A rough line animation set to 'Go Get Your Gun' by The Dear Hunter

To avoid any music copyright issues on the platform but still be a part of Madness Day 2026, I’m hosting my animatic on YouTube via this embed Happy Madness Day 2026, everyone! Honestly, I only remembered about Madness Day toward the end of August. I guess I realized just in time that I needed to finally make something after all my time in this community—especially for the anniversary celebration!Originally, I planned to make this project in 3D. But I ended up wasting a whole day just trying to make a stylized Hank model, so I eventually gave up. I realized it would take way too long. With only 20 days left before Madness Day, I just animated the scenes as fast as I could to make the deadline. That’s why it’s in a rough sketch style. I don't have many fully finished animations under my belt, but overall, I'm really happy with how it turned out! And by the way, my cat did all the animation

I was bored so I made this short stylized 3D/2D animation about the scientific evolution and historical reconstructions of the Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus :PThe 2D flat drawings represent the older, completely wrong versions from paleontological history, leading up to the final 3D model based on the Jurassic Park 3 design! :D

Music credit: "Spinosaurus dance (Animation)" by @OhmSpino (in YT)

Hope you guys enjoy this quick paleo-meme! What's up, everyone? Frost here. First of all, on YouTube and other social media, I'll go by Frost. Here I'm still BlizzardDemon, cause I don't want to waste money on changing my nickname. And second, I'm re-releasing this SoulCalibur 3 stick figure animation of mine because I wasn't really satisfied with the previous video. It felt a bit poorly stylized and lacked dynamism. So, I made some changes and video edits. Here's an improved version—at least, that's what I think. Follow me for more animations See ya^^

My college semester is wrapping up and I took a 3d animation class! So thought I'd share what I learned during my time in school. Honestlyyy it wasn't that big of a hurdle to jump, having so much experience with 2D stuff really helped ease me in. It was more-so adjusting to the new program that was the real challenge, navigating the interface, learning the shortcuts, figuring out how to do what I want to do, stuff like that. But when I started actually animating, it came somewhat natural, so I didn't really struggle in this class, it was fun! I got so many weird looks from my teacher when she saw my "stylized walk cycles", that was worth the price of admission alone. Even if this video was kinda eh, I hope you still had fun watching, I'm still working on bigger more traditional animations, so sorry for the wait.Till next time!

2D Animator (Me) spends 3 months learning 3D (not 2D), was it worth it? (probably)

Don't get scared by the 40 minute long video lol

Full course on each 5 animations with detailed explanations. It has BUNCH of tutorial so be prepared to watch a movie long behind the scenes. And, is the first time where I actually talk to my audience. Basically I decide to mix things up. Videos includes-Shadow as John Wick (Keanu Reeves 3D Animation Parody)-Jack Black Movie Industry Take Over (3D Animation Parody)-Kirby and Meta Knight Stylized Showdown (Fan 3D Animation)-Eggman and Gerald Dance Off (Sonic Movie 3 Animation Parody)-Tenna steals Spamton's Spotlight (Deltarune Animation) That's right. ALL FIVE. And damn it took so long to edit these together. In this animation, I tried to express my personal understanding of the Parable of the Weeds. Why does God allow evil to remain in the world? Perhaps because many still have the chance to change — to grow, to overcome what was sown in their hearts by the enemy. Each person faces a choice: to give in to these inner weeds and vices, or to struggle against them and bear fruit before the harvest. The Parable of the Weeds

Turnaround 360° of my next 3D project, being this time Chooper from Star Wars.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Finally, after having abandoned this project for almost a year, I am making progress on the 3D model of Chopper. The only thing left to do for the 3D model is the skeleton so I can make some animations and it can be used for animations, VRChat, games and so on. It will be on sale this May 4th, just in time for Star Wars day, and it will be on discount for a limited time because of its release and because it's May 4th, so don't miss the opportunity to get your own Chopper made by me. If I also have time, I will also be offering a totally free 3D model, which will be released along with Chopper. It will be an old but modified 3D model, or a new but simple one, whatever I can do having only two Sundays to get everything ready. By the way, here are the links to the reels I uploaded to Twitter and Instagram showing Chopper in a 360° Turnaround (soon I will upload it to more social networks and I will update the description to leave them here too): https://x.com/DanielBeltranS2/status/1914353336423530701https://www.instagram.com/reel/DItzmyvx0U7/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Well, that's all for now. Remember to visit my other social networks to see more of the content I upload (which, by the way, I might change my link grouper for a more stylized one): linktr.ee/DanielBeltranS2 I invite you to also visit the stores I have in some social networks and see what I have to offer. Also share the items that catch your attention in my stores so that more people know about what I'm selling, I will be grateful. Thank you very much for checking out this post, and I'll see you in the next post. Hasta la Bye-Bye.

Stylized Sonic Blender Animation Test

The animation's rough, stylized approach draws influence from MeatCanyon, Egoraptor (Arin Hanson), and

Experimenting with more stylized environments

More messing around with Blender and Grease Pencil!Trying to get around the problem of the characters looking flat in the 3D environments by going for something more stylized.I took insperation from games like Rayman 2 and early Ratchet and Clank. Also added a rim light to the character, and I think the extra shading here also helps.Only problem I'm facing now is with the line art... I was hoping to keep the pixelated/non-anti aliasing look from previous animations, but when zooming the camera out, the line art becomes jittery. Still trying to find away around that... This test is more than a few weeks old by now, but I figured I should post this here anyways, since I posted the previous 2.A more indepth look at how I made this can be watched here!

Tempo in 3D (test render #3)

After the announcement of Keanu Reeves casting Shadow the Hedgehog in the Sonic Movie 3, I just like to make an animation parodying Shadow being John Wick with some stylized 3D art. OVERDUE (self-insert animation)

It goes without saying that I gathered copious amounts of reference in order to create this animation. If I was ever given the chance to helm a Mickey Mouse project I would make damn sure he stayed true to the ideals of his original creators. With that said, I just wanted to make some high quality expert fan art of my favorite version of Mickey Mouse. I think the white face black pupils is the most iconic but I understand why they had to give him eye whites with pupils and that reason being it allows for better expressions. Sonic is actually still dealing with this problem due to his motorcycle helmet style eye whites and seemingly singular eyeball that cover most of his head. Sega seems to have forgotten how to stylize Sonic so that his crazy head and eye size don't give people nightmares. Sonic should stay as far away from reality as possible. His design is built purely from artistic cheats that are crucial to his appeal. However, the Sonic movie did a decent job fixing it by giving him 2 distinct eyeballs but I digress, this isn't about Sonic this is about Mickey Mouse. Apparently people don't like Mickey Mouse anymore because he's a lame boring corporate mascot. Well that happened because Mickey Mouse became too important. He used to be a trouble maker and a rambunctious little fella but they ripped that out of him and gave those traits to Donald to protect Mickey's image and after Disney did that Donald started to outpace Mickey in popularity because people can relate to a bad luck duck that almost says **** whenever he's pissed off. Mickey was turned into a milquetoast shade of his former self sadly. They did try to evolve Mickey with the Paul Rudish shorts but I feel even if they match the contemporary style of the time that style is not Mickey nor is it Disney nor is it timeless. And yet they're pretty good shorts either way! However, I personally don't think Mickey nor Goofy nor any of the cast are suited well to SpongeBob style gross out humor. Anyway, again, I could've kept ranting about the state of Mickey Mouse forever but instead I tried to do something positive with my rage and this is what that rage birthed. Please enjoy!

A Mouse of Many Colors

Funny red man looks worried and does stuff

Hey guys, so essentially for a sort of elective class I wanted to do, I actually decided to partake a cool looking animation class, with the final project in mind being a 1 minute (or as close as you can to 1 minute lol) animation that uses more then one form of animation (in my case it was a mix of 2D, my favourite and preferred style, stop motion and live action stuff). This took me about like a month of on/off work and two weeks of pretty intense work to complete and whilst I think that the pacing of the animation can be improved upon, with some parts feeling quite rushes, it had to fit the roughly 1 minute time limit and if I gave it any more breathing room I probably would have been marked down for it lol. I feel like in general I'm pretty happy with the results, 2D stuff is stylised well and some part look quite nice, particularly the 2D stuff in the cave. However, by the end I was kind of in a mad dash to complete it by the deadlines so some of the end character 2D and stop motion bit could have been improved upon. Regardless, I still wanted to upload it as is just cause I think its an important lesson that I guess not everything that I make can be endless tinkered at and at some point I just gotta move past, say fuck it and upload it lmao (even though with more personal projects I may not follow this philosophy since I don't have an enforced deadline). Anyways, whilst I sort of just used my upcoming game that will hopefully release in the next 100 years, Alonomoly, as a framework for characters, tone and aesthetics, I think that its pretty thematically compatible with what I want the tone of the final game to be like and could potentially use this as a base to make an intro FMV cutscene lol. Also yeah, that last quote was made by me after listening to TPAB for the first time and falling in love with the album, hope it resonates with some of y'all since I think its a nice bowtie on the general themes of Alonomoly. So yeah that's just about it, might update the description for this with any further notes if I think of anything, but if you are reading this, thank you so much for taking an interest in my stuff and actually being bother to read descriptions, its a thing that people just don't do nowadays, so yeah thanks for putting in the work dawg lol. Uhhh... yeah enjoy, more art soon, more animation soon and I'll officially start my game dev journey next year, so more stuff coming, unless I die or a solar flare strikes the earth and electricity is just completely gone for like a couple months, and if that is the case, I'll have a physical billboard where I'll pin up photo copied versions of my art, give it a gander if you care. Anyways, I've yapped on long enough. Peace! ^w^ ADDITIONAL NOTES:- Also the animation specially said it had to be rendered in 1080p, so that why its only 1080 and not 1440 or even 4K like I'd do otherwise lol. The Chocolate Thief

A "modern" spin on the 1996 Donkey Kong 64 rap opening.

By trial and error, I found out Super Mario 3D Word’s Fort Fire Bros. theme goes surprisingly well with the Donkey 64 DK Rap . . . once it has been sped up a little. I always felt like the Fort Fire Bros. beat was pretty good to go with some lyrics back when I first played 3D World around a decade ago now? (Wow!) The beginning of Fort Fire Bros. reminds me slightly of Donkey Kong Country's (Super Donkey Kong's) "Island Swing," which is played in the first level of the game. Just like “Island Swing”, Fort Fire Bros, slowly builds as more instruments join into the song and eventually reaches a strong climax where the instruments all break loose. Fort Fire Bros also has some similar rhythms to "Island Swing" making it also feel fitting to mix it with. On top of Fort Fire Bros and the rap tracks, I ended up also mixing Piranha Creeper Creek on top of it as well for some extra "jungle" groove - which may be slightly overkill! Besides the soundtrack for this animation, I had attempted to animate the more "current" generation of the DK Crew. DKC: Tropical Freeze also came out over a decade ago? (What!? Where is DK?) The other Kong in DK64 have sadly been out of the spotlight since Rare was bought in the early 2000s, likely due to them being characters they created :( Sad enough to say, I felt like it made sense to replace them with the most recent recurring characters, Dixie & Funky. Although Tiny, Lanky, and Chunky will not be forgotten! I consider the designs of the DK Crew, Kremlings, and other minor characters to be a more simple, stylized version from their gaming representations. DK in particular, I honed more in on the 1981 Donkey Kong arcade's design for some of DK's face while the rest is most similar to DKC's design. As far as the style of the animation goes, I tried to stress fluid transitions between scenes - if you watch the whole animation through (or even loop it), you will notice there are no cuts. Furthermore, I incorporated a lot of DKC’s platforming design elements in the animation - silhouettes, platforming layers, and vibrant jungle backgrounds full of life. Despite the Super Mario Bros. Movie coming out this year and having the DK Rap song in it was not directly inspired from that - as I had already been working on this prior. However it may have motivated me to complete this a little sooner, believe it or not, haha. Diddy Kong and Funky Kong also released in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Course Pack Wave 6 a week prior to this animation being completed, but all in all the DK series has been pretty quiet. Completionists/scavenger hunt seekers: Because DK64 is one of the biggest Collect-a-Thon games, if not the largest out of any game, I decided to hide a bunch of DK themed collectables / items / animals from the games. Here is a list of what you can find if you want to “101% this animation”:‣ KONG letters (in order of the animation)‣ 9 puzzle pieces + one extra puzzle-looking item from some other special Rare game‣ All of the animal buddies in “Donkey Kong Country” titled games‣ DK Coin‣ Kremkoin‣ Banana CoinGood luck hunting for them all!
