this is just an animation test because my animation software got an update with more and new tools and things. So here is my Catching Up animation test, inspired by the bouncing ball exercise that every animators did when animating for the first time. its really short, and again im really sorry about that but I gotta finish another animation that’s gonna be done for Halloween, so that’s why its so short

Catching Up Bouncing Up

I'm beyond sleepy, so I'll fill this out later, if I can remember.

This is a little Doom parody I made to practice paperless animation a bit.

Hi, my name is Marco, and this is the first animation I’m uploading to this site. It’s a short exercise I did to improve my paperless animation skills. If you're interested, you can find me on Instagram under the name Burcei_Dude.

Four adventurers brave the lands of the kingdom of Danelaw in search of beasts to slay!

This is a short animation I made to hype the members of my college's D&D club for an upcoming campaign we're hosting! I made this in Openshot, dragging assets in the little timeline and adding fade in transitions all over the place. A good exercise, but a very tiring one. I wanted to make it a whole two minutes but it just became too daunting of a task. Saul Bass's Movie Poster Design x Richard William's Animation Exercise

Just another little animation practice, but this time with guidance of The Animator's Survival Kit (Richard William) for my love of Saul Bass's movie poster designs (use In Harm's Way due to the poster is a navy vice admiral pointing, which works for me). I uploaded a video that's display the behind the scenes of creating said minute of animation on YouTube if you're curious.
Behind the Scenes Display | Richard Williams's Finger Pointing Exercise x Saul Bass's Movie Poster...
If not, thank you for your time watching this. They got better ideas. TV and chill? More like TV and... hot... ha ha... uh... This video was kind of an exercise in how quickly I can produce a video while retaining quality. I think the quality suffered a bit because of when I wanted it out, but honestly if I just planned/organized it better I think producing videos between 2-4 minutes might be plausible every week/other week (if I can make the money from this to focus on it completely). It would probably be more like 1.5-2 weeks if I did alts like lesbian for this, but with time and practice I can better that. For context, this video has 3 alts, and I did all of them within about 1-1.5 weeks, despite some life things taking a day or 2 in between. The alts are FUTA TETO POV, exaggerated sexual characteristics, and FUTA TETO POV with exaggerated sexual characteristics (all available on Patreon), so the conversion between them wasn't too bad but it still required some significant amount of editing for each to get them to look right. That being said, I prioritize quality the most, so the time probably should be more like 2-4 weeks depending on the length of the video. If you think this content is good and want to support, or want early access to videos/higher quality/work-in-progress reports on projects, or want to see alts of these videos from other angles, with bigger bazongas, or sometimes the same context in both lesbian and futa, try Patreon! I post 1-2 times a week about works in progress, early videos, etc. Regardless, thank you for watching my content here! Thank you all for your support! While this isn't a real game, I am working on an original short film featuring CamTheCan (wink wink nudge nudge) and could use some extra support! Also, while this is a promotional video, I mainly made this as an exercise to emulate the style of games I adore! I personally grew up with Banjo-Kazooie, and I hope you can see that influence shine through. DON'T JUMP OFF A CLIFF

"Rumia Jump"a Touhou Project fan animationBased on original animation made by Goombo.Directed and produced by Gentoku Koubu.Project started May 7th 2025, concluded June 9th 2026.Total working time: 13 hours and 36 minutes. Animated at 18fps for a total length of 362 frames.Original plans simply consisted of a 12-frame animation. What originally started out as a simple practice exercise for Miniatures No. 2 evolved past its bounds. Coupled with the fact that we never had a true workflow to begin with, work soon stagnated. The Koubenian animation craze started out of hatred for an insult (and a threat) to animation, yet it suffered and stagnated from its own unaddressed flaws. Ultimately, deadlines were pushed back, month after month, until we decided that something needs to end. Thus the Koubenians rose up again, but this time, without any grand ambitions. We simply showed up, so that the past could rest. We simply showed up, so that our debts may be paid in full. Two restless nights later, and finally, the curse has been lifted. Let us rejoice. Liam Gallagher asks the most pressing question of our time.

This initially started as a character acting exercise but I also wanted to try my hand at a hybrid 2D-3D workflow. This was my first time working extensively in Blender and hoo boy, was it a trip. I learned a lot of valuable things with this short exercise and I'm aiming to continue implementing 3D into my animation moving forward. Set close-ups and process video coming soon! Programs used:

Toonsquid (key animation)

Toonboom (2D animation)

Blender (3D set design, lighting, 1st pass compositing)

After Effects (Final compositing & motion graphics)

Audio source: "Oasis: Behind the Mirror" (1997 Documentary)

Pushing the boundaries of 3D combat with a 2.5D anime-inspired aesthetic. This project was an exercise in Body Mechanics and Cinematic Camera Choreography. I avoided the standard "smooth" 3D look in favor of punchy, key-pose-driven animation to capture that high-energy anime "Sakuga" feel.Technical Highlights:

Hybrid Workflow: Blending 3D volume with 2D timing and spacing.

Camera Tricks: Utilized opposing-motion parallax to enhance the weight and speed of impacts without relying on the graph editor.

Custom Assets: All character designs and the neon arena environment were built to support high-readability silhouettes.

Aiming for a mainstream production feel rather than just previz. Would love to hear your thoughts on the weight of the shield impacts!Software: Blender

This was a fun exercise! I haven't animated in gmod for like 3 years, so it took a few minutes before i got the hang of it all! Fun fact:I once used it to trace over backgrounds for animation before stopping (since tracing has helped me to develop muscle memory that allowed me to create backgrounds from imagination, tho they're slightly flatter) Tho, some of you may have already known that by either following me since the beginning.....or by just looking at the backgrounds XD
