"Greg and Harry race to the Finnish line. There's only one way this can go." This was my first year student film for college, the assignment was to adapt and modernize a myth into a short animation. I chose to adapt Tortoise and the Hare into a wacky racing comedy. This is the culmination of 3-ish weeks of work and a ruined sleep schedule. Enjoy! Animation/Voices/Editing by:Me... Christmas? Oh, you said Xmas? ...That's also Catmas.

-SWF VERSION RECOMMENDED- It's a wonderful time of the year. It's too cold to go out, so might as well warm up together. ...Does the power of friendship make you feel warmer, or is that just a myth? FUN FACTS:<ul><li>This Flash took around 2 WEEKS to finish. I blame myself for this, and another reason why it took long was more so because ambition, like the Secret Animation, and also technical difficulties was screwing me over. Despite of it, I'm proud of it.</li><li>Oh yeah, did I mention there's a Secret Animation? Okay, well, there's TWO but you go figure it out how to do it. Hint is speak not with your vocals, but rather by another language that all electronics understand. And you better have a keyboard for this, otherwise this doesn't work. ...Just don't spoil it if you know the secret.</li><li>Originally, there was going to be Zane in the animation, but because I couldn't get the lines in time, because the VA got sick, I had to scrap it and also the lines related to it. ...At least the Secret Animations exist...</li><li>Funny enough, I learned how to make alternative skins every time you play it, but I learned this before working on this Flash seriously, so... uh... Yeah, that's thing. Did I forget to mention that Sebby has 4 fur coats? ...Wait, is it a fur coat or just fur, because he's not literally wearing a fur coat... Anyway, because of that, the .swf version IS recommended to watch instead.</li><li>A lot of the audio design was done within video editing or Audacity first, then Flash second since while there is a way to do fade-outs for Flash, I'm more experienced with editing in video.</li><li>Zane is not real because this is a work of fiction, nothing in this damn cartoon is real and isn't a representation of my opinions and/or the staff.</li></ul>

Echo Protocol Announcement Teaser Trailer

Echo Protocol – Series Lore &amp; Backstory———————————————————In a world spiraling into chaos, control is a myth—and silence is a weapon. Decades ago, an unnamed regime rose from the ashes of global collapse. Their symbol: the “Ascendancy.” Their goal: absolute order through manipulation, suppression, and synthetic obedience. They rewrote history, erased cultures, and reprogrammed the minds of millions using a broadcast system known only as The Signal—a frequency that reaches into thoughts, bending free will like metal in fire. But when one of the regime’s own experiments went dark—a facility known as Site-09—the world changed forever. Inside Site-09, a covert neural warfare initiative called Echo Protocol was launched. Designed to engineer perfect soldiers immune to The Signal, Echo Protocol sought to break the loop of control. But something inside the experiment broke containment—something not fully human, something with memory fragments of every soldier who died within the walls. The regime tried to bury Site-09. They failed. Now, anomalies have begun surfacing—wielding fractured knowledge, advanced weaponry, and rogue code embedded deep in their minds. They don’t talk. They echo. Each mission leaves behind a trail of corpses and cryptic symbols. Each attack broadcasts a new fracture in The Signal. And somewhere in the shadows, Echo Protocol continues to evolve—faster than the regime can erase it. A war is brewing—not for land, but for the control of reality itself. The silence before the storm has ended.

Mr.Pumpkin UNLEASHED - part 1

A dark and atmospheric stop-motion film by Silas Marciano.

The Hunter and the Headless MuleA dark and atmospheric stop-motion film by Silas Marciano. In the heart of Brazil's dense, mystical forests, a skilled hunter stumbles upon a haunting legend: the Headless Mule, a fearsome creature cursed to roam the wilds in eternal torment. Driven by pride and a thirst for adventure, the hunter sets out to capture the elusive beast, only to find himself entangled in a supernatural chase that blurs the line between predator and prey.As he delves deeper into the jungle, the hunter confronts not only the terrifying mule but also his own inner demons, haunted by the secrets of his past. The forest becomes a living nightmare, where the boundaries between reality and myth dissolve, and survival depends on understanding the power of ancient Brazilian folklore.Inspired by the eerie storytelling of Guillermo del Toro and brought to life through intricate stop-motion animation, The Hunter and the Headless Mule is a chilling exploration of fear, fate, and the consequences of pride. Will the hunter conquer the creature, or will he succumb to the curse that binds them both? my YOUTUBE <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClzr2QhLUPzlyD9iiKdTD8w" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClzr2QhLUPzlyD9iiKdTD8w</a>

Nature lover Nina goes into the forest to explore and camp but really underestimates the dangers of the wild and is promptly set upon by a giant bear that was thought to be just a myth. The Bear Eats Camper Animation Pack features a camper sleeping on a blanket not being aware that a bear has approached her. She wakes up and is immediately shocked at the curious bear sniffing her. It is only when she begins to lunge away that the bear's predatory instincts kick in and it clamps down on her. The bear proceeds to swallow her whole gulp after gulp stopping to lick and taste her bare feet before swallowing her one last time. She then descends down the bear's esophagus to end up as a squirming bulge in the stomach to which the bear is slightly distracted as it proceeds to nap. Included in the animation pack are multiple alternate versions with various characters and outfits. Featuring 5 variations in all: Scandinavian Nina as a camper, in the nude, nude in nylon stockings, and as a yoga girl in socks. Also featuring, Central American Yona as a Cherokee Girl. Featuring near photorealistic lighting and shading; All variations are rendered in Full HD1080. The Nina - Camper version is also available in Full HD 3D Stereo 60 FPS and Mono 60 FPS! Creation Myth in the style of 90s videogames

Animation in TvPaint and Aseprite. Compositing with code in GameMaker Studio 2. Being suddenly stuck in quarantine and a big assignment went on hold. I decided to make an animated short fully in pixel art, to experiment freely. Sooner or later I want to start making games, so I wanted a project to work with code.I have a passion for 90s videogames (which I grew up with), but also like to be creative with certain limitations. The story is a small part of a something bigger I'm working on in the future. I took a lot of inspiration from matching elements in different religions, like Christianity, Ancient Greek/Norse Mythology and even some Egyptian myths. Thanks for watching! Hope to see you at the next Elyon related work.
