After having his ship sink, RadioTube returns to Clocktopia to find it's creator.

Happy Clock Day! I wanted to use the noir setting again and I think this turned out well! I wanted to have a little more continuity between my movies so this acts as a sequel to 'OTB - Littorally the Worst' and a spiritual sequel to 'The Return'. I figure the setting is fitting as I loosely associate it with my early days in the Clock Crew. I first found the CC while I was in college in a much more urban environment than where I have lived both before and after. Likewise, I was into a number of games and shows at the time that had a similar vibe/aesthetic, such as Halo 3: ODST and The Big O. At any rate, it makes for a nice change of setting.

Into the Shadows

🟢 "Animation." The early morning sun glistened over the ruined coastline, casting golden light across the broken remnants of a once-thriving boardwalk. Now, it was a peaceful training ground. Sawsan Vix, a sleek, mute mutant fox girl, stretched on the sand with perfect precision. Her sporty, skin-tight workout gear clung to her fur, designed for flexibility and speed. Each movement was fluid—controlled kicks, deep lunges, and sharp flips that kicked up clouds of sand. Strapped to her waist was a patched-up cassette player, humming with life. “Take on meee… take me onnn…” The warm fuzz of 80s synth filled her ears through oversized headphones—one of the few gifts she ever received, and from someone who somehow always made her tail flick: Baskal, the gruff, scarred human bounty hunter. He found the tape in a forgotten music store buried beneath rubble and dust, wrapped it with some wire, and gave it to her without much ceremony. She'd smiled—not that he saw. Now, every beat made her bounce a little more as she jogged along the shore. She stopped, posed like she was in a cheesy dance workout video, and struck a thumbs-up toward the ruins behind her, just in case Baskal was watching from the cliffs. Her sharp eyes sparkled with a hint of mischief. No words. Just music, motion, and the sound of waves. In the silence of a broken world, Sawsan Vix made her own rhythm. 🌟 Check out my active sites: <a href="https://beacons.ai/nafyo" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://beacons.ai/nafyo</a>

They Like Arin's Vibe... | Game Grumps Animated

I don't know why but I was inspired to make an oldschool bowling alley animation that looks vintage to the best of my abilities. <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/629/iu_1629355_27662952.webp" alt="iu_1629355_27662952.webp" data-smart-scale="764,387"> Getting it to look janky was a challenge. All the keyframes are animated linearly rather than using Blender's default bezier motions, this makes movements feel more mechanical and stiff since everything is moving from one point to another at a continuous rate with no easing. The outdated animation in combination with the primitive lighting and harsh shadows of Blender 2.79's scanline renderer (not cycles or eevee, looks too modern) gives it a very strange vibe that a lot of 90s bowling alley animations have. I rendered the video in a low resolution (640x480, blown up to HD in nearest neighbor) and animated at 12 FPS to make it feel even more outdated. I still think it looks too modern but going any further would involve video post-processing which I'm not knowledgeable of. This took about 2 hours to make and that's fine. Not everything needs to be a masterpiece that wows you. If anything it may have became less funny if it was animated well.

Music video for my recent release, "Forgotten Island"!

I realized that I can actually post my music videos here on Newgrounds, as well as on my YouTube channel! If it means that just a few more people might see it, it's worth trying ;) Some lore about my recent track, Forgotten Island: Last year, my grandfather invited me to remake/remix one of his old, never officially-released tracks – and of course, I couldn't say no to that :) He sent me a track called Zapomenutý ostrov (Forgotten Island in Czech), originally created way back in 1986. I was immediately inspired to turn it into a modern, synthwave-ish aesthetic while still honoring its original vibe. It wasn't an easy task, but I poured a lot of love into it and I hope you'll enjoy it. This video was made in Blender; however, I tried to work with EEVEE for the first time, which allowed me to create more scenes while keeping the render times down. Then I finished it in After Effects. <ul><li>If you like my work, definitely check out some of my other stuff!</li><li>Stream the track here: <a href="https://tr.ee/S1nsIFN2Y_" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://tr.ee/S1nsIFN2Y_</a></li></ul> <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/611/iu_1611246_7555883.webp" alt="iu_1611246_7555883.webp" data-smart-scale="764,420"> <blockquote>ISRC: CZYSY2600001</blockquote>

A cool animation I decided to make using more scrapped models from Foodfight!

I decided to do another short similar to my previous one, SUGI, for this year's Newgrounds Low Poly Day. I mentioned in the description of SUGI that I used 3D models that a friend of mine, Ziggy Cashmere, recovered from the original production of the infamously terrible animated film, Foodfight!, which he made a YouTube documentary about the insane production of. However, I never could've guessed that more models would be recovered since. Long story short, he found even more background character models, almost 100 of them, as well as some environment models from a cancelled video game adaptation of Foodfight! I had been playing around with those models for several months, but I decided to lock in and make something quick with them for this year's Low Poly Day. I spent some time fixing an environment model of Chinatown from a flying level in the cancelled game, which involved meticulously going through an old folder of textures and reapplying each of them to the correct faces of the model. Then I took two of the recently found character models, Alyssa and Gutter Girl, and made a quick mocap animation of them skating through the environment since they both had skateboards with their model. I'm admittedly more proud of the work I did restoring the Chinatown city then I am with the character animation, but I think it was worth making something quick just to show it off to the world. Also I have to give another special shoutout to Jiji, a friend of a friend, who gave me permission to use another one of his tracks, "Olliewood", as the soundtrack for this animation. His great Y2K techno beats really add to the vibe of the low-poly aesthetic I used in this short and SUGI. Give it a listen on YouTube here, and check out his other music while you're at it: <a href="https://youtube.com/@__jebbe" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://youtube.com/@__jebbe</a>

Most of you may have known by now that a bootleg scooby doo flash game from the early 2010s had been making the rounds over on TikTok, Instagram and a couple of other places on the internet thanks to popular streamers playing it, it is BEST known not only for the bootleggish vibe it has, but for it's soundtrack (which is simply a loop of <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxlRI47GUdg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">a promotional radio edit of Usher's "Yeah!" known as "Dancing GYM"</a> by Elephant Man)..... ok enough of history repeating class after seeing someone make a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZU7SFevUWo" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Doom WAD</a> out of it, I decided to give it a whirl and make my own version using my traditional 3dmm'ing method, originally I was going to edit the song in post production in VideoPad but I decided not to since I can just edit the song in the program, besides the song fitted PERFECTLY with the animation so yeah, or should I say.... I wanted to have a sort of theme of misleading infomercials like "miracle drugs" where they gloss over the negative attributes to it by giving it this offputting vibe.Despite it looking really basic, it took about 3 hours to draw him (initially going to be animated at 8 fps but after realizing IbispaintX doesn't have audio in it's animation mode, that made it too difficult to lipsync to. I then edited it all together in Canva and here it is.Honestly it's a little rough around the edges but it's something new, we'll see where I go from here.

Wanted to really make this one feel unique so went with a more creepy vibe for Makima. Haveing her prey locked up somewhere to savour until shes feeling peckish again and teasing those who are next with a big tum~ Was a fun one to try make. Her having a tum at the begginning is up to interpritation, cos i just wanted her to have a tum from the start. so either is just left overs from preivious prey, or shes just been stuffing herself and wanted something to finish, or shes preggers... up to you. I really tried my best to keep her on model as much as possible. I still struggle a lot with faces and proportions so it was a real challenge. Giving her that shadow across the eyes was something i wanted from the beggining and to sell it as much as i could I went in and gave her eyes some focus with soft colours and tried to make them pop as much as i can. Please tell my if it worked cos i like it but am unsure. Also tried lip syncing for that end piece, hope that looks decent enough too!

Looks like witch of the Demon's Darkness belt to Ahh on him.

Amity finally defeats Giyu Tomioka: the water Hashira. 💧 The scene opens with intense combat already in motion. Amity, dressed in a striking black-and-purple outfit with flowing accents that give her a magical-girl-meets-dark-sorceress vibe (heavily inspired by Winx Club's transformation aesthetics), clashes directly with Giyuu. He wields his signature Nichirin Blade and summons signature Water Breathing techniques — swirling, fluid streams and crashing waves of blue water ripple across the frame as he attacks. Amity counters with dark, shadowy magic. Tendrils of deep purple and black energy whip around her, clashing against the water in explosive bursts of contrasting color. The animation uses dramatic lighting and particle effects to emphasize the elemental opposition: cool blues and aquas versus ominous purples and inky darkness. The fight builds quickly to a climax — Amity dodges or overpowers Giyuu's water-based strikes, closes the distance, and lands a powerful finishing move. She unleashes a concentrated blast or slashing wave of shadow energy that overwhelms him completely. Giyuu is sent reeling backward (or directly defeated on-screen), with water effects dissipating as he falls or is knocked out of frame. The short clip ends on Amity standing victorious, posed confidently with her dark aura still swirling around her, exuding a triumphant "badass magical girl" energy. Overall style: fluid 2D frame-by-frame animation typical of FlipaClip, bold color contrasts, dynamic camera angles (zooms, quick pans), and a mix of elegant magical-girl flair with gritty shonen battle choreography. The piece serves as a fun, fan-inspired "what-if" crossover showcasing the creator's OC dominating a canon powerhouse character. Man, i had A LOT of fun with this one, my biggest dream was to make a stop motion episode, and while this obviously doesn't look like real stop motion, it still has that vibe and i personally like it a lot (Tho i can understand this might look creepy or uncanny to some!) This episode was more of a "Test Animation", because i plan on making this style my "secondary art stye", it's gonna appear in more episodes, so i needed a more simple episode just so that i can ease myself into this style and get more comfortable with it, which is why the plot is fast and kind of like a speedrun of a Groovy Dudes episode! But i still enjoy it, and since i now know how to animate this style, i'm probably gonna be more "ambitious" with the episodes. Also, while this art style will appear more (Again, it's my "second art style" now!). I'll also have more episodes where the art style is changed, like i plan on making an episode called "Door OS" that starts out in 2D but the characters are sucked in a computer and become more 3D tho they will obviously still be animated like they're 2D since it all just be basic 3D shapes photoshoped similarly to this animation, but they'll look slightly "cleaner", and the backgrounds will still be actual 3D, i might reinstall gmod again and have them interact inside a couple of those maps (Tho i'm too scared to pirate it cause i don't know if i'll get a virus XD) And, i also plans to make a lineless style, similar to something like Samurai Jack! Anyways, that's all i have for today, cya till then next episode, bye :D

A Batman TAS reference with my oc Blackstar

I reanimated my old animation with my oc Blackstar in his updated new look! I made an homage to Batman the Animated Series by recreating a famous scene where Batman stands on top of a building as lighting flashes behind him. Giving off an ominous vibe. This came out better than I hope and I am very happy about it!

Blackstar, Night of the Ninja

I did the thing. A rite of passage for any aspiring 3D animator, the walk cycle. Felt like i should do one of these proper because I've never done a walk cycle loop with a rig that has arms lol (old uni assignment). The model, "NatCap" as it is listed, was made from a collab between <a href="https://bsky.app/profile/aquetteeyrnes.bsky.social" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">AquetteEyrnes</a> and <a href="https://bsky.app/profile/nonehub.bsky.social" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nonehub</a> and can be found on AquetteEyrnes itch.io page. The vibe of this model has had me using it for a while now in VRC lol. I've become a fan of the creepy and sexy style of models like this one, so I figured for a walk cycle that it would make sense this be the model I'd use. The rigging is a little wonky in places like the panties above the butt cheeks and thighs, but nothing a thorough weight painting refinement couldn't fix. Hope you like it! Feedback is appreciated!

Really #BADASS winscreen that isn't actually for a game

I am very much not good at animating, sorry if this sucks! I personally find the process of animating extremely annoying, so I end up not actually putting in the effort to get better at it.I don't know what genre to put this in, by the way. Tell me if I should move it to something else! Like how 1x1x1x1 was my first Returns model, this was my first winscreen. This is supposed to have music, but I don't want to get smited off the face of Newgrounds on my first day so it has been excluded. The music used was an abridged excerpt of <a href="https://youtu.be/xR4U_E1BHdU" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Darkness Falls</a> by zero-project; the same person who composed <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKfnyHSTZNQ" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Gothic</a>, a track that was very popular and commonly used in the early days of Roblox. (Both of these are insanely good btw, please listen to them I beg of you)More specifically, the parts of Darkness Falls used were 3:48-3:56, which then faded into 4:37. The ambient audio used at the end is the classic Roblox horror ambient. The UI elements are very obviously taken right from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with some very slight tweaks, with the transition animation being ripped straight from it. The loading wheel in the corner is also a recreation of the SSBU loading wheel without the Smash logo, and the text "THE WINNER IS..." directly quotes the announcer's words on winscreens from the pre-Ultimate era. The general vibe of the animation was inspired by Sephiroth's winscreens in SSBU, and 1x1x1x1 even does the same look back that Sephiroth does.(I tried to embed gifs here but they just didn't work so uhhh go look it up) The music chosen, Darkness Falls, was specifically chosen due to it being structured in a way I find similar to One-Winged Angel.Additionally, Darkness Falls is part of the same album that Gothic is, with Gothic having been associated with both horror and action games. Some people (including myself) even associate it directly with 1x1x1x1. The horror ambient playing at the end was also added as an homage to Sephiroth, with his winscreens in SSBU ending with a much more <a href="https://youtu.be/fH2FKos74Z4?t=7" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">sinister droning note</a> after his victory theme finishes, rather than the typical music that nearly every other character uses. That ambient was specifically chosen due to it also originating from horror games of old, which I found fit well with the character.

My first ever animation collab submission

The main inspiration for this part was to give the vibe of older Newgrounds animations. That’s why I chose to animate this part entirely in flash because:<ol><li>This is all I had</li><li>My Art Style isn’t all that great yet</li><li>It had all of the tools I needed until I could afford Clip Studio Paint.</li></ol> Out of everyone else’s submissions in the Newgrounds 30th Anniversary, Mine was the worst because of my skill level at the time and I was very hesitant in joining. Even Whirlguy was shaky about letting me participate. But he saw something in me and decided to let me in. I’m very grateful for him believing in me. If you all enjoyed my part, thank you.

Penguin Midnight - Preview: When They Met...

This month’s animation was… kind of a last-minute idea. Halfway through October, I decided, “Hey, I should do something for Halloween!”Which meant dropping everything else and scrambling to get a full animation done in a little over a week.I came up with the costumes, modeled them, messaged LavendersVoice (Lucy’s voice actor) to ask what Lucy’s favorite candy should be, and jumped right into the script. At this point, voice recording is a breeze — we’ve got such a good rhythm — but still, I spent two whole days just trying to get Lucy’s chest to squish just right. Priorities, right?Meanwhile, in the background, I’ve been juggling work on the 2.0 models for the upcoming Kickstarter — the big one that’ll fund the first full season of the show. The new version will have a PS2-style visual update to replace the current PS1 aesthetic. Finding someone to rig the model has been a serious challenge, though. I’ve spent thousands trying to get help, but in the end… I wound up just making the new models myself.Hopefully by Christmas there’ll be more to share on that front 🎄Now that I’ve (mostly) got a handle on animating — at least enough that the shots aren’t jarringly ugly anymore — I can finally focus on telling short stories. That means more character moments, more worldbuilding, and finally showing a bit of what’s been living in my head all this time instead of just the emotional “vibe” pieces. Thanks for sticking with me through all the chaos — every bit of support makes it possible for me to keep pushing this project forward.

It’s where loyalty, betrayal, and guilt collide — and where our amphibious antihero, Commissioner Olover Hopz, comes face to face with a ghost from his past: Chuck Fettuccine, his long-lost partner turned revenant with a gun and a grudge.Visually, this project pushes a hybrid style — 2D hand animation mixed with comic panel stills, cinematic camera moves, and pulpy atmosphere. Think Sin City meets BoJack Noir, with that signature Lude Concepts grimy edge. OFF GRID is a short animated film made in Blender by a team of four university students. We thank you for watching and hope you enjoyed the project. We put a lot of effort into it, and it’s the first thing we’ve produced at this scale. We had a ton of inspiration for this project—some less obvious than others. Our team wanted to create a Dick Figures × Love, Death &amp; Robots × Regular Show vibe, and we think we achieved that within the short runtime we were given. We hope this finds an audience here, as the Newgrounds community was definitely something we considered when developing the project. All links to the individual artists can be found below, and their respective portfolios are available on the linked pages.
