a lot of corners, the whole forest set is just a simple plane with a particle system placing tree images randomly across the surface.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/586/iu_1586349_28415006.webp" alt="iu_1586349_28415006.webp" data-smart-scale="764,495">I made it within an hour and the lighting is doing most of the heavy lifting. which is again fairly simple. I like my renders to not take AGES. Most of the animation scenes take about 4-5 seconds per frame. So the forest was as basic as it needed to be. Paul's date cutaway was another external set that required a suburban feel to it. so I modeled some simple houses and kept camera angles to a minimum and focused only on what I needed. it was a very short scene so keeping the set small was important... but I could probably use it again in future should the need arise.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/586/iu_1586352_28415006.webp" alt="iu_1586352_28415006.webp" data-smart-scale="764,295">Voodoo Vids itself as a set is the biggest and most detailed because I wanted a space where I can point the camera pretty much anywhere and have a great shot. A lot of time was spent on that, but it still needs work and more will come to the set eventually. Another huge time save has been using multiple cameras within the same scene and swapping between them. traditionally I would've worked on one scene per camera shot, but using Blenders camera marker system I can have multiple cameras that I can cut to whenever I need. so I can animate the whole scene in one blend file. This also makes it easier to alter small parts or fix things in post easier without having to dig through a load of different scene files. MUFFINMuffin the Dog was referenced in the <a href="https://voodoovids.newgrounds.com/news/post/1619729">Spooky Zine</a> and fun fact, he is voiced by our own dog Podrick. Recording his various noises is fun. To get his taco crunching sounds we used a Poppadom, he very much enjoys working with us when there's food involved.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/586/iu_1586356_28415006.jpg" alt="iu_1586356_28415006.jpg" data-smart-scale="764,764">The next two episodes will probably be a little shorter again too not keep the gaps too long between them. AND for the finale there's going to be another great addition to the page that you can all experience and join in. more on that soon.We may even see some more new characters too!! FINAL NOTEThank you all for watching and a special thanks to Bruce Campbell and Director Sam Raimi for making a bonkers horror franchise that inspires fans and creators still to this day.As for Voodoo Vids please share it if you can, tell people about It! Your support is greatly appreciated with every like, vote, comment. It will be available on youtube next week, right now they remain as Newgrounds exclusives at launch. If you want to know anything else about production or things I've not mentioned here, then please ask. more than happy to answer any questions.See you in the next one! and look out for the next edition of the Spooky Zine for some more info soon!
