Eh, might as well post that one there...
So, I made this "animation meme" to test out some character designs and this monochromatic artstyle. Feel free to give your criticism, I really appreciate it! Also, I didn't know if I could use the Charlie's Inferno song, so I replaced it with a basic metronome... Don't wanna get Newgrounds in trouble. Anyway, character names, in case you were wondering:Marte (first guy)Pontes (sunglasses guy)Jaqueta! After dying, a cat must get used to the peculiarities of existing without a body.

The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat is an animated short that I wrote, animated, and scored between December 2022 and April 2023. It was my first experience making a 2D animated short, so it was a cascade of challenges that turned into countless learning experiences.I made the animation using Krita. Hours and hours of drawing, erasing, and drawing all over again. I had already composed the music long before, but I arranged it specifically for this short, trying to understand the logic of timing and repetition in animation, using LMMS.I was lucky enough to have some great ghostly friends—José Haidar, Marcelo Cáceres, Agustina Conti, and Daniela Barrionuevo—lend their voices to the narration and characters.I hope you enjoy The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat! Beyond the joy of bringing this project to life, this short film allowed me to connect with incredible people from the world of animation, mainly through its participation in film festivals. In October 2023, The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat was screened at FAN – Festival Audiovisual de Neuquén (Argentina), as part of the Official Selection of National Animated Shorts. In December 2023, it was also part of the Official Selection of Animated Shorts at AnimaVerso Festival, held in Florianópolis (Brazil). In January 2024, it was screened in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) as part of EDO 2024, and in May of the same year, it was screened at Anima Latina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.I never imagined the cat would get to visit so many places. Two years ago I published a trailer for my planned animated webseries, Sintax. It... sucked, really bad honestly. However, I took an art course and my drawing and animation skills have vastly improved since then, not to mention some aspects of the story itself changed, so before publishing any actual episodes I thought it was only fair to make a new trailer to show how my skills have improved and what this series actually has to offer. It's still far from a perfect trailer, but I definitely feel more satisfied with it compared to the original. This is a short-project that I have made in college.

This is a passion project, that I've really want to show and make. The project is called KApocalypse. Made by myself. It's about an apocalyptic world between two characters, that were exploring together in this lost and quiet environment while surviving horrors beyond from monsters, creatures, to post-apocalyptic beings. It may be dangerous but sometimes it's rather normal. The concept, is short but I'm still practicing some of the best efforts for me to be able making this show come to life. Please give me some feedback for this short animation for anyone who are interested.Something positive or maybe negative. I Experimented more with Tahoma2D, however, it lacked certain tools I needed so I had to use Krita with it. I'm aware Krita is capable of animation too but... Krita's animation tool kit is simply missing things Tahoma2D has in comparison. Its odd, but both programs had things I needed and had issues with. Krita's Animation Timeline isn't the easiest thing to follow. Maybe with more practice, I could go further? I originally made this as just an art piece... but it wasn't enough. I wanted to try animation with it as well.

Back in 2023 I thought I'd be taking 3D animation more seriously and really wanted to try finding a way to apply myself for hire. I had heard that most of the time you're required to have a Demo reel, (A short video demonstrating you're ability as an animator), So I threw this together in hopes I could use it to expand my reach. In this you'll also see me showing off some older versions of my characters. which I have been continuously upgrading/updating even to this day. (because I'm a perfectionist and will not move on with anything until I feel it's the best I can do.) The audio is also straight from the youtube audio library and is non-copyright.

My 2023 Demo reel (test)

This is an animation I did for an animation class, we were practicing in After effects and, before posting this, I was trying to get to know a new video editing software called Da-Vinci. Da-Vinci was just used to add audio, and of course my logo, but After Effects is were really made the visuals.First I create the background and animated characters' asset with Krita, then i went on my own to learned how to make light speed trails for the flying cars and lastly, I added fog and and other element to create the atmosphere. I want to use Da-Vinci more for videos so any feedback, tips and tricks would be very appreciated.

"Rumia Jump"a Touhou Project fan animationBased on original animation made by Goombo.Directed and produced by Gentoku Koubu.Project started May 7th 2025, concluded June 9th 2026.Total working time: 13 hours and 36 minutes. Animated at 18fps for a total length of 362 frames.Original plans simply consisted of a 12-frame animation. What originally started out as a simple practice exercise for Miniatures No. 2 evolved past its bounds. Coupled with the fact that we never had a true workflow to begin with, work soon stagnated. The Koubenian animation craze started out of hatred for an insult (and a threat) to animation, yet it suffered and stagnated from its own unaddressed flaws. Ultimately, deadlines were pushed back, month after month, until we decided that something needs to end. Thus the Koubenians rose up again, but this time, without any grand ambitions. We simply showed up, so that the past could rest. We simply showed up, so that our debts may be paid in full. Two restless nights later, and finally, the curse has been lifted. Let us rejoice. "lasagna meal" is a surprising detective story

I drew and animated this music video for my song "lasagna meal". 'lasagna meal' is a surprising detective story about something very important that was stolen by someone unknown who blended in with the crowd of people around. No matter where they are, they can still be found anywhere. The main question, what do they hide?
