Animation loop of my character, Neko Riddles for my stream intro

THe intro animation for my stream featuring my VTuber, Neko Riddles. Based on the music video for AnythingBecomeMoe's song YARARARA. The individual frames of animation were the easy part, it was trying to edit together the moving backgrounds and layers of parallax without animation software that did me in on this one. Left purposefully silent since background music is usually played on top of it.

Showcase of mochi cat accessories upcoming game on steam

I used Nomad Sculpt to set up the scene and character then moved it little by little and took a photo of each frame. I then used Procreate animation assist to combine the frames into a short clip. This video is to showcase the accessory options in our upcoming indie game on steam “Meow Harvest”. A cozy farming/fighting game with the main creatures being mochi cats. Plant weapons. Catch unique fish in one of the many mini games. Fight monster hordes and more.Follow Cognito Labs on Steam and look out for the demo drop that’s coming soon

In the bustling present day of December 2026, Chris Chan was living his best life in the spotlight. His hit 90s-style sitcom, "Chris Chan: Electric Dreams", penned by the legendary Chuck Lorre of Mike & Molly fame, was topping the charts. Better than any throwback show, it turned Chris's quirky world into laugh-out-loud gold: episodes full of Sonichu zapping trolls, awkward dates, and family moments that hit right in teh feels. Fame had finally arrived. Billboards, fan meetups, custom merch. He even won a snap election to become mayor of Ruckersville, Virginia in a landslide! His first executive order was to rename the town CWCville for real, obviously. Chris was on top of the world! As a kid, Chris had a rough start. His dang ol' dad, Bob, was a gruff handyman type, always tinkering and dropping wisdom like, "Life's full of splinters, son...watch where you step." And his mom, Barbara? To Chris, she was the most beautiful, stunning, gorgeous woman alive, an angel in human form who sewed his favorite shirts and cheered his wild ideas. Through bullies, Sega ruining the color of Sonics arms, and so, so, so many girls who were NOT boyfriend free, his parents guided him toward this moment of triumph. But one ordinary afternoon at the local Starbees, everything shifted. Sipping a Dubai Chocolate Bar Matcha Latte (Available at select Starbucks near you!), Chris spotted a familiar crew of dirty trolls in the corner: the OneyPlays gang. Cory Spazkid doodling hot ladies on a heavily used napkin, Chris (Not Chris Chan. A different Chris with an epic Youtube channel) cracking up, Lyle rizzing up some baddies, and Tomar casually munching on a delicious tree star as always, green and crunchy. "OMG, it's Chris Chan" Cory whispered. They waved him over awkwardly. Chris beamed, spilling latte while attempting to wave back. His Iconic Red stripped shirt was covered in the sticky goodness. This was it. His lowest moment. Then, his phone buzzed: breaking news. Electric Dreams canceled. Ratings crashed, critics slammed it as "too much," Chuck Lorre publicly un-alived. Fans flipped to a better show like Smiling Friends overnight. Chris froze, medallion dropping into the puddle of coffee. The cafe fell somber, fame evaporating like steam from a forgotten cup. Back home in his cluttered room, surrounded by faded dreams, Chris crumbled. Dad long gone, Mom too frail, loneliness hit hard. But a soft zap glowed from his medallion. Sonichu appeared, holographic and loyal. "C'mon buddy, let's run away to some other dimension, together." Chris hugged his old friend tight, tears falling. Fame's peak had led to the deepest valley, but in the quiet tragedy, that spark of imagination endured. The end. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:📽️ This is probably my best composited animation so far! I’m proud of how this one turned out in the end. This one is also the first to have a watermark (So just in case you steal,) It’ll be obvious. And also the first one to be rendered in 4K!!! 📽️ 🎞️ Work started on this video immediately as I finished the DING! Animation on September 11th, and I fully completed it and uploaded it privately on September 20th. The reason why it took slightly longer was because of my schoolwork this week and unavailability to my house. 🎞️ ✍️ For this video, I implemented the 2-3 resting frames that I only done briefly previously. I think it looks a ton better and more bouncy. Also new is the fact that I have animated multiple head angles for myself and made the soulfire effect in FancyGhost’s hand. (Seriously that’s what I’m most proud of..)✍️ 🥂Anyways.. Enjoy the video! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and let me know what you think, the next animation is already planned and should come out not too long away from now. Anyway, Cheers!! 🥂

Introducing my solo game project, Misfit Company!

Hey everyone! I left Newgrounds a while ago to pursue some projects, and now I want to come back to start sharing my art and other projects! I am thrilled to finally share what I have been working on through a lot of late nights over the past year! Here is a teaser of my first solo indie game, "Misfit Company."Lead a squad of specialists deep behind enemy lines in a gritty, boots-on-the-ground struggle to dismantle the enemy's war machine from the inside out. You will face down engines of war on land and in the air, all in an effort to prevent the launch of a mechanical abomination that threatens to reshape the continent. The goal of this project is to combine the handcrafted frame-by-frame visuals of the most captivating aspects of today's animated films and television shows while giving the player a seamless action-packed narrative experience where every finisher and interaction feels like a scene from a top-tier animated series. Now that I am finally sharing this project, I want to give some context on how this project has progressed over the past year. I am currently working on this project as a solo developer, and everything you see in the screenshots and teaser was created entirely by me. It's been a ton of fun but a lot to manage while balancing a full-time job and children to raise. In the fall of 2024, I was laid off and was just coming off Halo Infinite, so I took some time to reset, and after a few weeks, I was interviewing with Riot and actually received an offer to join the team down in Sydney. I sadly didn't take the job at that time because I had the opportunity to work with a few past colleagues on some really cool stuff at Meta, and it allowed my kids to stay close to their relatives here in Canada. In November, I was watching Arcane, and I had an idea for a project that hit me like a freight train, and that would become this story of a band of Misfits. As I went into 2025, I already wrote out the foundation for the story and was starting to storyboard out every cinematic the game would require while scouring my film and game libraries for as much storytelling reference as possible. As the year progressed, I started working on the prototype, but also created a large library of concept art, 3D assets, and fully polished characters that would help establish the art direction. What has been really exciting is that I am producing everything on my own with a fresh mindset towards production compared to my AAA experience, and creating a purely handcrafted experience using my 10+ years of experience in games. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming! Steam page!Teaser Trailer!

Relive Mortal Kombat Stick in .mp4 format!

Hello everybody! Welcome to yet another MP4 remaster of one of our old projects! FLASH WILL LIVE FOREVER! This time, a project from far deeper into the archive is being pulled out - "Mortal Kombat Stick". Originally released onto Newgrounds in 2012, Mejson and co. sought to branch out from the original Counter-Strike series that put them on the spotlight during the late 2000s, emphasizing on close-quarters combat that required revamped melee animations that were rarely used previously, and with more familiar characters to their viewer base of the time. Now nearly a decade later, Mejson would like the newcomers to be able enjoy an old animation on whichever device they choose, bringing to life this MP4 restoration. This is not just a resubmission in MP4 format, mind you - the animation speed has been boosted from the old SWF format, from 16 fps to 24 fps. Everyone into Fighting Games know how much of a difference a couple frames can make, so we anticipate this also significantly enhances the viewing experience for our fans. We hope all longtime fans enjoy this trip down Memory Lane, and for first-time viewers to see what earlier members of the team have been up to before Reduce came to be :) If you want to watch Mortal Kombat Stick in swf version just (old-school):

The villainous Dr. Robotnik confronts Sonic about his frustrations.

v1.0 — Initial release. Used chroma key to separate animation from backgrounds.v.1.1 — Used alpha channel instead of chroma key. Green line art artifacts removed.v1.2 — Added SWF version. Fixed minor color mistakes for SWF version only. COMMENTARYI started this project thinking, “Oh, yeah, I know exactly how to draw AoStH Robotnik; I don’t need to use reference!” And then every frame looked like shit. So, I went online and referred to the show itself and these two pieces of concept art by character designer Milton Knight. A good lesson in humility. I accomplished a good chunk of animation on a livestream, but the stream was struck down because I played episodes of Adventures of Sonic for my friends to watch thinking nothing would come of it. Maybe I should stream on Twitch or Picarto, accounts where I don’t really care whether they live or die. It’s a darn shame because that stream was a lot of fun! DoodleDemon and I started calling each other “blithering buckets of bolts” and watched Robotnik do a Nazi salute and that was absolutely hilarious. The show itself is a lot of fun. It’s stupid fun. Every moment Robotnik is on screen is a good time. Scratch and Grounder are great, as well. The team that worked on it—including Milton Knight, the voice actor Long John Baldry (1940–2005 R.I.P.), and the storyboard artists (including Scott Shaw! From the early Archie Sonic comics)—did a fantastic job given the limitations they worked with. Overall, I definitely prefer SatAM over AoStH, but they are both very different genres of animation. While I was working on this project, Milton Knight leaked on Facebook that Diskotech would be doing an Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog complete series release on Blu-ray and that it would contain new interviews with him. I had hoped that the release would be in HD given that it is Blu-ray and not DVD, but it was very unlikely whoever owned the rights to the show kept the film masters and only kept the master tapes, which inherently have a lower resolution. Later that year, Diskotech officially announced the complete series on Twitter. I am absolutely going to pre-order it. It comes out February 2022. If they ever release the SatAM complete series on Blu-ray (in full HD, knock on wood), I will die a happy man. Now that I think about it, I’m known by all my friends for being a huge Sonic fan, so it’s weird that it took until now for me to make a proper Sonic cartoon. This project started as a gift for MatterBoar. I felt bad that the previous animation I made for him was released in November 2020, 13 months ago, and I hadn’t made any new ones in that time. So I secretly started this one and originally intended to give it to him for free. He asked me if I was available for new animation work and I told him about this side project and he said he’d buy it! The deadline was Christmas Day. The night before, I promised myself I would work on this cartoon until it is 100% ready to release. I thought it would take maybe three hours. It ended up taking 22 hours straight. I only took three hour-long breaks to rest my hands and get a half-hour of sleep. A single cup of hot chocolate coffee got me through it! The thing that took the longest in this particular long stretch was the shot of Robotnik running in place. That took forever! I probably could have done this quicker, but I wanted to make sure each and every frame was cleaned up. I do not envy the animators of the original show. Despite how simple Robotnik’s character design looks, animating him takes a long time, especially compared to Sonic. Robotnik’s mustache and yellow jumpsuit straps in particular were very troublesome, as well as layering the different body parts. The most frustrating thing with Sonic was doing his baby blue highlights. Thankfully, Sonic hardly moves in this cartoon. (That’s kinda uncharacteristic of Sonic, but hey I’m not complaining!) I wanted to add some traditional paint-like motion blur to some of the snappier movements, but due to the deadline—and me just wanting to move on to something new—I could not do it in time. The tight shot of Robotnik’s face at the end was also supposed to be painterly, similar to the gross-out shots in SpongeBob and Ren and Stimpy, but after I took a crack at it in Clip Studio Paint, I couldn’t do it. Also, I felt that a rendered painting of a character wouldn’t fit a parody that tried to match the art style of the original show. Pre-production began in August 2021 and post-production ended on Saturday, December 25th. Normally, a 26-second-long cartoon wouldn’t take that long, but due to a myriad of continuous financial problems and setbacks, it took four months to complete. It probably would have had a better start if I had started by making storyboards. I run-and-gunned this whole cartoon and I definitely regret it. I ended up making last-minute changes to the character poses, facial expressions, etc., which isn’t something you really want to be doing a lot with deadlines involved. You want to make confident decisions in the beginning so that the changes later on will hopefully be few in number. Ordinarily, I would not do this slapdash approach with a commission. But this started out as a gift and turned into a commission later. Regardless, even quick, shoddy storyboards would have gone a long way! Lesson learned. Originally, I was going to commission my friend Dyoudi Mitimasa (@epicfunnyhahajokelol) do the background art. He is a natural at this kind of sharp, abstract art style. However, I did not have the money to commission an artist, especially at the time. So instead, I leave you with a huge recommendation to go check out Dyoudi’s art! He’s a wonderful artist and a wonderful person! Additionally, Milton Knight is still an active artist and has a Patreon! Go support him, too! I made this background art by referencing two screenshots from the show, shown in the timelapse video. At first, I was very happy with this art, especially since it was my first real attempt at abstract art. The reference really helped! But once I put it in the cartoon, something was wrong. Robotnik’s design is mostly warm colors. The background is mostly warm colors. I feel this leads to a lot of Robotnik’s movements being less readable than they should. Sonic is fine since he’s blue, orange’s complement. If I had to do the background art again, I would divide the composition into two sections: a cool section for Robotnik and a warm section for Sonic. CLIENTMatterBoar ANIMATION / BACKGROUND ART / EDITINGAlexander Emenheiser @ade-syndicate BACKGROUND MUSICDr. Robotnik's ThemeComposed by Reed Robbins and Mark SimonCover by Turret 3471 Main Title ThemeComposed by Clark GassmanIncludes motifs fromSonic 2 Title Theme and Emerald Hill Zone composed by Masato Nakamura,In the Hall of the Mountain King composed by Edvard Grieg, and Flight of the Bumblebee composed by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov AUDIO TAKEN FROMOneyPlays Sonic Robo Blast 2 - FINALEwith @Oney, Ding Dong, and JulianEdited by Dex the Swede FONTSPedro SPECIAL THANKS AND PATREON SUPPORTERSAnimation stream viewers, including DoodleDemon, for keeping me companyMilton Knight for being nice when I talked to him :)@SuprDee2 for being supportiveand giving me a new version of Toon BoomDyoudi Mitimasa @epicfunnyhahajokelol PATREON & KO-FI SUPPORTERSAleahAshleyFroggyDuwudeViktor Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog © SEGA, DIC Entertainment 1993 P.S. — I’m working on a new project right now! Luckky Chuckky Episode 6 - part 1

An opening to a fake series called "Vikings", which is about... you guessed it!

This was made as a graduation project at our animation school, located in Japan (that's the reason behind all those weird letters ..no not the runes). Taking inspiration from my home country Sweden, I built an idea around using Vikings as a theme.
Then teaming up with my classmate Matheus (who's from Brazil) we aimed for a 90's anime opening-like animation, stuffing in all sorts of scenes we thought would be fun to animate. All the frames were done using pen and paper, scanning it and then tidy it up and paint it in a software called "Retas Studio"(which is what they do at most Japanese animation studios). A really tedious process that I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you have a lot of people backing you up. Also we got help from our schools sound class, making our team quite the international one, with the sound guys being from Thailand, China and Japan! If you guys ever want a real "Vikings" series or even if you hated it, be sure to let me know! Thanks for watching! Edit: Thank you guys for the daily 4th! That's a huge milestone for me! ^^

Time laps video of my latest pic in the making.

Greetings Newgrounds Peoples and Fans. This is the steps I take when creating a pic, after drawing it on paper, I import it to Illustrator for redrawing and flat coloring, then from there I take it to Photoshop to drop the rest of the colors by shading and effects. I've been working on my website and starting up a small Print shop there as well. So now you can purchase some of my work on T-Shirt, Wall Tapestry and 8 x 10 Frame Print or 11 x 17 as is print. You can also message me for Commission work if your interested in getting one done by me. ;) For more details go to www.MysticSkillz.com
