We TST hosts apparently spend our weekends quite differently from eachother.

I'm still not sure where this footage is coming from, but I keep finding VHS tapes around the studio. Apparently this is what E;R is doing when he say he needs a "Rain check for this week." This was the animated intro for The Today Show Tonight - #44, and originally aired August 28th, 2026. I created, animated, and edited everything seen in the video, outside of the audio. (And the ant) This animation was admittedly a bit thrown together at the last minute, so it's a bit rough around the edges, but I'm putting together more dynamic environments and props. The ant was a free model I found online, that I have since lost the link to, but it was under CC license so I think I'm good. I don't think I would've gotten to do the gag I wanted if I hadn't found that model, as it's a throwback to an older episode of the podcast where Johann was eaten alive by ants. Go check it out. Oh well. Obviously got carried away with the background stupidity as usual, tho then you know its a true Fudgeman Brand animation.I like how it turned out for the most part. As usual tho, i struggled a bit to figure out what to do for the ending. a bit bare bones i think. tho since i cant add any tum movement I didn't really know what else to do.Soz if its not what most of you asked for tho... i think next months gonna be filled with a lot more vore stuff so. This breaks it up a bit.Hope you enjoy!

Franklin has an idea to get more money in the shop

Well here we are with the third short! This one was a lot of fun to work on this past week. I'll go into more details below as there will be spoilers if you haven't watched it yet. But thank you so much for the support! Newgrounds saw potential in the first episode and gave it a front page position. Truly thankful for that opportunity, and i'm really happy that the short has found some fans. I've been receiving some great messages and really am enjoying meeting others in the indie animation scene. OK, on with the the details. Spoilers from this point on. THE STORYThis third short is based on true events. I was out celebrating a friends birthday and there was an arcade, a claw machine contained these capybara toys, I just really wanted to win one but the machine wouldn't hand it over. My partner decided she would make it her mission to get it for me and i'm happy to say she returned to the arcade the next day and did get it as a surprise, and i'm now a proud owner of a capybara holding a smiling pineapple. FRANKLINWe saw Franklin in the 2nd short briefly. But this time he's made his debut. Franklin is a positive happy guy that just wants to help in anyway he can.. sometimes, he makes mistakes but that's ok. I find BIG characters are a fun contrast to the smallness of Thalia. Having a range of character sizes makes for a more visually dynamic cast and I love how Franklin is essentially Frankenstiens monster wearing bowling shirts and sandals. He's a lovable dude and I can't wait to make more with him. WRITING COMEDYProbably the hardest thing to write because it's just so subjective and i'm not a super confidant writer of anything. The first two shorts required the viewer to have some external knowledge of films like Twilight and Terrifier 3 to really land as intended. So this time I wanted to make the comedy as self contained as it can be. This ones for everyone, or at least I tried my best to write it that way. Some of the greatest comedies ever written stick close to what most people can relate to, Faulty Towers with its husband & wife running a business angle, IT crowd with its office antics... THE OFFICE itself! all of those are relatable character driven sitcoms. As well as referencing popculture from time to time, I need to remember that the writing will land best if it serves what people KNOW. So going forward I hope to lean into that more. and when all else fails? slapstick... Tom the cat getting hit in the face with a frying pan never fails. THE SHOPThe Voodoo Vids building itself is somewhere I want the viewer to desire to go. it's warm, inviting, filled with interesting things. It likely smells of stale coffee and hot CRT's and plastic video cases. I've seen every inch of it because I built everything in it, but the viewers haven't, So I try to get a few establishing shots in there to show the place from different angles. Getting that feeling of "I wish I could go to a place like Voodoo Vids" across more without sapping the pace. I just love strong establishing shots, combined with a nice piece of music, it sets the tone for the rest of it. There is a lot more to see inside, but we'll get to that in a future episode. SILLY VOICESI've done voice work before but for comerical purposes. Yes... I've literally been the guy that says"BUT WAIT! There's more" and I still do that, but I've wanted to get into character work for a while, so I'm using my own project as an excuse to have fun and explore that side of things too.I promise i'll get new voices in for future episodes... i'm no Hank Azaria and i'm looking forward to working with more people. SOME TECHNICAL STUFFThe Capybara world machine was fun to make BUT it was a headache at times. Between the claw rigging, and parenting to the control box, and the fricken CORD on the claw OMG... That was a fiddly thing to get looking right. A lot of trial and error but I settled on a bezier curve and used "hook to" constraints. It does the trick and that's good enough! The Capybara toy itself is a real toy, so I used my own as reference to make the model. I drew the machine artwork in Photoshop and brought it in as an image texture. and to finish off the machines aesthetics I composed its chiptune jingle using a website called "beepbox", if you want to make cool chip tunes and muck about with it, it's a great tool!I was going to model some coins for Victor to use, but I decided it was a detail I could cut to save time, and I don't think it would impact the visual impact by not having that in there. ON great tools a friend told me about WIGGLYPAINT which is the tool I used to draw the squiggly doodles of the characters in the credits. I love how fun they are. FINAL NOTEAside from my partner doing voice work and helping me recording foley sounds I'm working on the animation alone. It's tough but seeing the end result is so satisfying. And if others are enjoying it too then that's even better! Doing this lets me take on all aspects of a production and being indies, we get to just MAKE stuff without having to pass it around a boardroom for sign off on the dirt texture on the glass of the capybara machine. Thanks for the support, thank you for watching, and I look forward to hopefully making you laugh again real soon.

Mia Niles Assorted backgrounds-------------------------------------fluffness Text Box--------------Lalá draws Here we are with Episode 4! Just like how Episode 3 was the last entry to use VN narration segments, Episode 4 is the last to feature the traditional Visual Novel style with static sprites and backgrounds. This episode was the first to feature animation for the show upon its initial release as well. Now the characters can blink, breathe, move, and do creepy head turns when they get into a mood. I remember when I first discovered how to make the animations. Maganda (Lillie) and I were speaking together with Janey (Yumi) about working on future episodes. Maganda and I were getting a little concerned about the static VN appearance, so I mentioned that there was indeed animation within the character studio to experiment with. With it, we could alter character poses a little bit better, add body movement, and even mouth flaps for dialogue. Within a week of playing around with the studio -- and making Lillie do a couple of martial arts moves -- I was able to make simple animations for our pivotal scenes of Lillie's monologue, Yumi's dress up scene, and the final scene with Lillie reminiscing about her day. It was a pretty good first step that got us to Episode 5 and onwards. It's a little rough looking back, but it was the start of something very promising. Thanks to experimenting, the entire look of the show changed and a world of possibilities opened up. This is one of my favorite episodes for that reason as well as for the story presented. Yumi is such a dynamic character and she's the key to the very small transformation that started in Lillie's heart. We'll definitely see more of her as the series progresses and I sincerely hope you look forward to it. She has a special episode down the line, now that we're talking about it~. Thank you very much for watching and I hope you enjoy this latest episode to hit Newgrounds! See you next week for Episode 5!

Check out the extensive change list below! Update v0.5 release notes:NEW: Experimental feature - You can now make your own motion capture animations. The focus here is on ease of use - simply press the select button (there's a prompt that pops up) while grabbing a sphere to start recording. Press it again to stop recording and play back the animation as a loop! You can for example record movement to a characters hip, then while that plays back record another movement to their arms or legs and layer it up. This is experimental and quite basic in functionality (no saving yet), but later I should be able to make it work with elbow and knee controls, maybe it could even be used to record motions for toys, lights and other objects.NEW: I finally managed to add elbow and knee controls! This has been requested since day one but I hadn't had a chance to work on it until now. They are hidden by default, with an option to toggle visibility in the animation menu.NEW: 57 new face morphs, including eye shape, size, position and angle, and new nose and mouth shapes.NEW: Face morphs are now organised into sub categories (nose, mouth, eyes etc) for ease of use.NEW: The clothing system has been completely re-done and improved on. It's now possible to add and remove as many clothing slots as you like, and each slot can have any item of clothing equipped. This makes it possible to combine items and accessories in any way you like.NEW: Clothing colours can now be edited! Some items have multiple sections to edit.NEW: Click on a morph name to go into "Thumbstick mode". You can then adjust and scroll through the list using the thumbstick which makes it much easier to keep your eyes on the girl and see the changes.NEW: Auto stretch setting - the ass and pussy gradually stretch and become wider as they are penetrated. Afterwards they will slowly return to their original state.NEW TOY: Doe strap-on. This is still work in progress. Once inserted use the attach system to attach it to the characters pelvis and keep it firmly in place.NEW: Drink collectables with dynamic fluids (WIP). A few of these are scattered around the ship, they don't do anything yet but in another update I'll be adding the names chosen by patrons and a collectable system which keeps track of which ones you've found.NEW: Thumbstick deadzone setting, this should fix any problems with drifting.NEW: Dark empty environment very similar to the Quest level, it's simplicity (it's literally just a floor mesh) should give you better performance than some of the other environments. There's also no baked lighting so you can create a nice dynamic lighting setup from scratch.NEW: 10 new clothing items/accessories including 2 pairs of stockings.NEW: Added 3 new built in scenes and updated the old ones.NEW: Added 5 new character presets and updated the old ones.NEW: The attach system for joint handles now works in VR. Select a joint handle by grabbing it and then press the attach button in the Animation menu. The laser will turn blue, aim and press the select button to choose an object and attach. You can attach two characters hips together for example, or attach their hands to a table etc.NEW: Playing without motion controllers is now much better. This is good if you don't have a full PC VR system yet, like a DK2 or any cheap mobile headset supported by RiftCat for example. You can now grab and pose characters and move toys and objects with the middle mouse button. The laser is now controlled by moving the mouse instead of turning your head.NEW: Added Vive tracker instructions to the help menu/startup room.IMPROVED: Clothing assets are now loaded asynchronously when they are needed which saves memory, improves loading times and eliminates stuttering during loading. This is essential to keep memory usage down in the future when there will be a lot more clothing items.IMPROVED: Character lights are now turned off by default.IMPROVED: Clothing system now supports accessories with physics like the bunny ears (more to come later).FIXED: Grabbing the head should be easier now.FIXED: Crash when placing a character between the chair and the desk in the captain quarters.FIXED: When loading a character created in an older build the custom morph values should now be retained and any new morphs will be added to the character with their default value. Known Issues:- Motion captured animations do not save yet.- Object attachments do not save yet.- Recording animations is experimental and missing some features. There's no way to control playback or clear a recorded animation yet, and you can't re position an animated point. As a workaround you can save and re load the character in place, or move the overall scale slider which will remove any animations. I will add more controls later!- When a mocap animation loops it's not smooth, I should be able to fix this later by adding a blend.

Original description:
Decided I wanted do do something a little extra with my Tyrannosaurus

Tyrannosaurus Rex Stalking Prey (Blender 2.8)

VFX done using Trapcode by Red Giant in Adobe After Effects CC 2019. It's a LOOP! A year ago I did THIS Motion Graphics Animation of my Fursona:
https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/707213 To me, I tend to view motion graphics as more basic and simple, but despite that they can get VERY complex, and time consuming. It's basically a still picture that has elements in it that moves such as VFX, but some of those can get rather advanced in technique. I was still consider this more on the basic to intermediate end. It was very difficult, frustrating, and stressful to try and figure these things out since 2016. But, I just kept at it. When I was at UMASS Boston so many professionals had no idea how to do these things, even tho' in theory it ought to be simple. Adobe also doesn't make it fool-proof, and doesn't exactly teach this stuff either, which I found strange because this style is not even new whatsoever. I'm glad to get on with these things and see my progress since last year. Last year, I wanted to understand particles fully, and even tho' I can comprehend them somewhat now, I'm not a master of any of it. 3D software is a big issue of contention for me because it destroyed my entire career field at exactly the time period I graduated from animation/film/art school in 2001 even tho' traditional animation had just been peaking in the market, and Japanese traditional animation took off even further. But, I also value VFX, Filmmaking, and editing software which is much better than those old analogue video editing machines and VHS or BETA decks. I see no reason why I can't use 3D elements, VFX such as particles, parallaxing, camera movements, 3D environments, 3D digital cameras, 3D vectors, or 2D vectors in a fusion of hand made art together. I also see no reason why it's acceptable for computers, machines, and software, ought to replace art and artists. I find this unacceptable. This piece of artwork was drawn by hand with a pencil on paper and scanned, then cleaned & painted/colored in Adobe Photoshop. The Motion Graphics animation + compositing was done in After Effects, and the final edit was cleaned & reworked in Adobe Premiere. I also use Adobe's Media Encoder to render out my videos because I find the codecs stay more consistent that way in the final result. It's not as noticeable in the newer versions of Creative Cloud, but it's still there. Anyways, THIS was VERY FIRST project this year, and my VERY FIRST actual original project using Trapcode! ^,^ I was SO EXCITED to even get Trapcode back in November! My older work usually did NOT have so much slowness, or stillness, or downtempo and even ambientness as the things I had done at the end of the 20th Century, and the beginnings of the 21st Century. So, THAT alone was a significant challenge for me, since I'd usually been such a hyper person, and prone to dynamic or flamboyant styles. But, in order to learn these things I needed to try and learn how to create things that were not fast paced, but slow, and more calm. VERY difficult for me. Often these motion graphics projects are a way to experiment, subjectively, things like mood, emotive feelings, but also the software and allowing it to be the tool, and NOT the art. I also do the audio design as well.

It was a complete challenge for me to do ANYTHING that wasn't dynamic, but laid back, slower, and more

Here is another animation of the dynamic duo! This one took a while but was fun to make!
