SANTI S PILOT OFFICIAL RELEASE! 🎬✨This is a massive project for me—it has over 1,500 frames animated frame-by-frame in Flash! It features military music from Paraguay (Boquerón March), unexpected crossovers with PicoLezcar(Me)And Art2User, and a very chaotic ending with a Pilsen beer."Note: Due to limited time at school, the second half is currently incomplete, but I wanted to share this pilot summary with you guys anyway. Hope it makes you laugh! Let me know what you think!

The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat is an animated short that I wrote, animated, and scored between December 2022 and April 2023. It was my first experience making a 2D animated short, so it was a cascade of challenges that turned into countless learning experiences.I made the animation using Krita. Hours and hours of drawing, erasing, and drawing all over again. I had already composed the music long before, but I arranged it specifically for this short, trying to understand the logic of timing and repetition in animation, using LMMS.I was lucky enough to have some great ghostly friends—José Haidar, Marcelo Cáceres, Agustina Conti, and Daniela Barrionuevo—lend their voices to the narration and characters.I hope you enjoy The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat! Beyond the joy of bringing this project to life, this short film allowed me to connect with incredible people from the world of animation, mainly through its participation in film festivals. In October 2023, The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat was screened at FAN – Festival Audiovisual de Neuquén (Argentina), as part of the Official Selection of National Animated Shorts. In December 2023, it was also part of the Official Selection of Animated Shorts at AnimaVerso Festival, held in Florianópolis (Brazil). In January 2024, it was screened in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) as part of EDO 2024, and in May of the same year, it was screened at Anima Latina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.I never imagined the cat would get to visit so many places.

Hey y'all! Hope you're having a happy Valentine's Day! This is an old animation I did on flipacilp in 2022 and I wanted to share it with all of you to see! This short story, which is a parody of Eddsworld's Zanta Claws 3, follows Dan, a rebelious teenager who is fed up of the "evil" and "stupid" celebration of Valentine's Day and decides to express his dissastisfaction by stealing a helicopter and wreacking havoc through the city! Luckily, he has his friends to the side to tell him to get himself together, and, in the end, Dan ends up getting what he deserves... Hope you like it! Let me know what you think of this old animation of mine and stay tuned, because I got some real treats coming up for y'all! See ya next time. PD: Btw, the animation was originally made in Spanish, so I managed to add some English subtitles for all of you to understand it better!

Not-So Silent Night 4: Santa’s Helpers

A Secret Santa gift for Nebula Aurora. I was having a lot of fun re-watching the Super Mario 64 stream by Mark, Nebula and Me, so when Secret Santa rolled around, I decided to dust off the ol' animation bone. It also gave me a break from the accursed monkey cartoon. Some tidbits about this:

The audio is from a stream. Both my friends made highlight videos of it: This is Mark's version, and this is Nebog's version.

I heavily referenced that radio and voice receiver from the first episode of Lupin III Part 1 (the ones that Jigen and Fujiko use).

I like how the whole thing feels more complete with the intro and the setup that Nebog and I are excavating a pyramid, especially with how short the actual moment was.

That last frame is an inside joke.

I used https://noclip.website/ for the backgrounds! They didn't have the original SM64 maps, so I had to go for the DS variants. Go ahead and scrutinize me about the inaccuracy, my friends already did. I turned off the UI of the page, went full-screen and recorded my screen for all the shots. It was fun trying to figure out perspective and how to place the drawings in the scene! The standard FOV was way too high, I had to lower it so that the shot doesn't look like you're trying to capture every ant all around you. Sadly, I recorded it at 60 FPS so when i converted it to 24 FPS, it made the camera movement at the start a bit jittery.

Fera's Interrupted Christmas

The Tooncels all gather round at Rick's crib to wait for Santa Daddy

The Tooncels all gather round at Rick's crib to wait for Santa Daddy. What has he got in his sack?~~~~~~~~~~~~Commentary:So yeah Merry late Christmas! Here's the fashionably late Christmas cartoon. It was sort of a bitch and a half to animate singing for the first time and at some parts it straight up looks like some characters are having a seizure but I like how it turned out and there's some sentimentality to it but of course I had to put in jokes. I recorded each of the characters singing verses and then stacked them on top of each other for the authenticity of having it sound like it actually sounds when children are singing in a chorus, everybody off-key and on different parts of the song. And no, the character who kind of sounds like Rick and points out Santa's fat sack isn't an animation error that's actually Bandit, he was a character I had in mind at the conception of this series and was one of Rick's classmates in Demon Dilemma who I wanted to have lines in that but couldn't think of a way to integrate and the thing was already long enough so I cut for time and I decided to finally have him properly speak before the year ended so he can be one of the OG characters. He was actually originally a ferret but then I came up with Freddy based on the Japanese ferret pet pages that show on my social media feed so Bandit became a weasel but now I'm realizing he kind of looks like a kangaroo or maybe some sort of chihuahua. I'll probably have fun in the future riffing on his species ambiguity. There's randomly a little more "political" humor in this than in previous ones idk why not really partisan it's just I randomly had the string of words 'Kamala Harris bikini magazine' come to mind and knew it was planted to my brain from God to put that out in the world. Also featuring JFK's cutie patootie grandson. Gave a shoutout to some of my friends from the art department I hope to collab with in the new year and dedicated this to a dear Twitter mutual who died earlier this year.
