winter kinda sucks - The Sketch Collab 2025

An overview of the work I did for the Toon-2-Tune collab, featuring Ally's New Life!

This submission was done in a month for the Toons-2-Tunes collab, where the basis was to make a 8 second long animation that followed the bassline heard in this video Find the Toon-2-Tunes Collab here! This entire animation is based on a game I made, Ally's New Life, that you can play here on Newgrounds or download for Windows, the latter having an exclusive Profile feature that changes the game in minor but potentially neat ways. Check out Ally's New Life for Windows here! Now, enough self promo, here is some background on the animation lol Originally, I was gonna make it more of a stickman style as I was inspired to join through midnightsausage's previous Sketch Collabs and thought that would be easier. But that ended up being the first draft of animation to plan out what I needed, this becoming the draft for the animation instead This animation cut a lot of corners so I could get it done quickly, one thing was using the fast pace to abuse smear frames. Try pausing the animation to see how ugly they can be Ally having a satchel is not a permanent design change, at least not in the final game, and is moreso a way to have her toss items without going into a weird flesh pocket or something lol The items are also mixed up from the actual game, as throwing an actual bottle of oil into the pot might be a bad idea though you can see it in the background, so liberties were taken with the second portion of the game's item being thrown in instead The background art was originally gonna be more detailed, resembling the idea of how Marrows' room looks like in the final game, but I decided to stay loyal to the Newgrounds/It's Your Lucky Day version as it was easier to do and not get too caught up in taking forever with this animation

I know the Sketch Collab was almost a month away, but i wanted to post my part anyway. It was really fun to make and it was a challenge to make it honestly, but hey, it was worth it. obviously Skid and Pump are not my characters and they belong to Sr Pelo.

Sketch Collab animation

A compilation of the best pieces of animation I did in 2025.

Happy new year everyone! Much like what I did last year, I decided to compile the best pieces of animation I did in 2025 into an official animation reel! This contains clips from Don't detonate the bomb, Pythagoras Brain Blast, Ghost in the Sink, Snowball to the Snowman (my entry for the Sketch Collab 2025), Scene 101 of the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown collab and a few scenes from a rough cut of a short that will come out very soon... I will (hopefully) release a lot more short films this year on top of releasing work from collabs that I may be involved with, so stay tuned! Three friends help an alcoholic reindeer get back to the North Pole

This film is based upon my submission for The Sketch Collab 2025 where I animated a drunken reindeer running people over and decided the concept was good enough to warrant a full film on it! I've actually had the idea for Stikcomicks for a while with these 3 characters but just couldn't seem to think of an idea for a full episode, until now! Hope you enjoy! (I probably could've gotten this out by Christmas if I didn't procrastinate as much, but hey! At least I've learnt my lesson)

Stikcomicks: Randy the Reindeer

Short animation I did for the Sketch Collab 2025, featuring my characters.

This was my contribution to the Sketch Collab organized by KingCrowned, in which many talented artists participated. So i recommend you watch it, as they did very nice animations.Btw you can see the finished project here!

A totally sober reindeer goes for a drive!

My submission for Sketch Collab 2025! You can watch the full collab here:The Sketch Collab 2025 This is my first ever collab piece and I'm quite proud of it! This version includes the song "Grandma got runover by a reindeer" playing on the reindeer's car radio which I had to remove for the rules of the contest. This little short I've made has actually inspired me to make a full on cartoon episode about this reindeer that I should finish by the end of the year, so keep in tuned for that!

The Sketch Collab is back again more jollier than ever along with a jolly new host. SWF Version TANKMEN 2 REANIMATED Scene - Steve "Look who is jealous..." part

This is the SWF Version of the animation part.I am not sure If I should even make one anymore for small projects, actually lol I joined this collab and I am really happy that we've made it! The collab was delayed due to some difficulties so this part was made somewhere about a year ago)What is actually interesting is that I had to work with the scene that sketch (top image) was based on. Aaand... that this was my first ever attempt at drawing anything from the Tankmen series as it is supposed to be! I am really happy that I did something a bit close to the original. I am really proud about every single part contributed to this project, You all are amazing!!Go ahead and watch the thing!!! Funky guy grabs pencil and customices themselves

Mmh! So, long time no see! im back! This time, with a sketch collab entry! fun fact: i got the animation idea from Candyangel (i think thats the name?) on Worlds.com! Bc i asked if someone had an idea! anyways, enjoy this simple small little animation! The guy is actually an oc i just pulled out of thin air. His name is Gus. Say hi to gus! Gus fun fact: his non cat parts feel like glass, yes, even the boots. His cat parts (right arm and tail) feel like cotton candy. Gus fun fact 2:he got his teardrop-shaped head from me having skill issue to draw a circle in the start of the animation. I just rolled with it and gave him a teardrop shaped head to mask it. 24 frames per second.10 seconds.234 pictures simple, but good enough i think. Idk this was meant to be fun not an overcomplicated project. //out of any awards// chuches
