This is a quick project learning puppet animation so I rigged animated and drew the characters. This took 4-5 days to make form storyboard to finished product! This is a project I've wanted to see so I'm gonna share it to those who also want to see it.

Youtube: https://youtu.be/2R-e2iZZW-o "They didn't even return the money back!" Man, i had A LOT of fun with this one, my biggest dream was to make a stop motion episode, and while this obviously doesn't look like real stop motion, it still has that vibe and i personally like it a lot (Tho i can understand this might look creepy or uncanny to some!) This episode was more of a "Test Animation", because i plan on making this style my "secondary art stye", it's gonna appear in more episodes, so i needed a more simple episode just so that i can ease myself into this style and get more comfortable with it, which is why the plot is fast and kind of like a speedrun of a Groovy Dudes episode! But i still enjoy it, and since i now know how to animate this style, i'm probably gonna be more "ambitious" with the episodes. Also, while this art style will appear more (Again, it's my "second art style" now!). I'll also have more episodes where the art style is changed, like i plan on making an episode called "Door OS" that starts out in 2D but the characters are sucked in a computer and become more 3D tho they will obviously still be animated like they're 2D since it all just be basic 3D shapes photoshoped similarly to this animation, but they'll look slightly "cleaner", and the backgrounds will still be actual 3D, i might reinstall gmod again and have them interact inside a couple of those maps (Tho i'm too scared to pirate it cause i don't know if i'll get a virus XD) And, i also plans to make a lineless style, similar to something like Samurai Jack! Anyways, that's all i have for today, cya till then next episode, bye :D

Church Mice in da Hood have a special announcement

Church Mice in da Hood

Antisocial is a handcrafted stop-motion animated music video created over seven years.

ANTISOCIAL is a fully handmade, non-commercial stop-motion short film and animated music video created in Gera, Thuringia, Germany. Created by Studio RE-ANIMA-TRO for the German death-metal-punk band Pedagogic Torment. The entire project was produced independently by one person over the course of seven years — from designing and building puppets and miniature sets to frame-by-frame animation, photography and final post-production. No studio system. No external funding. No shortcuts. More than 6,000 individual frames were created using traditional stop-motion techniques, handcrafted puppets, practical effects and physical materials. There is no spoken dialogue and no subtitles. The film relies purely on visual storytelling, movement and music. Rough textures, handmade surfaces and visible imperfections are intentional and part of the artistic language of the film. ANTISOCIAL explores themes of isolation, resistance and absurd inner conflict through a surreal and darkly humorous story. Instead of explaining everything, the film focuses on atmosphere, movement and interpretation. The soundtrack was written and performed by Pedagogic Torment and acts as the backbone of the project — somewhere between an animated music video and a narrative short film. Since 2024, ANTISOCIAL has been screened internationally at 100+ film festivals across 32 countries and six continents, receiving 29 awards and distinctions. Selected recognition includes:- Winner – Best Story (FEEDBACK Animation Film & Screenplay Festival, USA)- Winner – Best Animated Short Film (FECIS – Salto Independent Film Festival, Uruguay)- Winner – Best Music Video (Mannheim Arts and Film Festival, Germany)- Winner – Best Stop Motion Animation (UK Film Awards)- Winner – Best Animated Film (Global INDIE Filmmaker Awards, United Kingdom)- Winner – Best International Music Video (Zepstone International Film & Music Festival, USA) This project exists because stop-motion is slow, physical and handmade — and because some stories only work when they are built one frame at a time. antisocial - pedagogic torment

Wicked we come is a comedy about time stranded survivors.

Hey everyone, this was a project I had floating around for a while, i started fresh with new animation techniques, previously i was creating everything as PNG images and building puppets in OpenToonz. If you have used this before you know its a massive headache, there is a lot of issues, including not being able to preview before you could render, or even not being able to render anything over 50 frames. Thus i took a leap of faith and learned how to us Moho! This program has been a game changer, I'm glad i really knuckled down committed. Anyway this project started as a pipe dream, i had wanted to get some funding from the Australian government to really create something special, unfortunately i didn't fit their criteria (shocker i know). So once again, im on my own, but shit, i honestly loved this, i promised myself i wasn't going to make something with an huge story, but hell, i cant help myself! The Island and the town of Eldridge is built around the U.S.S Eldridge, a ship that was used in the Philadelphia experiment, the island itself is inhabited by people from different timelines, all survivors and all without knowledge of how they got here, Chad from the mid 2000s, Dante from 1105, and Suzie from the far future.Everything was built around the philosophies of Plato, mainly The Cave. not only does this humanise the past, present and future, but it tackles everything from who we are, what are we doing here, and what does this all mean. Chad was a character I've always wanted to make, he essentially just me when im angry, which is why i enjoyed doing his voices so much! i wasn't sure using my normal voice would work as i had used them with previous characters and actually hated them. Suzie was my attempt at actually doing a fun quirky robot character as ive always loved Gur (Invader Zim) and Clap trap.she will be interesting going forth, i have some great ideas for her! Dante was always such a fun character to create! im still honestly not 100% on the design, i tried different designs but nothing landed like this, its basic, i know. Id love to hear some feed back, don't be shy, i appreciate that anyone has watched it, that's enough for me!I do this stuff because i love it, i work all the time! im a qualified baker, but my dream has always been animation and writing, ill never stop, this is my heroine. Much Love, Ryan.

Ms. McGillicuddy goes to the gynecologist

I recently took up puppet making, and this is the result. Puppets are all made from felt, foam, cardboard, yarn and hot glue. I only had to sew the hands. All backgrounds were digitally hand drawn and painted in clip studio. The x-ray image used by the doctor was made with AI, but that’s also in context with the joke of poking fun at AI. The pretzels were added manually in clip studio. The videos on the doctor’s computer are from the Catalina Collection on YouTube. Voices are from yours truly.
