Blender indie animation project with dead people in hell.

After their perilous escape from the pound, our two protagonists find a moment of peace in the depths of hell. One where they're finally allowed to congregate without any imminent treats breathing down their necks. One where that allows them to discuss, to bond, and of course.. To ask even more questions. ----- Damn, alright. Didn't think this one would take too long but here we are. Longest so far. (rip) Hope you all enjoy this more quiet one, it's been a good practice as well as a good composting first try out! Will be Taking a break for some writing and stuff, and will be back to work very soon for the next one! Red Ball 4 But It's STOOPID: Finale

Hello, I am System Unit 393AP. In this animated video essay, I describe how the 21st century Cold War is being defined not by a competition of ideological economic systems, and fought not just by conventional military strategies, but also through an accelerationist push with AI and genetic engineering technologies to redefine the essence of what a "human" will be. The dawn of the cyborg age. My dearest friends, hello! A big phat update for Trauma Pets is on the way! Read all about it!https://store.steampowered.com/app/4236490/Trauma_Pets/ NEW CONTENT-Added a special breed of Trauma Pets that can exclusively be caught at the Port.-Added a Training Area where you can test your Trauma Pet's skills without hurting its health.-Added an extra minigame in the Stadium.-Added an extra minigame in the Factory. GAMEPLAY CHANGES-Resurrected Trauma Pets will now re-appear in your inventory with full Stamina.-Reward multipliers have been slightly decreased.-Repurposed the way stats are assigned for Trauma Pets.-Fixed a bug where Trauma Pets would get more tired playing specific minigames.-Fixed a bug where the Ominous Temple would just... be a complete mess really.-Adjusted the prices for several items. -Adjusted the rules of several minigames.-Adjusted the physics of the Alternate Dimension minigames.-Addressed the very vaguely explained alleged security issue from the previous build by updating Unity.-And more! AESTHETIC CHANGES-Tinkered a bit with post processing, particles and light effects.-Changed the camera angle for minigames and other scenes.-Fixed a few awkward typos and text-related oversights.-Fixed a bug where particles wouldn't display the appropriate color.-Fixed a bug where the Trauma Pets in the Ominous Temple and Alternate Dimension wouldn't display appropriately.-Visual and audio feedback for a few UI elements has been made clearer to understand. -Re-modeled and re-animated many components of the Trauma Pet anatomy.-Re-modeled many components of the environment. -Added a soundtrack, courtesy of Livio Brescia (again...), that can be toggled on and off.-And more! Is this the end of Trauma Pet's life cycle? Well... i haven't implemented the golf minigame yet. Plus i'm sure there'll be plenty more bugs i missed because i'm the only guy doing the playtesting. So yeah, see you soon whether it's for something different or just another update for Trauma Pets!

HUGE UPDATE FOR TRAUMA PETS!

I know it was only a day ago I annouced this but I've actually made the painful decision to cancel it due to multiple factors (some of those factors being in the credits + the fact that I got a new mouse... one of them that uses a rubber ball to (slowly) move around the cursor), even though it is practically unfinished (I know I don't usually post unfinished movies onto NG but it just came to me just a couple hours ago as of typing that a bunch of people did post unfinished animations in the past, so it can't be that bad right?), I put in credits to make it look an "actual" release... so oh well, it's better than nothing I suppose. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I decided to publish it anyway mainly to show off that I can do slower camera pans, not only in gifs, BUT in movies too... so that's cool I guess Also, for those that want to actually know what it's based on. YouTube (incase this goes down one way or another).vmm (for those that REALLY want to)

4 from toddler show feels a little unlikable today and it's just SOOOO rude

For those who don't know, I used to be a huge fan of these object shows around the start of season 4 of BFDI, which was one of the reasons I started learning animation in like late 2018 when I was like 13. Most of my content back in the day used to be purely OSC related up until like 2020 when I was slowly beginning to move on to different communities due to many factors, such as modern Jacknjellify content getting worse around that time, not being a fan of this community and in general just feeling like I was getting too old for this shit.Despite that, this era still holds a special place in my heart, even it wasn't all that good. This animation was a result of me revisiting the pre-split era of season 4 (the one that got me where I am today) and feeling inspired by Four's character. I could go in depth about my thoughts on this crap but umm.. I don' wanna Also this is technically the first ever animation that was entirely voiced by me, so that's neat ig

Four Gets Mean Spirited

One year before the events of episode 2 and Edgar, this prequel takes place in which Tad, after fracturing his universe, everyone disappeared, leaving him as the only one in Bostorn until he reaches the abandoned milk factory where he will try to get out, face Doctor Hardwell along with a new friend, and with an unexpected surprise at the end of the escape. Fact:The thumbnail style is not the same as the animation, as they are different styles.

Remu in Succubus Costume [Remastered]

Proof of concept for our upcoming series MOTHELL

The Mothell is always open.Come in. Sit down.Something will come along. Okay, let me try to explain a bit of the context, even though words aren't really my thing. The concept is very simple: we're in this surreal diner/motel floating in a space/non-space, where ambiguous characters come looking for... rest? Comfort? Who knows... And where things happen. In every episode a new character is added, and there will be no time ellipses — they'll all be consecutive. All episodes together, watched in a row, will form a single short/feature film, I imagine.Nothing earth-shattering in the traditional sense, but every episode is a metaphor for something — although I won't be the one to say which ones, I'd like everyone to see what they want in it.There's a lore behind it, and what happens happens for a reason, but again, I'd like you to discover it as you go through the series. I'd like to tell you how this idea was born, but I've spent the last two weeks working so intensely day and night on this project... so many ideas, so many changes of direction, additions, modifications, that I've forgotten what the initial spark was. I think that at some point I simply said to myself "Hey, let's try to produce something, doesn't matter what." And so I started putting together some of the low poly assets I've created over the last few years, without worrying too much about the story, just to see what happened. To have that feeling again from when I was a child and played with my toys, and it was enough to just spread them out in front of me on the floor, and suddenly they came to life and anything could happen. And, just like back then, everything happened. I took my "abandoned factory" assets and built a diner out of them (if you look closely you'll notice everything is wrong — the tables are workbenches, so too high to comfortably eat at, and the counter is too low, which is why the protagonists sit in those awkward positions — and those are just two examples), I added a couple of human characters, and made up something for them to do.From there some stories started taking shape in my head, enough to start thinking about making a series out of it, and what seemed like a one-off thing now feels like one of the most interesting projects I've ever come up with. We'll see if that's true. The only rule I gave myself: I want it to be weird, to look off, to reflect my personal pursuit of the "not beautiful." I know, not much of all this happens in this first episode — the main goal here was to see if I was capable of finishing one — but I promise you, as we go on, it'll get better. Then, obviously it's all weird — or maybe I should say New Weird? I'm a huge Jeff VanderMeer fan — so I imagine you have to be into the genre a bit, but either way I'm giving it everything I've got. I'm also leaving here a photo of my paper storyboard, even if you probably won't make much sense of it, I can barely make sense of it myself haha — initially I was planning to post it only as a reel on Instagram, which is why it's in vertical format.Thank you so much for your attention and see you next time! In the first episode, Paul was a background reaction character for a single appearance... but I like how he looked so much that I decided maybe he is another regular. Of course, he is now a regular. Expect to see him haunting the shop more often. Some behind the scenes.I use blender for all the animation. I designed and made all the characters, painted their textures, rigged them... that has taken the longest to do. But now that I have them, essentially it's all about writing, animating and editing the final episode in premiere pro.You have to wear many hats with indie animation, often you do a bit of everything in the production pipeline. And to every animator that has had sleepless nights doing "one more shot" or "one more frame" to make their production happen. Well done. This stuff is HARD. AudioA lot of audio I gather from freesound.org Or i'll record some bits of foley myself. In this episode I sat in front of a microphone shaking a real VHS tape around to get the sound of it in the characters hands. The sound is something I try to spend a lot of time on. Panning the voices through different shots to make the characters feel like they are in the world, adding a subtle room ambient reverb, panning the voice audio when the character turns their head... Such a small thing, but it's the difference between audio that feels "in world" and audio that feels "stuck on top" Time ScalesEpisode 1 took around 2 weeks to do (not including building all the props and the sets etc) , but Episode 2 I managed in 4 days. The context of the episode matters too, If i need to make a bunch of unique props for the story that can take more time. but I could factor in an extra day to just model all the scene specific props. The exterior of Paul's house in this episode for example was a last minute addition. I had time to quickly model it. and light it. so was happy to get it in. Cinematographygetting those nice cinematic shots is important to me, so I spent a lot of time studying the rule of thirds, and other techniques like the golden ratio. If you want to up your game on camera shots. look into this stuff, it'll take you from a bad framing loser to a Hollywood champ in no time! Simple rules to follow and they yield good results. (knowing when to break them is important too) I'm enjoying discovering what kind of show this is turning out to be, I don't have a plan or massive future goal, I just want to explore, introduce new ideas, experiment with different skill sets and channel them all into this video shop.I've got a lot of ideas about more scenarios and characters to make. I'm always open to ideas too so if you want to add something to Voodoo Vids in some way get in touch, let's talk. If you've read this far then thank you, Some people aren't interested in this stuff, but I'd like to include it for those that do enjoy some more content to read after they (hopefully) enjoyed the short. Love to hear your feedback, thoughts in general. drop a comment even if its just to say Hi :) Bren.

4Koma Girls: The X-Factor

The head honcho Cisernos get manhandled by a man in armor for being abusive

"I always knew that i shouldn't have hope. But for just one moment, i wanted to dream." Bola thought to herself, fighting the tears that threatened to burst forth by closing her eyes. The patrons begin to pour back into the cafe. "Hey Bola." That same raspy voice that lorded over her nightmares came to her ears. Bola opened her blurry vision only to be greeted with Cisernos's terrifying grin as she licked her lips inches from the maid's visage. "It's time for us to discuss your work performance." She said slowly, watching with glee as the fear and hopelessness truly etched itself on the maid's face with every word she says. Bola's third eye darted to the right. Juri stood there, a bead of sweat broke across her forehead. Her hands trembling, it was alien to Bola to see the sadistic maid in such a state. "Don't look at Juri, she isn't going to save you. Now about that client." Cisernos grabbed Bola's wrist, she didn't grab too hard or anything. Why would she? The look on Bola's dumb cute little face tells her that she isn't going to resist. "Follow me into my office-" Cisneros noticed that Bola's eyes widened and her lip started trembling as she took a wobbly step back, Juri took five steps back, the maids stood as still as a scarecrow. And that when she felt the scalding hot metal fingers wrapped around her throat. Searing the flesh off her neck. She was lifted off the ground like a toddler, the now heated metal burning into her throat. Bola fell on her butt as she stared at the raging inferno that was the armored warrior who saved her life. The Slayer has returned. Cisneros got slammed face first into the ground, cracks forming as her nose is caved in and lights flung wildly in her vision as she thrown into the window of Sweet Cream. "OOOOOHHHHHHHHH SHHHHHHHHHHIITTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!" Cisneros screamed as she hit the glass back first, the shattering making all the patrons jump back. Some of the maids winced, not in sympathy, but some of them knew from first hand experience that getting hurled through a glass window hurted. Cisneros had been so kind as to demonstrate that to them whenever they got out of line. Lucky for her that she had access to a repairman that was pretty cheap. Cisneros felt the long jagged glass shards impale her all over. Luckily none of them hit too deep. The back of her head hit the counter of the bar, knocking over drinks. She blacked out for only a moment, prior experiences had hardened her to quickly snap out of a black out. Another factor that played into her recovering a little more quickly was her martial art. All Martial Art users have a higher tolerance for pain and damage. How much can they take depends from user to user. "And…thank Veju for me unlocking my Martial Art. But to more important matters…HOW THE FUCK ISN'T THIS BASTARD DEA-" The thought that Cisneros had died in her brain as she saw the towering inferno walking towards her like a warning from the Titans themselves. Cisernos grabbed her shotgun, her hands shaking, the melted flesh from her throat dripping onto the shotgun. she couldn't afford to make another pocket dimension. It would take a lot of time and energy which she damn sure didn't have right now. Hell when she got access to that giant napalm bomb courtesy of Reggie she placed it in the pocket dimension because she knew that if she ever had to finally take down that smug bastard Mikhali then that would be an instant win condition. "I knew he was tough but how the hells did he survive that?! It was a specially designed napalm bomb made in that other realm during a war. That bomb alone could wipe out an entire army! I paid half of Juri's college fund for that bomb!" She thought in a panic (she hated the fact that she of all people was losing her calm in this moment.) The Patrons scattered with only one female staying to watch what was about to happen. She was obliterated on five beers and three martinis and she never missed a good fight in her life. "Juri! Soda! Get him!!!" Cisernos roared, even if it pained her to do so, luckily her vocal cords weren't damaged too badly. Both Juri and Soda look at each other, and then at the burning warrior that slowly made his way to their boss. Each step blackening the wooden floor. Juri's hands tightened over the handle of the farenblade (a laser sword that can cut through most things, she was not eager to risk her life on this simple fact however.) and she took a step back. The sweet wholesome maid next to her named Soda hovered her hand near her gun holster before thinking better of it. "You fucking cowards, all of you are good for nothing-" Cisneros cut herself off, now wasn't the time for perfectly justified anger. Cisneros attempted to fire her shotgun but the Slayer jammed his fingers into the hole and the shotgun exploded, Cisneros's right arm exploded in pain as it became encased in ice. The feeling in her hand was already dead. The sharp ice shards tearing through her veins and muscle tissue. She screamed in agony, and did her best to blink back the tears rapidly making their way to her eyes. The one woman cheered as the maids gasped in shock and horror. Bola's eyes were as wide as dinner plates as Juri had a small smile at the sight of Cisernos's in pain. Soda grinned at the satisfying sight of her boss finally getting what was coming to her bitch ass. The Slayer grabbed her by the hair and forced her to look him in the eyes. All the patrons and maids watched with bated breath. "Who else does Mikhali have under him? It can't be just you, give me names." The Slayer told her as he lifted her up in front of everyone, powerless to do much of anything. And she fucking hated that. Cisernos grunts but figures she still have a shot of getting out of this alive with most of her body intact. "Mikhali you bastard, you might actually be in trouble." Cisernos thought with a grin. "Alright, I assume you want to be a hero to the downtrodden so i give you the names and you get the hell out of my establishment. Deal?" Cisnernos asked of the warrior. The Slayer nodded.

Nobody's having babies, so the Stork has to pivot!

A cartoon I made for A Studio Digital /Bento Box.Originally published on their TikTok in March of 2026. Starring Max Crandall as The Stork I'm glad this was released because its ending is making fun of that Charlie Kirk fuck, and literally the day I sent them the final animation, he got shot. I thought this would be immediately shelved, so I'm really glad they decided to publish it.

The Baby Factory

POPPY PLAYTIME CHAPTER 5 IS HEREEEE!! As much as I loved the Prototype’s design, I do wonder what he was originally supposed to look like based on CatNap’s shrine in Chapter 3….which is why I TOTALLY snuck into Mob Entertainment’s flash drives and DEFINITELY found this lying at the bottom of a “Do Not Touch” box. Here’s the original Prototype’s design! Is it better than what we got? Probably not, will the miserable people complaining about his design be satisfied? Probably not as well. Do we have much longer until this giant factory introduces O-Block the Sock? Man, I hope not…. NOT FOR KIDDIES!!!!!! An animation of my bunny girl riding a slime

I have a small concept in my head and I will be working on getting it out of my system through animation. Here's a bigger blurb that wouldn't fit in that page I really need to come up with a better name than The Dungeon haha but it's whatever for now. Slimes are a common enemy in The Dungeon and can be found at any level of exploration, any biome although its appearance may differ depending on what it has consumed thus far. It is a creature that envelops itself in a gelatinous substance in order to protect its fragile core. Its only care in the world is to consume and grow in order to protect itself. More often than not a slime will remain at its primary stage as it cannot procure enough materials or minerals in a timely manner in order to evolve, but the ones that stumble upon differing types of lucky finds (forgotten storages, defeated adventurers that carry many different types of ingredients, treasure chests, etc) are able to use the excess minerals in order to create a new shape for themselves. The shape they evolve to be is not consistent and it depends on many factors such as what they’ve eaten, environmental traits and obstacles etc but they all consume in the same way as illustrated below. One consistent thing is the way that they consume. For example, a mace lodged in a slime from an adventurer that succumbed to the slime's attacks. The slime will use the next few days, sometimes weeks, to dissolve the mace in the weak acid found within the gelatine. The slime can speed up the process by moving its body and agitating the object to create more friction between it and its “flesh”, however this takes a tremendous amount of energy and most slimes prefer to go about their business, letting their protection take care of the process

The Dungeon - Slimes

I like content. Animation, Comedy, Let's Plays, you know. but, when AI is involved, this is when you should not consume.

How Slop is made

Really nothing more than just a simple flash 8 animation test.

Elf Factory Worker.

An animated scifi workplace comedy about a garbage processing plant. part 2

Second scene for the Hot Garbage Pilot I wrote. I'll put a link to my script page if you want to read it. Reuter confronts his boss, Mr. Oldman, Oldman confronts the black gaping maw that is death, death confronts Shannon who, as a robot, is generally indifferent. Most of that happens. No one gets their butts eaten this time. At least on screen. Next time we get to have characters that aren't voiced by me which should be a lot of fun, and the story actually gets moving. -If fortune cookies aren't Chinese and the shamrock shake isn't Irish, then that's just two more reasons to be proud to be an American. Just some food for thought. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Sound effects from freesound.org- door open:https://freesound.org/people/NachtmahrTV/sounds/571739/ - Plot has huge role in your enjoyment of certain type of content, even if you don't know it

With the oversaturation of content, the necessity of differentiators has become key in being able to appeal to the audience, and "plot" has become a huge factor to standout among the sea of similar stuff. From deep overdeveloping story arcs to just simple premises in the title, the inclusion of these elements can drastically change the perception of what people see in the content. the phrase "I just watch it for the plot" is no longer just a joke, but a real factor people take into consideration, even if they dont know it.
