Animation loop of my character, Neko Riddles for my stream intro

THe intro animation for my stream featuring my VTuber, Neko Riddles. Based on the music video for AnythingBecomeMoe's song YARARARA. The individual frames of animation were the easy part, it was trying to edit together the moving backgrounds and layers of parallax without animation software that did me in on this one. Left purposefully silent since background music is usually played on top of it.

Neko Riddles YARARARA loop

This is a turnaround of my very first 3D project. The assignment was for us to create a 3D model of a character on Blender, but there is no need to make it overly complex. Since I didn't have any experience in 3D animation, I chose to make my model based on the lucky cat since it's simple, cute, and doesn't require too many layers. Now making the model was by no means easy, but I stuck through the hardships and this is the best I can offer.

Finally, after a few days, it's finished. Took me a while figure out the final compositing, but I had to animate the lighting on separate composite layers. Music featured: Twilight (Senor Auriaus 2026 Refix) - will be coming out next month on Newgrounds!

A Short Fight Animation made on Flipnote N3DS

Hello guys. This will be my last fight animation for this month. Thanks for supporting me but I need some break again. Hope you enjoyed the full movie. It took me a month actually for this cause damn. Adding clothes to my characters makes it more time demanding. And if we talk about the limited layers and colors of flipnote. Things got harder doing this animation.

One year after the conclusion of Cryogonals Newer Roadtrip, the contestants are left to live their normal lives. A fake playthrough of the ending scene from my visual novel, The Kami at the Convenience S

Story:A university student living an ordinary life in Kyoto finds himself increasingly troubled by a strange sense that something is deeply wrong. What begins as a simple trip to a convenience store gradually unfolds into a story that converges on a single, life-changing incident. ================ This video is a fake playthrough of the ending scene from my visual novel, "The Kami at the Convenience Store (コンビニの祟り神)." I originally released the game in Japanese in February 2026. As I did with "Secret Followers," I considered creating a full English version. However, the story turned out to be far longer than expected, contained many culturally specific elements, and dealt with themes that were not always easy to approach. In the end, I had to abandon the idea of a complete English release. Even so, while the game was never particularly popular, it seemed to leave a strong impression on some players, and the kind comments I received encouraged me to continue improving it. Recently, I commissioned professional voice actress Senka Chiyoda, known for voicing Pomni in the Japanese dub of The Amazing Digital Circus, to perform Tokoyomi-sama's monologue in the final scene. Her performance was absolutely wonderful, and it inspired me to create an English version of this ending sequence so that more people could experience it. Even in the original Japanese version, Tokoyomi-sama only appears with full voice acting during this final scene, making it a special moment within the story. If you are interested in the complete game, an automatically translated English version can be played through Novel Game Collection's translation feature, although the quality of the translation is limited.<a href="https://novelgame.jp/games/show/13148?lang=EN" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://novelgame.jp/games/show/13148?lang=EN</a> And if, by some miracle, someone experienced in Japanese-to-English localization would like to help translate the full script, I would be more grateful than I can express. Though I should warn you—the script is incredibly long.

BREAK TO THE BREAK OF DAWN!This is the music video I made for my latest track; <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/1579428">Break of Dawn!</a> Finally a new track! :D I have spent some time on this here and there between jobs, and the track has gone through many stages of development. But it ended up here, at the break of dawn! The video is made entirely in after-effects, with licensed stock videos of dancers, and an ungodly amount of custom filters, layers, animation and audio expression controls. I took inspiration from ATARI graphics. I wanted to see how low I could make it while still being visually clear that these are dancers - using only 32x64 pixel width (64 since its widescreen). DXD Week 1

I spent my childhood on <a href="http://www.newgrounds.com">newgrounds.com</a>, and then it just kind of stopped. I wanted to make something with the same energy and feeling I had when I played (and watched) those old stickman flash games. My sort of elevator pitch spiel is:The entertainment industry keeps mining the past. Between remasters, remakes, and reboots, nostalgia is one of its richest resources. Danger Sticks goes after a different kind of memory: the flash-era stickman animations many of us grew up watching online, reimagined as a hyper-fast first-person shooter. Players literally smoke “Nostalgia” to slow time, then tear through short handcrafted encounters built around instant restarts, score chasing, and cleaner, faster runs. Think Hotline Miami and SUPERHOT with flash-era internet energy. <a href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/4073490/Danger_Sticks" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://store.steampowered.com/app/4073490/Danger_Sticks</a>

Amity finally defeats Giyu Tomioka: the water Hashira. 💧 The scene opens with intense combat already in motion. Amity, dressed in a striking black-and-purple outfit with flowing accents that give her a magical-girl-meets-dark-sorceress vibe (heavily inspired by Winx Club's transformation aesthetics), clashes directly with Giyuu. He wields his signature Nichirin Blade and summons signature Water Breathing techniques — swirling, fluid streams and crashing waves of blue water ripple across the frame as he attacks. Amity counters with dark, shadowy magic. Tendrils of deep purple and black energy whip around her, clashing against the water in explosive bursts of contrasting color. The animation uses dramatic lighting and particle effects to emphasize the elemental opposition: cool blues and aquas versus ominous purples and inky darkness. The fight builds quickly to a climax — Amity dodges or overpowers Giyuu's water-based strikes, closes the distance, and lands a powerful finishing move. She unleashes a concentrated blast or slashing wave of shadow energy that overwhelms him completely. Giyuu is sent reeling backward (or directly defeated on-screen), with water effects dissipating as he falls or is knocked out of frame. The short clip ends on Amity standing victorious, posed confidently with her dark aura still swirling around her, exuding a triumphant "badass magical girl" energy. Overall style: fluid 2D frame-by-frame animation typical of FlipaClip, bold color contrasts, dynamic camera angles (zooms, quick pans), and a mix of elegant magical-girl flair with gritty shonen battle choreography. The piece serves as a fun, fan-inspired "what-if" crossover showcasing the creator's OC dominating a canon powerhouse character. [MISSING FILE]: by faxeman Music composed in FL Studio Animation made in Krita A short animation made entirely by me. For this animation, I didn't use Flipaclip like the others; I used Krita. For the character design, I had to do many complicated things: for the white character (Whisper), in addition to sketching her poses and expressions on paper, I had to download paper textures to better adapt them to the digital format. For the black character (Nyra), it was easier: I divided the night sky texture and the line art into different layers, and her expressions were more distinct from Whisper's.
