MADNESS MANDATORY EPISODE 1: NEWAGE TOWNAGE NERVANA

This was without a doubt the craziest thing I've ever done in my life lol. This animation is a sequel to "Shonenfication 1," which I made for the previous Madness Day.Last year, I only had a month to prepare.I was really happy with the result, but I never imagined I'd get so much supportespecially after seeing Krinkels watch my animation on a livestream.I felt compelled to outdo myself this year. So, I decided to give myself three months of prep time to really polish it this time around. You have no idea how much work went into this lol.It was three long months of non-stop work on this projectcountless sleepless nights to achieve this result. I know there are people who prepare for much longer and create much longer animations. I know it's not perfect; the animation has some issues with audio direction and music syncing Still, pulling this off entirely on my own at this level of quality was a hell of a lot of work, but every second was worth it. Words can't describe how grateful I am for this event. I might not have a huge following here on NG, but Shonenfication gave me a massive boost on other social media platforms. Thanks for watchingI gave it my all. I hope you enjoyed it, and I'll see you at Madness Day 27 ;) Youtube: PiuyNGTikTok: piuy0111Insta: piuyng Madness Combat by: Matt Jolly "Krinkels" /// Isso sem dúvida alguma foi a maior loucura que eu já fiz na minha vida até agora kkkk Essa animação é uma continuação do "Shonenfication 1" que eu fiz no Madness day anteriorAno passado eu tive apenas um mês de preparo. Day 27 ;) Youtube: PiuyNGTikTok: piuy0111Insta: piuyng Madness Combat by: Matt Jolly "Krinkels"

Zoey ends up in nothing but boots and her ski goggles after hitting some tree branches.

Zoey ends up in nothing but boots and her ski goggles after hitting some tree branches. This is one I might want to polish up a bit later on. I ran into some technical problems with the tree models. The trees in the foreground ended up looking really shiny for some reason. They're the same models as the ones in the background but spawned in SFM rather than being part of the map. I guess the static props interact differently with the lighting.

Hello everyone! ✨As promised -the bed deformation update is finally here! 😏Beds now react to characters and objects placed on them. This is something I’ve wanted to add to the game for a very long time, and I finally figured out a way to make this system work with minimal impact on performance.Besides that, this update also introduces the ability to change characters’ hair colors and hairstyles. For now, this feature is only available for Azumi, but in future releases I want to gradually add more appearance options for the other characters as well. For VR mode, I’ve added a quest journal. Now you just need to turn your hand toward yourself, and you’ll be able to see your active tasks directly in the game.I also gave Elera a small rework: added a new outfit color variation, new lingerie, and replaced her hairstyle with a completely new look.I also updated all the other characters with prolapses and added two large paw-shaped fisting toys.Overall, I’m continuing to gradually improve the visual quality of the game, polish older content, and add new interesting features ❤️And very soon, you can expect the announcement of a new character we’re already working on!Thank you so much for your support. It’s only thanks to you that I’m able to keep developing and improving this project!Update build info:

Added bed deformation system

Added hair customization for Azumi

Added a quest journal for VR mode

Added new hair for Elera

Rework base costume Elera

Added underwear for Elera

Added anal prolapse for all characters in custom mode.

Added two large fisting paw toys

Added functionality for hiding lines from VR hands for video recording

Fixed:

Fixed collision issues with some toys (candy dildo)

Azura's eyelashes are now visible properly

Patreon Twitter DiscordMusic licensed via Wondershare Filmora

Erjansk is an upcoming horror indie animated show with no budget

Erjansk is an upcoming indie animated show with no budget, but a passionate team of small, talented creators. It is a stop-motion horror comedy mixed with 3D, 2D and live-action elements. 🩸Support the show and its creator:https://buymeacoffee.com/victoransxd Done as part of my Master's degree thesis film at Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, Faculty of New Media Arts, Graphics, Multimedia Communication in February, 2026 Upcoming Pilot’s description:A man seeks stability in an announcement board with job offers and ends up discovering something seemingly too good to be true. This leads to him finding out the real lengths he needs to take in order earn the pay: “At The Meatgrinders’“ cook vacancy interview requires him to cook meals that utilize “family” recipes to prove his culinary worth… easy enough? Show premise:The story of Erjansk is about consequence of unlimited power given to man and its capabilities. The city of Erjansk, roots of which lay in medieval ancient times, is now stuck in a soviet-like time period, where progress is punished and evolution had long been paused. The city, smelling of urine and rot - now a playground for beings with godlike abilities called The Other. They come in many forms, usually inspired by the mundane, twisted into something absurd and nightmarish to turn basic human experiences into hell. Human meat is just food, and the skin is no different to cloth or wallpaper. Human suffering is but a trial, a gateway to become just like them. They can wipe out all life but simply choose not to, for it would no longer bring amusement, and pain and suffering is the only thing left that allows them to truly grasp it. To the average erjan - every move may result in death, restarting of life cycle, and every daily activity may end up being their last. Welcome to Erjansk, where every episode is a new experience, location and character filled with absurdity, horror and dread. 🥩 OPENING SCENE CREDITS:🩸 Directed, Written & Edited | Victorans XD:https://www.youtube.com/@VictoransXDhttps://www.instagram.com/victorans_xdhttps://www.victoransxd.newgrounds.comhttps://www.tiktok.com/@victorans_xd 🩸 Stop-Motion Animation & The Spider That Ruined Christmas

An SFM recreation of that JayDaddy video with audio by Alex the Doggo

EXTREME GORE WARNING! An SFM recreation of that JayDaddy video with the audio by Alex the Doggo and a little something extra The amount of custom models in this is insane. I ported all Postal 4 assets seen, even The Dude, as the current version is different than the Gmod model. This has been done with the personal blessing of Running With Scissors. Some easter eggs:

The dude is smoking crack when Art enters.

The Rocket Launcher is running DOOM in reference to an easter egg in Rage

The Rocket Launcher also has The Gandalf head bob gif loop

The Chainsaw scene is based off the climax of Evil Dead 2013

When Dude shoots Freddy, it's based off the climax of Ghost Rider when he shoots the gun at Legion, but it's too short to tell that

This is what I consider my Magnum Opus currently because I feel proud for managing to make the trash bag move like a trash bag does, especially when Art is trying to rip out of it. This was done purely through experimentation and guesswork using flexes and custom bones on the Left 4 Dead trash bag model, and I am extremely happy that it turned out as something very comfortable and easy (for the most part) to animate with no issues in the final product. Art ACTUALLY rips out of the bag, the bag shakes around like he's inside of it, and the hole actually expands as he rips out. Also, despite all of that, the hardest part to animate was "Gucky"Not because of the mask, or the rig of the model, but because of how precise the movement had to be to look convincing. I spent two weeks on it alone out of the 30 days I spent animating this. The perk of being an autistic unemployed fuck (thanks for the genes, mom!) (no, seriously. Diagnosed in 2005, baby!) is that you have all day to do nothing but animate. I even kept experimenting with re-rigging the bones on the coat to make them move more realistically, but it didn't turn out how I wanted.Notice how GUCKY is in an awkward pose. I wanted him on a better pose, but the rotation looked very unsmooth when I did so and this segways into the next frame better. Also notice the coat's strange dome-like shape. I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Hopefully Postal 4 one day adds physics itself and re-optimizes the model to have it. The model "supports" it "for a future update" that was teased years ago - this pretty much means that its legs and the coat are separate. However, the shirt and coat are fused, so I can't get it as loose as I want, so I've decided to add a belt to future edits, although my last belt edit is totally gone due to a hard drive crash on my secondary workstation. Dude has re-kindled his inner child and loves playing with toys again. The lore I came up with is that Chucky's spirit was transferred into a mask of his own face, and then Chucky put it on and Gary took over his body. Gary can only rest when he kills his killer. Being that this is Postal, the timeline diverges from ours, but nobody in Postal stays dead, either due to psychosis or something from the local military bases, maybe even both. I just know that it smells like shoe polish all the time in this fucking shithole of a city. SO LONG AND GOODNIGHT! Music used: BFG division I'd also like to thank my Autism for making my special interest Postal instead of something cool like trains, computers (it is one, but not THE one), or Hulk: Ultimate Destruction for the Playstation 2. Rouge's Halloween "Treat"

Game DescriptionCurrent Sinestrah: Labyrinth of Sins is a prototype of a turn-based tactical roguelite with a strong adult erotic theme. In essence, you take control of a champion (like Rena, Ariasha, or Ofelia) and dive into a procedurally generated labyrinth. Your goal is to explore, survive, and grow stronger. The gameplay focuses on:Dungeon ExplorationMove through a 2D map, discovering rooms, corridors, treasures, traps (like the spiderwebs we just added), and special events.Turn-Based Tactical CombatWhen you encounter an enemy, the game shifts into combat mode. It’s not just about brute force—combat revolves around two core resources:

Excitement (EXC): Works like the main “damage” type. When a character’s excitement reaches the limit, they climax, lose a “heart” (health), and their morale takes a hit.

Morale (MOR): Represents determination. If morale drops to zero, the character enters a “Submission” state and becomes vulnerable.

Eromancy & Goddess SystemBesides physical attacks, you can use Eromancy—erotic magic fueled by elemental energies (Lust, Love, Passion, etc.).You can also choose a patron goddess, earn her favor, and gain blessings that shape your run.Combat isn’t focused solely on violence—it’s about domination, seduction, and erotic power dynamics between characters. Current State of the ProjectThe game is in an advanced, fully playable prototype stage. The core gameplay loop is implemented and working:✔ Dungeon GeneratorThe current system creates complete levels with rooms, hallways, doors, and a coherent layout of events (start room, boss, treasure rooms, shops, altars, etc.).✔ Combat SystemThe turn-based mechanics are solid. Excitement, Morale, attacks, and basic eromancies are implemented. There are already several enemies (Slime Girl, Little Demon, Bunny Warrior), each with unique abilities and dialogue.✔ Character ProgressionYou can level up, assign stat points, and manage a full inventory with drag-and-drop equipment for weapons, armor, and accessories.✔ Basic ContentInitial consumables, gear, treasure chests, shops, and goddess altars are all included. In short, the core foundation is firmly established. Right now the focus is polishing the existing mechanics and, most importantly, adding more content. Future PlansThe goal is to expand this prototype into a full, replayable roguelite experience. The main plans are:Massive Content Expansion

More Enemies: A wide variety of creatures with unique mechanics, dialogues, and abilities.

More Items & Gear: Hundreds of new weapons, armor pieces, and accessories with special effects and passives that allow different playstyles.

New Rooms & Events: More room types, puzzles, traps, and special encounters to keep each run unpredictable.

Floor Bosses: Unique bosses for each level of the labyrinth, with multi-phase battles and complex attack patterns.

Deeper Game Systems

Advanced Eromancy: A crafting-style system where players can combine elemental essences to discover new spells, making magic more dynamic and experimental.

Goddess Interaction: A deeper favor system with quests, more impactful blessings, and possibly curses if you anger them.

Narrative & Dialogue: Expand the lore of the Labyrinth and its champions. Add more combat dialogue options that can influence battles in unexpected ways.

Polish & Quality of Life

Audio: Original soundtrack and sound effects for actions, attacks, and UI.

Animations & VFX: Enhanced animations and more visual effects to make combat feel more dynamic and impressive.

Save System: Add the ability to save the game and continue later.

Well, as you can see, the game is still in its early stages... so your help with advice, mechanics, and ideas will be greatly appreciated in order to move forward in the best possible direction.I want to clarify that Ariasha's illustration differs from the champion selection because the design was different before. I have to redo her portrait image. Thanks!

In its core, however, wounds of the past remain to swell, infecting the island throughout. The infection of ideology and division, human greed and hunger for power, as well as pure hatred toward it all, boiling within the blood of the Island’s citizens. The government of Central Island – Hometown, and the rebels – Liberta Clan, now at constant war for who gets to enact and define the laws amidst desperate post-apocalyptic times. A detective, thrown into the fire of all the conflict to solve a seemingly unimportant case, spiralling into madness discovering its true purpose. A complex story intertwining the many factions and characters awaits your judgement.Welcome, dear viewer, to the world of Mechanic Artwork!ANY SUPPORT FOR THE SHOW IS ENCOURAGED AND WELCOMED! MECHANIC ARTWORK: Indie Animated Show Opening Scene Preview (PILOT)

A humble chef and his best pal cook up the chef's iconic signature soup for a customer, Our hero chef loves to cook and is very good at it, What could go wrong? This is an Original 2D animation project I made for my art internship's art showcase day where the interns (like me) got to create a little something for our friends and families to watch on the big screen, When our project (like this one) were shown everyone seemed to enjoy them and it was a really great day for everyone, So I hope you all like it too! The showcase day was on the middle of April you might think, Why upload it three months later? Well the long and short of it is, This animation was very rushed till the end, so I figured I'd come back to it and polish it up for the public online release, Which is this one. Sorry for the long description, Just really wanted to tell the story of making this project for I loved making it!
