A short animation I've made for university to experiment with After Effects' tools

So... time to upload a bunch of projects from University! This was the first work I have made finally using After-Effects, which at least for now, it didn't seem that much different from Adobe Premiere, which I have been using for many years... Anyway, the project was about animating a 30 second short that HAD to begin and end with the following frames respectively, as a way to connect our segment with the ones form our classmates: First frame:<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/673/iu_1673783_26817192.png" alt="iu_1673783_26817192.png" data-smart-scale="764,429"> Last frame:<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/673/iu_1673784_26817192.png" alt="iu_1673784_26817192.png" data-smart-scale="764,425"> Alongside that, the animation had to correlate with the audio provided by the teacher at the beginning of the test, and had to be about a key word (which in my case was "camarita").And... that's all I can comment about this really... hope you like it!

Forgetful Zombie

The 40th anniversary of Super Mario Bros. animated!

This animation is a sequel to my very first hand-drawn animation. This time around, I used a Huion drawing tablet instead of drawing with purely a mouse. The quality is quite a bit different . . . maybe I'll need to remake the first at some point . . . Check out the original animation here, if you haven't seen it yet: <a href="https://youtu.be/2xDUeHmDdMI" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Super Mario Over the Years! 1</a> - Unfortunately, you'll have to watch it on YT because I didn't have a NG account back then :( Isn't it technically the 41st now of Super Mario Bros?: Lol, yes - this project is a culmination of short vids I've been putting out during the 40th anniversary across my socials, plus a bunch more! I still wanted to call this an animation for the 40th, as it's the bigger milestone year than the 41st. I also just work slowly, and had a bunch of ideas, causing the release time to continuously get pushed back. Art Direction I've had the thought for quite some time to make a more faithful animation to the Mario series to emulate and honor the stylistic choices of Yōichi Kotabe and Shigehisa Nakaue. My decision on the art direction also came down to me wanting to "understand the generations of Mario” from its official art standpoint. Furthermore, I wanted to embellish some of Mario's movements, not limited to the games, to give a greater sense of action and adventure! I referenced all types of official cover art, licensed activity books, instruction manuals, classic 80s/90s commercials and other promotional material for the games and time periods. It took way more effort than my past simpler, often rough character animations - but it was totally worth it! For later games in the franchise, including games like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Odyssey Characters, I choose to fuse the official render designs with the linework used in the manual art in the earlier games. I wanted the animation to have the hand drawn feel, but still have the evolution of Mario's design aimed to hit several of the "key poses" from the Super Mario Bros official art, and “bring them to life” in the animation. In order to execute this idea, I started with several of the key frames as these key poses, with some adjustments (like eye movements, hand placements, or perspective tweaks) to flow with the animation. As far as the backgrounds go, they involve a stylistic approach to Shigehisa Nakaue's work on the fairly consistent Nintendo summer artwork. I tried to simulate this by blending some watercolor texture scans I painted with digital watercolor brushes created in Photoshop to create laying and show a brush stroke on a more rough, coarse paper. The color usage references the internal colors displayed when playing the games on their respective consoles. This challenged me when it came to using a very monochromatic color scheme in Super Mario Land's Birabuto dungeon to quite the opposite of using a wide array of color in Mario's character animation in the Super Mario Odyssey segment. Easter Eggs Woah, you actually read up to this point? Okay, well, I'll let you in on a little secret: this animation is jam packed with a ton of hidden secrets/collectables. Try to spot the following: <ul><li>Bosses and/or friendly side characters from each game</li><li>References to different Nintendo game console generations</li><li>5 cherries to give you "invincibility"</li><li>2 wonder seeds for a "sense of curiosity"</li><li>Franchise game/console codenames</li><li>A bunch of coins. Count all of them if you dare and they may reveal some meaningful Mario number lol . . . The following are variations of coins and values associated with them (does their final value mean anything?):</li></ul>⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Regular/Gold Coin - Simply 1 Coin⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Red Coin (SM64) - 1 Red Coin = 2 Coins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Blue Coin (SM64) - 1 Blue Coin = 5 Coins⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀◦ Purple Regional Coin (SMO) - 1 Regional Coin = 2 Coins Credits Music in chronological order:0:00 ~ Super Mario Bros 2. - Ground Theme ~ Super Smash Bros. Porn pov featuring a raptor in maid costume

"Here's your key sir. Please follow our maid raptor over there, she will lead you to your room. Have a nice stay in the park."I took my room keycard from the receptionist and looked toward the elevator. There was an actual raptor right there, in the flesh! I already saw a tons of videos, commercials and documentary about the park and their dinosaurs, but man! Watching them with my own eyes instead of through a screen, this is a dream comes true! If I didn't win that ticket, I could never afford to come here!Maid raptor wasn't just a figure of speech, the creature was litterally a raptor wearing a maid outfit. I knew the park made a great effort at taming the dinosaur, making great progress at communicating with them, creating their own little intelligent society, but I never would have thought they reached a point they would understand the very concept of job, or at least service. The raptor maid looked at me, and I couldn't help but shiver, seeing her piercing predatory eyes starring to mine. One can only feel humble by that first look, an old prey feeling. She made a head gesture with a soft growl, obviously inviting me to follow her. I took my luggage and walked to her. She looked down and up on me, and I think she actually smiled but I may be wrong... We entered the elevator together. She checked on my keycard and pressed the right floor button with her snout. I was alone in a tight elevator with an actual breathing raptor aside of me. My heart was rushing. The situation felt both scary and exciting. I couldn't help but stare at this maid raptor. Her elegant shape, her razor sharp claws... her powerful legs... her exciting scent? I'm not exagerating, a scent of hormones was spreading in the air, it was hard not to understand the girl was in heat. She must be impatient of going back to her male I imagined. She turned to me with shining eyes, and purred slowly."Uhm, hey! I know you must hear that everyday... but I'm a big fan! Meeting you is an honor!".She growled happily. Maybe she was trained to do so, but to me, it meant the world. She approached her head to my hand and gave it a lick. An actual raptor just gave me an affectuous lick, what else could I ask for! I was so excited, I started petting her, until I realized she's cleverer than she looked like. I withdrew my hand."S...Sorry... that was rude of me, I..."She growled again, but this time she started rubbing her head on my belly, almost on my crotch. Now I was taken aback. The scent in the air was strong, being alone with this powerful beast in a tight elevator and my secret sexual attraction to the raptors gave me a rush. I was hard as hell. She starts smelling me. Oh god, she will understand how horny I am, she can tear me apart so easily for that. But she purred slowly... almost sensually... was I dreaming all that?*DING*The elevator's doors opened. End of the line. "Uhm... there we are, right?". The maid raptor shook her head, and started walking down the corridor, geturing for me to follow her. Seeing her walk, I could see her rump balancing, her tail waving in the air, high enough to see that small opening at the base of it, her cloaca. Horny as I was, my mind started wandering, I couldn't help but wonder how she felt... from her insides... how getting closer to her could be like...mating with her, or at least pretending we were, just for the pleasure of it... I tried to drive these thoughts from my mind. That was literally my first time encountering an actual raptor, and I already thought about having sex with her. I felt ashamed... then again, she started it right? Whatever, I should really control myself. We reached my room. "Thanks... and uhm... sorry about... the elevator..."She pushed me on my door, used her hands to block me, put a paw on the wall on my side, and growl right at my face. My first thought was "I screwed up, and now I'll pay the price of my depravity". But she stopped the growling, and started licking my face. No more mixed-signal, she was having her way with me. I started caressing her head, and open my mouth so I could lick her tong back. She growled in pleasure. She was waiting for it since the beginning. We sort of "kiss" for a little moment. She then started to move slowly down... down... down... I suddendly realized where we were."Right... right now? In the middle of this corridor? Shouldn't we move... inside?" She gave me a pleading look. Obviously she couldn't take too long for that, she had to get back to work soon. Whatever, this was the chance of my life. I unbuttonned my pants. She smiled, I'm sure of that. I exposed my dick out, harder than ever, very sensible. She put her snout around it, she was very careful with the teeth, as if this wasn't her first ride with a human. And maybe it wasn't, which is why she was so confident with me to begin with. And she started sucking. It was sensationnal. At this moment, I was the happiest man on Earth. After the Mia animation that was a lot harder to work on, I wanted to make something easier. While going through my files, I came across this raptor maid model I downloaded some times ago, and immmdiatly felt in love with her again! So I went for it! A new raptor animation, I haven't done it in some times! I had a lot of fun with her, I'm glad with the way this animation came out! Raptor Maid Extra Service

posting an old vent animation with a simple song and short story added to it

A question that would haunt me well into the afterlife. This was never how it was supposed to go. I have tailored a world for myself where no one would care. No one *should* care. No one should like, much less love me, as I am. Raw and honest. Intense and torn. Vulnerability pecking through to my bones like a vulture to a carcass. It was dangerous to get close to me. I was hostile. I needed to be. It wasn’t safe to become soft or sweet. I deserved the suffering I caused myself. “This is what’s best”. The words were spoken through grit teeth. Mirrors became my worst enemy, and distractions, my hero. A moment to spare would only allow the crushing weight of “what if” questions to arise and twist my stomach, wringing it like a wet cloth. My emotion slipped through the cracks of my fingers like water, seeping through the crevices of my hands like blood. Dripping down to fill every piece of a broken, empty shell I’m forced to call “home”. No one could see this part of me. I was desperate to avoid this scenario. The exterior hardened to make up for this embarrassingly soft center. Versions of myself were created to survive the unlikely scenarios. Everything I felt I needed to be, I became. Everything that was not safe to show, locked away. Despite my efforts, I could never throw away the key. “What if?” I kept ignoring the knocks. The pleads. The pounds. The begging. It was annoying to hear, then excruciating. It only got louder. More frequent. If there was a push, I would shove in return. I would win this fight. I had to. I only became worse. I hated it. I needed it. I lost loved ones over it. I lost sleep over it. I lost time. My life. Everything. Death was becoming imminent. I knew this. I still put up a measly effort to remain alive. Distractions did a wonderful job, but every force out there swiftly stripped me down until there was nothing, absolutely nothing, perceivably justifiable to keep me here. You showed up, crashing through my reinforced exterior like it was glass. You completely destroyed my hard work, unraveling it as if you found that one loose string on an article of clothing. I lay bare. No tricks. No lies. Just a pitiful mess of tears and confusion. Despite everything I’ve done. Everything I am. You showed up. … …I hate you, you know that? … … … …I don’t want to go.

Buzz Bunny... Well, erm... Burns the blunt I supopose.

So this is a bit of an unanticipated upload but the next Screwypilled Tooncels cartoon still isn't complete and I'm trying to relax on my California trip since it's not that long(next time I wanna stay longer for SURE though I love it here) despite me initially wanting to have completed it here so I can say I made a cartoon in California.... I still wanted to deliver something though and I remembered Dirty Soda had a character, Dizzy, from this cartoon. This is my Illustration class project final, originally screened on April 24th of this year. I wanted to use my animation expertise in a classroom full of Graphic Design majors, though the animation is very limited since it wasn't an animation class. It almost looks like Rocky and Bullwinkle at times. But everyone was absolutely howling. I made some changes from the version I showed in class though, you can see that version <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jp_Sp5WWOWg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">on YouTube.</a> Namely, I changed the background music to <a href="https://pixabay.com/music/modern-jazz-the-ghost-of-shepardx27s-pie-glbml-112816/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ghost of Sheperd's Pie</a> by Geoffrey Burch because apparently Happy Go-Lively by Laurie Johnson from the Ren and Stimpy soundtrack isn't public domain/copyright-free despite feeling like it should be tbh, and I didn't find out until after I had made that version. I also got rid of the film grain since that was actually added at the request of my professor when I explained I was parodying old PSA cartoons like One Beer and Sonic Sez, and changed the name to Buzz Bunny Burns The Blunt to differentiate it from the Screwypilled Tooncels One Joint cartoon. Another key difference is that I restored the suicide joke cut from the version I presented in class. But enough yapping, you guys let me know which version you like best. Here's concept art. I initially tried making Buzz look as stupid as fuck as possible. Just look at this idiot:<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/621/iu_1621726_25934615.webp" alt="iu_1621726_25934615.webp" data-smart-scale="764,430"> As well as this comic version I made to present to my class alongside the animated version to promote my portfolio site to classmates:<img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/621/iu_1621728_25934615.webp" alt="iu_1621728_25934615.webp" data-smart-scale="764,1019">

I wanted some practice animating smoke, and Mads could use a smoke break anyway. Animated the key poses in Toonboom, but then I did all the inbetweens and tie downs in Procreate Dreams. Then exported back to Toonboom for some precision tweaking, mostly around the eyebrows.

Never forget that you have the spark of creation etched into your very existence. Breathe that life into something new. Eternity is in your hands. My visual novel End of Eternity has entered full production, please enjoy the title screen song "Eternity Is In Your Hands", accompanied by a piece of concept art animated in Blender. A short hand drawn animation of Bendy the Ink Demon slashing the viewer.

In June 2025, I asked a good friend of mine within the Discord Application. Of what I can animate for them. And they literally told me."You can try making bendy in his monster tall form changing his arm to be shifted into a blade, a crescent moon shaped blade as he slices forward for fun." And over the course of a year, (Because of other art projects, Real life activities, and procrastination.) I had created 24 key-frame sketches of this idea within a portable hand held drawing booklet. Drawing 3 centimeter boarders on the edges of the papers help keep the whole project together. Using a desktop printer/scanner machine I cleaned up the sketches a little bit within Adobe Photoshop Elements. And then transferred said sketches into Adobe Flash Professional: Creative Suite 5.5 (I like old school Adobe programing. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.) And I am keeping my custom logo on the left side to show who made this animation. Once all the frames are put together and timed to the best that I can think of placing... Here we are!

Pushing the boundaries of 3D combat with a 2.5D anime-inspired aesthetic. This project was an exercise in Body Mechanics and Cinematic Camera Choreography. I avoided the standard "smooth" 3D look in favor of punchy, key-pose-driven animation to capture that high-energy anime "Sakuga" feel.Technical Highlights:<ul><li>Hybrid Workflow: Blending 3D volume with 2D timing and spacing.</li><li>Camera Tricks: Utilized opposing-motion parallax to enhance the weight and speed of impacts without relying on the graph editor.</li><li>Custom Assets: All character designs and the neon arena environment were built to support high-readability silhouettes.</li></ul>Aiming for a mainstream production feel rather than just previz. Would love to hear your thoughts on the weight of the shield impacts!Software: Blender

Marvelous Misadventures of Monk Key

The gang must get the first key. Korosu and Makoto bond a bit

The gang goes to Techno Plasma to get the first key. Korosu starts to feel down, while Makoto does his best to help out, but this reveals a dark truth. The gang also must face off agianst the first key keeper. Since people have told me to do this, this is the first episode to have voice acting all done by me. I know it sucks but at least you don't have to read the text anymore. I did not expect this to be about the length of a TV episode lol. Next episode should be shorter.

Hecho con stop motion a mano, ellis deberá enfrentar a unos de sus mayores miedos

If You want to support this animation go to My YouTube channel (cub0_cinic0) and watch it there... I really appreciate all the support the channel has received during this time despite the inactivity (remember I’m in university).I’ve always wanted to make a longer video that breaks away from the usual. Animating with Tricky started to feel boring and repetitive—that’s another reason I stopped using him. I enjoy doing stop motion, but not to the point of being stuck with just one character. And of course, I love L4D2—an amazing game full of life (and not just zombies), with a huge community, mostly from Peru (key country gaaaa).I wanted to make it a horror video, but you know me… I’m not exactly the type to take that genre seriously. There might be another L4D2 video like this coming soon—maybe focused on Azumanga, or even TF2 but with the Azumanga girls. I really liked the anime and I’d love to make an animation as a tribute.Tricky won’t be coming back for a while… only in shorts and stuff… try to understand… I also want to enjoy doing this…#l4d2 #left4dead2 #animation #shrekMusic used (most relevant):L4D2 – The Monsters WithinL4D2 – Save Me Some Sugar(I should’ve used more L4D2 tracks but I was lazy)Golgo 13 – Command G13 (Ellis vs Shrek battle)Rest in peace Mr. Saito, a great composer from his era :( And that’s it… leave your thoughts in the comments. This wasn’t easy to make, especially bringing you another detailed stop motion since Among Us. But I’m excited to see how the channel keeps growing…

Does that make sense?

Pillowcase Bears 1 - I have the Key

wanted to learn how to animate this was my first attempt at anything over 1 minute

When I first started making this I had no idea what I was doing spent a little over a year learning the basic principles of animation as I was animating it with help from (KRyy's) (how to animate madness combat tutorial) and (the 12 principles of animation) by (Allen Becker) .I know its not great but i did my best granted I had no prior experience and didn't know what arcs, ease in and out, or masking was at first lol. My subscription to the editing software i was using ran out and they wanted me to pay to use basic features like exporting audio, and pngs so i kinda rushed the ending and a few sound effects are missing. Also (NO AI WAS USED) I wanted to learn how to animate, using lazy ass AI would defeat the purpose of learning so I personally spent countless hours key framing on this in an attempt to see if I could do it and to pay respect to the source material and madness combat in general!!! I have receipts in the form of live streams showing the hours of effort I put in to prove it if for some dumb reason I need to.Originally wanted to share it Madness Day 2025 but I wasn't finished till March after it ended so I privated it and waited till Madness Day 2026 to republish it . Better late than never I guess. HAPPY MADNESS DAY 2026 !!! And thanks so much for watching!!! GRIMTHEGAMER
