For transformation that only or primarily affects a character's genitals. This tag typically applies to same-sex changes, such as M equine_penis → M canine_penis or F humanoid_vulva → F feline_vulva.
Can be used with gender_transformation if the gender of the genitals changes, such as M humanoid_penis → F canine_vulva, as seen in post #4769510.
However, if only the gender changes and the genital remains the same type, such as M canine_penis → F canine_vulva, genital_transformation should not be used. vulva_to_penis_tf or penis_to_vagina_tf should be used instead.

As a general rule, this tag should not be used with species_transformation, gender_transformation, or any other tag involving full-body changes. However, if a page in the comic is dedicated to genital transformation, then this tag can be used
