Description
Cecaelia (also known as octomaid, sea witch or octopus person) is a creature characterized by having an anthro/humanoid top half and cephalopod tentacles instead of legs. Note that a 2 legged or biped-like anthro cephalopod whose two legs happen to be tentacles is not a cecaelia; the bottom half must be multiple tentacles, essentially the bottom half of a feral cephalopod.
