Behold, my first ever (poorly made) animation video :3 (it's crappy, so the bad reviews are only fair tbh)I'm so addicted to this 6 angle shape game lol Music: "Requiem (D Minor)" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

What's That On Your Shirt?

<blockquote>Eh, might as well post that one there...</blockquote> So, I made this "animation meme" to test out some character designs and this monochromatic artstyle. Feel free to give your criticism, I really appreciate it! Also, I didn't know if I could use the Charlie's Inferno song, so I replaced it with a basic metronome... Don't wanna get Newgrounds in trouble. Anyway, character names, in case you were wondering:Marte (first guy)Pontes (sunglasses guy)Jaqueta! (chin guy)Miau (hat guy)MJJ (phone guy)H-P (robot guy)Lázaro (eyepatch guy)Vetor (square guy)Senhora Helena (woman)Hércules (scarf guy) Big thanks to Krita and Shotcut. They are very cool animation and editing programs, respectively!

Metroid Eat or be Eaten

A comedy about a deranged scientist and his various creations.

I've been working on this for the past month and a half, and I'm glad to finally have it done. I do plan on making more episodes in the future. This one mainly exists to introduce the characters. My friend (<a href="https://hiamnk.newgrounds.com">@HIAMNK</a> on YouTube) helped out a lot with this. He did all of the writing and voice acting, while I did the animation, music, sound design, and editing. I made every sound effect myself, except for the sound of the spotlight turning on. That one I got from Freesound.

Everything goes wrong

Chicho, the hammerhead shark, faces the fearsome mosquito for the first time.

This is Chicho, a character I’ve been working on. He’s a hammerhead shark who was rescued from Mundo Marino (SeaWorld) by hippies. Now he has to learn how to go to public school. He has two friends, Leti and Juan (I hope to upload some material about them soon). Here we see him dealing with a mosquito for the first time (I took the reference from Jurassic Park). After this test, and on a friend’s advice, I decided to remove his lips. Animated with Krita, edited with Shotcut. * * * Él es Chicho, un personaje en el que vengo trabajando. After dying, a cat must get used to the peculiarities of existing without a body.

The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat is an animated short that I wrote, animated, and scored between December 2022 and April 2023. It was my first experience making a 2D animated short, so it was a cascade of challenges that turned into countless learning experiences.I made the animation using Krita. Hours and hours of drawing, erasing, and drawing all over again. I had already composed the music long before, but I arranged it specifically for this short, trying to understand the logic of timing and repetition in animation, using LMMS.I was lucky enough to have some great ghostly friends—José Haidar, Marcelo Cáceres, Agustina Conti, and Daniela Barrionuevo—lend their voices to the narration and characters.I hope you enjoy The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat! Beyond the joy of bringing this project to life, this short film allowed me to connect with incredible people from the world of animation, mainly through its participation in film festivals. In October 2023, The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat was screened at FAN – Festival Audiovisual de Neuquén (Argentina), as part of the Official Selection of National Animated Shorts. In December 2023, it was also part of the Official Selection of Animated Shorts at AnimaVerso Festival, held in Florianópolis (Brazil). In January 2024, it was screened in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) as part of EDO 2024, and in May of the same year, it was screened at Anima Latina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.I never imagined the cat would get to visit so many places. The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat (La Sorprendente Historia del Gato Fantasma)

A neat little animation (with sound effects!! wowzies!!)

Hihi agaaiiiin, its been a small little bit, but I've been enjoying the break i have before universityso i decided to make this!! I used this animation to explore another monster instead of Gertrudethat being the absconder .o. a dark reflection of Ruth that lives in bitterness and envy in acknowledgement of what she losti also implemented a secondary character: Abigail! A homeless woman who ended up getting wrapped up in whatever torment the abyss of the hospital has to offer. the sound effects are also a new thing :D i got them from freesounds.org, i think it wouldve been a bit too flat if i didnt include any lol (If i need to credit someone ill happily add them) and the music during the later part is the track "Is that the door" by Zero-Gthe voice of Abigail is done by my friendo at <a href="http://www.youtube.com/@WildNeo" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.youtube.com/@WildNeo</a>(they did splendificus!!)and the voice of Ruth and the absconder was done by mei was originally going to implement actual vocal noises for the voice indicators, but I instead decided to go with sound effects to indicate whos speaking, perhaps ill do that next time when im more experienced .O.critique is appreciated :3 thankyouuuu

Two years ago I published a trailer for my planned animated webseries, Sintax. It... sucked, really bad honestly. However, I took an art course and my drawing and animation skills have vastly improved since then, not to mention some aspects of the story itself changed, so before publishing any actual episodes I thought it was only fair to make a new trailer to show how my skills have improved and what this series actually has to offer. It's still far from a perfect trailer, but I definitely feel more satisfied with it compared to the original.
