a (rushed) animation (w/ my oc) submission for madness day 2026

Accidentally in Love

Hello there, I present to you my first somewhat serious animation and submission for Madness Day 2026! I did go pretty far away from the whole madness style, but i hope this is good enough to be a submission! Made this in around 3 months, so some parts might seem rushed, as well as this being my first time using Flash. Anyways, hope y'all like it!Special thanks to Hydoru for helping with many things and making the icon art.

Honestly as good as this one is I did rush something’s in order to make the deadline

The 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. animated!

This animation is a sequel to my very first hand-drawn animation. This time around, I used a Huion drawing tablet instead of drawing with purely a mouse. The quality is quite a bit different . . . maybe I'll need to remake the first at some point . . . Check out the original animation here, if you haven't seen it yet: <a href="https://youtu.be/2xDUeHmDdMI" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Super Mario Over the Years! 1</a> - Unfortunately, you'll have to watch it on YT because I didn't have a NG account back then :( Isn't it technically the 41st now of Super Mario Bros?: Lol, yes - this project is a culmination of short vids I've been putting out during the 40th anniversary across my socials, plus a bunch more! I still wanted to call this an animation for the 40th, as it's the bigger milestone year than the 41st. I also just work slowly, and had a bunch of ideas, causing the release time to continuously get pushed back. Art Direction I've had the thought for quite some time to make a more faithful animation to the Mario series to emulate and honor the stylistic choices of Yōichi Kotabe and Shigehisa Nakaue. My decision on the art direction also came down to me wanting to "understand the generations of Mario” from its official art standpoint. Furthermore, I wanted to embellish some of Mario's movements, not limited to the games, to give a greater sense of action and adventure! I referenced all types of official cover art, licensed activity books, instruction manuals, classic 80s/90s commercials and other promotional material for the games and time periods. It took way more effort than my past simpler, often rough character animations - but it was totally worth it! For later games in the franchise, including games like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Odyssey Characters, I choose to fuse the official render designs with the linework used in the manual art in the earlier games. I wanted the animation to have the hand drawn feel, but still have the evolution of Mario's design aimed to hit several of the "key poses" from the Super Mario Bros official art, and “bring them to life” in the animation. In order to execute this idea, I started with several of the key frames as these key poses, with some adjustments (like eye movements, hand placements, or perspective tweaks) to flow with the animation. As far as the backgrounds go, they involve a stylistic approach to Shigehisa Nakaue's work on the fairly consistent Nintendo summer artwork. I tried to simulate this by blending some watercolor texture scans I painted with digital watercolor brushes created in Photoshop to create laying and show a brush stroke on a more rough, coarse paper. The color usage references the internal colors displayed when playing the games on their respective consoles. This challenged me when it came to using a very monochromatic color scheme in Super Mario Land's Birabuto dungeon to quite the opposite of using a wide array of color in Mario's character animation in the Super Mario Odyssey segment. Easter Eggs Woah, you actually read up to this point? Okay, well, I'll let you in on a little secret: this animation is jam packed with a ton of hidden secrets/collectables. Try to spot the following: <ul><li>Bosses and/or friendly side characters from each game</li><li>References to different Nintendo game console generations</li><li>5 cherries to give you "invincibility"</li><li>2 wonder seeds for a "sense of curiosity"</li><li>Franchise game/console codenames</li><li>A bunch of coins. Count all of them if you dare and they may reveal some meaningful Mario number lol . . . The following are variations of coins and values associated with them (does their final value mean anything?):</li></ul>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Regular/Gold Coin - Simply 1 Coin⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Red Coin (SM64) - 1 Red Coin = 2 Coins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Blue Coin (SM64) - 1 Blue Coin = 5 Coins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Purple Regional Coin (SMO) - 1 Regional Coin = 2 Coins Credits Music in chronological order:0:00 ~ Super Mario Bros 2. - Ground Theme ~ Super Smash Bros. Super Mario Over the Years! 2

Just another day in life for a EPIC prankfluencer!

G-Cool Break Da Rool is a surreal dark comedy about the moment when the joke stops being funny, and self-doubt starts talking back. The film follows an online prankster who has pushed things too far and is forced to confront whether the attention he has built his identity around is worth the cost.I wanted to explore the strange inner argument we have when we know we might be making the wrong choice, but keep performing anyway. Through animation, comedy, and absurdity, G-Cool turns that internal conflict into something loud, weird, and visual

SINKING ROAD | INDIE ANIMATED MOVIE

Here's my entry to the cook off jam! I decided to join this event in the last two weeks, and I still ended up having to cut out a LOT of content from my original idea. So forgive me if this feels as rushed and incohesive as an Illumination™ movie. But hey, at least we get another cartoon with Mayor Moon and Dr. Kreek! Kinda. I might make a "director's cut" after the jam's all said and done :0 I made everything with Blender, Grease Pencil, Photoshop, Audacity, DaVinci Resolve. The Forbidden Nectar [Cook Off Jam]

The worst cooking lesson so far… i think.

Almost an hour late but I tried, lol Submission for Newgrounds cooking anim jam. Seriously though, this was pretty rushed, since I only had like 27 hours to finish this and I already had it planned since April. I didn't start it earlier since I had a lot of busy stuff going on. Good thing I managed to finish it just in time, lol.(I don't know if I did.) Nyeah, I just wanted to join. So enjoy or whatevs.(Ash1car, if you can see this, i'm sorry)

Making a Cat Burger

Roxy is tasked with cooking ramen for dinner tonight. Can she handle it?

I have GOT to stop posting these so under the wire. This is actively becoming a problem. First time I've done the whole animation/editing process for Newgrounds. It was certainly painful to get it done, but I made it (right?). I really pushed to finish what I started under a deadline since I'm about to have to do that for a whole semester soon, and I figured I'd use the characters of Ultralius for this wacky little skit. I haven't really animated them except for practice stuff, so I'm really happy to see them moving. Also, credits for everything that wasn't made by me are in the end of the video. Never needed that before. (hopefully I won't have to edit anything, but if I do, it'll be after the jam. I'm really tired rn and, as Piche says, burntout, but I hope you enjoy!)

I already saw a tons of videos, commercials and documentary about the park and their dinosaurs, but man! Watching them with my own eyes instead of through a screen, this is a dream comes true! If I didn't win that ticket, I could never afford to come here!Maid raptor wasn't just a figure of speech, the creature was litterally a raptor wearing a maid outfit. I knew the park made a great effort at taming the dinosaur, making great progress at communicating with them, creating their own little intelligent society, but I never would have thought they reached a point they would understand the very concept of job, or at least service. The raptor maid looked at me, and I couldn't help but shiver, seeing her piercing predatory eyes starring to mine. One can only feel humble by that first look, an old prey feeling. She made a head gesture with a soft growl, obviously inviting me to follow her. I took my luggage and walked to her. She looked down and up on me, and I think she actually smiled but I may be wrong... We entered the elevator together. She checked on my keycard and pressed the right floor button with her snout. I was alone in a tight elevator with an actual breathing raptor aside of me. My heart was rushing. The situation felt both scary and exciting. I couldn't help but stare at this maid raptor. Her elegant shape, her razor sharp claws... her powerful legs... her exciting scent? I'm not exagerating, a scent of hormones was spreading in the air, it was hard not to understand the girl was in heat. She must be impatient of going back to her male I imagined. She turned to me with shining eyes, and purred slowly."Uhm, hey! I know you must hear that everyday... but I'm a big fan! Meeting you is an honor!".She growled happily. Maybe she was trained to do so, but to me, it meant the world. She approached her head to my hand and gave it a lick. An actual raptor just gave me an affectuous lick, what else could I ask for! I was so excited, I started petting her, until I realized she's cleverer than she looked like. I withdrew my hand."S...Sorry... that was rude of me, I..."She growled again, but this time she started rubbing her head on my belly, almost on my crotch. Now I was taken aback. The scent in the air was strong, being alone with this powerful beast in a tight elevator and my secret sexual attraction to the raptors gave me a rush. I was hard as hell. She starts smelling me. Oh god, she will understand how horny I am, she can tear me apart so easily for that. But she purred slowly... almost sensually... was I dreaming all that?*DING*The elevator's doors opened. End of the line. "Uhm... there we are, right?". The maid raptor shook her head, and started walking down the corridor, geturing for me to follow her. Seeing her walk, I could see her rump balancing, her tail waving in the air, high enough to see that small opening at the base of it, her cloaca. Horny as I was, my mind started wandering, I couldn't help but wonder how she felt... from her insides... how getting closer to her could be like...mating with her, or at least pretending we were, just for the pleasure of it... I tried to drive these thoughts from my mind. That was literally my first time encountering an actual raptor, and I already thought about having sex with her. I felt ashamed... then again, she started it right? Whatever, I should really control myself. We reached my room. "Thanks... and uhm... sorry about... the elevator..."She pushed me on my door, used her hands to block me, put a paw on the wall on my side, and growl right at my face. My first thought was "I screwed up, and now I'll pay the price of my depravity". But she stopped the growling, and started licking my face. No more mixed-signal, she was having her way with me. I started caressing her head, and open my mouth so I could lick her tong back. She growled in pleasure. She was waiting for it since the beginning. We sort of "kiss" for a little moment. She then started to move slowly down... down... down... I suddendly realized where we were."Right... right now? In the middle of this corridor? Shouldn't we move... inside?" She gave me a pleading look. Obviously she couldn't take too long for that, she had to get back to work soon. Whatever, this was the chance of my life. I unbuttonned my pants. She smiled, I'm sure of that. I exposed my dick out, harder than ever, very sensible. She put her snout around it, she was very careful with the teeth, as if this wasn't her first ride with a human. And maybe it wasn't, which is why she was so confident with me to begin with. And she started sucking. It was sensationnal. At this moment, I was the happiest man on Earth. After the Mia animation that was a lot harder to work on, I wanted to make something easier. While going through my files, I came across this raptor maid model I downloaded some times ago, and immmdiatly felt in love with her again! So I went for it! Animation for people who got crushed this year

For the people who are battling this year without rest. I also got crushed and lost a lot. My spine pain is fucking me up like crazy and lost a lot of money cause Therapy is not free, which is unfair. I pay for a trauma that happened unluckily. What a bullshit health system. I dont know If I will be able to animate fights anymore at this point. I am still fighting and trying to fight against the probably permanent damage, but I cant gurantee nothing.

Was 2026 the worst year?

RUSHED BAKING

In a world of absurd rules, even the wrong word can get you in trouble.

Something is wrong with censorship. Very wrong.A seemingly ordinary situation turns into an increasingly absurd encounter with a system where almost anything can become unacceptable.PHANTASMAGORIA: The Censors is an independent animated dark comedy about a world where everyday stupidity, bureaucracy and absurdity are pushed just a little too far. This is the first part of a story told in several parts.Created and animated independently. This is the English-language version.Audio note: Voice acting, music and sound effects were created with ElevenLabs under a paid commercial license.I'd love to hear what you think - especially about the humor and English localization.

I Pushed A Naval Mine Into A Small Village (gone HORRIBLY wrong)

Finally got around to animating a dream I've had (many times.) Ran up against my self imposed time frame, so please excuse the lack of furniture, but to be honest, dreams don't make sense so take it as artistic liberty. Also had to render in 1k, I mainly stitched this scene together from older projects, but managed to fuck up the assets so badly that I pushed the texture memory past 16gbs (many duplicate shaders), it could only render a few frames before crashing blender and subsequently my desktop manager. I could have fixed it but the render wouldn't have been done before my mini vacation. I need to fix the assets anyway so maybe at a later date, I can come back and update this to 4k, but don't hold your breath.

Your hands clamped over her thighs, pulling her closer until your bodies were pressed in that perfect, unholy angle. She gasped, a raw breath. “Harder,” she hissed, voice low, eyes blazing. Your pulse thumped in sync with hers, each beat echoing in the tightness between you. The heat from her body pressed against yours, sweat slicking skin as she pushed forward, hips rocking like a storm. You felt the softness of her thighs scrape yours and she smirks, a fierce expression that sent shivers down your spine. She shoved her weight into you, demanding more. “You like it?” she breathed, voice trembling with desire. The world narrowed to the rhythm of breathing, mattress creaks, and bodies colliding. Her fingers dug into you, anchoring you while she moved faster, a jagged dance of pleasure and pain. Each thrust sent her moans up from her lips, raw, unfiltered, “Oh god… yes!” She kissed hard on the mouth, teeth grazing skin as she pulled herself closer. The heat between you was relentless, an electric charge that made your clothes cling to your body. When it finally ended, she lay sprawled beside you, breathing raggedly, chest heaving like a drumbeat. A wet sound echoed as she clamped her fingers around your collarbone, the pressure leaving a faint line. “We’re finished,” she whispered, voice husky with exhaustion and satisfaction. The silence that followed was thick, filled only by the sound of two hearts still racing from the storm you’d just weathered.

The Death of Erasmus

Guy named Tim absolutely guns down many people.

Tim, an overzealous runaway marksman, decided his new career path involved roaming the streets during a war and stealing anything cool he finds off of the ground. How did he pull any of that off?? He should've died to the big Gordo Mask with the spike mace!! This man is a reckless menace. There's no way he could possibly live more than a few months. Then again, that Bob guy should've been dead, too, already. I wonder if they know each other. ======================================================I spent a little too long on this one, but I really, really enjoyed it! Still working on evening out the pacing, but everything was such a step up from how rushed it all was during 0-3 vs. how it is now. Had a ton of fun adding effects and sounds, and animating such a flashy, excessive by-nature character was a really fun change of pace (even if I love animating all of them)! In the same way that Bob is inherently "Just a random guy," Tim is the same too. But one doesn't even bother talking or expressing much independent thought, while the other is running wild with his free will! They have many many parallels I hope to convey soon. Everyone in this world is "just some guy," so that should only make the things you do even more insane or impressive. Good or bad! Since this is done, it's actually really time to get started on 0-5 and end the Prologue Chapter after almost 2 years. I seriously can't believe not only am I still going but also it took this long!! It was worth it, we really have so many characters, sprites, and weapons! And I've met a good amount of people who helped along the way who made everything just 10x more worth it. Including you, because you watched this! Thank you Music - <a href="https://youtu.be/zUrUoCDrcdo?si=AcaYgPpTLa5NSlRw" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Return to Ashes</a>

"We don't like you either, man!" 0-B || [REDEMPTION] Fall of the Star King

By this point in their journey, Mejson and his remaining compatriots - MariogD, Candy (and his ant), and Delsin - understand vividly that their new environment doesn't wait for anyone. That's why they pushed through the ant ambush in spite of separation and loss. It's why they persevered to climb the door, and it's why they sought to bolster their diminished ranks. Thankfully for that last part, two new faces were happy to fill those gaps - Bill and Diablo. But try as they might to leave everything bad behind, the past catches up frighteningly fast, in more ways than one. And there's just as much danger of it consuming their every thought as there are monsters literally consuming them, if they're not careful... Reduce 3 Episode 1 is available to watch on .mp4 format! We hope you enjoy this beginning to the latest addition to the Reduce story!

His grip tightened on her thighs, lifting her higher, driving harder. The room filled with wet smacks and their ragged breaths. She threw her head back, hair cascading as she came, pussy convulsing around him. He groaned, releasing into her with a final, powerful thrust. They collapsed to the floor, panting. She pushed his damp hair off his forehead, smiling softly. "Again," she whispered.

Goth Mantis In The Sauna

Threesome with two females argonian and a lucky man !

"Nurja?"The argonian turned, her eyes widening. Her face melted instantly into a look of pure, breathless disbelief. "Drakeena!"In an instant, the space between them vanished. They collided in a flurry of laughter, hugging with the fierce desperation of two people who had once shared every secret, every dream, and every childhood summer before time and distance had pulled them to separate corners of Tamriel. It had been so many years, yet the moment they pulled back to look at each other, the history between them rushed back like a tidal wave."Look at you!" Drakeena beamed, her eyes shining as she took Nurja in, touching her cheek. "What are you doing in Solitude? I thought you were still in the Marsh, specially with all those Thalmor around.""I needed a new beginning, so I journeyed all around Tamriel, mostly in Cyrodill. First to find work... but I took a liking just travelling around... meeting all kind of people and lovers." Nurja said.Drakeena gave her a lusty mocking look. "Should I understand we are still playing the same "music" you and I? Still putting your body to good use, enjoying young lust when it comes to you, eh?""You have no idea! I lost count at some point. Bet you do too, right?"Drakeena blushed but approved. They both laughed, though Nurja smile dipped slightly as she adjusted the heavy pack on her shoulders. "To be completely honest, my luck ran out at the city gates. The inn outside the city I had sent word to reserve a cot at was burned to the ground last moon. Imperials say this is a Stormcloak attack, but the stormcloacks say it's a Thalmor inside job, yadda yadda. I’ve been wandering the quarters for hours trying to find a tavern with an open room that doesn't cost a king's ransom."Drakeena’s expression softened into something deeply tender. She reached out."Absolutely not. You are not sleeping in some squalid, overpriced tavern," She said, a warm smile playing on her lips. "Listen... I am actually on my way to stay with someone. A special someone."Nurja raised an eyebrow, a spark of the old, playful teasing returning to her voice. "Oh? A suitor? A lover?"Again, Drakeena smiled lustfully. "You could say, more like a friend with benefits. He is a master artisan here, and he has a wonderfully spacious bedroom near the upper terrace. I was planning to stay with him for the coming weeks. And you know... he might be open for something very kinky with the two of us at his home.""Or on his bed". Nurja smiled."You got the idea..." Drakeena said softly. She stepped closer, closing the distance between them once more. "He is the most generous, open-hearted soul I have ever known. When I tell him that my childhood firend is stranded without a roof in the city, he will throw open his doors. He is also... very... VERY vigorous !"Nurja left her mind wandering a bit. It's been days since she last had sex, years since she and Drakeena shared a man's body, in one depraved intimate session. Two argonians giving themselves to a man at once can be both a true piece of extasy for him, but also a challenge to handle, to be able to satisfied both of them without cumming too soon. Their scaly bodies had a true power over those humans, they knew it. Drakeena seems sure about her friend with benefits though, and Nurja is missing it a lot right now."Ok" she said."Let's go meet your friend then. I only have love to offer him!" LegendOfJan's Drakeena is among the sexiest model I've been able to animate, I wanted to make something special with her the moment he handled me the model. Combining her with Nurja came immediatly in mind, and while at first, the video was supposed to only be the first pose, I couldn't help it, and went for a bigger video with others poses, even finishing with a double creampie! The official lyric video for 'Birds of Prey'!

I wasn't gonna originally upload this on NG, but seeing as some other lyric videos are on here, I thought this would be okay. As mentioned in the disclaimer, I originally made this two years ago as a rushed out student project (hence why some shots look worse than others), but a few weeks ago I decided to reconstruct the missing shots so I could finally upload it somewhere. Despite the rushed bits, there are some shots in this I am proud of. I've been on an animation hiatus since early '25, so hopefully when I return to animating I'll be a bit better lol
