IM FINALLY BACK, I was really itching to get out of my slump and make something so I made this. Yes I am aware that @bryanv made an augueably better animation of this bit which you should totally check out btw. This was just something I made just so I could finally get back into the dark arts of animation, and truth be told I went through a lot of frustrations while making this I was dealing with school, my FLA file corrupted on me, and I was quite depressed, which is why it took as long as it did. And before any final words, I just want to make it abundently clear that this is absolutely not the best I can do, I am very aware that I can do much better, this was just an experiment just to get back into the game. I dont know what im going to make next, I might experiment with toon boom, I might branch out and make something experimental; who knows! But in the mean time Im gonna be chillin' peace out fellas <3

Trailer for an animated short film about wendigos coming soon

This is a trailer for a short film that I have been working on for the past few months and which will come out very soon. The short film is called 'Wendigo Hillbillies'. It's about a man who is lost in a snowstorm. He seeks shelter in a cabin which happens to be inhabited by wendigos who dress and act like rural hillbillies, but are actually out to devour him the moment he drops his guard. The film's look is supposed to resemble old school animation in a way, with hand-painted backgrounds and 2D animated characters, but now inside a 3D environment. The 3D environment is entirely made in Blender, and the 2D animation is made with Callipeg (tie-down), Moho (clean-up) and TVPaint (coloring). And the music is composed by a cousin of mine. I'm very excited to share the full short film with y'all when it's ready to be released! For now though, you can enjoy the trailer!

Wendigo Hillbillies - TRAILER

A short hand drawn animation of Bendy the Ink Demon slashing the viewer.

In June 2025, I asked a good friend of mine within the Discord Application. Of what I can animate for them. And they literally told me."You can try making bendy in his monster tall form changing his arm to be shifted into a blade, a crescent moon shaped blade as he slices forward for fun." And over the course of a year, (Because of other art projects, Real life activities, and procrastination.) I had created 24 key-frame sketches of this idea within a portable hand held drawing booklet. Drawing 3 centimeter boarders on the edges of the papers help keep the whole project together. Using a desktop printer/scanner machine I cleaned up the sketches a little bit within Adobe Photoshop Elements. And then transferred said sketches into Adobe Flash Professional: Creative Suite 5.5 (I like old school Adobe programing. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.) And I am keeping my custom logo on the left side to show who made this animation. Once all the frames are put together and timed to the best that I can think of placing... Here we are!

Ink Demon and his Scythe.

Because of my school and its teaching methods, this was animated on 4600 sheets of paper (On 2s, but

I'm aware that many people may not have seen the original Evil Dead movie. And you don't need to have seen it to have some fun in this episode, but there are a lot of references here that are connected to the Evil Dead series. If you want some more context before watching, maybe check out the last edition of the Spooky Zine. ABOUT THE SPOOKY ZINEThe spooky zine is a once a month mini mag that explores some more of the local lore and connects with the episodes and world of voodoo vids in a way that's external to the animation. They are a bit of fun, but also can contain wider context for viewers that want to have some additional context. Or maybe you just want to read more about what's happening in the wider universe. A LOVE LETTER TO EVIL DEADThis episode is a love letter to Evil Dead and nods to the horror classic in certain ways I hope you would find nostalgic and at the same time, perhaps encourage some new people to seek out The Evil dead movies if you haven't seen them. You have to have a passion for old school splatter gore horror. But it's got a great blend of gore and comic styled over the top supernatural elements that are sure to delight, and Bruce Campbell is just brilliant as Ash Williams. I'm super excited to learn that there are rumors Bruce may even return to the movies in some capacity. I know currently Bruce is battling cancer, which is awful news, but as he said himself, "Fear not, I am a tough old son-of-a-bitch".I along with many fans are wishing him a good battle and hope he gets well soon! I'd love to see him on the big screen in Evil Dead again! Beyond this point there will be episode 4 spoilers so return to read the rest after you've seen the episode. BEHIND THE SCENES OF EPISODE 4This episode took a lot longer to make than the others, I hope that shows and also thank you for your patience. The script went through a few re writes and last minute changes that extended the runtime. Having every character in a single episode comes with more challenges, making sure to give each of them a good scene. But I think it was worth it as if you like any character in particular they are all present in this one. THAT ICONIC INTROIf you are familiar with Evil Dead you will have noticed I did my best to pay homage to the opener from Evil Dead 2 that explains the Necronomicon's origins. Making that was so much fun, animating the front cover of the book, combining it with some stock footage of an ocean that I tinted red, and for the "ink effect" on the page reveals I used some simple track mattes of real ink drop footage to do that. I love how it turned out.I also did the narration in the intro, I rearranged elements of the original script to work better with the set up for this parody. My goal was to allow people who've never heard of, or watched Evil dead to get up to speed as quickly as possible with the idea that "this book is bad news" TECHNICAL STUFFOne of the biggest challenges is creating new environments and props. Something you see on screen for a few seconds in a few shots has had to be created from scratch. Some times I over engineer stuff too and I probably could've made the chainsaw without an actually animated chain... but because I did, It allowed me to get some cool camera angles of it in action. Same can be said for the shotgun that Franklin is using. it is based of the same model they used in Evil Dead 2, the original film Ash used a single barreled Winchester, but the sequel it was a 12 guage double barrel Stevens model, and later in the 3rd movie it was a double barrel Stoeger Coach Gun, which is lovingly referred to now as "The Boomstick"Ash famously saws the barrel off in Evil Dead 2. Of course I needed a forest. Not any easy set to build but I made it easy by cutting a lot of corners, the whole forest set is just a simple plane with a particle system placing tree images randomly across the surface.I made it within an hour and the lighting is doing most of the heavy lifting. which is again fairly simple. I like my renders to not take AGES. Most of the animation scenes take about 4-5 seconds per frame. So the forest was as basic as it needed to be. Paul's date cutaway was another external set that required a suburban feel to it. so I modeled some simple houses and kept camera angles to a minimum and focused only on what I needed. it was a very short scene so keeping the set small was important... but I could probably use it again in future should the need arise.Voodoo Vids itself as a set is the biggest and most detailed because I wanted a space where I can point the camera pretty much anywhere and have a great shot. A lot of time was spent on that, but it still needs work and more will come to the set eventually. Another huge time save has been using multiple cameras within the same scene and swapping between them. traditionally I would've worked on one scene per camera shot, but using Blenders camera marker system I can have multiple cameras that I can cut to whenever I need. so I can animate the whole scene in one blend file. This also makes it easier to alter small parts or fix things in post easier without having to dig through a load of different scene files. MUFFINMuffin the Dog was referenced in the Spooky Zine and fun fact, he is voiced by our own dog Podrick. Recording his various noises is fun. To get his taco crunching sounds we used a Poppadom, he very much enjoys working with us when there's food involved. The next two episodes will probably be a little shorter again too not keep the gaps too long between them. AND for the finale there's going to be another great addition to the page that you can all experience and join in. more on that soon.We may even see some more new characters too!! FINAL NOTEThank you all for watching and a special thanks to Bruce Campbell and Director Sam Raimi for making a bonkers horror franchise that inspires fans and creators still to this day.As for Voodoo Vids please share it if you can, tell people about It! Your support is greatly appreciated with every like, vote, comment. It will be available on youtube next week, right now they remain as Newgrounds exclusives at launch. If you want to know anything else about production or things I've not mentioned here, then please ask. more than happy to answer any questions.See you in the next one! and look out for the next edition of the Spooky Zine for some more info soon!

Voodoo Vids - #4 In Bruce We Trust

The day that changed Worker Workpants' life.

It’s just a normal day for Worker Workpants until his boss introduces a robot named Workbot that can do Worker’s job faster and more efficiently than him. Worker must now find a way to keep his job before his boss doesn’t need him anymore. Worker even tries to ask Workbot for help. However, Workbot may be hiding her true intentions from everyone, and it may only take Worker’s passion for the business to stop her, despite his messy imperfections. This is an old animation I made for a school project a year ago. It was originally uploaded on April 16, 2025: my youtube channel's 10 year anniversary. Never thought writing a book would lead me to pursue a live action scifi movie. That in turn was to expensive at $1000 per/minute I had to switch gears. I started with Pixar-style animation and released some episodic examples. Neither test audiences nor myself were thrilled by the early animation. I shifted gears again and got inspired by Final Fantasy The Spirits Within as well as many of the other narrate full cgi Resident Evil films or Tintin or even some of the immersive narrative games like Detroit Becoming Human. Full computer animation showed amazing potential in my early tests, but it was like going back to school when I needed to learn various technical things for converting models for compatibility in 3d programs, dealing with motion capture, lip sinc, facial capture. I spent a lot of time and money on motion capture only to fall back on some simple cheap tools. In the end I not only finished a full movie I could be proud of but I laid the ground work for several other projects that I could do better, quicker, and with much tighter budgets. Winter of Empires

[Warring! I made these when I was younger. So some of the things in this compilation are not funny and or used old/out dated humor, including things like slurs, loud noises, shock/gross out humor, bad/outdated stereotypes etc. I do no longer act or think/believe in this way anymore] Found theses when I was digging through some old hard drives and phones. Theses are my old animations I made dating back to when I was in middle school, so I put them into a compilation. The work here are from 2017-2023 hope you all enjoy, and I will be make new stuff soon, hopefully.

Louis the Cat struggles with the existential dread of life, love and anxiety

Join Louis that Cat and his friend Smacks (the Rabbit) as they navigate the labyrinth that is conscious altering entertainment products and socializing in the gritty cityscape they call home. ---------- This is the continuation and completed product of an animation I posted several years back. Around this time last year, I got a sudden and uncontrollable urge to bring this story to completion. This mini episode is intended to be the first of a hypothetical 6 part series, all about the same in length, for a total of roughly an hour and a half. The story, for the most part, is written but making it into an animation is a labor of love. Most of this is frame by frame animation. I used very few modern tools, for better or worse, to try and give this a gritty, old school feel. As the animation progresses I feel the vision becomes more and more realized but, there's always room for improvement. A huge thank you to the legendary Nocturnal Ron for supplying the beats and ending music on this. He is an outstanding music producer I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of working with. Please check out his work and give him some love, he's got a ton of awesome tracks and mixtapes: https://www.youtube.com/@nocturnalron69https://nocturnalron.bandcamp.com/https://soundcloud.com/nocturnal-ron Another most sincere Thank You to Alberto J Garcia for his unrivaled voice acting. Alberto reached out to me when I had posted the original short and, even though it took a few years, I didn't forget him when the beckon to finish this thing called. He's been featured in a ton of stuff this year and I'm happy to have had the pleasure of working with him. Check out his page here: https://albertojgarciava.newgrounds.com/ ------------ I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it. If you like it and want to see more, let me know! If you like it and want to be a part of it, also let me know! If you don't like it, well that's alright too, thanks for giving it a taste anyway! Here's to hoping for more of the latter! Stay Tuned...

Louis the Cat (Episode 1) -- The Bar

Weird little animation I made a few weeks ago for an abstract animation assignment.

Weird little animation I made a few weeks ago for school. We had to make an abstract animation, something I typically don't enjoy so I tried having fun by making it unsettling and putting lots of effort into sfx.We had to include one piece of music too, so I chose a Kevin Macleod song and distorted it so much it barely sounded like music! I had fun, but only spent 3 days on it instead of 3 weeks, cause 3 days before the deadline the teacher told me my original idea was probably not fitting the assignment, too much story-ish.So I scrapped that and started anew! Was a lot of fun, but rendering took ages. I didn't know about some blender settings so even with my fast laptop, one of the shots took 12 hours to render.

Spooder-Man visits his friend Lowronce to make a trade, it goes completely wrong.

I originally made this short in early January of 2014 whilst I was still in 7th grade, making it the perfect time capsule of early-2010s internet chaos through raw Microsoft Paint sketches and unfiltered creative energy straight from my middle school years. This re-upload preserves the animation's original spirit as it always was, a messy and unapologetically unhinged story with an odd layer of late night comfort. Lowronce was based on a teacher assistant who worked in my class and he often brought his Ouya to class, as I was watching The Uncle Dolan Show and Spodermen at the time, I was doodling my own Spooder-Man sketches on a journal and then I asked the man who would be Lowronce if I could turn him into a peanut/bean shaped cartoon, he was all game for it as long as the character didn't bare his real government name and thus a legend was born. This was the first of a few Spooder-Man shorts, all possessing strange arts and dialogues but eventually I put the series on a long pause.

This is a hydroform node, made for terraforming extraterrestrial planets, a planet is bombarded with ice and water meteors to then get heated up and form clouds, a hydroform node takes the formed clouds and converts them into liquid water while distilling and purifying it from other vaporized chemicals mixed in the air, then the prepared water gets pumped out to different places of the planet. The fish is a bioindicator organism, if the fish survives the water is biologically safe, colonists use these as environmental diagnostics. for the overall design I got inspired by Frutiger aero aesthetics, and solar punk concepts for the conceptualization. I thought the result is something you would find in terraria, so i composed the soundtrack a bit like terraria's making it a pixel art Frutiger aero-solar punk mix style. I wanted to get a liminal feeling, or nostalgic feeling, I'm not sure how i got it but i did, to get it i deliberately let some elements of the composition feel off or odd, as in liminal spaces, something that has to do with the lightning, the only thing that casts shadows on this scene are the suctioned clouds and they only cast shadows within themselves, the rest is composition, for example the shadow casted by the device is actually a transparent cube, the shadows casted on the grass by the unimplied clouds are shaders, nothing casts shadows because almost every object's material has emission turned on The process i like using blender for creating 2d like stuff, playing with shaders and programming animations with geometry nodes, so a rough quick sketch took me a few hours and i got this: Then i started conceptualizing and using my references. at first i wanted to make it look as an infinite water body rendered within the boundaries of a cube but it looked as normal water but i ignored that. i used geometry nodes and the shader editor for the water, noise texture for the displacement (using geonodes) and i animated a voronoid texture for the water texturing, The caustics are a voronoid texture on a plane, also seen over the fish. animating the text was easy, i wanted it to look like a converged human language from the future, i used a font called stray (i think this font is from that game also called stray, never played it). I animated it arranging different texts and glitched versions in a 2d image, then animated the texture coordinates of the plane what will have the text.the pipes are transporting water, thats all, it may look weird but it is just moving water. i used geometry nodes for that animation specifically using a waves texture for scaling the pipe across a spline curve.the grass is just 4d noise texture setting the position of each vertex overtime.i didnt know how to make it loop perfectly so i leaved it as so. made only with blender (except the text texture, it was made using Photopea)As for the music, i wanted it to sound nostalgic and chill, i tried to get as close as the visual feeling i had at that time making the scene, So i chose the Mixolydian scale becase of the bVII, and 9th chords, a slow pace rhythm and sounds akin to the style (lofi old school frutiger, chiptune) i produced it with FL studio The sound effects are some folley, others are sounds i found in the internet and some i did with synthesizers The blend file is all yours to explore! Some other arts i've done (mostly with blender) 3D geometry dash sphere spider animated by bboybeat on Newgrounds I also make music; some of these are like the one of this animation! bboybeat's Audio. I have a Fiverr gig for music composition, no orders yet, but it exists Compose unique and immersive video game music by Just_cristopher | Fiverr. It starts from $20, but honestly id work for free (at least for some of the following months). itchio jam Hydroform node / animated isometric scene by busyneuron for ✨ 3D Modelling Jam with Blender #5 - itch.io

Loop animation video for youtube playlist

Hi, folks!Today's post is dedicated to high bpm, the loneliness of digital society and simply His Majesty breakcore.Although we have collected a playlist of the "new school" representatives for you, we believe that these guys are in no way inferior to the old guys.Perhaps the young guys are not so fixated on writing different breaks and often use the same loop, but, nevertheless, in their tracks they manage to convey that feeling of loneliness in the network space, which is increasingly intertwined with our everyday life, which, in turn, increasingly reminds us of "The Lane Experiments" or "Ghost in the Shell". On our YouTube channel, you can appreciate the animation itself. We hope you like it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rpx0Mt1NA18

TRANSFORMERS VOYAGERS: ANTHOLOGY #19 - "THE SURVIVALIST" Submission for the Newgrounds Transformers animation collab 2024, clipped out and uploaded individually in all it's self-serious glory - Trapped and backed into a corner, deep into newly-conquered Decepticon territory, one Autobot must do whatever it takes to survive. Crazy how a split second of this ended up in the collab trailer, which then made it onto the official NG YT page with HOwLiNG-MAdFoxHatter's "Clashing Waves." entry. Voyagers has come a long way from a bored high schooler filming his dusty old FOC Sideswipe and a TLK Barricade he scammed his friend out of fighting beside a printer on a school night. I made this in 2023 but I just decided to upload it now. This was another school project I made for a 2D animation class. Despite being an 'advanced 2d animation class', this class wasn't very advance…
