Happy Clock Day! I wanted to use the noir setting again and I think this turned out well! I wanted to have a little more continuity between my movies so this acts as a sequel to 'OTB - Littorally the Worst' and a spiritual sequel to 'The Return'. I figure the setting is fitting as I loosely associate it with my early days in the Clock Crew. I first found the CC while I was in college in a much more urban environment than where I have lived both before and after. Likewise, I was into a number of games and shows at the time that had a similar vibe/aesthetic, such as Halo 3: ODST and The Big O. At any rate, it makes for a nice change of setting.
