The Hunger of Bloden

I started learning motion animation just 10 days ago. Since I’m a complete beginner doing this all on my own, there are definitely technical flaws and rough edges. I designed the characters, animated frame by frame, and composed the background score independently. About the Film:Deep within the quiet woods, something sinister lingers. This short film combines atmospheric stop-motion animation, dark storytelling, and a custom soundtrack . Behind the Scenes:• Production Time: 10 Days (From zero experience to final export!)• Process: Handmade Claymation / Stop Motion• Audio: Original Music Score & Custom Sound Design Thank you so much for watching and supporting independent art! If you have feedback or tips on how I can improve my technique, please leave a comment,I’d love to learn from you. Short sneek peak at my indie animated pilot Pastafazool!

Pastafazool is an indie animated series about a trio of incompetent supervillains and their quest for world domination! Abracadaver their leader is a sinister undead sorcerer with delusions of grandeur, xenos a shapeshifting extra dimensional entity of unknown origin is the mascot and the muscle, and Domme a former spy and secret agent turned jewel thief is the brains behind the operation. Together they work for their mysterious and shadowy overlord Silhouette to steal various cursed artifacts, break hundreds of laws and violate a number of international treaties. Catch the full pilot this summer on Newgrounds where I plan to debut it first. Pastafazool is created by me and produced independently by Squeep Toons and Plasma Spin Studios learn more about our indie team and the pilot at plasmaspinstudios.com thumbnail by wildblur

Wugs get in a wuggy situation, wugs ensue

Wugs are kind. Wugs like fun.Wugs like dancing. Wugs are one.Now Wugs are two. What will they do?Where are they from? And who is who? What is a Wug? What say you? This is a music video for an ACTG single originally released back in July 2024!You can find it on Bandcamp along with the B-side for three measly bucks. None of this would've been possible without our amazing animator Beth, who (sad to say) isn't on NG. But she's left us with a couple handy links to her portfolio site and an Instagram page in her stead. An animation I made, first uploaded on YouTube and TikTok. Inspired by Infry.

Ahhh yes, first thing I’ve posted to NewGrounds. I’ve finished this one between like..29nd December and started this one on 23th December. The song is Runaway from the Sinister Minds fan-album made by Churgney Grugney and Marley Jauz. ( link to the song ) Also— don’t think I’ll ever post much on this website. So don’t expect me to NOT post longer after 4 days! I’m only on Youtube, BlueSky, TikTok and newgrounds if you guys ever wanted to look at all of my animations (including the old ones) again. Youtube, BlueSky and TikTok is just the same username I have on this website but remove the o at the end. Have a good day, too. B-)

RUNAWAY.

Really #BADASS winscreen that isn't actually for a game

I am very much not good at animating, sorry if this sucks! I personally find the process of animating extremely annoying, so I end up not actually putting in the effort to get better at it.I don't know what genre to put this in, by the way. Tell me if I should move it to something else! Like how 1x1x1x1 was my first Returns model, this was my first winscreen. This is supposed to have music, but I don't want to get smited off the face of Newgrounds on my first day so it has been excluded. The music used was an abridged excerpt of Darkness Falls by zero-project; the same person who composed Gothic, a track that was very popular and commonly used in the early days of Roblox. (Both of these are insanely good btw, please listen to them I beg of you)More specifically, the parts of Darkness Falls used were 3:48-3:56, which then faded into 4:37. The ambient audio used at the end is the classic Roblox horror ambient. The UI elements are very obviously taken right from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with some very slight tweaks, with the transition animation being ripped straight from it. The loading wheel in the corner is also a recreation of the SSBU loading wheel without the Smash logo, and the text "THE WINNER IS..." directly quotes the announcer's words on winscreens from the pre-Ultimate era. The general vibe of the animation was inspired by Sephiroth's winscreens in SSBU, and 1x1x1x1 even does the same look back that Sephiroth does.(I tried to embed gifs here but they just didn't work so uhhh go look it up) The music chosen, Darkness Falls, was specifically chosen due to it being structured in a way I find similar to One-Winged Angel.Additionally, Darkness Falls is part of the same album that Gothic is, with Gothic having been associated with both horror and action games. Some people (including myself) even associate it directly with 1x1x1x1. The horror ambient playing at the end was also added as an homage to Sephiroth, with his winscreens in SSBU ending with a much more sinister droning note after his victory theme finishes, rather than the typical music that nearly every other character uses. That ambient was specifically chosen due to it also originating from horror games of old, which I found fit well with the character.
