Connor Murphy had something particular in mind for the gun spinning POV shot, so he did that one (I think it's shot 3?) and I drew the rest.

I tried giving one of the guys dramatic shadowing over his eyes in the opening shot, and as it pulled in closer, I realized that was going to eat up a lot of time if I did that to every character, so I streamlined it by ignoring shadows and trusting animation will be brilliant as always.

This one was a pretty straight-forward process. There had been raised concerns that, even though we pretty much have a snub-nosed .45 Long revolver spinning, not to make too many poses for the revolver so there's, like, 20 props that need to be made of different angles of the same gun. When the last three guys get shot, I had it framed in that angle in such a way that we see the gun less, and if we do, it's at an angle we've seen before. Because of the grungy, low or insufficient light setting of being a seedy basement, I was hoping that would be economical on backgrounds, and it turned out great! I really like this one.
