SPIDER TENTACLES LABORATORY EXPERIMENT [GGTOONS]

I was losing my marbles when animating this, and a documentary was made to prove that fact

While working for Invader Zim: Lost and Found, this piece of animation took me from January 24 to April 8, 2026 to get it done. However, it's not just me who worked on this. An animation adaptation of BigiGts's comic with the same title featuring Sakamata Chloe.

Hello everyone~!I made an animation but I can't upload the entirety of it on Youtube so I decided uploaded the full video here. I hope you all enjoy watching it~ Sakamata Chloe, one of the members and the intern/cleaner of the "secret" organization HoloX, had just finished her livestream and decided to finally do what she loves the most - sleeping and doing nothing at all!Laplus, the actual leader of the organization, and Lui, another member and the acting leader, was so fed up with her messiness and tried to force her to clean her room (which is so messy that it looks like a storm had passed through it) because their senior Sora which she admires so much would be coming to visit them but Chloe locked her room afterwards, making them unable to tell if she's actually cleaning or not.Seeking the help of Koyori, they try to ask her for something which could help them spy and monitor Chloe and check if she is cleaning her room. As she introduces a "multiversal rift machine that let's you see any part of the world", what could go wrong? This video is an adaptation from BigiGts's comic with the same name. I was inspired by their comic and BigiGts themselves suggested that we do a bit of an art trade so I made an adaptation of their comic (while featuring the art they made for it in the credits)! This is also a thank you for them on making those MiSide artworks (which unfortunately, I am still burned-out to continue for now so it might take a while before I return to it).I had to split the animation into 2 parts because the story is very long. This might be one of the challenging animations that I made for a while as I needed to animate five separate characters, use some heavy effects (which causes so much lag and sometimes crashed MMD on my "potato" laptop), and specifically making Chloe's messy room (which took me more than a week to make an edit of).My apologies of there isn't a lot of size scenes here since it is mostly about the story. The 2nd part will probably focus and have more size scenes. If you like my videos and wanted to show some support, you can support me on my Patreon, Subscribestar or Ko-fi. It's about an encounter with a woman in a red cloak called the "Aka Manto".

Note: There is a bit of a gas/fart scene at around 5:03 so those who don't want to see it then you can skip at around 5:07. Hello everyone~!I made an animation but I can't upload the entirety of it on Youtube so I decided uploaded the full video here. I hope you all enjoy watching it~ There is a famous legend about a woman in a red cloak that randomly appears on places with full people at night. It is said that she will ask you to choose a color of paper (Blue, Yellow, or Red) and a different outcome will happen depending on what you chose but all will result in you going missing. The only thing that can save you from the encounter is to decline or reject her and not choose any paper, but unfortunately, this isn't the case for the guy in this story. I had a bit of a burn-out from the MiSide series so I decided to temporarily pause animating it and focus on animating standalone videos since I also realized that I've been only animating the MiSide series for almost a year so I figure that it might be a good idea to work on other kind of videos for now and stared with another entry into the "Encounter" series (which I do every year between October and November).I don't yet know when I'll resume working on the MiSide series but I promise that I'll come back to it sometime next year. Thank you for understanding! As you can tell (if you already know the original legend), I made a bit of change to the setting where the scenario takes place in a park instead of the bathroom (which is what the original legend's location is) since the Aka Manto's legend is very similar to that of Hanako-san which I already did an animation a few years back. I also made some experiments where the story is narrated by a third person and also made the video not linear and has different outcomes based on what color of paper the guy chose. If you like my videos and wanted to show some support, you can support me on my Patreon or Ko-fi. It helps me keep motivated to make more videos in the future! (MMD Giantess) Encounter with Aka Manto

This month’s animation was… kind of a last-minute idea. Halfway through October, I decided, “Hey, I should do something for Halloween!”Which meant dropping everything else and scrambling to get a full animation done in a little over a week.I came up with the costumes, modeled them, messaged LavendersVoice (Lucy’s voice actor) to ask what Lucy’s favorite candy should be, and jumped right into the script. At this point, voice recording is a breeze — we’ve got such a good rhythm — but still, I spent two whole days just trying to get Lucy’s chest to squish just right. Priorities, right?Meanwhile, in the background, I’ve been juggling work on the 2.0 models for the upcoming Kickstarter — the big one that’ll fund the first full season of the show. The new version will have a PS2-style visual update to replace the current PS1 aesthetic. Finding someone to rig the model has been a serious challenge, though. I’ve spent thousands trying to get help, but in the end… I wound up just making the new models myself.Hopefully by Christmas there’ll be more to share on that front 🎄Now that I’ve (mostly) got a handle on animating — at least enough that the shots aren’t jarringly ugly anymore — I can finally focus on telling short stories. That means more character moments, more worldbuilding, and finally showing a bit of what’s been living in my head all this time instead of just the emotional “vibe” pieces. Thanks for sticking with me through all the chaos — every bit of support makes it possible for me to keep pushing this project forward.

Final Fantasy - Just a Catgirl

Lumine's curiosity had some unintended consequences...

After 14 months of production, and countless hours of work... I can now say, with full confidence, that the First Chapter of the A Night in Teyvat series is finally, and truly done!!! And now... First and foremost!.. I would like to give a SUUUPER THANKS to all the Chads that supported me on patreon and fanbox this past year. None of this would even be possible without your support! I'd also like to thank miss Nyono and miss Noodles for giving life to my Sucrose and Lumine. I really couldn't have been luckier to have found such perfect fit for the roles :3... As well as miss Pixie for helping me out with some design choices and agreeing to cameo a certain purple mommy mage XD... I do hope I can work with all of you again in the future :3 And Ik you're prolly sick of me saying this atp XD, but I'm reeeally grateful to all of you :3 I also learned a whole bunch from this project... Especially in the audio side of things! Figuring out how to blend all of the different voices, SFX, and BGM into one, and making them feel as natural as possible was defo a huge challenge! Thankfully, I never ran short of helpful feedbacks from the Chads and my VA's. And so I was eventually able to cobble up all of it into something that is hopefully worthy of the VA's performance... Aaaaand the countless YouTube tutorials didn't hurt either XD It also gave me a whole new perspective in animation! Being on the driver seat and directing the actresses, figuring out the best ways to convey my vision (mostly through trial and error XD), all while dealing with unforeseen set backs that naturally comes with collaborating with other people, REEEALLY gave me more of a respect to creators like Nyl, Derpixon, Studio FOW, Zone Sama, and many other creators, directing far more complex workflows, and collaborating many more artists and actresses, to make their creations a reality... I can only imagine the headache they had to go through XD Especially when you think of how easier and more accessible it has been to make these kinds of animation throughout the years. I mean... many of the tools we have now, wasn't even available to them when they were starting out! We are standing on the shoulders of some very lewd giants indeed XD And hey! Maybe this work will inspire someone, somewhere to make more full-length animations with interesting stories just like this!.. And if and when that time comes, I'd be more than happy to be stepped on my shoulders as well XD So... What's next? You ask? Liyue! Now that I'm done with the Mondstadt chapter of the A Night in Teyvat Series, I'll now focus my attention on remaking A Night in Liyue - Prank Gone Wrong into a full-length animation like this one!.. eventually XD I also made some pretty significant upgrades to my character models recently that I like to call Gen 2 Models!.. And I made a short 7 min. animation of Gen 2 Sucrose and Lumine to test them out... Which, once dubbed, will be posted here as well!.. eventually XD For now, I'd like to distance myself from any heavy audio editing stuff, and just focus on animating PGW and completing Gen 2 Hu Tao and Xiangling, as I've been doing audio stuff for more than a month straight now, and I miss animating T-T And that's about it! Hope you like it and thanks for watching! PS: 2025 Pink Sama here! Did some slight improvements to this one, improving color grading and also some audio re-balancing :3-----------------------------------------------------------------Sucrose VA: @Nyono8008_Lumine VA: @invadernoodlesLisa VA: @_PixieWillow

A Night in Mondstadt - Happy Accident Part 2

Funny red man looks worried and does stuff

Hey guys, so essentially for a sort of elective class I wanted to do, I actually decided to partake a cool looking animation class, with the final project in mind being a 1 minute (or as close as you can to 1 minute lol) animation that uses more then one form of animation (in my case it was a mix of 2D, my favourite and preferred style, stop motion and live action stuff). This took me about like a month of on/off work and two weeks of pretty intense work to complete and whilst I think that the pacing of the animation can be improved upon, with some parts feeling quite rushes, it had to fit the roughly 1 minute time limit and if I gave it any more breathing room I probably would have been marked down for it lol. I feel like in general I'm pretty happy with the results, 2D stuff is stylised well and some part look quite nice, particularly the 2D stuff in the cave. However, by the end I was kind of in a mad dash to complete it by the deadlines so some of the end character 2D and stop motion bit could have been improved upon. Regardless, I still wanted to upload it as is just cause I think its an important lesson that I guess not everything that I make can be endless tinkered at and at some point I just gotta move past, say fuck it and upload it lmao (even though with more personal projects I may not follow this philosophy since I don't have an enforced deadline). Anyways, whilst I sort of just used my upcoming game that will hopefully release in the next 100 years, Alonomoly, as a framework for characters, tone and aesthetics, I think that its pretty thematically compatible with what I want the tone of the final game to be like and could potentially use this as a base to make an intro FMV cutscene lol. Also yeah, that last quote was made by me after listening to TPAB for the first time and falling in love with the album, hope it resonates with some of y'all since I think its a nice bowtie on the general themes of Alonomoly. So yeah that's just about it, might update the description for this with any further notes if I think of anything, but if you are reading this, thank you so much for taking an interest in my stuff and actually being bother to read descriptions, its a thing that people just don't do nowadays, so yeah thanks for putting in the work dawg lol. Uhhh... yeah enjoy, more art soon, more animation soon and I'll officially start my game dev journey next year, so more stuff coming, unless I die or a solar flare strikes the earth and electricity is just completely gone for like a couple months, and if that is the case, I'll have a physical billboard where I'll pin up photo copied versions of my art, give it a gander if you care. Anyways, I've yapped on long enough. Peace! ^w^ ADDITIONAL NOTES:- Also the animation specially said it had to be rendered in 1080p, so that why its only 1080 and not 1440 or even 4K like I'd do otherwise lol. The 35th Cyanide & Happiness Short I've Worked On!

This is owned by Explosm Entertainment, but I drew and animated everything here! This is an animatic, not the final animation, but if you're interested in how it turned out, click here to watch Chivalry on YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1X18s_8gKd8 This is the most recent short that I've worked on, in animatic form! I thought the idea was hilarious, and I made it a personal challenge to keep her consistently on one third of the screen for most of it. The temp track "Valse Moderne" (which I found by looking up Ren & Stimpy music) was perfect and only needed very light editing to get it to hit the beat when she kisses. The Puffy Piffle was named so because "Piffle" was a weird placeholder expletive my mom would say as I was a kid. "Oh piffle!" and I thought it sounded silly, so I gave the boat a silly name. I went ham on the fighter pilot's flight suit because I'm a nerd for fighter jets. I actually voice three characters in this- the fat guy near the beginning, I'm one of the "m'lady m'lady m'lady" voices on the boat alongside Mike Salcedo, and I'm the incel at the end "She's not even that hot anyway - tch, unbelievable." I also lightly traced the environment at the end based on the French Riviera. That about wraps it on shorts that I can upload at the moment! I'm going to switch my focus to animatics from The Cyanide & Happiness Show, which if you haven't watched it before, it's great. It gets better and better after every season, and this newest one which I've been working my ass off on, is about to drop in September this year. Be sure to catch it on VRV, and prepare for it by watching the seasons before it! Directed by Mike Salcedo
Screenplay by Kris Wilson
Story by Kris Wilson, Rob DenBleyker, Joel Watson, Dave McElfatrick, Mike Salcedo, and Connor Murphy
Featuring the voices of Bill Jones, Geoff Galt, and Mike Salcedo as the gentlemen. You can find more from me as Phobotech on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube! Follow me there to stay in the loop! Be sure to vote 5 before you leave! Thanks for watching! I'll see y'all next week! -GG-

*Update* If anyone really cares about any more additions to this series, i'm afraid they're on hold until at least I can pass something related to this series off as contributing to my degree, unlikely. Suppose finishing programming the game I started many a moon ago could be rekindled when i'm confident it'll be good enough... Sorry if you we're hoping on a new episode anytime soon. Thanks for all the reviews they truly make me glad I decided to make this series. I hope the credits have been fixed. I apologise for any problems with sound, but the sound in the .swf sync's differently than what it is on NG. I've compressed it and cut the filesize in half.
Thanks for the reviews and i will take into account any critisisms in future episodes. And if you ask for a game you will be pleased i have started to develop a very promising engine that i can use ;)
This is the sequel to FF:NG (Final Fantasy: Newgrounds). The first change you will notice is that i have replaced the FFV sprites with custom ones designed by Pea55. I wanted to focus more on the newgrounds aspect in this episode. BEEBO, 'arry, Foamy and the Madness characters were all redrawn by me so dont even say i ripped them off. The authors are credited anyways.
Please mention any errors in reviews and i will try to fix them.
Enjoy
