Small Steps

Zee and Lisa try to log the Umibozu into their creature index, the Collectio Obscurae

The Umibozu is a giant sea beast found all over the coasts of Japan. They were thought to cause terrible storms, drowning ships and sailors. It is often depicted as a large black mass, occasionally appearing vaguely human-like. It is also thought that they would use ladles to drown entire ships.

Mac's Cold

Geometric War is an animation series depicting a conflict between the Corrupted and the Association; furthermore, it uncovers hidden aspects and a forgotten past that explain the current, convoluted lore. Two more new features: Square-Woman joined the battle, but Delta Corrupted Forged arrived and paralyzed everyone with his dark energy. Large Square-Man managed to break free from the paralysis and fired a shot, forcing him to retreat damaged. Geometric WarBy: Cleylton. Credits: Sound Effects: Original SFX from Half-Life 1 (Valve Corporation). Models/Animation: Cleylton. Music: Liminal Memories (Ambience).

Geometric War: Log 23

Hey all, tysm for watching my submission for Madness Day 2026! I'm so happy that I actually had something to submit again this year. This short animation has been in the works for a year. You would have thought I'd get further than I did, but real life got in the way and my executive dysfunction hates my guts! But at least I have this to show for it. As I stated at the end of this video, the rest of Madness Alternate will be a comic series. I already have a webpage set up for when I finish the first chapter, and the pages are in the works currently! So excited to get all my millions of ideas down onto pages (I love my madness OCs so much, I have heaps and heaps and heaps of lore stored in my head). "Indoctrination" is what the first "Episode" is called, and it will consist of this animation and two more chapters of comic pages. I already have it all scripted out, and even Episode 2 too. There is an insane amount of lore behind this AU that I seriously cannot wait to show everyone! There will be sneak peeks of the Comic on my comic website ( <a href="https://madalt.thecomicseries.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://madalt.thecomicseries.com/</a> ) and on my twitter @ mythzi_ !! Follow along if you care! Shameless plug but I also do commissions on my VGen if you're interested... <a href="https://vgen.co/mythzi" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://vgen.co/mythzi</a> Youtube link (same video, just on youtube): <a href="https://youtu.be/LhbR0q7CBhY?si=BVYb-LEL0KLmOacT" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://youtu.be/LhbR0q7CBhY?si=BVYb-LEL0KLmOacT</a>

Madness Alternate 1: Indoctrination

Flowery Pearls, Trowls' mother, had a call with her detective. The detective had finally been able to find her son, but before he could finish his sentence and tell Pearls that her son was a criminal, she hung up. She just wanted to hear that her son was there. Once she found him, she hugged him from behind. She didn't care if her poor boy was a criminal; she loved him all the same. Berby shot him, thinking Pearls was a crazy woman hugging Trowls. But once Berby saw Trowls cry for the first time, he realized what he had done. I don't fucking know how to animate and this is actually an horrible animation but I will use this as a storyboard when I know actually how to animate

A new host is introduced and the contestants collect moon rocks.

Originally posted January 18, 2026. YouTube Description: 3rd episode, already?!?!?! In all seriousness this was so painful to animate that I am glad I am done. There is a new co-host in town, Eye! He was originally going to be in the 1st episode, but that was the second iteration/idea for Geo! This show is number 3, and the only one to actually have any episodes. But now, here he is, in full glory. He is voiced by my sister<a href="https://www.youtube.com/@StayGoldPonyboyStayGold1965" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">‬</a>, who now voices both hosts. Yay! Also the quality of the video is bad, which I apologize for. The file for the video was too large, so I had to shrink it down. Tbh it makes the video have a certain... charm.

Geo! 3: This Episode Is About Moon Rocks

This project is an art trade I made with Drako ( <a href="https://x.com/DrakoNSFW" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://x.com/DrakoNSFW</a> ) in which he wanted his OC Dean in action with Nurja. And while at first I told him I would make it simple to go faster, I got... carried away! In the end, it got bigger and bigger, and the results is this video that I hope he'll like! I had a lot of fun animating this pair! Nurja And Dean : The scarlet room ecstasy

An 12 minute animated PILOT as a college final project submission!

Diamond League, is an discontinued indie-project that is made as a submission to a college final project assignment that will be premiered publicly in 19 July 2026. It is about the main character, Rory Shannon, the Purple Writer in Diamond League, decided to take action against an active pandemic... The Corruption, which happens to be something that causes Creators to go unstable. Months later, many of the Creators in the League had gone missing, including the supposed Creator, Alistair Lincoln, known to be the Navy Blue Scientist, to take care of this situation. After the disappearances of other Creators, Rory decided to find out about what truly happened during the lockdown. But, someone with a familiar face came to her world unexpectedly... ◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈ IT IS FINALLY OUT AUGHHHHH I CAN REST IN PEACE!!! It is quite a shame that it had to be discontinued, this PILOT had a lot of issues and opinions from others, and yeah, the thing is that I'm new to this stuff. This project was made to submit my final project, which I managed to get an A grade from this. :D It might be not the best quality as it's expected to be, but I hope that I have a lot of room to improve if this PILOT ever gets a remake. 👀 Although, I do hope you atleast enjoy this biggest piece of work I could ever accomplish in this year. It was pretty huge to me! I'd like to thank you for those who have supported me along the way, and especially the people that have insisted to volunteer in this indie-project of mine! It truly means a lot to me as a person of whole. Diamond League was one of my writings that I made ever since 2023, it may be not completed as whole, but this story has a LOT to tell other than this one. Hopefully, you do enjoy the show! ◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈ [ MAIN CAST ] Rory Shannon ( <a href="https://toyhou.se/12674768.rory" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://toyhou.se/12674768.rory</a> ): Chris_and_Swaps ( a friend of mine )Social Link: <a href="https://chrisandswaps.carrd.co/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://chrisandswaps.carrd.co/</a> FAKER ( <a href="https://toyhou.se/23485173.faker" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://toyhou.se/23485173.faker</a> ): BananaBirdCastingCallClub: <a href="https://bananabird1844.newgrounds.com">@bananabird1844</a>Instagram: bananabird.instaYouTube: <a href="https://youtube.com/channel/UCaM3qfhgrOMisR-pjne-3QQ" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> @bananabird1844 </a> Roman ( <a href="https://toyhou.se/38024367.roman" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://toyhou.se/38024367.roman</a> ): TheRealizer367YouTube: <a href="https://youtube.com/channel/UC123sxlzQRo6KQ3KAMoqNlA" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> @TheRealizer367 </a> Fisherman 1: JuanTheVaCastingCallClub: <a href="https://www.castingcall.club/juan_sancheese" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.castingcall.club/juan_sancheese</a> Fisherman 2: TheBestKillerSoloYouTube: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@thebestkillersolo404" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.youtube.com/@thebestkillersolo404</a> ( i have mistakenly switched the fishermen voices and didn't realize it, my sincere apologies as they sound a bit familiar to each other, i hoped to not repeat this again 💧 ) ◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈ [ PRODUCTION TEAM ] [ DIRECTOR, ANIMATOR, AND STORYBOARDER ]Nova Lovarae [ SCRIPT-WRITER ]Nova Lovarae ( wrote the whole thing )☆★ Lida_Rose ★☆ ( on Discord ) ( by helping a bit ! ) [ MUSICIANS ]REVERIE ( <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg5qMYqruveByAAM_K64UKQ" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg5qMYqruveByAAM_K64UKQ</a> )curly ( on Discord ) [ SFX EDITORS ]Oscar ( <a href="https://youtube.com/channel/UCBKvS2KMnNCeAthcgcdaq7w" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> @kylevimusic </a> )Nova Lovarae SOME BITS OF CREDITATION:<a href="https://youtu.be/5HsymlDSObk?si=IW7Ph64R0O2Rqgy7" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://youtu.be/5HsymlDSObk?si=IW7Ph64R0O2Rqgy7</a> ( for the intro at the beginning ) ◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈ 【SOCIALS】<a href="https://novalovarae.carrd.co/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://novalovarae.carrd.co/</a>

THE MUNCHKIN SHOW - Ep.3: Face Your.. Paparazzi?

Zoey picked a bad day to go out in nothing but body paint and a pair of shoes

Zoey decided to be a bit of an exhibitionist and went outside in nothing but a pair of shoes and some body paint. I'm personally not a big fan of body paint so let's summon some rain to take care of it. I'm using some of the unused voice lines from the recent leak Left 4 Dead content. This might be the first F-bomb dropped in one of my videos. I was so taken aback by that line that I just HAD to use it somewhere.

A man attempts to drink a bottle of water to quench his thirst, but it goes very wrong.

good mornable folks! i'm finally back! i SERIOUSLY apologize for the long break between animations, though i am not quite sure if yall care anyway because my last animation was blammed out of the site (i don't feel bad, though, it was a macromedia flash 8 animation test). this one was very quick to finish, though then again i put absolutely zero work on the backgrounds and the character. i thought of this idea right before i went to bed one night, and i figured it was funny enough to make it real thing. this was also the first animation in which i drew storyboards for, shown below.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/663/iu_1663919_26161781.webp" alt="iu_1663919_26161781.webp" data-smart-scale="764,573"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/663/iu_1663925_26161781.webp" alt="iu_1663925_26161781.webp" data-smart-scale="764,573">the voice work was done by me. literally just me. the coughing sounds were also real. i actually did drink a bottle of water through the wrong pipe for this animation. anything for entertainment! overall, i'm quite proud of this animation. it doesn't look terrible (TO MY STANDARDS!!!) and the lip syncing was on point. even though this was my third animation i've done on flash 8 (the first one was the aforementioned test and the second one was a small scene of a show that was uploaded on youtube - search "bgesvil" on that site and click the most recent video to see it, it's like the second or third scene), i feel this stupid little video is a favorite of mine. i hope you enjoyed this small animation. if you didn't, that's okay. i'm still learning this 21-year-old software (i couldn't make up my mind as to what animating software to use on my computer), so some constructive criticism is appreciated. will i continue to make animations? hell yeah! HOWEVER, my output's gonna remain as slow as it is right now because i'm starting technical college in 3 days (at time of writing), and i don't want to fall behind on any work.

Kassen from Out of Placers becoming other creatures from the webcomic!

"What ze FEK?!" - Kassen, probably. An Out-Of-Placers fan animation! A retro anime style animation of a yinglet (a bird-rodent creature) waving her tail idly, before being splashed by a strange green liquid that turns her into a large dinosaur-like woman, then a bug-girl, and finally a burrowing armoured worm creature. All while a speech bubble with his face shows the blonde-haired Ran is very excited, saying: "This new Antiquity is astonishing! Don't you agree, Kassen?" in yellow subtitles. 💜 I drew this live on <a href="https://www.twitch.tv/oceonax" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Twitch!</a>💜 Check me out in <a href="https://oceonax.carrd.co/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">other places too!</a>

This is a breaking news alert bulletin from MSNBC:Jimmy Carter, the OG peanut farmer-turned-39th president of the United States, has leveled up to the big White House in the sky at the epic age of 100. Known for his cardigan game and good vibes, Carter had been vibing in hospice care at his Georgia crib since February 2023. Zach (from Oney Plays) had this to say: "I once saw Jimmy Carter eat an entire peanut shell and all. Just an OC killing spree with an happy ending :))))))))

New clip for Exhumation 2, this one was such a blast to do, and I found myself working with a more advanced style of choreography, and ALOT of Layers. Small QnA:Q: Why is one of the credits scribbled at the end.A: For this clip, I let a sound artist in the Exhumation 2 Discord Server, take care of the SFX for this clip, however for this Youtube Upload I was curious to see how I would handle SFX for it. If you want to hear the other SFX, you will have to wait for Exhumation 2 to release. ;) Q: How long did this clip take you to make ?A: I started working on this clip, a week ago, most of the time was spent animating, and I spent a small day making the SFX for it. Q: Hey dumbass, the shotgun you're using is not a pump action shotgu-A: I KNOW, I KNOW ! I... didn't do enough research when using this gun, I thought it was a pump before I realized my mistake too late to rectify it, so now it's a pump under my rules. :3 Q: Are there any more clips coming up ?A: Yesn't, I can't tell right now, this one was made after I cancelled alot of other clips. (Yes also the one in the posts, sorry.) It wasn't supposed to be a clip but it just became one by accident (like the Hank clips.) Q: why the ending :(((A: Nothing's wrong with the ending. It's FUNNY. I hope you enjoyed this animation, and I hope ya'll will see me again soon for another video ! <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DD9fzd0JcEg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">YOUTUBE VERSION</a>

YT LINK: <a href="https://youtu.be/igE9_WbFtfg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://youtu.be/igE9_WbFtfg</a> Mooncurse is a complete reboot and retool of my old movie project, Impurity, that I'd been planning for several years. I realised in the original project that my writing just wasn't going to cut it. I kept coming back over time to rewrite and expand ideas, even changing protagonists twice. During this time the setting was also integrated into Mr. Sarge's Shards of Imphyror universe, hence the new title. I want to give the full project the best chance it can, so I'm keeping these entries very small and manageable. I also wanted to balance action and character interaction sequences more evenly this time. This is the kind of experimentation I always enjoy doing. It pains me that I have no idea how any of this will turn out but I'm excited to finally realise a project I thought would never happen. Enjoy, or maybe don't.

posting an old vent animation with a simple song and short story added to it

A question that would haunt me well into the afterlife. This was never how it was supposed to go. I have tailored a world for myself where no one would care. No one *should* care. No one should like, much less love me, as I am. Raw and honest. Intense and torn. Vulnerability pecking through to my bones like a vulture to a carcass. It was dangerous to get close to me. I was hostile. I needed to be. It wasn’t safe to become soft or sweet. I deserved the suffering I caused myself. “This is what’s best”. The words were spoken through grit teeth. Mirrors became my worst enemy, and distractions, my hero. A moment to spare would only allow the crushing weight of “what if” questions to arise and twist my stomach, wringing it like a wet cloth. My emotion slipped through the cracks of my fingers like water, seeping through the crevices of my hands like blood. Dripping down to fill every piece of a broken, empty shell I’m forced to call “home”. No one could see this part of me. I was desperate to avoid this scenario. The exterior hardened to make up for this embarrassingly soft center. Versions of myself were created to survive the unlikely scenarios. Everything I felt I needed to be, I became. Everything that was not safe to show, locked away. Despite my efforts, I could never throw away the key. “What if?” I kept ignoring the knocks. The pleads. The pounds. The begging. It was annoying to hear, then excruciating. It only got louder. More frequent. If there was a push, I would shove in return. I would win this fight. I had to. I only became worse. I hated it. I needed it. I lost loved ones over it. I lost sleep over it. I lost time. My life. Everything. Death was becoming imminent. I knew this. I still put up a measly effort to remain alive. Distractions did a wonderful job, but every force out there swiftly stripped me down until there was nothing, absolutely nothing, perceivably justifiable to keep me here. You showed up, crashing through my reinforced exterior like it was glass. You completely destroyed my hard work, unraveling it as if you found that one loose string on an article of clothing. I lay bare. No tricks. No lies. Just a pitiful mess of tears and confusion. Despite everything I’ve done. Everything I am. You showed up. … …I hate you, you know that? … … … …I don’t want to go.

Beset by bunny boys, Bambilocks battles brutally: she won't be stopped today!

A sort of spin-off sequel to my fucked up fairy tale animation: <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/879987">The Barbed Baroness</a> "Bambilocks", the deer girl who is on a quest for revenge against the Baroness, is beset by bunny boys on her journey to seek help from Grandma Wulf. Taken out so many she has, they have a particular taste to catch her for themselves. But with every bunny she defeats, she understands them better, and is only becoming stronger! This animation was kind of an animation test for me that grew arms and legs. I wanted to experiment with making animations feautring large swinging movements and weaponising inconsistency in proportions. Im not sure why/how the rhythm game icons came into it at all honestly, it just felt like a fun thing to do i guess lol? The animation was digitally hand drawn on Sketchbook and then some post production in DavinciI made the animation like two years ago but never published it until I found someone to compose some music for it lol. I got that done recently and I threw colour on it and got it finished quickly at last now! Stripped of their clothes and prepped to be extra delicious, they were marched up to the top of a volcano to be a sacrificial meal for the tribe’s fire god. When did video games THEMSELVES start getting parasocial? Ew

The beginning of Final Fantasy Tactics is a fun one. You get the narration, Arazlam/Alazlam telling us about the War of the Lions and how secretly Ramza's an unknown dude who's actually pretty important. But then he goes and makes it weird by asking you about your name and birthday. This is my rendition of the music that accompanies the introduction of the game, used in my series Not The Final Fantasy, specifically the Tactics episodes. If you'd rather watch on Youtube, you can <a href="https://youtu.be/Qy9CDMSZ-YU" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">find it here</a>.
