Description
Ambient bats are small subtle bats found off in the distance in an image. Removing an ambient bat might make an image a little less "creepy", but won't change much overall. They're mostly just there to make the world feel a little more spooky. If the main character is interacting with or touching the bat in question, it's probably not an ambient bat. Unless a non-ambient bat is also depicted, bat SHOULD NOT be tagged.
Not to be confused with
- Decorative, or symbolic depictions of bats. See bat_(shape) and bat_decoration. If you see a string attached, it is not an ambient bat.
