Description

Amaterasu is one of the thirteen Celestial Brush gods and the protagonist of the video game Ōkami. She takes the form of a white-furred wolf with small wings and red markings. She is based on the Shinto goddess of the same name.

Amaterasu fights demons with prayer beads she uses as a whip, mirrors she uses as bludgeons, and swords. She can also use the Celestial Brush to produce several magic effects in the world. Flowers sprout wherever she walks, and she can restore dead plants to life.
