This is based on 1971 Soviet Ukranian animated film "Oh the Magician" ("Чарівник Ох", "Волшебник Ох"), that's also where the audio comes from. It's very, very trippy, but also really memorable in a good way.By the way, it was made by the same people behind the legendary Soviet Treasure Island (from the KyivNaukFilm studio)!Drawn in Krita, animated in DaVinci Resolve.

Deltarune Chapter 7 Side B Opening

This has been the most ambitious project I've ever done. I explored an animation technique called rotoscoping and started using Cinema 4D and After Effects in a more professional way. Even in the music mix, where I used FL Studio to create smoother transitions between the drops. Here are some of the best original animations from this compilation; other animations not shown here may contain random content from the Internet. I know it’s not the same without music. Enjoy the full compilation with audio here: Trippy Visuals IV This was made in 2021. Would you like me to bring these animations back? Show your interest by liking the original YouTube video. 50 likes for the 5th part. ;)

Trippy Visuals IV [Demo] - 2021

An old collection of animations I made in 2020. In this project, I started experimenting with 3D using basic tools like Panzoid (Clipmaker) and Paint 3D. The Illuminati animation looks like it's in 3D, but it's actually just a clever way of moving polygons to make them look 3D. Here are just a few of my 100% original animations (Well, for the vaporwave-like animation, I used a free default 3D model from the Paint 3D app).I can't show you the really cool animations I've created using nature footage, because I can't remember where I got them from. Enjoy the full compilation here: Trippy Visuals III (The original audio cannot be played here due to copyright restrictions)

The April Lyrids cometh ~ look to Lyra & Hercules (the constellations) ~ Vega (the star) lights thy way! The April Lyrids = a meteor shower lasting from about April 15 to April 29, originating from dust particles shed by the comet Thatcher ~ the strongest annual shower of meteors from a long-period comet. Observed / reported since 687 BC, no other observable shiny space shower has been recorded as far back in time… In 687, the Zuo Zhuan (an ancient Chinese narrative history) described the meteor shower: “On the 4th month in the summer of the year of Xin-Mao… fixed stars become invisible; at midnight, stars fell like rain.” In the Australian Aboriginal astronomy of the Boorong tribe, the Lyrids represent the scratching of the Mallee fowl (represented by Vega), coinciding with its nest-building season. …may your eyes be filled with & your nests be built with shooting stars… (datamoshing + soundscaping = me)

Nevermind, he just made an account and uploaded the song in the video. Check it out if you wanna, it's pretty damn good! Also, please excuse the lack of lip-movement in the first shot; I made a gif where the character's lips repeatedly opened and closed and Microsoft Clipchamp, being a Microsoft product, just refused to render it correctly. Also also, the 3D sun at the beginning was done by me making a yellow square with a tiny face on it in MS Paint, then going to www.3dgifmaker.com and ticking the option to make the 3d object a sphere, then slowing the gif down and bringing the FPS rate to the absolute max, then ticking the "Trippy" filter to make it look less trippy (lel), before finally making it double-speed in Clipchamp because the sun's face didn't spin into front-view enough times. The corona was done in Clipchamp through the "blur" and "kaleidoscope" filter with half-opacity, with the kaleidoscope being lowest in the "segments" at max speed. ̶A̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶,̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶f̶r̶i̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶l̶d̶ ̶m̶e̶ ̶b̶e̶f̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶I̶ ̶c̶h̶o̶s̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶v̶i̶d̶e̶o̶ ̶(̶t̶h̶r̶o̶u̶g̶h̶ ̶D̶i̶s̶c̶o̶r̶d̶ ̶D̶M̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶r̶s̶e̶)̶:̶ ̶"̶o̶f̶c̶ ̶u̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶ ̶i̶t̶,̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶M̶A̶D̶E̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶a̶n̶i̶m̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶i̶d̶m̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶u̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶s̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶l̶o̶l̶"̶ ̶-̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶"̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶c̶u̶t̶ ̶o̶f̶f̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶v̶e̶r̶y̶ ̶f̶u̶n̶n̶y̶"̶ ̶(̶s̶p̶o̶i̶l̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶b̶y̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶a̶y̶)̶.̶ ̶I̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶b̶a̶b̶l̶y̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶u̶l̶d̶'̶v̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶l̶d̶ ̶h̶i̶m̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶m̶a̶k̶e̶ ̶a̶ ̶N̶e̶w̶g̶r̶o̶u̶n̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶c̶c̶o̶u̶n̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶f̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶v̶i̶d̶e̶o̶ ̶s̶o̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶a̶c̶t̶u̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶s̶h̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶h̶o̶l̶e̶ ̶s̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶i̶r̶s̶t̶ ̶1̶0̶ ̶s̶e̶c̶o̶n̶d̶s̶,̶ ̶b̶u̶t̶ ̶s̶t̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶-̶ ̶b̶e̶t̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶s̶a̶f̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶n̶ ̶s̶o̶r̶r̶y̶! That specific span of time is how far April Fool's Day is from today as I write this brick of text, and that just so happens to the only holiday I actually like participating in (I've also got a little something something prepared for this year's April Fool's Day, just you wait m8). At the very least, I still have some yummy-in-my-tummy diesel patches videos to watch anyday, everyday on my iPad while I have a chicken-and-mayonnaise-filled bread-roll for lunch. HEY! Do you know what day it is today? Funny cartoon animation by Erica Crooks

HEY! Do you know what day it is today? Funny cartoon animation by Erica Crooks A wild 4-second short cartoon animation by Erica Crooks that’s not only a character asking “HEY! Do you know what day it is today?” but animated in a wild, crazy, trippy, slightly creepy and funny way inspired by 1990s animation styles like Ren & Stimpy and Rocko’s Modern Life.

HEY! Do you know what day it is today?

WE ARE DEMONS (1987 NGTV Broadcast)

Experimental surreal eye- short This animation has loosely been in the works for nearly 4 years. Largely on the back burner, to pick up between other projects. In late 2022 I came up with the concept, and in 2023 did some rough draft key frame story boards. Then for practice did a 5-10 frame animated blink to get a feel for frame rate. This year was progressively working on this version. For only being 20 seconds long, it to an insane amount of time and effort. Felt like I was going mad drawing the same patch of grey 100 times, then starting back for another patch. At the start of the year I worked on the black and the eye color. The rest rest has been sculpting the face with grey. Ending with an attempt at making background music last weekend. There’s still some things that bother me, but those skills will grow with more practice I think.I’m very happy to be finishing in October- best month.Big thanks to hazyjai, for support and encouragement through the whole process.inspiration:I used to really like the art on tool album covers as a kid, the concept was vaguely inspired by Ænima. Lava lamps, inspired the movement. hiccups:about halfway through this year, my animation file got corrupted. I definitely panicked, but thankfully there was a way to recover some of it. Maybe missing the most recent few days of work, but not all lost. Both a relief and a bit discouraging in one. Definitely switching to a real animation software for the next one. Too many limitations and I don’t want to risk that happening again. When I finally felt ready to upload, ran into issues too. Some stretching and distortion. The video is smaller now, but I believe that’s fixed. I've wanted to animate for a very long time. I’m happy to finally be taking those steps.
