The body type of a character that is effectively human in anatomy and/or form but also having some added visible features that are strictly non-human. Humanoids are generally not furry, with the exception of animal humanoids and animal head characters.
Humanoids are always upright, usually have a featherless/ furless/ scaleless upper body, have at least one set of hands or shoulders that articulate like a human's, and will usually have a flat more or less vaguely human facial shape with the exception of object & animal head characters.
- For tagging purposes, a character cannot be both anthro and humanoid, with the exception of transformation sequences where a character transforms from anthro to humanoid, or vice versa. [/quote]
- Please note some depictions of the species below may not actually fit under humanoid, tag with care. Listed species are common to the humanoid body type but not a default.
