The clock counts down your freedom... Listen to 'Timber Heart Silence' & step

"They existed before humans learned to name the darkness. And they waited—patient, silent, immortal—until you stepped through the door." 🕯️
You arrived in Mina drömmars stad, the City of Dreams, with nothing but a single, battered bag carrying eighteen years of loneliness from one orphanage to another. You walked past the frozen cobblestone streets, beneath the fading orange-tiled roofs weathered by sea salt and heavy moss, looking for a place to disappear. And then, Mrs. Ann found you. She brought you here, into this hallway of muted emerald walls and the faint, deceptive comfort of dried chamomile and simmering tea. Under the warm, golden glow of the chandelier, the madness of the world outside seems to fade away. Here, you allow yourself to believe you are safe. You allow yourself to warm your bleeding fingers by the hearth and pretend that you are not running from a fate too monstrous to comprehend. But do not let the quiet fool you. Listen closely to 'Timber Heart Silence'. Beneath the comforting melody lies a suffocating stillness. The grandfather clock in the corner doesn't just count the hours—it counts the remaining heartbeats of your freedom. Every heavy tick is a warning. Every shadow stretching along the staircase is a reminder that the safety of this house is nothing but borrowed time. Outside, the chilling fog is creeping under the floorboards, and the velvet snare of the Matchmaker's shop is already tightening around your soul. You were not chosen because you are strong. You were chosen because you are the only one who can look into the eyes of the entity waiting in the dark, and not bow your head. The hearth is fading. The clock is ticking. Will you find a true home within these walls, or will you let the shadows rewrite your mind? The playable Demo of Wandering Relics is officially live. Wandering Relics OST | Mrs Ann's house ( Timber heart silence )

Really #BADASS winscreen that isn't actually for a game

I am very much not good at animating, sorry if this sucks! I personally find the process of animating extremely annoying, so I end up not actually putting in the effort to get better at it.I don't know what genre to put this in, by the way. Tell me if I should move it to something else! Like how 1x1x1x1 was my first Returns model, this was my first winscreen. This is supposed to have music, but I don't want to get smited off the face of Newgrounds on my first day so it has been excluded. The music used was an abridged excerpt of Darkness Falls by zero-project; the same person who composed Gothic, a track that was very popular and commonly used in the early days of Roblox. (Both of these are insanely good btw, please listen to them I beg of you)More specifically, the parts of Darkness Falls used were 3:48-3:56, which then faded into 4:37. The ambient audio used at the end is the classic Roblox horror ambient. The UI elements are very obviously taken right from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with some very slight tweaks, with the transition animation being ripped straight from it. The loading wheel in the corner is also a recreation of the SSBU loading wheel without the Smash logo, and the text "THE WINNER IS..." directly quotes the announcer's words on winscreens from the pre-Ultimate era. The general vibe of the animation was inspired by Sephiroth's winscreens in SSBU, and 1x1x1x1 even does the same look back that Sephiroth does.(I tried to embed gifs here but they just didn't work so uhhh go look it up) The music chosen, Darkness Falls, was specifically chosen due to it being structured in a way I find similar to One-Winged Angel.Additionally, Darkness Falls is part of the same album that Gothic is, with Gothic having been associated with both horror and action games. Some people (including myself) even associate it directly with 1x1x1x1. The horror ambient playing at the end was also added as an homage to Sephiroth, with his winscreens in SSBU ending with a much more sinister droning note after his victory theme finishes, rather than the typical music that nearly every other character uses. That ambient was specifically chosen due to it also originating from horror games of old, which I found fit well with the character.

Research Unit of Horrors, my own animated show. I AM making a pilot for an animated show very soon and before I started working on the big thing I wanted to first animate one scene to try to capture the vibe of the whole project already and I feel like I'm almost there. It's meant to be a very dark and gothic series with sombre atmospheres and macabre music. The story follows a mad scientist in a Dark Ages Fantasy setting who assembles a team of horror-themed misfits to carry out his expeditions to find out the darkest deepest secrets about the arcane and occult in the name of scientific progress. Of course, these expeditions have more Dungeons and Dragon-type quests than actual science, and that's why they are monsters ready for combat instead of calculating logarithms or whatever nonsense real scientists do. The voice acting for Scio Calavera is performed by Nelson Abrego And I have already assembled quite an impressive cast for the whole team of characters. I think you are going to like them all. If you want to know more about the project you can always read about it on my Twitter feed If you want to support the project and get extra perks I do have a Patreon page ready for that:
