Lacie (TRIES) to get a job, probably as a babysitter, a maid or a... newspaper seller?

Animated Loop of Amy Rose from Sonic Unleashed

This is what should have happened in Sonic Unleashed. Amy has always been my favorite Sonic gal so I jumped at the chance to animate her. Such a shame Sega didn't give us an extended Amy sex scene after Sonic saves her. If Sonic and Shadow could swap lives for a day, what's the first thing they'd do?

Well this was a long time in the works. I had initially wanted to complete this back in November 2024, when the annual Sonic Twitter Takeover did a Sonic x Shadow Takeover and this particular audio clip caught my interest. I churned out the character designs and lip sync in a week, but for personal reasons, I put the project on hold. I tried to revisit it a couple of times in 2025 and gradually built out the rigs, but again, none of these ever resulted in a finished product. Finally, I decided to commit to completing this animation once and for all, so I redid the rigs, went through a lot of troubleshooting to get the type of movement and hand gestures I wanted, and now it's finished. 1 year and 9 months might be the longest production time I've had for an animation, at least from something I already started a long time ago, but I hope you all enjoy it. I worked on this project throughout the summer of 2022, straight after graduating university and completing it that September. Being on this project was a really valuable learning experience for me as an animator and artist overall. I want to thank DoubleR and PixelisFake for allowing me to take part in this awesome project!! :D (I would have (and should have) uploaded this piece MUCH sooner but good ol' social anxiety and life in general got in the way of that lmao) Software used:ProCreate - background assetsRoughAnimator - Character and effects (floor) animationTVPaint - colours, shading, background animation, compositing, effects animation (lightning bolts)Adobe Premier Pro - final compositing Audio belongs to SEGA

Sonic Unleashed ReAwakened: Shot 67

About to time I'm finally to show you something that I have been working from May to June, and that's as the name says, Sketchog Mania! A one month late celebration to the blue blur himself being Sonic, but with a different interpretation I did for the Sketchog version! Originally this was supposed to be on GameCage's Sonic 35th Anniversary Fan Showcase but due to the amount of entries that were in, I was unfortunately unlucky that this animation didn't make it in. Show some love to it shall we? A lot of cool fans worked on it! And if you wanna hear the Youtube version without the remix, then here as well: Checkpoint belongs to Hyper Potions, Nitro Fun, and Monstercat.

First animation on Newgrounds! This short had been in the works for a while, starting out as an excuse to use both of these Sonic and Tails figures in stop-motion, all the way to learning and experimenting with Blender for backgrounds and such! Learned quite a lot while working on this one and so ready to get back into animation. Up and away!

Buzz Bunny... Well, erm... Burns the blunt I supopose.

So this is a bit of an unanticipated upload but the next Screwypilled Tooncels cartoon still isn't complete and I'm trying to relax on my California trip since it's not that long(next time I wanna stay longer for SURE though I love it here) despite me initially wanting to have completed it here so I can say I made a cartoon in California.... I still wanted to deliver something though and I remembered Dirty Soda had a character, Dizzy, from this cartoon. This is my Illustration class project final, originally screened on April 24th of this year. I wanted to use my animation expertise in a classroom full of Graphic Design majors, though the animation is very limited since it wasn't an animation class. It almost looks like Rocky and Bullwinkle at times. But everyone was absolutely howling. I made some changes from the version I showed in class though, you can see that version on YouTube. Namely, I changed the background music to Ghost of Sheperd's Pie by Geoffrey Burch because apparently Happy Go-Lively by Laurie Johnson from the Ren and Stimpy soundtrack isn't public domain/copyright-free despite feeling like it should be tbh, and I didn't find out until after I had made that version. I also got rid of the film grain since that was actually added at the request of my professor when I explained I was parodying old PSA cartoons like One Beer and Sonic Sez, and changed the name to Buzz Bunny Burns The Blunt to differentiate it from the Screwypilled Tooncels One Joint cartoon. Another key difference is that I restored the suicide joke cut from the version I presented in class. But enough yapping, you guys let me know which version you like best. Here's concept art. I initially tried making Buzz look as stupid as fuck as possible. Just look at this idiot: As well as this comic version I made to present to my class alongside the animated version to promote my portfolio site to classmates:

A short about Sonic not eating strawberries.

Sonic has a pile of strawberries, but he won't eat them. It's a strange concept, but it has a deeper meaning. This is my first Flash animation produced since May, and I managed to finish it before Sonic's birthday. It taught me a lot about animating in Macromedia Flash 8, so much so that I plan to share what I learned in a future blog post. HI EVERYONE! This is my first upload on Newgrounds, and my first fully 2D animation, made just in time for Sonic's 35th Anniversary and ahead of Powerpuff Girls Z's 20th Anniversary too! I've had this idea in mind since a few months back, but it was kinda hard to figure out how to animate in 2D until I installed Flash a few days ago. I've always wanted to try 2D Animation, but I never got started properly until now. Anyway, I made this with the hope of getting into Sonic Shorts Volume 12! (or Volume 11, if Paradox is still awaiting submissions, although unlikely) So, @TheSonicParadoxTeam, if you see this, here's the FLA for this potential submission, in case you consider replacing the audio as well as the placeholder Japanese voice clips from Sonic Heroes and/or adding this one to Volume 11 or 12:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hhPA6miZMFMnlZDVf0q0bKa__nUK1BBo/view?usp=drivesdk This is my proudest achievement so far, finishing a 2D Animation for the first time. So happy to hear everyone's thoughts on this. I've got another 2D short in mind that I wanna work on now that I've finished this, but I personally think this is my favourite so far.

THING (Metal Sonic Cover) Animation

BANG BANG BANG MEME (Sonic Cover) Animation

Today is a very special day, because it is officially the 20th anniversary of the release of Super Mario Bros. Z! Even to this day, this little sprite animation series holds a very special place in my heart, inspiring me to do what I’m best known for with my own sprite animations! And to celebrate this special occasion, I made my own “retake” of yet another iconic fight scene from that series, being “Mario and Sonic VS Mecha Sonic” from SMBZ Episode 7! I had just as much fun with making this as I did with Semi-Super Metallix VS Axem Rangers X back in 2024, so I hope you all enjoy this new revamped take on Ep. 7’s fight scene, too, and I think it would be incredible if Mark Haynes himself saw this, so please share this video around and give it the attention I think it deserves, same for Mark’s series, too, whenever Episode 3 of his reboot comes out (but I can wait for that day to come one day haha)

The Cutscene that shows how Sonic arrived on Orbit Island!

Sonic wanted to visit Orbit Island to see its magical strange characteristic of movement around the ocean, but during the morning he parks his plane near the island he realizes it has been invaded by the evil Dr. Eggman. It's up to Sonic now to stop him in the game Sonic Tameshi!
Here is the animation of the first cutscene from my fangame Sonic Tameshi in higher quality! Originally, this animation was going to be the only one in the game besides the intro and ending, but near the end of development I decided to add scenes between all the zones. The Music was composed and sung by Daki-24

A Sonic Discord Server Animation - The Sonic Squad Plays Sonic CD

I just felt like making this. The part before this was pretty funny. Mind you, Sonic discord server is not for the faint-hearted so people who are under 13+ I suggest you bear in mind that you can't listen to that channel very well. Especially if your parents were to come in and see you listening to the channel. 13+ people, Sonic enjoyers, SDS Fans, I hope you enjoy this animation. Took me about 3 days to finish, but that's called dedication.
