Keaton’s quiet night is interrupted by a rustle in the bushes… KARO NOTES:So you may sorta know Keaton from the Nov 2024 animatic I did. This time, he’s been redesigned into a more Felix the Cat shape (some people thought it was a Sonic thing) I think it’s the best he’s ever looked throughout his decade of existence, it’s fun to express with and see in action. This short was largely done in December, so I had to add back in a few PINGtreon supporters from the time. It was also originally supposed to be a part of a different larger project I had in store related to the Donkey Kong Country TV Show, but I plucked it from there because I liked it enough to keep it independent. That said, there are a lot of small nods to the DKC show in this. The statue of Vin the Mothman was made to resemble the DK statue Cranky has in his hut. The record player was based on the one used in “Double Date Trouble”, as well as it being used to ward off the Kritters. The cloth that Keaton drapes over the windows is based on K.Rool’s cape, he has pots of cacti similar to the ones seen in Funky’s place, he has Cranky Kong’s globe with Kongo Bongo Island mapped in there, the lantern, alot of Keaton’s RV was based on Cranky’s Cabin. For the music to this one, I went out and got a panflute and a pipehorn to bring in a more naturalistic feeling to this one. I wanna tie Keaton’s movements to the panflute and have that accentuate the way he acts. I had a finger piano laying around for a few years now from a reptile zoo gift shop, so I used that here. I knew I’d use it in relation to a Keaton short at some point, and now I have. I wanna go more complex with the music I do in these shorts. There shall be more to come for Keaton… ~KARO '26 TO JOIN THE PILLOWFORT► https://patreon.com/CountessKAROWHERE ELSE TO FIND ME►https://countesskaro.carrd.co/STORE►https://countess-karo-shop.fourthwall.com/

The April Lyrids cometh ~ look to Lyra & Hercules (the constellations) ~ Vega (the star) lights thy way! The April Lyrids = a meteor shower lasting from about April 15 to April 29, originating from dust particles shed by the comet Thatcher ~ the strongest annual shower of meteors from a long-period comet. Observed / reported since 687 BC, no other observable shiny space shower has been recorded as far back in time… In 687, the Zuo Zhuan (an ancient Chinese narrative history) described the meteor shower: “On the 4th month in the summer of the year of Xin-Mao… fixed stars become invisible; at midnight, stars fell like rain.” In the Australian Aboriginal astronomy of the Boorong tribe, the Lyrids represent the scratching of the Mallee fowl (represented by Vega), coinciding with its nest-building season. …may your eyes be filled with & your nests be built with shooting stars… (datamoshing + soundscaping = me)

Never thought writing a book would lead me to pursue a live action scifi movie. That in turn was to expensive at $1000 per/minute I had to switch gears. I started with Pixar-style animation and released some episodic examples. Neither test audiences nor myself were thrilled by the early animation. I shifted gears again and got inspired by Final Fantasy The Spirits Within as well as many of the other narrate full cgi Resident Evil films or Tintin or even some of the immersive narrative games like Detroit Becoming Human. Full computer animation showed amazing potential in my early tests, but it was like going back to school when I needed to learn various technical things for converting models for compatibility in 3d programs, dealing with motion capture, lip sinc, facial capture. I spent a lot of time and money on motion capture only to fall back on some simple cheap tools. In the end I not only finished a full movie I could be proud of but I laid the ground work for several other projects that I could do better, quicker, and with much tighter budgets. I'm almost done with Five Nights at the Church of Sin!I plan to release it in 1–2 months at most — I'm finishing the last details. Honestly, I'm very happy with the result. The first demo would have looked… bad, but the current one is much better and different. All the cutscenes and gameplay together make the game about 1 hour long. The idea was born back in 2021, and now it's finally on its way to becoming a reality.Get ready for the upcoming release!

A pair of siblings, Jin and Jenny make a snowman together

Back in 2020 I made a 7 minute animated short and I finished it just before midnight on Christmas day. It was truly an unique experience and I doubt I will ever do that again. It's title was '' Delaying the Christmas spirit ''Since I wanted to post one more animation before the year ended, I took inspiration from a framed picture that showed up in the animation. It shows up around the 3:31 minute mark ---------------------[ My links ]---------------------[ Donate in BMAC ] or [ Become a Patron ]Shout out to 🐰 NothanyTPM 🐰the newest PatronNow that we have 5 patrons the Patreondrawing requests are open once again!for just $1 a month you can ask for a requestand have access to behind-the-scenes contentIt's almost Christmas so here isSnow day Memory's BTS for freeMerry Christmas to all and a happy new year!--------------------------------------------------------- Wanto to see more of these characters?Check Out[Jin's Gallery] & [Jenny's Gallery]

Meat Match!

It's about an encounter with a woman in a red cloak called the "Aka Manto".

Note: There is a bit of a gas/fart scene at around 5:03 so those who don't want to see it then you can skip at around 5:07. Hello everyone~!I made an animation but I can't upload the entirety of it on Youtube so I decided uploaded the full video here. I hope you all enjoy watching it~ There is a famous legend about a woman in a red cloak that randomly appears on places with full people at night. It is said that she will ask you to choose a color of paper (Blue, Yellow, or Red) and a different outcome will happen depending on what you chose but all will result in you going missing. The only thing that can save you from the encounter is to decline or reject her and not choose any paper, but unfortunately, this isn't the case for the guy in this story. I had a bit of a burn-out from the MiSide series so I decided to temporarily pause animating it and focus on animating standalone videos since I also realized that I've been only animating the MiSide series for almost a year so I figure that it might be a good idea to work on other kind of videos for now and stared with another entry into the "Encounter" series (which I do every year between October and November).I don't yet know when I'll resume working on the MiSide series but I promise that I'll come back to it sometime next year. Thank you for understanding! As you can tell (if you already know the original legend), I made a bit of change to the setting where the scenario takes place in a park instead of the bathroom (which is what the original legend's location is) since the Aka Manto's legend is very similar to that of Hanako-san which I already did an animation a few years back. I also made some experiments where the story is narrated by a third person and also made the video not linear and has different outcomes based on what color of paper the guy chose. If you like my videos and wanted to show some support, you can support me on my Patreon or Ko-fi. It helps me keep motivated to make more videos in the future! This movie is Pinhead. It features a small Rubik's Cube that I got from the same garage sale where I also got the 8 Ball that doesn't work. The animation for this was done a long time ago; I just needed to make the Pinhead puppet.I was playing to make a lot of Sin For Shorts with horror movie puppets killing the two mad men, but I didn't do that.I hate how long editing is.Also, I have never solve a Rubik‘s Cube in my life, other then tearing it apart and putting them back together.HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

It’s where loyalty, betrayal, and guilt collide — and where our amphibious antihero, Commissioner Olover Hopz, comes face to face with a ghost from his past: Chuck Fettuccine, his long-lost partner turned revenant with a gun and a grudge.Visually, this project pushes a hybrid style — 2D hand animation mixed with comic panel stills, cinematic camera moves, and pulpy atmosphere. Think Sin City meets BoJack Noir, with that signature Lude Concepts grimy edge. Leo and Gin - You and Me Gin is a wonderful lover, and Leo is a great friend. They don't always do things together, so that can lead to silly outcomes like this one. Gin can be a bit of a sad drunk, but that's fine! Short teaser for a new animation thing I had

For the 20th anniversary for Powerstar that happened on May 4th, I wanted to make a small little animation for the anniversary, and what better way then to plug a new series teaser? My idea was to use SMBZ as inspiration, but with a twist. instead of Z, I chose super since Devil Mario will transform into the Rose form that Goku Black turned in dragon ball super. I still have to flesh out a story for this animation, but I was almost thinking of using the Goku Black saga from DBS as inspiration, where Devil Mario collects all the stars (0 mortal plan) and luigi tries to stop him (goku, vegeta and future trunks). Of course in the end, devil mario will win, killing luigi in a brutal scene but with DBZ style fight scenes, maybe a few ki blasts or two. if you guys have any suggestions, or name suggestions, let me know down below in the comments Currently working on a Goku & Vegeta vs Devil Mario sprite animation, which will use the ending of the DBS Broly movie as inspiration Credits: TuffTony, KingAsylus91, LoneWolfAlpha250, ZatchHunter, TheGuy07(CyberWolfJV), PxlCobit, LuigiRulz, BrawlFan1, Rukaisho (Mark Haynes), ShadeFalcon, TheCynicalPoet (SMBZ1), MrRed, EnteiTheHedgehog, JumpmanMFGG, Diyoshi25, 9Blu-Linden9 (DarkMark9), FaisaAden, Shadow624, jmkrebs30, Somari64, Mattdraw, Delvallejoel, supersilver27, Jyellowstudio, Gensokyo-man, KingAsylus91, A.J. Asuna Leg Hold Pose

A scenario I've always wanted to do. the voice actors nailed it. The team nailed it. This is one of the longest productions we've made so far, at about 10 min. There were lots of ambitious things done with the animation, and it always feels great to me to flesh the characters out more. Make these more than just sex scenes. This is probably the first time we really hear Zack talk much ahaha. Sadly there was supposed to be an end credit scene that helped to set up sudden death but I just couldn't get it done before the month ended. I'll post it later as a short. ANYWAY, fuckin enjoy! Man, after PixieWillow's performance in this scene, I really want to do one with Monica and Hitomi together! Because we have depicted them as filthy little instigators LOL. DEAD MAN'S HAND: Card Roulette Action Announcement Trailer

Lumine's curiosity had some unintended consequences...

After 14 months of production, and countless hours of work... I can now say, with full confidence, that the First Chapter of the A Night in Teyvat series is finally, and truly done!!! And now... First and foremost!.. I would like to give a SUUUPER THANKS to all the Chads that supported me on patreon and fanbox this past year. None of this would even be possible without your support! I'd also like to thank miss Nyono and miss Noodles for giving life to my Sucrose and Lumine. I really couldn't have been luckier to have found such perfect fit for the roles :3... As well as miss Pixie for helping me out with some design choices and agreeing to cameo a certain purple mommy mage XD... I do hope I can work with all of you again in the future :3 And Ik you're prolly sick of me saying this atp XD, but I'm reeeally grateful to all of you :3 I also learned a whole bunch from this project... Especially in the audio side of things! Figuring out how to blend all of the different voices, SFX, and BGM into one, and making them feel as natural as possible was defo a huge challenge! Thankfully, I never ran short of helpful feedbacks from the Chads and my VA's. And so I was eventually able to cobble up all of it into something that is hopefully worthy of the VA's performance... Aaaaand the countless YouTube tutorials didn't hurt either XD It also gave me a whole new perspective in animation! Being on the driver seat and directing the actresses, figuring out the best ways to convey my vision (mostly through trial and error XD), all while dealing with unforeseen set backs that naturally comes with collaborating with other people, REEEALLY gave me more of a respect to creators like Nyl, Derpixon, Studio FOW, Zone Sama, and many other creators, directing far more complex workflows, and collaborating many more artists and actresses, to make their creations a reality... I can only imagine the headache they had to go through XD Especially when you think of how easier and more accessible it has been to make these kinds of animation throughout the years. I mean... many of the tools we have now, wasn't even available to them when they were starting out! We are standing on the shoulders of some very lewd giants indeed XD And hey! Maybe this work will inspire someone, somewhere to make more full-length animations with interesting stories just like this!.. And if and when that time comes, I'd be more than happy to be stepped on my shoulders as well XD So... What's next? You ask? Liyue! Now that I'm done with the Mondstadt chapter of the A Night in Teyvat Series, I'll now focus my attention on remaking A Night in Liyue - Prank Gone Wrong into a full-length animation like this one!.. eventually XD I also made some pretty significant upgrades to my character models recently that I like to call Gen 2 Models!.. And I made a short 7 min. animation of Gen 2 Sucrose and Lumine to test them out... Which, once dubbed, will be posted here as well!.. eventually XD For now, I'd like to distance myself from any heavy audio editing stuff, and just focus on animating PGW and completing Gen 2 Hu Tao and Xiangling, as I've been doing audio stuff for more than a month straight now, and I miss animating T-T And that's about it! Hope you like it and thanks for watching! PS: 2025 Pink Sama here! Did some slight improvements to this one, improving color grading and also some audio re-balancing :3-----------------------------------------------------------------Sucrose VA: @Nyono8008_Lumine VA: @invadernoodlesLisa VA: @_PixieWillow
