Jaiden’s Bitesize Hobbies - Conspiracy Boards (SNEAK PEEK)

Hi Everyone! I hope you all are enjoying #IndieAnimationDay so far, and all the Sneak Peeks / Showcases / Previews of all the RAD & EXCITING Animations by all the Fabulous Indie Creators! (I know there’s a bunch of Animated Shorts & Series I’m looking forward to seeing more of!!) For the Past 8-9 Months, I have been working away on trying to create a New Animated Short, one that I would (Hopefully) like to become something bigger on my channel and that project is… JAIDEN’S BITESIZE HOBBIES • SYNOPSIS: “Jaiden’s Bitesize Hobbies” is a Character-Focused, Slice-of-Life Anthology, delving deeper into glimpses of the Day-to-Day Hobbies & Activities between our Main Duos - Jaiden & Kianna and Byron & Sabrina, including others like Brenda and Eleisiya, as they find themselves in plenty of hijinx, such as pulling an All-Nighter to fall down a Conspiracy Rabbit Hole, catching themselves a Billy Bass by the Harbor Side, or getting too hopped up with Caffeine during a Basketball Game in the Park. • The Series is Based on My Self-Produced Comic Series - Jaiden’s Wildlife Journey (Available for Purchase via the Link Below)- (https://ko-fi.com/s/5ebd202364) ——— Storyboards have been COMPLETED Since January, Voice Recording has been COMPLETED Since May, and I am Almost Half-Way Completed with Animation on the First Short, even though that’s a ton of progress made, Animation is still Very Time-Consuming to create… and since I am the Sole-Animator behind this Project, and have conventions planned for the Fall/Autumn like IN-MOTION (London), THOUGHT BUBBLE (Yorkshire) & INKBLOT (Manchester)… I’m not able to get “CONSPIRACY BOARDS” ready for the Initial Mid-Late Fall Release (as it is a 4-Minute Mini-sode, and i’ve only just finished nearly the First Minute / ACT I); but I have simultaneously been working on a “Shorter Mini-sode” (1-Minute) that I’ve gotten (1/3) completed, so that’ll take over the Mid-Late Fall Slot! The Other Mini-sode titled: TABLE FOOTBALL - As they both wait for their refreshment orders to come back, Jaiden notices that there’s something playing on Kianna’s Mind… so to help take her edge off, she suggests they practice playing Table Football to pass the time. ——— While it may take longer to see the release of these Animated Projects - like “Jaiden’s Bitesize Hobbies”, Please be sure to follow the Official Instagram Page over @jaidensbitesizehobbies for More Updates on the series! It's the last day of summer in Mall City.

Kay, Penny, and Bug live in Mall City: a monument to consumerism decades past its prime. The trio spend their last day of summer indulging in the sun; painting, skating, and taking a few falls along the way. Watch the beginning of an epic cyberpunk coming of age story in Mall City Ep 1-3: She Was the Universe. This is a remake and compilation of the first three episodes of "Mall City & The Mall Bats". I adjusted a few story beats and visuals to serve as a better introduction to the Mall City story. For all intents and purposes- this is the canon timeline. I made the first three episodes as their own isolated short films and had no plans for a larger story. Since then I've expanded the world and defined these characters far more than their initial introductions and wanted the story's beginning to reflect that. I hope you enjoy this rework of the story thus far, and thank you for all your continued support of me and the Mall Bats ♡ Support this series here: https://Patreon.com/MallBat Buy merch here: https://MallBat.bigcartel.com

Proof of concept for our upcoming series MOTHELL

The Mothell is always open.Come in. Sit down.Something will come along. Okay, let me try to explain a bit of the context, even though words aren't really my thing. The concept is very simple: we're in this surreal diner/motel floating in a space/non-space, where ambiguous characters come looking for... rest? Comfort? Who knows... And where things happen. In every episode a new character is added, and there will be no time ellipses — they'll all be consecutive. All episodes together, watched in a row, will form a single short/feature film, I imagine.Nothing earth-shattering in the traditional sense, but every episode is a metaphor for something — although I won't be the one to say which ones, I'd like everyone to see what they want in it.There's a lore behind it, and what happens happens for a reason, but again, I'd like you to discover it as you go through the series. I'd like to tell you how this idea was born, but I've spent the last two weeks working so intensely day and night on this project... so many ideas, so many changes of direction, additions, modifications, that I've forgotten what the initial spark was. I think that at some point I simply said to myself "Hey, let's try to produce something, doesn't matter what." And so I started putting together some of the low poly assets I've created over the last few years, without worrying too much about the story, just to see what happened. To have that feeling again from when I was a child and played with my toys, and it was enough to just spread them out in front of me on the floor, and suddenly they came to life and anything could happen. And, just like back then, everything happened. I took my "abandoned factory" assets and built a diner out of them (if you look closely you'll notice everything is wrong — the tables are workbenches, so too high to comfortably eat at, and the counter is too low, which is why the protagonists sit in those awkward positions — and those are just two examples), I added a couple of human characters, and made up something for them to do.From there some stories started taking shape in my head, enough to start thinking about making a series out of it, and what seemed like a one-off thing now feels like one of the most interesting projects I've ever come up with. We'll see if that's true. The only rule I gave myself: I want it to be weird, to look off, to reflect my personal pursuit of the "not beautiful." I know, not much of all this happens in this first episode — the main goal here was to see if I was capable of finishing one — but I promise you, as we go on, it'll get better. Then, obviously it's all weird — or maybe I should say New Weird? I'm a huge Jeff VanderMeer fan — so I imagine you have to be into the genre a bit, but either way I'm giving it everything I've got. I'm also leaving here a photo of my paper storyboard, even if you probably won't make much sense of it, I can barely make sense of it myself haha — initially I was planning to post it only as a reel on Instagram, which is why it's in vertical format.Thank you so much for your attention and see you next time! This is a solo remake video of the AYBABTU meme that changed the internet 25 years ago.

The Shoot'em-up game Zero Wing, which was released as an arcade game in 1989 and as an intro on Genesis in 1991, appeared as a GIF on Zany Video Game Quest in 1998,and then appeared in forums like Something Awful and Tribalwar in 2000-2001 with messages and small Photoshop edits. On February 16, 2001 (today),Bad_crc created a FLASH video by collecting all the photos and published it on Newgrounds, thus becoming one of the oldest and most famous internet memes in history, a milestone in the internet world. But the biggest support for this is Jrr's song; his song has become an unforgettable bass-heavy Gabber song in our minds. Exactly 25 years have passed, and for this year and the 25-year journey, I decided to make a Remake OP-Collab video (one person).Since it would be impossibly difficult to contact all content creators, and to include them, I photoshopped legendary content from over the years and included it in the video.I wanted to make this video with all my respect and effort to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" meme. I hope it revived your memories, because I also made this video to relive 25 years of memories. This video is one of the 3 longest and most difficult edited meme videos I've ever made (the others are Gregory vs. Burntrap, Zelda 40th Anniversary, and this one).I wanted to include all the details in the credits. I hope you will share it in return for my effort and revive the memories of all our friends. Happy 25th Anniversary CATS, and don't forget, our entire base belongs to CATS, Bad_crc, and TLMOM... (I'm sorry for tagging the content creators I included in the video (@), but I would be happy to see this, respectfully) Youtube Link: https://youtu.be/CVooIaTtW2k Including users who accepted and those I still wanted to see it. I even contacted a few people directly for this.To reach a wider audience and a larger following, I even messaged Tom Fulp to feature this video on his homepage, despite it being an opCollab video. I want to thank him here for sharing and allowing me to do so. @Bad-crc People who created and included clips from old Aybabtu videos and images: @maleficmadness, @Sonucais, @KKSlayer, @MrMortisland, @Mace-DS, @TmsT, @Foxcato, @Nashua, @ReQsa, @FireNuke, @Meulinex, @ScepterDPinoy, @BBBARBATUS, People I edited and created myself: @JZBoyAnimations,@PringusMcDingus @SrPelo, @Derpixon, @ZONE-SAMA ,@eddsworld , @Shadok I'm really sorry if I bothered you by tagging you with @. But I posted this video because I wanted to include you all and encourage you to watch it. I hope you enjoyed the video, I'm expecting a reaction video. The idea for this project first came to me in February during the 24th anniversary. I was planning to release the video with the entire community between April and June, but nobody knew about it, and since it was so old and considered a "dead meme," I thought to myself, "If nobody else is doing it, I will." From June onwards, I spent about 6-7 months editing, montage, and photoshopping it. It's the riskiest, most serious, and most creative video I've ever made.I hope it gets a lot of views as a reward for my efforts. This is the fourth episode of Roasted Meatloaf, originally made in 2019 (just like 2 and 3.) This animation gets a bit more ambitious, though it doesn't always have the best results. This episode was kind of a struggle in its original development due to some stuff shaking up production. Initially there were some very direct audio and visual references to copyrighted material involved, but those were removed or replaced before the original version was rendered because it was around that time that I started getting more concerned about copyright and related stuff. For this version, I actually made a minor additional change to help dodge some potential personality/publicity rights issues. I don't know if it's likely for me to get in a scenario related to that, but I try to lean on the side of caution. Additionally, because I had moved to a new computer in the middle of development and didn't get GIMP reinstalled for some reason (I was still a kid and had to have my dad install things via admin password), I decided to complete the rest of the graphics using Inkscape (which I did have installed for some reason.) I guess it was good to start getting into Inkscape because I would eventually employ it more in future episodes, but it does create a bit of a weird shift in the animation's appearance after a certain point. I tried to create more complex character movements for the parts where the "Santa" character approaches, which led to some mixed results. I think some animations turned out pretty decently, though other ones have some pretty obvious errors and I probably could have done them better if I made this today. Not to mention the sort of continuity issues with the character's appearance. Other visual flaws in this episode include some rather egregious examples of inconsistent aspect ratios and a bit of poor compositing. It was with this episode that I started branching out beyond recording myself flipping through an image viewer and re-recording sped-up versions of initial recordings by making use of qStopMotion to animate some parts. As the name of the software suggests, qStopMotion is primarily intended for stop motion animations as it is derived from another application called Stopmotion. However, I found it rather suitable for animating my digital images in sequences. The video quality gets a little weird in some parts, as if it's ripped from some degraded videotape or film reel. This wasn't intentional, but rather part of some weird rendering issues with the original. That original process was rather complicated as it took the effort of two different programs, Pitivi and OpenShot, to get some things the way I wanted. The renders for this version had even more problems with quality degradation, so alongside Clipchamp I had to employ the help of Blender's video editor to get a cleaner export. I didn't necessarily have time to clean everything up however. Since both of my grandmothers (the one on my dad's side and the one on my mom's side) had passed away before December of 2019, I decided to put a thing honoring them in the credits (well, after them is actually a bit more accurate, but you know what I mean.) That's all I got to say for right now. Enjoy if you would like, don't if you wouldn't like. Merry Christmas and whatever else people celebrate this month.

Roasted Meatloaf S1 E4 - Robbin' Around The Christmas Tree (Newgrounds Edition)

Blue wants the ball, and Red has a way for him to get it... in a rather obtuse way.

Blue wants the ball, and Red has a way for him to get it... in a rather obtuse way. Final from my "2D Animation Fundamentals" class for CCAD from my sophomore year, this one had to be 20 - 30 seconds, no more and no less, and unsurprisingly, my initial idea for this was too long, but I feel like the ideas I cut weren't very good anyways. The version my classmates and professor saw originally had my initial placeholder dialogue that I didn't have time to replace with the dialogue you hear now until... around yesterday (at the time of writing this). Roxtari Dialella

Game DescriptionCurrent Sinestrah: Labyrinth of Sins is a prototype of a turn-based tactical roguelite with a strong adult erotic theme. In essence, you take control of a champion (like Rena, Ariasha, or Ofelia) and dive into a procedurally generated labyrinth. Your goal is to explore, survive, and grow stronger. The gameplay focuses on:Dungeon ExplorationMove through a 2D map, discovering rooms, corridors, treasures, traps (like the spiderwebs we just added), and special events.Turn-Based Tactical CombatWhen you encounter an enemy, the game shifts into combat mode. It’s not just about brute force—combat revolves around two core resources:

Excitement (EXC): Works like the main “damage” type. When a character’s excitement reaches the limit, they climax, lose a “heart” (health), and their morale takes a hit.

Morale (MOR): Represents determination. If morale drops to zero, the character enters a “Submission” state and becomes vulnerable.

Eromancy & Goddess SystemBesides physical attacks, you can use Eromancy—erotic magic fueled by elemental energies (Lust, Love, Passion, etc.).You can also choose a patron goddess, earn her favor, and gain blessings that shape your run.Combat isn’t focused solely on violence—it’s about domination, seduction, and erotic power dynamics between characters. Current State of the ProjectThe game is in an advanced, fully playable prototype stage. The core gameplay loop is implemented and working:✔ Dungeon GeneratorThe current system creates complete levels with rooms, hallways, doors, and a coherent layout of events (start room, boss, treasure rooms, shops, altars, etc.).✔ Combat SystemThe turn-based mechanics are solid. Excitement, Morale, attacks, and basic eromancies are implemented. There are already several enemies (Slime Girl, Little Demon, Bunny Warrior), each with unique abilities and dialogue.✔ Character ProgressionYou can level up, assign stat points, and manage a full inventory with drag-and-drop equipment for weapons, armor, and accessories.✔ Basic ContentInitial consumables, gear, treasure chests, shops, and goddess altars are all included. In short, the core foundation is firmly established. Right now the focus is polishing the existing mechanics and, most importantly, adding more content. Future PlansThe goal is to expand this prototype into a full, replayable roguelite experience. The main plans are:Massive Content Expansion

More Enemies: A wide variety of creatures with unique mechanics, dialogues, and abilities.

More Items & Gear: Hundreds of new weapons, armor pieces, and accessories with special effects and passives that allow different playstyles.

New Rooms & Events: More room types, puzzles, traps, and special encounters to keep each run unpredictable.

Floor Bosses: Unique bosses for each level of the labyrinth, with multi-phase battles and complex attack patterns.

Deeper Game Systems

Advanced Eromancy: A crafting-style system where players can combine elemental essences to discover new spells, making magic more dynamic and experimental.

Goddess Interaction: A deeper favor system with quests, more impactful blessings, and possibly curses if you anger them.

Narrative & Dialogue: Expand the lore of the Labyrinth and its champions. Add more combat dialogue options that can influence battles in unexpected ways.

Polish & Quality of Life

Audio: Original soundtrack and sound effects for actions, attacks, and UI.

Animations & VFX: Enhanced animations and more visual effects to make combat feel more dynamic and impressive.

Save System: Add the ability to save the game and continue later.

Well, as you can see, the game is still in its early stages... so your help with advice, mechanics, and ideas will be greatly appreciated in order to move forward in the best possible direction.I want to clarify that Ariasha's illustration differs from the champion selection because the design was different before. I have to redo her portrait image. Thanks!

Ixshi is cursed with an indulgent curse! Now he has to feed it or be consumed!

The first episode is here! Almost 9 minutes long. I really enjoyed making this and hope you all enjoy it just as much. We start off the story a few months after the initial origin comic! So Ixshi has had his powers for a little bit. You can read the Origin story in the art section! We also have our first commissioned cameo, featuring Gingersnap! Also a good friend of mine so it was fun to have them on board for this project. You all also get a look at one of the new characters: Mina! She is Ixshi's room mate who is chronically online, does 3D work, and has some fun secrets of her own! Will Ixshi be able to handle his new problem while still keeping the curse under control? We shall see! What's next up for Indulger's Curse? Short animations, more images, and a new side story...JOBS (Featuring 2 new cameos). Stay tuned!

Everything comes to a head in "Catalyst" as the sinister Dr. Eggman has located the treasure buried away within South Island, the mythical Chaos Emerald, and is making due haste to obtain it! (Patreon) ----- Creator Commentary -----This animation started as a little reward for patreon, but I extended the initial deadline and it proceeded to consume an entire month of work. I can't believe my dumbass thought I could squeeze 100+ hours into less than10 days XD. It still ended up pretty constrained for time in spots but I'm still pretty happy with a lot of the shots. There's definitely room for improvement and things I'd definitely do differently now, but that'll have to be for future projects. I can already tell I've improved a lot over the course of this animation alone and learned so many things. One thing I want to work on in the future is composition. I feel like a lot of the shots in this one are kind of similar and a bit flat at times. I want to mix it up and add a bit more depth and direction to the shots. I feel like it could've benefited from some extra small shots too like a proper establishing shot or replacing some of the reused shots with a different shot. The other big thing is consistency and staying "on model", I feel like I should've spent a little extra time revising Calico's design and developing her ref sheet to add more clarity to the size, shape, and positioning of all her markings and revising her design. I draw her so much cuter now, that's need to be reflected in her reference material! I did a little bit of pre-production and it certainly helped, but due to the initial time constraints of the project before I extended it, things got a little rushed in some of the initial shots and I was too far in to go back and redo them. I should've given the thumbnails for the shots some extra iterations, looked at the project as a whole, and how contiguous shots would look next to each other. Oh well, there's always next time! For larger projects in the future, I'm definitely going to slow down and give them the proper love, care, and time they need. I'm looking forward to working on more animations!
