Description
Maliketh the Black Blade is a major character and boss encounter found within FromSoftware's RPG Elden Ring. He is a wolf anthro with grey fur who wears black plate armor with a helmet that fully covers his eyes. He fights with a large sword and dark magic. He is first encountered under the alias "Gurranq, the Beast Clergyman", where he wears a large, ragged brown cloak that covers his entire body.
Maliketh is an artificial lifeform created by the gods to be a servant of Marika, the chief god of the setting. As a result, he is unflinchingly loyal to her, but she abandoned him when he failed to protect her most important treasure, leading to his loss of identity as Gurranq.
