The 30th Cyanide & Happiness Short I've Worked On!

This is owned by Explosm Entertainment, but I drew and animated everything here! This is an animatic, not the final animation, but if you're interested in how it turned out, click here to watch Roulette on YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A99TlBewBBo Connor Murphy had something particular in mind for the gun spinning POV shot, so he did that one (I think it's shot 3?) and I drew the rest. I tried giving one of the guys dramatic shadowing over his eyes in the opening shot, and as it pulled in closer, I realized that was going to eat up a lot of time if I did that to every character, so I streamlined it by ignoring shadows and trusting animation will be brilliant as always. This one was a pretty straight-forward process. There had been raised concerns that, even though we pretty much have a snub-nosed .45 Long revolver spinning, not to make too many poses for the revolver so there's, like, 20 props that need to be made of different angles of the same gun. When the last three guys get shot, I had it framed in that angle in such a way that we see the gun less, and if we do, it's at an angle we've seen before. Because of the grungy, low or insufficient light setting of being a seedy basement, I was hoping that would be economical on backgrounds, and it turned out great! I really like this one. Fan-made intro for Fridays With PewDiePie

I feel almost like a troll submitting this, considering the PewDiePie hate spattered across the internet and the hammy low-budget video editing I did here, but I also feel like it's been too long since I've uploaded something, and the truth is that I HAVEN'T been idle all this time. So whatever. Just watch and make what you will of it. - - - If for some reason you want to support this intro, you can tweet it with the hashtag #PewdsIntro and it -might- end up on the show.

Z transformed into a monster. What does this mean for the group.

Looking for constructive feedback.
First let me say that I don't want people to complain that I made a character half-demon. I know it's not that original. So what? I wanted demon in my story so I'll put one in my story.
I don't want to hear "your copying Naruto, inuyasha, etc." Well those stories weren't the first demon themed stories anyway. Demons have been in mythology for who knows how long. And every idea comes from an inspiration. Naruto has been one of my inspirations, along with pendragon the book series, fruits baskets, There she is the animation, Brackenwood animations, and avatar: the last airbender.
The reason I'm saying this is because someone claimed that my "different" animation was copied from Elfen Lied.
About a boy who is bullied alot. he had horns too. Which is probably why he/she assumed that. Well Elfen Lied's not the first show to feature bullying as a problem.
-------------
On to the actually commentary:
Z is actually my least favorite character along with Kedar in the black bird group. They seem to be the least developed characters.
As for my favorite characters they are Kazim, the rama, and Freak (who didn't show up yet) Oh, and all the black stuff splattered on the trees and ground was actually blood but I didn't want to scare people away so I made it black. I didn't know if black blood counted as mild voilence or not. so I put it in mild voilence catergory just to be safe.
(I noticed there were a couple line issues)
Whoops, I mispronounced King Aeron's name -.- Voice roles are still open. Voice role are on my journal on my website. It will continue to be there until I have a role for everyone. Thank David (HonorOfStyle) for the music it definately made it more interesting. Voice roles: Felico- Mike Joseph (EyesAdrift) (sorry I didn't know how to put him in the audio credit) anyone mind showing me how? Everyone else- me
----------------
I'm going to try to not be so negative on my animations and what other people think. It's going to be hard.-.-

Upset about Swine Flu? At least you haven't got this!

SEHS (Sudden Exploding Head Syndrome), also known in the pseudo-scientific community as Spontanious Cranial Eruption, or SCE, is a condition believed to be caused by overloading the brain with the body's own electricity through intense thinking, severe constipation, and concentration, resulting in the spontaneous combustion or a volatile explosion of the patient's head. However, there are other possible causes. Though SEHS is widely accepted by experts as a fatal disease, they'd be wrong because it's a condition, however briefly. In some certain individuals (also known as godless Communists or X-Men), once the brain ceases all thought, the head reforms with startling regularity.
For the religious among us who choose to believe lies, the so-called experts at Wikipedia think they have an article very remotely related to SEHS.

A late, lamented sufferer of SEHS. (Photograph was taken with a long range ...uh, camera specially modified for capturing incidents of SEHS). SEHS is not a genetic disease. Anyone can get it by doing naughty things. There is no cure, save to rip your head open and expose it to the vacuum of space, which really kind of defeats the point. Much like Decapitation Disease and Chicken Pox, it is very rare for a person to experience SEHS more than once in a lifetime, and the lack of a head generally prevents memory of the experience from persisting.
[edit] Origin The affliction of SEHS began when the famous author, H. G. Wells, wrote a book called The Time Machine. Upon reading the novel, people were prompted to ask the question: SEHS
If I went back in time and changed the future, wouldn't it mean that in that future I wouldn't have wanted to go back in time and change the future, which would mean that I never went back in the first place, which would mean that I would have wanted to go back into the future, which would mean that I didn't but... SEHS Because human beings in this part of history had no defence (and some still don't) against infinite time loop paradoxes the human brain would often overload and burst, ruining everyone's nice Victorian clothing.
Nikolai Titov's magically-reforming head. The Time Machine was banned for, well, a time before resurfacing in the 1980s under the name of The Terminator, causing a massive outbreak of SEHS in all of the major cities in North America. Many of the finest and most intelligent minds of our century were wiped out by this debilitating condition. This helped cause the New York Blackouts, American Idol, Big Brother and inspired most of the special effects in Dawn of the Dead. In fact, Albert Einstein had finally refined his theory of relativity when his brain violently a-sploded. Because of its immense size, the asplosion splattered through most of the White House, and the presidential aides had to quickly inform the President of the massive stain. Fortunately, this incident later inspired the A-Bomb. This disease was also observed in the 1994 Moscow Candidate Masters' Chess Championships, in which one chess player, Nikolai Titov, concentrated so hard that his head literally a sploded in the middle of a game, splattering all over his opponent, Yuri Shergar. However, reports claim that the following day, a somewhat shell-shocked Titov was sighted, complete with a new head: Shergar's.
[edit] Sudden Un-Asploded Head Syndrome
One of the many billions of causes of SEHS. In many cases, the brain does not produce sufficient thoughts to set off the proper chain reaction. This condition is known as Sudden Una-sploded Head Syndrome (SUHS). It is considered less dangerous than SEHS, but can cause delusional states, erratic behavior, faith in inconsistent and illogical religions, and an inability to answer questions without help from a speaker in your back. It may also make one more susceptible to choking on pretzels than ordinary folks. Sadly, unknown amounts of

Exploding Head Syndrome

*Daily feature wow! Thanks everyone who gave positive review for my movie, especially those who appreciated its message. * Only had 3 days to finish this for my English class. Here's the synopsis with information on the literature references made in the movie: My movie is based on my interpretation of the Modernism tenet of "Loss of Community." The setting is an imaginary world of, literally, living colors. Each Color has the power to conjure any object they desire, but they can only create things that will have their single tint.
The story starts off with an introduction to this world, and then opens up to the main character, Max Red. The color red itself is supposed to be an allusion to the very humane communist party of Native Son, while the name Max is taken directly from the lawyer who defends Bigger in the book. Max is an artist, and decides to paint on a canvas. However, realizing that he is restricted to only using red, he decides it would be a good idea if all the colors came together and created a multi-color work of art. This integration of colors is parallel to the integration of race that was so ardently fought for by Max in Native Son.
Things turn out bad for Max when he tries to recruit other colors to collaborate with him on a new masterpiece. Orange completely shuts Max out, and green (which equals greed or money) converts Max's flyers into paper money, and then robs it all. Yellow simply confuses Max by turning into a cloud and disappearing, referencing the yellow cloud of Prufrock's Love Song. The Cloud in both the poem and my movie are confusing.
Hopes go up when Bob Blue agrees to help Max with his art, but Bob is just a mischievous character who later decides to draw a moustache on Max's portrait. Peter Purple isn't any better. Being the recluse he is, Peter quickly erects a large wall when he sees Max coming near him. The wall reads on the other side: "Good fences make good neighbors", an ironic statement pulled directly from Robert Frost's Mending Wall.
Mr. Blackanan becomes Max's last hope. Blackanan is an allusion to The Great Gatsby's Tom Buchanan, possessing the same sinister personality. Blackanan is immediately impatient and unwilling to work with Max and uses his dark powers to violently get him away. Blackanan also causes Max to lose his cool, and get himself destroyed, just as Tom Buchanan lead the way to Gatby's demise.
Max explodes out of frustration after his efforts were exerted in vain, and all the colors gather to see the site. Blue exclaims, after seeing some of Max's red color splatter on the wall: "He is a hot jet of life that spattered itself in futility against a cold wall." This is a quote from Native Son, describing Max perfectly: He exuberantly tried to do something revolutionary in his life, but ended up fruitless and "spattered" (literally).
The movie ends with all the colors getting into an argument, showing no progress in their community at all since the beginning of the movie.
The Colors were all uncooperative, awkward, and just plain mean. They definitely did not represent a correctly functioning community, which would have had a stronger sense of solidarity and camaraderie between the members. These colors did, however, represent the loss of community in their world.
