The Shapes That Move

Hello, I am System Unit 393AP. In this animated video essay, I describe how the 21st century Cold War is being defined not by a competition of ideological economic systems, and fought not just by conventional military strategies, but also through an accelerationist push with AI and genetic engineering technologies to redefine the essence of what a "human" will be. The dawn of the cyborg age. My dearest friends, hello! A big phat update for Trauma Pets is on the way! Read all about it!https://store.steampowered.com/app/4236490/Trauma_Pets/ NEW CONTENT-Added a special breed of Trauma Pets that can exclusively be caught at the Port.-Added a Training Area where you can test your Trauma Pet's skills without hurting its health.-Added an extra minigame in the Stadium.-Added an extra minigame in the Factory. GAMEPLAY CHANGES-Resurrected Trauma Pets will now re-appear in your inventory with full Stamina.-Reward multipliers have been slightly decreased.-Repurposed the way stats are assigned for Trauma Pets.-Fixed a bug where Trauma Pets would get more tired playing specific minigames.-Fixed a bug where the Ominous Temple would just... be a complete mess really.-Adjusted the prices for several items. -Adjusted the rules of several minigames.-Adjusted the physics of the Alternate Dimension minigames.-Addressed the very vaguely explained alleged security issue from the previous build by updating Unity.-And more! AESTHETIC CHANGES-Tinkered a bit with post processing, particles and light effects.-Changed the camera angle for minigames and other scenes.-Fixed a few awkward typos and text-related oversights.-Fixed a bug where particles wouldn't display the appropriate color.-Fixed a bug where the Trauma Pets in the Ominous Temple and Alternate Dimension wouldn't display appropriately.-Visual and audio feedback for a few UI elements has been made clearer to understand. -Re-modeled and re-animated many components of the Trauma Pet anatomy.-Re-modeled many components of the environment. -Added a soundtrack, courtesy of Livio Brescia (again...), that can be toggled on and off.-And more! Is this the end of Trauma Pet's life cycle? Well... i haven't implemented the golf minigame yet. Plus i'm sure there'll be plenty more bugs i missed because i'm the only guy doing the playtesting. So yeah, see you soon whether it's for something different or just another update for Trauma Pets!

ANIMATION-GETTING THE CALL

"Cirno is the coolest" Happy Cirno day Everynyan, this year i decided it would be cool to finally upload the old cirno day stuff i made to NG, This animation was the first ever video i ever uploaded when i began the Forgedmaid channel like 4 years ago, so now it will also be my first video here on NG and probably the only one for awhile cuz of copyright (i really wanted to post the campfire song song one here but alas), the other cirno animation will be posted as an art gif I remember showing this anim to my mum when i was making it and she tought i didn't know bow to draw and was coloring some else's drawing (ouch)I really hope it's noticeable just how much i improved in half a decade (Jesus it didn't feel like THAT long ago) Also [screw] youtube for cutting the right side of the video to automatically turn it into an short (there was text on the side saying "im the coolest") >:[

A robot presents its report on the invasion of a planet (no IA)

A Petrieu presents information about the degenerate planet to his superior, giving him everything he needs to know No AI was used in this creation, either for the text or the voices -The text was written entirely by me. I tried to make it feel like a real military report, and it was also my first time writing dialogue for a character-The voices come from Apple, since the characters speaking are robots, I think these voices fit them pretty wellMy English is still not good enough for me to comfortably record long texts like this myself As for the sound effects used in this animation, most of them come from Epidemic Sound Please excuse me if the video is a little long And have a nice day :0

The Manipulator species is coming to an end...

I promise this is the LAST time you guys are going to have to read text off of the screen to understand the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5i8IL0ZcuI&list=PLZsJENN83WtMjy8wH35fFfNbfHGvzgWHH full manipulator saga, watch this to understand who the manipulators are (this is the main story of the manipulators and includes my character Nico) Becoming dissatisfied with what their home dimension could offer, the Manipulators explored the multiverse, leading unique lives and leaving an impact on many different dimensions. However, the story of the manipulators are coming to an end, as a mysterious object starts appearing which leads to the capture/death of the manipulators. What is happening to the manipulators will be revealed in my next animation which is also the final animation of the Manipulator saga and it is going to be really good This animation is kind of weird and very different from my usual animations, not featuring Nico at all and giving small snippets of the lives of other manipulators in their dimensions that aren't really their own story/aren't resolved, so I don't know how to feel about it The animation is inconsistent, with the first part in the red dangerous dimension having the most animation but then the rest of the animation is basically like a slideshowBut still hope you enjoy and I hope this makes a good addition to the manipulator saga Music: Bach - Goldberg Variations, Aria (on piano)Kevin Macleod - DarklingKevin Macleod - Reign SupremeKevin Macleod - Magic scout - Farm

Just an experimental short I did for a class in uni. The theme for the final project was "my sky", so I decided to play around with the fact that in spanish "my sky" is a pet-name usually used for those you love. I wanted the text to be both condesending and loving towards the audience, for it to be a bit uncomfortable, like a strained or toxic relationship that you can't fully let go off. The pacing is off, but my laptop couldn't handle some extra scenes and stuff I had planned. They never warn you about video filters potetially killing your laptop. It was nice to play the omnichord for a project. I am planing to make more stuff like this, but with actual characters (and maybe voices).

Mi cielo/My sky

Whoops, unsure what happened with that last upload. It appears those darn supernatural forces are tampering with my stuff again. Hate it when that happens. Anyways, I gave them some Snickers bars so they should be away for a while. Here's the upload of the episode as originally intended. Gonna copy over the description too. This is the sixth episode of Roasted Meatloaf, originally made in 2023 (though I think production started in 2021 when the fifth episode was being made.) After the efforts put into the previous one, I decided to make this one a bit simpler. Despite that, the methods of production still evolved a bit. This episode moved away from recordMyDesktop for the screen-recorded sequences and instead utilized Deepin Screen Recorder, which at the time I apparently had no idea apparently originates from a Chinese Linux Distribution named Deepin, which was previously based primarily on Ubuntu and Debian. I'm an Ubuntu user myself, so I guess that's why I got it through the software center around that time. The graphics for this episode shifted back into primarily being made using GIMP. However, Inkscape still remained involved, both for reused elements such as the Inkscape version of my character as well as some newly made assets. Jeff returns as a main role, although he has no lines. Alongside Jeff's return to the spotlight, some elements from previous episodes also play a part. Additionally, this episode confirms that Jeff is also called "J. J." sometimes, which I developed upon him theoretically being a "Jeff J." of some kind. I experimented a bit with using 3D Blender graphics within the 2D world for one part. There was a bit of an animation error with it, but apparently I couldn't bother myself to fix it so I just put up a sign on the wall in the previous shot that explains it in-universe. Speaking of Blender, I've decided to pivot from using Clipchamp to make the credits and re-renders for these version to using Blender for those tasks instead. I just sort of felt like pivoting towards a somewhat better way of editing things. However, I did write out the credits in Clipchamp before deciding to switch to Blender, and I had to consult that so I could copy over the text, so Clipchamp is still credited for having some kind of involvement. Oh also the opening logo text slightly changed again for this episode. I guess I kind of had to do that because it opens on a white background so no one could see it if there was no outline, but the addition of an outline will also remain in use for later episodes. That's the bulk of the details behind this episode I guess. Enjoy if you'd like, don't if you'd rather not.

Cosmo's VR-Ventures - Episode 0.5: The Start of a New Adventure

a short animation about a stickman getting in trouble with the CIA

This is an animation i have been working on this for about a month now and im proud of how it came it out! I dont know how well this movie will do, all my past movies have just gotten blammed so im just hoping the best with this oneIf your wondering why the dialogue switches to hand written to text is because when i was working on this a month ago, for some reason the text tool didnt work properly until a month later soooooo yeah...Also you might need to pause to read some of the dialogue, My bad about that

Grey vs CIA agent

written by me and my friend (mostly his phone's predictive text) and then the audio was made using a shitty

I am sorry for the inconvenience

this animation describes the story of a man who gives in to his dark thoughts and recovers

This is loosely based on me and my struggles (however, i am not making it too personal as i want this animation to be relatable). it focuses on a guy who thinks everyone around him hates him and sees that there is nothing good left. the water calls him and he jumps into the water to escape into a facade of feeling better. then after events (which i wont spoil!) happen, he gets out of the water and feels bad for everything, he reads a text on his phone and reassures himself that he can get better. bare in mind that this is my first proper animation made using adobe animate (and i don't actually have any animation experience) so there is different art styles and forms all throughout the animation which may make things feel disconnected (i am working on it!). the photos in the background are taken by me, all work in this animation is made by me only. lastly i hope you enjoy this, and i hope you come back to see it when it is done, i plan for this to be 3-4 minutes long and right now its 32 seconds. Thank you.

My first animation (WIP)

After a two minute wait... here is part 2/episode 2. I hope you enjoy as much as we loved making it. I REALLY hope everybody enjoyed working on it... I enjoyed writing it. Derek said he had fun... there were no "Why did you make me do this?!" messages, so I think everyone enjoyed it. But still, did you? Did you love it so much that you just absolutely cannot wait to watch the next episode and just wish that you could create a time machine and blast to the future where we release the next? Good. This won't work for every release of ours, but luckily, we have the full volume complete and ready for your review on the youtube! But still.. please come back and watch it here when it comes out, we'll probably include new text in this spot. :) Dippy Saves the World - Ep 3 - After bugs massacre the audience, the show must go on! ((Full season Cast & Crew))Mike Weiner (Sgt. Nevermind, he just made an account and uploaded the song in the video. Check it out if you wanna, it's pretty damn good! Also, please excuse the lack of lip-movement in the first shot; I made a gif where the character's lips repeatedly opened and closed and Microsoft Clipchamp, being a Microsoft product, just refused to render it correctly. Also also, the 3D sun at the beginning was done by me making a yellow square with a tiny face on it in MS Paint, then going to www.3dgifmaker.com and ticking the option to make the 3d object a sphere, then slowing the gif down and bringing the FPS rate to the absolute max, then ticking the "Trippy" filter to make it look less trippy (lel), before finally making it double-speed in Clipchamp because the sun's face didn't spin into front-view enough times. The corona was done in Clipchamp through the "blur" and "kaleidoscope" filter with half-opacity, with the kaleidoscope being lowest in the "segments" at max speed. ̶A̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶,̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶f̶r̶i̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶l̶d̶ ̶m̶e̶ ̶b̶e̶f̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶I̶ ̶c̶h̶o̶s̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶v̶i̶d̶e̶o̶ ̶(̶t̶h̶r̶o̶u̶g̶h̶ ̶D̶i̶s̶c̶o̶r̶d̶ ̶D̶M̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶r̶s̶e̶)̶:̶ ̶"̶o̶f̶c̶ ̶u̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶ ̶i̶t̶,̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶M̶A̶D̶E̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶a̶n̶i̶m̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶i̶d̶m̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶u̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶s̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶l̶o̶l̶"̶ ̶-̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶"̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶c̶u̶t̶ ̶o̶f̶f̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶w̶a̶s̶ ̶v̶e̶r̶y̶ ̶f̶u̶n̶n̶y̶"̶ ̶(̶s̶p̶o̶i̶l̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶b̶y̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶a̶y̶)̶.̶ ̶I̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶b̶a̶b̶l̶y̶ ̶s̶h̶o̶u̶l̶d̶'̶v̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶l̶d̶ ̶h̶i̶m̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶m̶a̶k̶e̶ ̶a̶ ̶N̶e̶w̶g̶r̶o̶u̶n̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶c̶c̶o̶u̶n̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶f̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶u̶p̶l̶o̶a̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶v̶i̶d̶e̶o̶ ̶s̶o̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶a̶c̶t̶u̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶s̶h̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶h̶o̶l̶e̶ ̶s̶o̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶i̶r̶s̶t̶ ̶1̶0̶ ̶s̶e̶c̶o̶n̶d̶s̶,̶ ̶b̶u̶t̶ ̶s̶t̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶-̶ ̶b̶e̶t̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶s̶a̶f̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶n̶ ̶s̶o̶r̶r̶y̶! I already said that he uploaded the track, but I'll still say it again. Alright, I should probably stop typing here now and go back to doing nothing for a week and a half. That specific span of time is how far April Fool's Day is from today as I write this brick of text, and that just so happens to the only holiday I actually like participating in (I've also got a little something something prepared for this year's April Fool's Day, just you wait m8). At the very least, I still have some yummy-in-my-tummy diesel patches videos to watch anyday, everyday on my iPad while I have a chicken-and-mayonnaise-filled bread-roll for lunch. Hope to see you soon! - Euan67MAN
