Not only a promotional music video for the latest single released by Iopna (Unisophone U4109), but the first public showcase of the Iopna "81" lip-syncing system, developed in 2022. Animated by me (I could probably use more practice.) Try the demo at iopna.neocities.org/81Pub

Aster The Drummer

Welcome to Sonic DX! This is a Brickfilm Sonic Parody Web Show I intend on making. I apologize for this episode being so short, to be completely honest this was a test for me to animate lip syncs and a spindash (both of which are currently being updated) but yeah, here is EP 1.

Knuckles the Knucklehead

A lady is elastic over a bowl of fresh flavor

I watched some old Japanese instant noodle commercials and thought "This would be hilarious if taken in an entirely different context". So I did pretty much that. Going into production stuff now, holy damn this was marred with procrastination. It took forever for me to write and even finish the script, I took many breaks off during the coloring and animation stage and also got FUCKING SICK during the lip flap phase (my least favorite part), AGGGGHHHHHHH!!! It's just good to have this done FINALLY!!!!!! On an unrelated note, NG is looking spiffy as fuck recently, especially with those audio portal updates, keep looking good NG:) (This was made for the Arbitrary Jam) Writer:<a href="https://nicolistheguy.newgrounds.com/">nicolistheguy</a> Animation:<a href="https://nicolistheguy.newgrounds.com/">nicolistheguy</a> Voice Actors:<a href="https://igwanasuchus.newgrounds.com/">IgwanaSuchas</a><a href="https://razzmatazzzzle.newgrounds.com/">Razzmatazzle</a><a href="https://aalasteir.newgrounds.com/">Aalasteir</a><a href="https://nicolistheguy.newgrounds.com/">nicolistheguy</a> Sound stuff specifically for my lines because I suck at audio production:<a href="https://aalasteir.newgrounds.com/">Aalasteir</a> The very lovely music that I used<a href="https://vekon.newgrounds.com/">vekoN</a> Here's the fla if you wanna mess with this, idk (Use with Flash 8 upward)<a href="https://files.catbox.moe/im0yeu.fla" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://files.catbox.moe/im0yeu.fla</a>

A Bowl of Noodles

short endacopia animation (lip sync practice)

This is how he prepares himself before attacking defenseless children. Short lip-sync test from last year.

Afton hypes himself up

Sound from the movie Ted. Initially, I did this with Russian dubbing, so the lip-syncing might not match a little, I gave up redoing it lmao.

Dillon lost his patience (Dillon's dead-heat breakers)

Part 1 Sneakpeak of a longer animation! Snakegirl teasing her victim

To show what I've been working on I made this fast sneakpeak of the first part of the animation for the game CyberCarnal VR! Animation:These animations will be in made in parts (climax, penetration, HJ) to up the quality, while giving you a sneakpeak, a longer animation in flatscreen/VR and game content. Then I can introduce it into gameplay with branching paths/minigames to give you different experiences until I finish the IK body of your VR character to have the final experience of using the dolls with some physics/toys!Also first time using voice acting and trying to lip-sync was difficult to really get the feeling of it, so please feedback is certainly needed! Positive or negative I want to hear your own opinion so I can learn from my mistakes :D Thank you all for reading and following! More content is coming in the next weeks!Hope you all enjoy!!!

Sneakpeak_Drone_in_the_NET

Very old animation I made, I'll make more nsfw stuff soon

This started out as a lip sync test then I made it a whole thing it took me like 4 hoursThe Osaka illustration belongs to uee_m, the rest belong to their respective original creators

So, decided to complete that one lip sync animation of mine, again not perfect but I like how it turned out, so here it is

Wasn’t that bad (finished animation)

A man attempts to drink a bottle of water to quench his thirst, but it goes very wrong.

good mornable folks! i'm finally back! i SERIOUSLY apologize for the long break between animations, though i am not quite sure if yall care anyway because my last animation was blammed out of the site (i don't feel bad, though, it was a macromedia flash 8 animation test). this one was very quick to finish, though then again i put absolutely zero work on the backgrounds and the character. i thought of this idea right before i went to bed one night, and i figured it was funny enough to make it real thing. this was also the first animation in which i drew storyboards for, shown below.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/663/iu_1663919_26161781.webp" alt="iu_1663919_26161781.webp" data-smart-scale="764,573"><img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/663/iu_1663925_26161781.webp" alt="iu_1663925_26161781.webp" data-smart-scale="764,573">the voice work was done by me. literally just me. the coughing sounds were also real. i actually did drink a bottle of water through the wrong pipe for this animation. anything for entertainment! overall, i'm quite proud of this animation. it doesn't look terrible (TO MY STANDARDS!!!) and the lip syncing was on point. even though this was my third animation i've done on flash 8 (the first one was the aforementioned test and the second one was a small scene of a show that was uploaded on youtube - search "bgesvil" on that site and click the most recent video to see it, it's like the second or third scene), i feel this stupid little video is a favorite of mine. i hope you enjoyed this small animation. if you didn't, that's okay. i'm still learning this 21-year-old software (i couldn't make up my mind as to what animating software to use on my computer), so some constructive criticism is appreciated. will i continue to make animations? hell yeah! HOWEVER, my output's gonna remain as slow as it is right now because i'm starting technical college in 3 days (at time of writing), and i don't want to fall behind on any work.

Wrong Pipe

i made this in macromedia flash 8 to practice lip-syncing, im still trying to grasp the basics of adobe flash 8

Was testing a bunch of stuff like modeling, different types of animations, alternative lip sinc, and what not. This is just plop. Not sure why I made the ninja from Metal Gear Solid, but I just wanted to get a sword working within a VRM model. Just happened to throw in some photos from a nice park in Toronto Canada. More animation, and a movie at...<a href="https://www.youtube.com/@Jam3sBrad87" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">YouTube</a><a href="https://www.deviantart.com/jamesbradfordhuston" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">DeviantART</a>

Ninja Grey Fox VS Canadian

In the description of test - 1 I mentioned that I really struggled with lip syncing so i’ve been over analyzing every animation I come across ever since, so of course lips are the main focus this time around. this animation took a lot more time than the last (about a month with breaks in between) because i spent most of the time learning, eyeballing everything because I couldn’t find a tutorial that had what I was looking for, and going back to scenes and redoing them. My pacing / consistency had always been something I’ve struggled with so I hope to improve on that as I go^^ previous test - <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1015131">https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1015131</a>

[Hellsing F__g] // Animation Test — 2

this one was created right after the first one. so their is a lack of blinking. he toook the wrong chocolate, lol. also was trying new stuff, like the background and lip syncing, but also was trying a new editing software at the time. thats why it looks stiff on the movements. But Now I am getting better though. :}

John speed tank world part 2: Wrong garage

Dang, it’s been a while since I actually finished an animation project.I’ve been trying out walk cycles and lip synching with this one.The gentleman’s voice was done by me.

The Friendly Gentleman (An Animation Exercise)

This project had an extra level of difficulty because the Ophelia model doesn't have the facial phonemes that our other models have. making the lip-sync process very slow. But I'm happy to turn this commission out for one of our great patrons, and put another Ophelia vid up on the boards! Time to switch gears and get back to finishing up AMOZ Outworld, two episodes to go, and I want them done before the year ends! Thanks for your patience, everyone. Dean vs Ophelia Trailer

If Sonic and Shadow could swap lives for a day, what's the first thing they'd do?

Well this was a long time in the works. I had initially wanted to complete this back in November 2024, when the annual Sonic Twitter Takeover did a Sonic x Shadow Takeover and this particular audio clip caught my interest. I churned out the character designs and lip sync in a week, but for personal reasons, I put the project on hold. I tried to revisit it a couple of times in 2025 and gradually built out the rigs, but again, none of these ever resulted in a finished product. Finally, I decided to commit to completing this animation once and for all, so I redid the rigs, went through a lot of troubleshooting to get the type of movement and hand gestures I wanted, and now it's finished. 1 year and 9 months might be the longest production time I've had for an animation, at least from something I already started a long time ago, but I hope you all enjoy it. Join host, Darwin for the most hard hitting Fish Journalism on the Internet!

For anyone wondering about the weird lip sync, I didn’t animate this like normal. This is a segment of my livestream “The Mug Morning Report” over on YouTube. Darwin was made to match the other PNGTuber characters. Also hadn't realized I left the "Like, share and subscribe" thing at the end from the YouTube version of this upload. Whoops!

Ocean Watch: Comb Jellies

After working on shots for <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1044252">Unleashed ReAwakened</a> in 2022 and <a href="https://www.tumblr.com/celticwerewolfdraws/746843266696232960/my-scene-for-gguycools-rayman-sings-sex-bomb?source=embed" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rayman Sings Sex Bomb ReAnimated</a> in 2024 (I can’t upload my shot for the latter onto Newgrounds as it uses unlicensed music -_-;; ) I hadn’t animated anything in about a year due to life, mental health and whatnot. Realising this, decided I should continue to flex my animation muscles, using Rayman again! (cause he lives in my head rent-free :P ) The aim of this piece was to practice character acting and lip-syncing, and I think it was pretty successful in those areas. This was originally just meant to me a pencil test but I had the itch to ink and colour it so I just went along with that. I took way too long to finish this thing, having started it in April 2025 and completing it this month (July 2026) Once again this was due to life and my mental health struggles getting in the way. For my next animation however, I'm gonna aim to keep at it and try not to let my anxiety and insecurities get in the way. Their bodies slapped together, echoing in the dimly lit room. Rogue's nails raked down Gambit's broad back, leaving crescent marks as their bodies found a rhythm. His hands gripped her ass, lifting her to meet his powerful thrusts. Each plunge filled her completely, making her gasp, "Remy… it feels too good" Their skin glistened with sweat, bodies entwined like the deadly mutants they were. Rogue could feel his power building, her own absorption growing stronger. She leaned in, capturing his mouth, their tongues clashing. "I can taste your charge, Cajun," she moaned Gambit's hips bucked wildly, his body tense. "Cher… I'm about to blow," he warned. She smirked, biting her lip. "Do it, Gambit. I want to feel you cum inside me." With a final thrust, they came undone, their bodies shuddering as they rode out their intense release.

Her nails dug into his back as he thrust hard, their bodies slapping together in a primal rhythm. T'Challa gripped Ororo 's hair, tilting her head for a brutal kiss. She nipped at his lip, growling, "Faster, T'Challa." He obliged, driving into her with relentless force. Their moans echoed off the cold walls of their hidden sanctum, bodies glistening under the dim light. Ororo's breath hitched as she felt her orgasm building. She locked eyes with him, her gaze a storm in itself. "Come with me," she ordered. T'Challa's grip tightened, and he did, his release timing perfectly with hers. They collapsed, spent, their ragged breaths synchronizing. T'Challa rolled onto his back, pulling Ororo close, his heart still pounding against her ear. She nuzzled into him, a content purr rumbling in her throat. "That," she whispered, "was worth the wait."

Lip Symp

Lip syncing is tedious. so I automated it.

I'm planning on getting into animation again! but I have 2 problems. a full time job has eaten my schedule and animation is very difficult and time consuming. while I can't fix the time problem I can make animating easier!

How I Lip Synced This Video!

Mama Bread pulls you aside for some quality lip service, kissing smooching and slurping you for hours on end. When suddenly she pushes your head down towards her massive cock, your throat bulges as you struggle to contain it all. Just as you think you can't take anymore, you hear her roar to a climax, filling your throat with a thick load as you fall to her feet, getting covered with your prize. She smiles down at you, satisfied. She'll be using you again~com by losetobread! :D

Let the Children Watch (Fan Animation)

Witness one of the greatest battles of this century!!

I found this idea really funny and decided to animate it (like I do with all things I make)But seriously... nah that was basically it haha. This isn't a parody of any specific card game (hell, i dont reference ANY), but it does take a lot of inspiration from Yu Gi Oh, which I actually learned a bit about out of pure curiosity thanks to me making this animation. Also wow did I watch Speedoru's Yu Gi No a lot during this work process (others too but that video ESPECIALLY!). Also, I got 200 fans in the middle of working on the lip sync for this, so I'll just pretend I made this for my 200th (even though I started this project literally 1 month ago) Long explanation out of the way, watch the funny characters I wrote, acted, and animated in a month move! Total Runtime: 1:31 Enjoy!

Great card game, DUEL!

An animation that I did for my college class; we were assigned to do a personal project, and I thought, "I never really gave lip syncing a shot. What not?". The audio is from Brooklyn Nine-Nine as part of the "11 Seconds" monthly contest hosted on <a href="https://www.11secondclub.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">The 11 Second Club</a>. I would LOVE some critique on this because I know some aspects of it sucks, but I'm mostly looking towards lip syncing reviews, thank you.

The Monty Hall Problem (Lip Sync Test)

Just a simple lip sync test. Nothing special :)

This was a project for my animation class, I got the audio from Satam or that one really cool Sonic cartoon from the 90’s. Funnily enough, we were only told to do 5 or 6 seconds. If you saw the run time, yeah. When I found the clip, I wanted to do what was basically the whole joke of the scene which made it twelve seconds. I’m pretty sick in the head, so I got this in on time the day it was due. So enjoy! btw, this is the art from the thumbnail:<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/573/iu_1573910_23404997.png" width="764" height="461" alt="iu_1573910_23404997.png" data-smart-scale="764,461"> see ya around :)

I really tried my best to keep her on model as much as possible. I still struggle a lot with faces and proportions so it was a real challenge. Giving her that shadow across the eyes was something i wanted from the beggining and to sell it as much as i could I went in and gave her eyes some focus with soft colours and tried to make them pop as much as i can. Please tell my if it worked cos i like it but am unsure. Also tried lip syncing for that end piece, hope that looks decent enough too!

Nevermind, he just made an account and uploaded the song in the video. Check it out if you wanna, it's pretty damn good! Also, please excuse the lack of lip-movement in the first shot; I made a gif where the character's lips repeatedly opened and closed and Microsoft Clipchamp, being a Microsoft product, just refused to render it correctly. Also also, the 3D sun at the beginning was done by me making a yellow square with a tiny face on it in MS Paint, then going to <a href="http://www.3dgifmaker.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">www.3dgifmaker.com</a> and ticking the option to make the 3d object a sphere, then slowing the gif down and bringing the FPS rate to the absolute max, then ticking the "Trippy" filter to make it look less trippy (lel), before finally making it double-speed in Clipchamp because the sun's face didn't spin into front-view enough times. The corona was done in Clipchamp through the "blur" and "kaleidoscope" filter with half-opacity, with the kaleidoscope being lowest in the "segments" at max speed. ̶A̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶,̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶f̶r̶i̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶l̶d̶ ̶m̶e̶ ̶b̶e̶f̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶I̶ ̶c̶h̶o̶s̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶v̶i̶d̶e̶o̶ ̶(̶t̶h̶r̶o̶u̶g̶h̶ ̶D̶i̶s̶c̶o̶r̶d̶ ̶D̶M̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶r̶s̶e̶)̶:̶ ̶"̶o̶f̶c̶ ̶u̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶ ̶i̶t̶,̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶M̶A̶D̶E̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶a̶n̶i̶m̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶i̶d̶m̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶u̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶s̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶l̶o̶l̶"̶ ̶-̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶"̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶c̶u̶t̶ ̶o̶f̶f̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶v̶e̶r̶y̶ ̶f̶u̶n̶n̶y̶"̶ ̶(̶s̶p̶o̶i̶l̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶b̶y̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶a̶y̶)̶.̶ ̶I̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶b̶a̶b̶l̶y̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶u̶l̶d̶'̶v̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶l̶d̶ ̶h̶i̶m̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶m̶a̶k̶e̶ ̶a̶ ̶N̶e̶w̶g̶r̶o̶u̶n̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶c̶c̶o̶u̶n̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶f̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶v̶i̶d̶e̶o̶ ̶s̶o̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶a̶c̶t̶u̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶s̶h̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶h̶o̶l̶e̶ ̶s̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶i̶r̶s̶t̶ ̶1̶0̶ ̶s̶e̶c̶o̶n̶d̶s̶,̶ ̶b̶u̶t̶ ̶s̶t̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶-̶ ̶b̶e̶t̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶s̶a̶f̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶n̶ ̶s̶o̶r̶r̶y̶! I already said that he uploaded the track, but I'll still say it again. Alright, I should probably stop typing here now and go back to doing nothing for a week and a half. That specific span of time is how far April Fool's Day is from today as I write this brick of text, and that just so happens to the only holiday I actually like participating in (I've also got a little something something prepared for this year's April Fool's Day, just you wait m8). At the very least, I still have some yummy-in-my-tummy diesel patches videos to watch anyday, everyday on my iPad while I have a chicken-and-mayonnaise-filled bread-roll for lunch. Hope to see you soon! - Euan67MAN

My Friend and the Clouds

Since a new Rav song came out, Imma just... go upload that unfinished animation I made 9 months ago Yup, it's THIS short, sorryThe reason on why Rav's main mouth's missin's cuz I was originally gon' hide it, not only to make myself wait 'til the lip sync part more easily, but also cuz he looks funny without it; I mean, sometimes I straight up draw him MOUTHLESS (with no eyes either to be more specific) since I find that version funnier
