Weird characters that explode once they've talked too much.

HAND-DRAWN WITH MARKERS AND SCANNED INTO COMPUTER! Creatures that explode once they've talked too much, which then leaves an egg behind. I made this about 13 years ago, I was sad people didn't make things by hand-drawing and just used their PCs. Now with AI, people barely use their own actual skills anymore lol. A continuations of the first clip, I might make more

The second 'Episode' to Lady of Cinders. A lot is going on behind the scenes on my end, so I'm trying to script the next episode. This was more or less my attempt an an Analogue Horror, but I'm better at drawing than I am actual camera work or motion animating. So I hope you guys like this!

fillip - 1. something which acts as a stimulus or boost to an activity.

An individual is inspired by their surroundings and displays their interpretation to the public, causing a chain reaction of inspiration. fil·lip/ˈfiləp/1. something which acts as a stimulus or boost to an activity.2. a flick of the finger. - - -I've had this idea for a few years now, and finally got around to actually making it when my friend Davey (Permian-Extinction) asked to have a sort of "contest" for both of us to animate something. It was good motivation to actually get something made. Don't animate too much anymore since I've pivoted more towards comics, but I do enjoy it. I tried to keep this super simple so it was actually feasible to finish and I did not expect it to be end up being over 3 minutes long, but I kept drawing out scenes further and further. Timing and pacing is important! I'm decently happy with it. I do worry that it's perhaps too abstract for its own good and the montage sequence probably could have gone a little longer to help convey the point a little better, but I'm happy with it. It's nice to have something created.Anyway, hope you enjoy.

Mint Fantôme decides that Weakly Stars needs some good ol' fashioned punching, the good ol 1'2, the good ol' ...knuckle sandwich. Yeah we'll go with that. And she gets beat up pretty much, so yeah haha! Enjoy! (This was really hard to make, my hands are forming a protest from the drawing tablet pen, send help-) This is a Maid Mint Ch. Angela invites her classmates to her party but something goes wrong...Mind powers?!

🎃Happy Halloween everyone!🎃 I made this animation in 10 days so perhaps that explains the choppiness in the scenes but I hope you can still enjoy this. It is a lot of fun joining the Spooktacular events so I did my best to join even if I didn't have much time. ~Story~Angela wants to host a Halloween party so she draw invites all of her classmates! However she is so busy drawing her dad Melvin has to remind her to get ready for school. She gives invites to everyone, even their teacher Honey. One by one everyone shows up with their costumes, Creamy arrives first with her mom, followed by Manuel who arrived with his friend Cosmic Dust who brought his parents along with him. Lastly Susi arrives with Her brother who brought a plus 1 and her friend Zurro come in with both of his parents... There is one guess missing, where is Britani? Maybe she decided to not come Afterall... No matter, Angela just wants to be a good host and give everyone baked goodies and drinks! But even though she was just being a good host, Susi gets a bit jealous of her friend and uses her mind powers to make Angela see things and scare her. Susi's brother sees what she did and quicky picks her up and leaves the party making the illusions disappear. God he really can't take her anywhere! Zurro decides he help Angela up, His face covered with frosting and maybe some fruit punch. Britani arrives to see her crush holding hands with Angela but did she run away because she thought there was something going on here or did she get spooked by the frosting and punch looking like blood? Zurro runs to get her to make sure she is okay and not too scared while his parents run after him. One by one everyone leaves the party... awkward...Angela looks sadly as her party is ruined and walks outside to look at the sky. Manuel follows her and tries to cheer her up with a cake slice even though he is nervous. Angela appreciats the sentiment, at least there is still one person who wants to keep her company in this Halloween party. -----Today we recieved some bad news. Our main source of income is no more. An animation I made on Clqud's Lunie because someone was curious about how to do perspective in pixel art, so I initially just made a drawing of her as a demonstration because she's awesome. but I got carried away and animated it And also I made her a middle aged femme fatale Volume warning.Guns are loud.

Since it’s the spooky month I wanted to draw one of my characters doing the iconic dance. I drew some random backgrounds for the video and now I see what I should consider while drawing backgrounds yet I’m not willing to change these ones. The OST is scary swings but everyone already knows that :)

My first post on Newgrounds! A little horror featuring Makima

Hey everyone! 👋❤️This is my first post on Newgrounds !I'm an artist who loves drawing and creating animations. I decided to start my journey here with some creepy Makima fan art from Chainsaw Man! 👁️I hope you enjoy my work! More art and animations are coming soon! 🖤

I didn't say that I didn't procrastinate at ALL I've been HARD at work working on this for almost a year straight!yeah! I like... made a carol plush, and that took 184 hours! (truth) and I didn't make it in a day or anything (lie)and that's why it took so long to get out! (truth) ✨-✨ Hey guys hyperlink here...uuuhhh...I'm not gonna beat around the bush here. Mr. RedWonder8 has kept me in a boiler room downstairs for the past two months handcuffed to a water pipe that gets to like a gajillion degrees whenever the toilet upstairs gets flushed. Whenever I edited something he didn't like he would purposely flush the toilet, causing the pipe (and the handcuffs around my wrists) to get really hot and it rrrreeeeaaaallyyy hurt! I was forced-fed baby meals of varying viscosities, and a lot of the times in my delirious state it would just dribble down my chin and onto my emaciated body. The smell....the smell was not good... in fact, you can actually see the trail of baby food in a radius around the water pipe I was handcuffed too. Despite these conditions, Mr. Red offered me dental, which is actually a decent offer in these trying times, really the part I will suffer mental scars from was that I was forced to render this video with the poop knife method. ✨-✨ and last but not least. thank you @coolbeansyeah for drawing this totally 1337 thumbnail![click the thumbnail to go watch it over on YouTube. that's right image embed bay bay]

I've decided to upload some of my older drawings and animations from the past few years, so here's my Revolutionary Girl Utena fan animation, the first animation I ever did back in 2021. Back then I didn't have a drawing tablet or animation software, so I had to draw every frame on A4 paper and scan them in one by one on the printers at my university library. Good times!

ye should not be a gentleman o' fortune!!!!! Mokey's show by Sr Pelo / insanehead. before rating, please consider that im a newbie in animation, my sense of humor is ass and i dont speak english (cuz im south american), so dont go bitching in the comments. QUICK INTRODUCTION TO CJ'S SHOW!!! Cee-jay:cee-jay is a friendly and social gangsta that loves birthdays! his favorite date is october 24 because that's his birthday! he may be a dumbass sometimes, but at least he loves his friends, rada and swyt! he is very cruel to other characters (not including his friends because he loves them), even if they have done nothing to trigger this behavior. Rada:rada is a gangsta that can only say the word 'rada' but he is very honest and friendly with his friends! he is the smartest one in the group but his intelligence is blocked by him only saying 'rada' AND NOTHING ELSE. Swyt:swyt is very chill with his friends, and does whatever comes to his mind first. half the time he is doing drugs with his best friend rada, but cj does not approve of this behaviour. She often doesn't like the shenanigans cee-jay gets into, and threatens to call the police. She always calls the police whenever they are doing something illegal, when she's scared or when she gets mad, oh and trust me brother, she gets very, VERY, MAD!!!!!! MUSIC USED:-drunken sailor-Plok OST: Shotgun-GTA IV theme-Ave Maria opera this shit was supposed to be released on the 19 of November but i decided to release it now because meh. WHAT IS THE POINT ON TYRYING TO PIRATE SOMETHING ON RELEASE DATE (you can pirate it after release date though)i had A LOT of fun making this shit, recording, animating, making and drawing the characters and mo' stuff like that.

CEE-JAY'S SHOW: 1119 (piracy)

Pangolin Keaton discovers the Fountain O' Life, and accidentally unleashes the Fuzz Spirit into it. This causes humanity to undergo a transformation, starting with a lil' Ruby. KARO NOTES:Truthfully, I was gettin' tired of drawing humans, so I'm tryin somethin here. Largely I was inspired by Pseudoregalia's Sybil. The Fountain O' Life was based on the Great Bay Fairy Fountain in the Majora's Mask remake. Ruby's hair is fluffier to differentiate her further from Kountess and Vi some more. Keaton's design changed a little after his scenes in this were done, the new iteration is seen in the Portal Pals segment. Since the date of 9/11 passed by during production, I added the World Trade Center in the news segment. In this universe, it was the Dick the Chicken planes on the Kitty Towers. So, I had more in store for this one, but I could only fit so much in this month, as well as the next, PINGcause I'll be attending classes through October and November. It's for character design and world building, so I'll be busier with that, and I'm unsure how much I'll be able to finish for the monthly cartoons during that time. That said, I'll be picking this one back up next I can. ~KARO '26 TO JOIN THE PILLOWFORT► https://patreon.com/CountessKAROWHERE ELSE TO FIND ME►https://countesskaro.carrd.co/STORE►https://countess-karo-shop.fourthwall.com/

So uh this was really just made to enact my character, Ultra B's story in visuals, which is why it isn't full on animation. But, I tried my best to make it a character pilot with all those constraints (like it being my first pilot, letalone animation, ever). I did make some artistic decisions, like construction lines at certain time for lore reasons, but I realize now to people who dont know the lore its a whole bunch of terrible drawing..but I hope you enjoy!

Audio is from Doctor Who, I remember coming across this and absolutely needing to animate AngelPuppy with it!! I included V1 because I do see Zack going to V1 as buddies or at least as acquaintances, talking to them about whatever, they do not speak, and mostly communicates through either sign language, beeps, or general body language (I drew them so bug I love it 🥹), so I put it together and this is the result I'm definitely proud of this and might be going on a minor animation spree, maybe with a drawing or two in between hope y'all enjoy this as much as I did animating it, I definitely needed this after having a lot of really difficult days recently <3 (Should I even put this under getgianni if Gabriel appears at the end...is Gabriel mention enough...don't smite me-]

Loving The Stars Themselves // ANGELPUPPY animation

A few months ago I made a fan art of a sheep from a foreign bank. Well, a few days ago the bank had all the fan art taken down and they blocked my account... But I was able to recover it, and now with the victory that my drawing is canon along with all the fan art removed for copyright.

The 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. animated!

This animation is a sequel to my very first hand-drawn animation. This time around, I used a Huion drawing tablet instead of drawing with purely a mouse. The quality is quite a bit different . . . maybe I'll need to remake the first at some point . . . Check out the original animation here, if you haven't seen it yet: Super Mario Over the Years! 1 - Unfortunately, you'll have to watch it on YT because I didn't have a NG account back then :( Isn't it technically the 41st now of Super Mario Bros?: Lol, yes - this project is a culmination of short vids I've been putting out during the 40th anniversary across my socials, plus a bunch more! I still wanted to call this an animation for the 40th, as it's the bigger milestone year than the 41st. I also just work slowly, and had a bunch of ideas, causing the release time to continuously get pushed back. Art Direction I've had the thought for quite some time to make a more faithful animation to the Mario series to emulate and honor the stylistic choices of Yōichi Kotabe and Shigehisa Nakaue. My decision on the art direction also came down to me wanting to "understand the generations of Mario” from its official art standpoint. Furthermore, I wanted to embellish some of Mario's movements, not limited to the games, to give a greater sense of action and adventure! I referenced all types of official cover art, licensed activity books, instruction manuals, classic 80s/90s commercials and other promotional material for the games and time periods. It took way more effort than my past simpler, often rough character animations - but it was totally worth it! For later games in the franchise, including games like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Odyssey Characters, I choose to fuse the official render designs with the linework used in the manual art in the earlier games. I wanted the animation to have the hand drawn feel, but still have the evolution of Mario's design aimed to hit several of the "key poses" from the Super Mario Bros official art, and “bring them to life” in the animation. In order to execute this idea, I started with several of the key frames as these key poses, with some adjustments (like eye movements, hand placements, or perspective tweaks) to flow with the animation. As far as the backgrounds go, they involve a stylistic approach to Shigehisa Nakaue's work on the fairly consistent Nintendo summer artwork. I tried to simulate this by blending some watercolor texture scans I painted with digital watercolor brushes created in Photoshop to create laying and show a brush stroke on a more rough, coarse paper. The color usage references the internal colors displayed when playing the games on their respective consoles. This challenged me when it came to using a very monochromatic color scheme in Super Mario Land's Birabuto dungeon to quite the opposite of using a wide array of color in Mario's character animation in the Super Mario Odyssey segment. Easter Eggs Woah, you actually read up to this point? Okay, well, I'll let you in on a little secret: this animation is jam packed with a ton of hidden secrets/collectables. Try to spot the following:

Bosses and/or friendly side characters from each game

References to different Nintendo game console generations

5 cherries to give you "invincibility"

2 wonder seeds for a "sense of curiosity"

Franchise game/console codenames

A bunch of coins. Count all of them if you dare and they may reveal some meaningful Mario number lol . . . The following are variations of coins and values associated with them (does their final value mean anything?):

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Regular/Gold Coin - Simply 1 Coin⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Red Coin (SM64) - 1 Red Coin = 2 Coins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Blue Coin (SM64) - 1 Blue Coin = 5 Coins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Purple Regional Coin (SMO) - 1 Regional Coin = 2 Coins Credits Music in chronological order:0:00 ~ Super Mario Bros 2. - Ground Theme ~ Super Smash Bros. One hypothesis is that the tape's original purpose mayhave been artistic or persuasive, but the absence of dialogue, signs and context makesdrawing conclusions difficult. Another hypothesis notes similarities between personsobserved in this footage and in the footage for archive #001, which suggests a potentiallink between locations. Current hypotheses remain unresolved due to record quality andmissing context. Noted: The end of the footage displays a Windows-based recording UI. After dying, a cat must get used to the peculiarities of existing without a body.

The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat is an animated short that I wrote, animated, and scored between December 2022 and April 2023. It was my first experience making a 2D animated short, so it was a cascade of challenges that turned into countless learning experiences.I made the animation using Krita. Hours and hours of drawing, erasing, and drawing all over again. I had already composed the music long before, but I arranged it specifically for this short, trying to understand the logic of timing and repetition in animation, using LMMS.I was lucky enough to have some great ghostly friends—José Haidar, Marcelo Cáceres, Agustina Conti, and Daniela Barrionuevo—lend their voices to the narration and characters.I hope you enjoy The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat! Beyond the joy of bringing this project to life, this short film allowed me to connect with incredible people from the world of animation, mainly through its participation in film festivals. In October 2023, The Amazing Story of the Phantom Cat was screened at FAN – Festival Audiovisual de Neuquén (Argentina), as part of the Official Selection of National Animated Shorts. In December 2023, it was also part of the Official Selection of Animated Shorts at AnimaVerso Festival, held in Florianópolis (Brazil). In January 2024, it was screened in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) as part of EDO 2024, and in May of the same year, it was screened at Anima Latina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.I never imagined the cat would get to visit so many places. Behind the Scenes of my latest 2D animation

On the off-chance anyone accuses my most recent 2D animation of AI, here is the behind-the-scenes (BTS) look at it while I was drawing it, including storyboards, drafts, line art, color and the final video.

TOTTY BOD BTS

Hello :0 Here is my first animation of characters fightingThere are obviously some drawing mistakes, but overall, I really like what I made. These two characters come from the universe I’m creating, and they are both from different species. For my next animations, I’m going to try creating my own music, even though I have absolutely no experience with that.. As for the sound effects used in this animation, most of them come from Epidemic Sound I hope you enjoy this animation, and I wish you a good day
