The tea is brewing, and the garden is blooming—everything’s right on schedule.

Meet Ronnie, a disciplined herbalist who has the wisdom of a seasoned traveller. She is the manager of her family's traditional tea house and is learning the secrets of the soil from her grandfather. She spends much of her time in a greenhouse tending to her green rose bushes. In this mini, Ronnie steps up to her greenhouse workspace to tend to her greatest passion: her signature green rose bush. After carefully tending to its roots, she sprays it with a refreshing mist, leaving the garden flourishing and sparkling, and right on schedule.

The Rainbow Unicorns Superhero Team's Final Mission: Rescue Cat from Tree

The Rainbow Unicorns is a superhero team of Unicorns from Mythica. This episode takes place after Mythiconium has been banned from use and has severely crippled the capabilities of their UFO (Unicorn Flying Observatory). Chronopony, the team's newest member, with the ability to manipulate time has been instrumental to their recent success. The reference to Dave Filoni is not in anyway meant to imply anything negative about Dave Filoni. We love Dave Filoni and his body of work and look forward to what he will do as he takes more of a lead position in the future of the Star Wars franchise. The joke here is supposed to be like one of those Ryan Reynolds/ T.J. Miller jokes where they says someone looks like someone else and then you see it. The character in the TRU episode, Merv the Perv IS a Star Wars nerd (as you can tell by his shirt available in our Tshirt store <a href="https://www.stickermule.com/akirausa/item/21137151" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.stickermule.com/akirausa/item/21137151</a> ) who has modelled his look after Dave Filoni but that doesn't mean all Star Wars nerds that model their look after Dave Filoni are bad people like the one in this episode. Maybe even NONE of them are bad or anything like Merv the Perv. Thanks for watching. If you like it, I made it for you! Thanks for all comments of any kind. The beeped out word that my daughter as Princess Violet said is actually "Ninja." The joke is supposed to be that she innocently says a no-no word (not meaning anything hateful by it) which to the others is far worse than the previous traditional swear words and while Peyo becomes flustered by horrifying racism embodied in the mere utterance of the N word in modern society, Chestnut steps in to show true racism by codeswitching in a pizza order full of negative stereotypes. And then they're "saved" from the awkward situation by their friend's impending death. Any way, i thought it was funny but it's gotten some negative reactions so i thought i'd try to explain how i wasn't trying to put down anyone other than sanctimonious racists. An owl needs a quick boost to finish his assignment

I made this Fall 2025 for Graphic Design II and never shared publicly until now. It's an ad for a fictional energy drink. Entirely hand-drawn on paper as Red Bull commercials was the primary inspiration for it, with some paper cutout animation. Maybe one day I'll make an entire cartoon the traditional way on paper. Also that's right, a cartoon by me that isn't mature for once, see I can appeal to more than just one age group. Didn't know exactly what to rate it but I figured ''well I'm not gonna peddle energy drinks towards kids'' plus some mild language when the owl says he's screwed so T was the safer route. Come to think of it it's funny now that the teacher didn't say anything about that. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUw-K9jHJQc" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Watch on YouTube</a>

Most of you may have known by now that a bootleg scooby doo flash game from the early 2010s had been making the rounds over on TikTok, Instagram and a couple of other places on the internet thanks to popular streamers playing it, it is BEST known not only for the bootleggish vibe it has, but for it's soundtrack (which is simply a loop of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxlRI47GUdg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">a promotional radio edit of Usher's "Yeah!" known as "Dancing GYM"</a> by Elephant Man)..... ok enough of history repeating class after seeing someone make a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZU7SFevUWo" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Doom WAD</a> out of it, I decided to give it a whirl and make my own version using my traditional 3dmm'ing method, originally I was going to edit the song in post production in VideoPad but I decided not to since I can just edit the song in the program, besides the song fitted PERFECTLY with the animation so yeah, or should I say.... Are we victims of the system, or just comfortable cowards? My dystopian animation.

Hey everyone,I wanted to share my graduation short film, "Ghost in the Machine". It’s a dark, dystopian animation that dives into media manipulation, corporate greed, and the matrix of modern control. The Concept:The film uses a TV glitch aesthetic as a narrative device. In this world, a "glitch" isn't a technical mistake—it's a momentary fracture where the polished, corporate reality slips, exposing the raw, ugly machinery of global exploitation, manufactured crises, and mass pacification underneath. The Tech:I spent months bringing this to life using Blender's Grease Pencil. I wanted to create a raw, haunting look by mixing traditional 2D line art with 3D space and heavy glitch post-processing.A quick heads-up: The voiceover is in Hungarian, but I have embedded English subtitles directly into the video, so you won't miss any of the monologue. It ends on a pretty cynical note about collective guilt and societal apathy. I’m genuinely curious to hear what you guys think about both the visual style and the message. Is it too doomer, or is it just an accurate reflection of where we are heading?Drop your thoughts in the reviews!Created with Blender (Grease Pencil).

Happy Mother's Day from the Heart of Linphea! In the magical world of Skyla the Dragon Knight – an official indie spin-off inspired by Winx Club – we honor Poppy, the future Queen of Linphea, devoted mother of Princess Lyna, granddaughter of the legendary Queen Krystal, and beloved future wife of Flora and Helia’s grandson, Herb. Poppy is a gentle, mildly autistic fairy whose love for her daughter blooms as beautifully as the flowers of Linphea itself. With her unique perspective, quiet strength, and deep emotional wisdom, she proves that true motherhood is the most powerful magic of all — patient, understanding, protective, and endlessly caring. This special Mother’s Day tribute features a heartfelt montage of real celebrity thank-yous to their moms, beautifully transitioning into original hand-drawn anime artwork of Poppy’s tender embrace with Princess Lyna. Every frame is crafted with love — 100% traditional digital art, no AI. Whether you’ve followed the Winx Club journey from Alfea to Linphea, or you’re discovering this new generation of fairies and Dragon Knights, this video celebrates every mother who brings her own kind of magic into the world — especially those who shine in their own wonderful, unique way. To all the fairy moms, queen moms, and everyday magical mothers… thank you for everything. Dive deeper into the Skyla the Dragon Knight universe! Happy Mother's Day Poppy | Skyla the Dragon Knight

My college semester is wrapping up and I took a 3d animation class! So thought I'd share what I learned during my time in school. Honestlyyy it wasn't that big of a hurdle to jump, having so much experience with 2D stuff really helped ease me in. It was more-so adjusting to the new program that was the real challenge, navigating the interface, learning the shortcuts, figuring out how to do what I want to do, stuff like that. But when I started actually animating, it came somewhat natural, so I didn't really struggle in this class, it was fun! I got so many weird looks from my teacher when she saw my "stylized walk cycles", that was worth the price of admission alone. Even if this video was kinda eh, I hope you still had fun watching, I'm still working on bigger more traditional animations, so sorry for the wait.Till next time!

Proof of concept for our upcoming series MOTHELL

The Mothell is always open.Come in. Sit down.Something will come along. Okay, let me try to explain a bit of the context, even though words aren't really my thing. The concept is very simple: we're in this surreal diner/motel floating in a space/non-space, where ambiguous characters come looking for... rest? Comfort? Who knows... And where things happen. In every episode a new character is added, and there will be no time ellipses — they'll all be consecutive. All episodes together, watched in a row, will form a single short/feature film, I imagine.Nothing earth-shattering in the traditional sense, but every episode is a metaphor for something — although I won't be the one to say which ones, I'd like everyone to see what they want in it.There's a lore behind it, and what happens happens for a reason, but again, I'd like you to discover it as you go through the series. I'd like to tell you how this idea was born, but I've spent the last two weeks working so intensely day and night on this project... so many ideas, so many changes of direction, additions, modifications, that I've forgotten what the initial spark was. I think that at some point I simply said to myself "Hey, let's try to produce something, doesn't matter what." And so I started putting together some of the low poly assets I've created over the last few years, without worrying too much about the story, just to see what happened. To have that feeling again from when I was a child and played with my toys, and it was enough to just spread them out in front of me on the floor, and suddenly they came to life and anything could happen. And, just like back then, everything happened. I took my "abandoned factory" assets and built a diner out of them (if you look closely you'll notice everything is wrong — the tables are workbenches, so too high to comfortably eat at, and the counter is too low, which is why the protagonists sit in those awkward positions — and those are just two examples), I added a couple of human characters, and made up something for them to do.From there some stories started taking shape in my head, enough to start thinking about making a series out of it, and what seemed like a one-off thing now feels like one of the most interesting projects I've ever come up with. We'll see if that's true. The only rule I gave myself: I want it to be weird, to look off, to reflect my personal pursuit of the "not beautiful." I know, not much of all this happens in this first episode — the main goal here was to see if I was capable of finishing one — but I promise you, as we go on, it'll get better. Then, obviously it's all weird — or maybe I should say New Weird? I'm a huge Jeff VanderMeer fan — so I imagine you have to be into the genre a bit, but either way I'm giving it everything I've got. I'm also leaving here a photo of my paper storyboard, even if you probably won't make much sense of it, I can barely make sense of it myself haha — initially I was planning to post it only as a reel on Instagram, which is why it's in vertical format.<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/580/iu_1580972_27864553.webp" width="540" height="759" alt="iu_1580972_27864553.webp" data-smart-scale="540,759">Thank you so much for your attention and see you next time! A Man Called Man

A psychological horror short about the monsters in our heads.

What does your anxiety look like? This is the official teaser for LATCHERS, an indie 2D psychological horror project. The story follows a student who drifts into "The Vivid": a space where our heaviest internal burdens manifest as physical parasites. Every single shot in this teaser was done solo and frame by frame. I used traditional 2D animation to capture a specific type of heavy, sluggish movement that reflects mental exhaustion and burnout. Most of the dream state visuals were inspired by old glitch art and retro tech aesthetics to keep the atmosphere as unsettling as possible. I might as well put it here since you know, traditional is cool :D The music, animation and voices were all done by me, thanks to DAWs, MIDIs and compiling everything in Flash. the VHS effect was thanks to ntsc.rc (a cool tool which btw, I recommend you try)

We turned Elden Ring into a 90s Saturday Morning cartoon!

We turned Elden Ring into a 80s/90s Saturday Morning Cartoon Intro! This is a fully animated 80s/90s cartoon-style opening inspired by Elden Ring and its DLC like Shadow of the Erdtree, followed by a tie-in Elden Ring game for Super Nintendo commercial! The intro is inspired by classic shows like M.A.S.K, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, Dungeons &amp; Dragons, Captain N, COPS, and other 80s/early 90s cartoon intros. Stick around after the intro, because we added a little extra "commercial" for one of our previous videos, you can watch Elden Ring for SNES in full right here: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUl19SCttaM" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUl19SCttaM</a> or Everything in this video was animated by hand, while we carefully tried mimicking the look, timing, and limitations of traditional 90s TV animation. --- Projects like this are only possible thanks to direct support. Ad revenue alone does not come close to covering the time and cost that goes into fully animated shorts like this. Who will heed her message?-----Reassured, this did not take 7 months to produce. I actually only started it back in December. The huge lull in time can be attributed half to procrastination, and half to being unsure how to proceed. Longform videos would be cool, but they are WAY too time-consuming. So these shorter segments will do. There's also the issue of getting crucial info and worldbuilding out, and that's where I've REALLY been stumped. I want to show off the meatier ideas I've had for this AU, but to get there requires some buildup you may or may not be interested in. You know, the usual Point A to Point B dispute. Now that I've got a better grasp on where I want to go from here, hopefully I can get the next installment out in a more timely fashion. Cephalovirus - Message of the Moon

Antisocial is a handcrafted stop-motion animated music video created over seven years.

ANTISOCIAL is a fully handmade, non-commercial stop-motion short film and animated music video created in Gera, Thuringia, Germany. Created by Studio RE-ANIMA-TRO for the German death-metal-punk band Pedagogic Torment. The entire project was produced independently by one person over the course of seven years — from designing and building puppets and miniature sets to frame-by-frame animation, photography and final post-production. No studio system. No external funding. No shortcuts. More than 6,000 individual frames were created using traditional stop-motion techniques, handcrafted puppets, practical effects and physical materials. There is no spoken dialogue and no subtitles. The film relies purely on visual storytelling, movement and music. Rough textures, handmade surfaces and visible imperfections are intentional and part of the artistic language of the film. ANTISOCIAL explores themes of isolation, resistance and absurd inner conflict through a surreal and darkly humorous story. Instead of explaining everything, the film focuses on atmosphere, movement and interpretation. The soundtrack was written and performed by Pedagogic Torment and acts as the backbone of the project — somewhere between an animated music video and a narrative short film. Since 2024, ANTISOCIAL has been screened internationally at 100+ film festivals across 32 countries and six continents, receiving 29 awards and distinctions. Selected recognition includes:- Winner – Best Story (FEEDBACK Animation Film &amp; Screenplay Festival, USA)- Winner – Best Animated Short Film (FECIS – Salto Independent Film Festival, Uruguay)- Winner – Best Music Video (Mannheim Arts and Film Festival, Germany)- Winner – Best Stop Motion Animation (UK Film Awards)- Winner – Best Animated Film (Global INDIE Filmmaker Awards, United Kingdom)- Winner – Best International Music Video (Zepstone International Film &amp; Music Festival, USA) This project exists because stop-motion is slow, physical and handmade — and because some stories only work when they are built one frame at a time.
