Take a peek at a Cat's definitely "non-stolen" merchandise.

It's Zoey's Shop! The place where other felines can get themselves some goodies. Her owner keeps wondering how some items in his house get lost without a trace, furthermore, he keeps wondering why his cat suddenly has a new house, toys and yarn balls. Naaaah... must be his imagination. Song is from MINDWAVE, from that one clock minigame.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I recently got myself Aseprite, and wanted to do an animation so I could get used to the Interface and Shortcuts. As a test, I made a small walk cycle with a character of mine. His name is "Shell" Perhaps some day you'll learn more about him? Who knows... Anyway, I wanted to make an "actual" animation with the software, so I kept brainstorming ideas for what it could be. At the time, "DELTARUNE Chapter 5" came out, and there's a certain section with a Shopkeeper, it features a really nice pixel art background. So I decided to make it a Shop. I quickly got the hang of it (Well... most of it). The CRT Filter was just a neat little touch I wanted to add, I think it looks cool :) Hope you enjoyed the animation!

Zoey's Shop

Dang, it’s been a while since I actually finished an animation project.I’ve been trying out walk cycles and lip synching with this one.The gentleman’s voice was done by me.

The Friendly Gentleman (An Animation Exercise)

a mysterious figure has been sent to assassinate someone

ok howdy howdy y'all ^^. first up I do hope you enjoy this little short that I made. Ok so you may have noticed that I start video with a little title saying to see the full description and a fine howdy to everyone whose bothering to read the description! you see for me this project was a test where speed was the name of the game while still having something presentable to the general public. I'd say that I suceeded in that regard. I started off with a one page 12 panel story board sheet, shown below. My overall goal was to produce something in a short amount of time and seeing as this whole thing took me less than a week on and off and I'd say in terms of hours spent on this project its somewhere between 5 and 10 hours. Animatics are so pose to be cheap to make. To see if an idea is any good and you can change things without much pain and your able to toss things out on the fly here too. I'm aware there's a couple places with things may look weird, like the lack of a walk cycle on the victim character but that's something I'd address in the animation stage, not here, here I just want to see oif the idea visually works. Why waste time animating something if it's not working at this stage ya know. if my little animatic left you intrigued by my assassin character here; then this animatic did it's job. Also I'm able to decide here if I want to spend the time actually fully animating this sequence, In this case I probably don't but I'm glad that this worked as well as it did. I can also safely assume that each crappy story page roughly equals about 30 seconds of screen time. let me know what y'all think in the comments!

About a month ago, I made an animation of Terry Foxtrot (one of my OCs) taking a walk in the park. Now, I have uploaded this animation to Newgrounds!

Bitvi Walk Cycle

My college semester is wrapping up and I took a 3d animation class! So thought I'd share what I learned during my time in school. Honestlyyy it wasn't that big of a hurdle to jump, having so much experience with 2D stuff really helped ease me in. It was more-so adjusting to the new program that was the real challenge, navigating the interface, learning the shortcuts, figuring out how to do what I want to do, stuff like that. But when I started actually animating, it came somewhat natural, so I didn't really struggle in this class, it was fun! I got so many weird looks from my teacher when she saw my "stylized walk cycles", that was worth the price of admission alone. Even if this video was kinda eh, I hope you still had fun watching, I'm still working on bigger more traditional animations, so sorry for the wait.Till next time!

2D Animator (Me) spends 3 months learning 3D (not 2D), was it worth it? (probably)

FLASHING LIGHTS CW. Asriel's rapid-fire, confusing & upsetting dream...

TUMBLR || YOUTUBE || DELTARUNE BOARD THREAD this is incredibly silly, but the reason I didn't finish or post this sooner was because I knew the walk cycle somewhere in the middle was going to look bad and I didn't want to do it as a result. When i finally accepted it was going to look bad, I finished the rest of the animation in one day (though a huge chunk of it was already done I was just, well, you know) Sometimes we have to post the things we make and accept they will be deeply flawed... it's what Toby and Temmie and their whole crew did with the original UT, and it's what I will do now. Our flaws make us human, in the end. Anyway, the original version of the video was uncompressed which was a big problem. I didn't realize this until I checked the file and realized it should definitely not have been 8gb. I think I might have compressed this one a little too much, but I kind of like the result on my video player, so this is what I am uploading. Better not view this with an AI upscaler, lol. Comments on NG uploads of animations will be counted towards the story. You will be represented as a disembodied voice, not yourself, to preserve the little semblance of anonymity the internet has left.

Chappernan just enjoying a stroll. It is not very good but I like it. Another old animation I made in Blender. A friend laid down the baseline for this. I don't think the ground looks right and his wings do something weird. But I was happy with the feet movement.

Chappernan Walk Cycle

I did the thing. A rite of passage for any aspiring 3D animator, the walk cycle. Felt like i should do one of these proper because I've never done a walk cycle loop with a rig that has arms lol (old uni assignment). The model, "NatCap" as it is listed, was made from a collab between AquetteEyrnes and Nonehub and can be found on AquetteEyrnes itch.io page. The vibe of this model has had me using it for a while now in VRC lol. I've become a fan of the creepy and sexy style of models like this one, so I figured for a walk cycle that it would make sense this be the model I'd use. The rigging is a little wonky in places like the panties above the butt cheeks and thighs, but nothing a thorough weight painting refinement couldn't fix. Hope you like it! Feedback is appreciated!

CatNap/NatCap Walk Cycle

This was an animation exercise where I had to make a walk cycle with personality and a background with a parallax effect

Plank the parrot walking across a ship

Music - DJ Nakahara - Macaroni Festival Audio for 3d Lip Sync - Whiplash directed by Damien Chazelle Audio for 3d Lip Sync - Home Movies created by Brendon Small All of these assignments were done during a spring semester. I usually took a day or two for these even the flip book one. It was only the 3d which took like 5 days and my final animation student film which didnt get to be finished due to being so busy (though my teacher said that it was intentional that he gave us such a tight deadline). I had about a month of prep (treatment, illustration, character model sheet, storyboards, animation tests like her walk cycle, lip sync animation, and head turn). and on my last week i was just placing the key frames which only ended up giving 5 days to actually animate the entire thing. It was really fun and my classmates laughed at where i hoped they did. Im okay with how it turned out givin that i had little time. Thank you all for the support it was really fun animating and having a teacher to give feedback.

The model was completed successfully, and the walk cycle as well.

This is another continued test of my animated walk cycle and destroying the floor. The animation is actually only 30 seconds (20 hours of work) and I reduced it from 60 to 30 frames, which doubled the length. CHEESEBALL [music video]

From an animation course from GDTV with Grant Abbit.I simply followed the tutor's steps (although I did deviated from the course a bit). The "floor" texture comes from Screaming Brain Studios, the skybox is from Spyro 2 (Magma Cone). The reason the hip caves in is because there's not enough faces in the model. In the older version I chose to use Stayin' alive because I thought it was fitting. Although probably Funky town would fit in too because of the bouncing. What's fun is that it was the first time I used shotcut and it took me more time to edit the video with it that it would've been to simply use blender's video editing tools. The icon uses a more updated version of the project.Needless to say, but feedback and criticism is welcome.

Walkman (Walk cycle)

Clara's got some colorful friends!

more of that animation i made a while back

Erm... last time i uploaded this it was like 10 seconds of animation and it got like blammed or whatever... this is after a month of me working on it and animation sure is hard but it gives me an appreciation for indie animators and one man teams. Also gives me more of an understanding on how action poses and key frames work. I sure am learning a lot like a good little artist. No references have been used except for me right hand for specific hand positions. every pose you see is from memory and i struggled to draw out a lot of these scenarios and kept re-drawing them until it looked right. the only thing i really do dislike are the impact frames as i do not really understand how they work. I also suck at walk cycles cuz i never really draw my funny characters walking unless it's having one foot forward. drawing front facing and full one sided versions of the characters was extremely weird due to my art style making the legs weirdly fat/thick, so body proportions and character profiles are definitely something i have to work on. Thanks for reading, please give me lots of criticism and tips. I truly do appreciate your time and words.(maybe drawing frame by frame was a mistake? do indie animators still animate this way? i was thinking on trying rigs after this to see if i can to it better)
