A fast paced and graphic music video animated in Aseprite.

The style was inspired initially by Flipnote studio, but then took a turn and became its own thing. Limited to 2 colors and a small resolution of 128x96 to challenge myself. Drawn entirely in Aseprite, with some rotoscoping techniques. I decided to release the video here first, so Newgrounds gets to see it before anyone else! :) This is the first track off of "In Order to Remove a Limb" our second album that was released earlier this year.Enjoy!-Bastard Feather

If you were a superpowered stranger in a new city? Would you take up the mantle of its hero or solve problems your own way? WIRD is the action comedy show that I've always wanted to watch as a kid. It combines my artistic inspirations to create a humorous but deep and compelling story about players vying for power in an ever-changing metropolis. This is a small preview of how the series would look from now on, the pilot will have slight differences with the first episodes of course, but thats how things work i guess. I hope everyone can see this project, its pretty much my debut as an indie animator, and im sure i will have so much fun along the way :) Here's the YT description because yes: "Los CraZy Toons" is an upcoming mexican independent web series created by Liam Locoman. A neat little animation (with sound effects!! wowzies!!)

Hihi agaaiiiin, its been a small little bit, but I've been enjoying the break i have before universityso i decided to make this!! I used this animation to explore another monster instead of Gertrudethat being the absconder .o. a dark reflection of Ruth that lives in bitterness and envy in acknowledgement of what she losti also implemented a secondary character: Abigail! A homeless woman who ended up getting wrapped up in whatever torment the abyss of the hospital has to offer. the sound effects are also a new thing :D i got them from freesounds.org, i think it wouldve been a bit too flat if i didnt include any lol (If i need to credit someone ill happily add them) and the music during the later part is the track "Is that the door" by Zero-Gthe voice of Abigail is done by my friendo at www.youtube.com/@WildNeo(they did splendificus!!)and the voice of Ruth and the absconder was done by mei was originally going to implement actual vocal noises for the voice indicators, but I instead decided to go with sound effects to indicate whos speaking, perhaps ill do that next time when im more experienced .O.critique is appreciated :3 thankyouuuu

A short teaser for a reimagining of Prosnorkulus

A short teaser for what Prosnorkulus might be like if I were to develop it anew. Created by Ryan Maddox with sound design by James Peter Brown. Hey NG! Long time no speak. Thanks for watching the teaser. A little context: I made two episodes of Prosnorkulus over a decade ago during high school and early uni. It still holds a special place in my heart, and I wanted to return to its world in a small way and see how far I could push its scope and style using the skills I've gained during my career in visual effects. I have big ideas for what the series could be if I were to develop it anew, but for now - here's something small that I knew I could realistically bash out in my spare time. Hope you like it. To all the fans of the old cartoons who still comment and message me to this day: Thank you. I really appreciate your continued interest. It means more to me than you know.

I was originally making this for a collab, realized I kinda overdid myself in some aspects (comedically) and am now just gonna release it as its own thing. Also, WIDESCREEN, anyways I'll probably go back to full screen in my next project Enjoy this small cartoon I spent less than a week on Peace :)

A compilation of animations I was hired to make for the sadly-canceled Dreamsettler.

On June 16th, 2022 I was hired to make some animations for Dreamsettler. It was to be the sequel to the acclaimed Hypnospace Outlaw, a game taking place in a fictional version of the internet in a universe slightly different from our own, but was unfortunately canceled in 2025. Though the game never saw the light of day, I at least have the opportunity to share some of the stuff I put together for the project. Dreamsettler was to feature its own version of Flash, known as "Oomph", along with several cartoons made with this fictional software. This is a compilation of all the completed "oomphs" I made for Dreamsettler, along with a small handful of not-so-completed works. They are meant to capture the look and feel of early-to-mid 2000's flash animation with all their charming flaws... but maybe not so much the crude crassness. It was supposed to be a family-friendly product, you know! Most of the things that look bad were made that way on purpose, except for the ones that weren't. Can YOU tell which is which? Enjoy what could have been! (Ruffle emulation makes the buttons on the menu flicker when clicked. I don't know why it does that or how to fix it, it looks fine in the actual flash file. That's what I get for using decades-old software for the sake of authenticity!)

Preview of my animated Pilot Mechanic Artwork showcasing one scene

Mechanic Artwork is a stop-motion steampunk series with elements of 2D and 3D animation. The Lobroach scene showcases the coast of Central Island, Gearman's City - the show's main setting, its locals and the native sealife. The lobroach is a mutated lobster-like being birthed from red chemicals in the air which alter most flora and fauna. This is a mainly worldbuilding focused scene, where we take a short break to catch a glimpse of the island before going deeper into its city, events, conflicts and people behind them all... Show Premise:The show is about human nature, war and never-ending conflict present in our day to day lives, highlighted through altered events of its original universe. After the events of The Great Chemical War turned the skies red, introducing a never seen before otherworldly element to an already alienated by conflict surviving human population, an oasis arises in the name of Central Island. In its core, however, wounds of the past remain to swell, infecting the island throughout. The infection of ideology and division, human greed and hunger for power, as well as pure hatred toward it all, boiling within the blood of the Island’s citizens. The government of Central Island – Hometown, and the rebels – Liberta Clan, now at constant war for who gets to enact and define the laws amidst desperate post-apocalyptic times. A detective, thrown into the fire of all the conflict to solve a seemingly unimportant case, spiralling into madness discovering its true purpose. A complex story intertwining the many factions and characters awaits your judgement.Welcome, dear viewer, to the world of Mechanic Artwork! ANY SUPPORT FOR THE SHOW IS ENCOURAGED AND WELCOMED! Mineral mimicking reptile of a tortoise like form found neath the mountain that I shall dub Thing Mountain the second for now as a placeholder till I find a more suitable name...I discovered the creature after a deep trek in the dark. I accidently sat upon its singularly scuted back as it lay buried-hidden and I was surprised to find myself elevated and mobile despite my contrary action of resting. The cavern/cave dwelling beast had quickly uprooted itself from the stone and begun to take me upon a journey deep into the bowels of the mountain... Song - All Bliss (Garn47) The rules were to tell a comprehensive story though a film that's only one minute long. and i chose animation. And i think i missed the comprehensive part lol. it was very clumped together due to the 1 minute lock, but im half proud of how it came out. This is guy actually won first place in my school county for a Technology Competition. I really don't like it. at all...it could've been better to be honest. but i know people love art period, So ill post what i made. I just used Rines Story from STS, a story me and my twin brother are writing. Here's the the context. (EXTRA INFO GIVEN TO THE TEACHER.) In this Animated Music Video, about loss and new beginnings, this will be almost storyboard like with a small hint of life. its about how rine and youth end up in somewhere entirely new. the video will be hand-drawn, and the characters will vary in color to showcase main feelings and emotions. mostly purple to show how privileged Rine's life was before the war. it will also feature an absence of faces to keep the simplicity. The music will be a somber opera like music. It's All surrounding the theme of loss. ---let's be honest. This story wasn't made on the spot. But it was dumbed down in creation for this music video. It's a plot for something much larger that is currently being worked on. The reason I chose this story of mine was because of its symbolism for my personal life. Growing up me and my family were moving once every 2 years mostly during Halloween. Which led to us missing some pretty cool memories. Me and my twin brother were forced to make new friends over and over and this story kind of resembles that. Rine would be me, struggling with identity and just moving into high school, And G.Y would be my brother. Quiet, Smart. Etc. I know the loss of home more than anyone when it comes to this sort of stuff. That's why I believe this story will be great when others can relate. Even if they don't relate, It's still a pretty dang interesting story.

Portal of Magenta (School Project)

Rose has a strange rock, I wonder what it could do?

A project that should have been done last month is finally done. I'm not as pleased with this as I want but I have to stop because its becoming a waste of time to obsess over small details again. Also had a hell of a time doing the audio, Idk why but you can't layer audio and a render in the sequencer for Blender and it ate up my sanity trying to remedy the issue. (ended up packing the audio and added it later). Also kinda noticed how messed up some of Lily's model is. Some of it is her rig but it mostly is her model not being done in the same way as all of everyone else's major updates. I'll add it to the list of growing things that need fixed. But, next animation is a coin flip, I'm thinking a POV: You drank the wrong potion or Alder + Ash: Someone is getting 'milked'. If you have a preference, let me know, otherwise I'm leaning towards #2. Background ambiance from freesound.org again, and the 'expansion' sound. Other sounds were made by me, recorded with a Audiotechnica AT2020. Its finally warming up so I plan to start recording some ambiance on my own.

Rose's funny rock

Second short for Voodoo Vids! slowly introducing new characters, here we meet Paul! In the first episode, Paul was a background reaction character for a single appearance... but I like how he looked so much that I decided maybe he is another regular. Of course, he is now a regular. Expect to see him haunting the shop more often. Some behind the scenes.I use blender for all the animation. I designed and made all the characters, painted their textures, rigged them... that has taken the longest to do. But now that I have them, essentially it's all about writing, animating and editing the final episode in premiere pro.You have to wear many hats with indie animation, often you do a bit of everything in the production pipeline. And to every animator that has had sleepless nights doing "one more shot" or "one more frame" to make their production happen. Well done. This stuff is HARD. AudioA lot of audio I gather from freesound.org Or i'll record some bits of foley myself. In this episode I sat in front of a microphone shaking a real VHS tape around to get the sound of it in the characters hands. The sound is something I try to spend a lot of time on. Panning the voices through different shots to make the characters feel like they are in the world, adding a subtle room ambient reverb, panning the voice audio when the character turns their head... Such a small thing, but it's the difference between audio that feels "in world" and audio that feels "stuck on top" Time ScalesEpisode 1 took around 2 weeks to do (not including building all the props and the sets etc) , but Episode 2 I managed in 4 days. The context of the episode matters too, If i need to make a bunch of unique props for the story that can take more time. but I could factor in an extra day to just model all the scene specific props. The exterior of Paul's house in this episode for example was a last minute addition. I had time to quickly model it. and light it. so was happy to get it in. Cinematographygetting those nice cinematic shots is important to me, so I spent a lot of time studying the rule of thirds, and other techniques like the golden ratio. If you want to up your game on camera shots. look into this stuff, it'll take you from a bad framing loser to a Hollywood champ in no time! Simple rules to follow and they yield good results. (knowing when to break them is important too) I'm enjoying discovering what kind of show this is turning out to be, I don't have a plan or massive future goal, I just want to explore, introduce new ideas, experiment with different skill sets and channel them all into this video shop.I've got a lot of ideas about more scenarios and characters to make. I'm always open to ideas too so if you want to add something to Voodoo Vids in some way get in touch, let's talk. If you've read this far then thank you, Some people aren't interested in this stuff, but I'd like to include it for those that do enjoy some more content to read after they (hopefully) enjoyed the short. Love to hear your feedback, thoughts in general. drop a comment even if its just to say Hi :) Bren.

Erjansk is an upcoming horror indie animated show with no budget

Erjansk is an upcoming indie animated show with no budget, but a passionate team of small, talented creators. It is a stop-motion horror comedy mixed with 3D, 2D and live-action elements. 🩸Support the show and its creator:https://buymeacoffee.com/victoransxd Done as part of my Master's degree thesis film at Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, Faculty of New Media Arts, Graphics, Multimedia Communication in February, 2026 Upcoming Pilot’s description:A man seeks stability in an announcement board with job offers and ends up discovering something seemingly too good to be true. This leads to him finding out the real lengths he needs to take in order earn the pay: “At The Meatgrinders’“ cook vacancy interview requires him to cook meals that utilize “family” recipes to prove his culinary worth… easy enough? Show premise:The story of Erjansk is about consequence of unlimited power given to man and its capabilities. The city of Erjansk, roots of which lay in medieval ancient times, is now stuck in a soviet-like time period, where progress is punished and evolution had long been paused. The city, smelling of urine and rot - now a playground for beings with godlike abilities called The Other. They come in many forms, usually inspired by the mundane, twisted into something absurd and nightmarish to turn basic human experiences into hell. Human meat is just food, and the skin is no different to cloth or wallpaper. Human suffering is but a trial, a gateway to become just like them. They can wipe out all life but simply choose not to, for it would no longer bring amusement, and pain and suffering is the only thing left that allows them to truly grasp it. To the average erjan - every move may result in death, restarting of life cycle, and every daily activity may end up being their last. Upcoming horror indie animated show intro reveal

Erjansk is an upcoming indie animated show with no budget, but a passionate team of small, talented creators. It is a stop-motion horror comedy mixed with 3D, 2D and live-action elements. 🩸Support the show and its creator:https://buymeacoffee.com/victoransxd Upcoming Pilot’s description:A man seeks stability in an announcement board with job offers and ends up discovering something seemingly too good to be true. Welcome to Erjansk, where every episode is a new experience, location and character filled with absurdity, horror and dread. 🩸 2D Intro Animation | NullyWully:https://www.instagram.com/nully_wully/https://www.youtube.com/@RealNullyWullyhttps://nullywully.newgrounds.com/ 🩸 Erjansk Intro music | Tsushinki:https://tsushinki.bandcamp.com/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5hQLwuZVUUUku2EazuddOw My socials:Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@VictoransXDNewgrounds: https://victoransxd.newgrounds.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/victorans_xd/Discord Username: victoransxdDiscord Server: https://discord.gg/zScx9Kef29Deviantart: https://www.deviantart.com/victoransTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@victorans_xd

Goblin brothel 1 WIP

Music by Armin Jusuframić, performed 2025, https://arminjmusic.com/Thank you so much for this fantastic dark ambient reinterpretation! The original version of this comic-animatic was drafted around 2010. Dead Space was the game that motivated me to buy my first proper gaming computer back in the 2010s.Back then, during a gaming party with some friends, one of them introduced us to Dead Space which he played in his Xbox 360. I was Blown away. I was unaware of the advancements in horror gaming and loved the immersive environment and creature designs. So I started saving for both a custom gaming computer from a small PC building business(a Rig which would also serve me for art and design) and a physical copy at an Office Depot (I didn't know of Steam until the sequel came out). While I was setting apart the money to buy my gaming rig, thanks to the immense hype and anticipation I started drawing the original version of this comic. This scenario was drawn thanks to the lore that my friend who owned the game at the time, told us while he was playing, and I also listened to the lullaby posted here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpYz4EQVo1w&list=RDbpYz4EQVo1w&start_radio=1, Something to note is that, prior to drafting the original version I didn't see the marketing trailer, I didn't watch other gameplays or youtube videos, I didn't check the Wikia, and the character references for drawing were scarce on the internet. As you see that version was left incomplete. I was lacking some art skills, and the figures and books from the game were not very available in my country until much, much later. I got my PC and my game and forgot about it for a long while. I picked up this fan art piece, after many years as it was a fun exercise in graphic narrative, and now I learned a bit of extra skills to properly finish comics. For the storytelling, I took inspiration from the Lullaby and used the lyrics as symbolisms to narrate the sequence within these pages. This is the tought process and break-down of the panels you see: Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star (glowing eyes)How I wonder what you are (a lifeform, a necromorph)Up above the world so high (necromorph falls from the ceiling)Like a diamond in the sky (Necromorph's glowing eye+ The Miner looking up)When the blazing sun is gone, (Sun=Miner's life)When the nothing shines upon, (Darkness=Miner's death)Then you show your little light (Little light=Infector's Proboscis, sign of reincarnation/life, tunnel of light while dying or near death)Twinkle, twinkle, all the night. (All the night=Time Passing, transformation ongoing, preparing to return to life as a new form) Then the traveler in the dark, (Isaac)Thanks you for your little spark, (living monster=uncleared area )He could not see which way to go, (path unexplored, exit level is near)If you did not twinkle so. (if Isaac didn't find a living Necromorph) When the blazing sun is gone, (Marker blocks sunlight)When the nothing shines upon, (Darkness=Marker is the source of the nightmare)Though I know not what you are, (the necromorph looming behind)Twinkle, twinkle, little star. (necromorph glowing eyes, little star= a lifeform) I haven't checked newest sources or lore expansion to see if what I "saw" in the lyrics was accurate to the story's representation XD. But still, wanted to finish this. Thanks so much for watching! I hope to get/play the reboot and buy its artbook soon!
