In this episode Caleb finds a Sqounk, a cryptid that is known for crying

In this episode Chloe, and Caleb, Caleb finds a Sqounk, a cryptid that is known for how ugly it is, and how sad it is. Chloe never saw it though. She thinks cryptids are fake. This is a prototype/ proof of concept for an indie animated series I want to make. Voice of Chloe: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@UCveiLShYAsGyyGmmHgp6J9A" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.youtube.com/@UCveiLShYAsGyyGmmHgp6J9A</a> Cryptic adventures of Caleb and Chloe is a series about two teens they are the last humans on the planet Earth, possibly the entirety of existence! After surviving in their small dead town for quite some time, they finally discover the existence of cryptids! Caleb always knew they existed but no one believed him. He finally has proof! But what is the point of proof if everyone else is dead? What is the point of anything? He still documents, what he can. To prove to himself, to his step sister, and to an audience of no one. Chloe is somewhat is a cynic. She didn't believe in cryptids until recently. She is a survivalist. Not interested in things that does not make sense to her. She believes these cryptids, every last one of them is dangerous, and to be exterminated.I posted my youtube version here.

UGLY SH*TS - I'm gonna lick you

María is watching herself... at least what she sees

María has passed many things in her mind, at a point that she doesnt recognize very good at herself in the mirror...i know im not a good voice actor, lmao!i made this because i cant recognize myself in the mirror many times, sometimes i see a distorded version of me, a ugly version of me or more. With these animations i´ll try to put what happens in my mind or histories that i think.This is one of my animations about María, its nothing of other world, just animations of her! i'll try to make an animation of her every friday or every two fridays!^_&lt;

Are we victims of the system, or just comfortable cowards? My dystopian animation.

Hey everyone,I wanted to share my graduation short film, "Ghost in the Machine". It’s a dark, dystopian animation that dives into media manipulation, corporate greed, and the matrix of modern control. The Concept:The film uses a TV glitch aesthetic as a narrative device. In this world, a "glitch" isn't a technical mistake—it's a momentary fracture where the polished, corporate reality slips, exposing the raw, ugly machinery of global exploitation, manufactured crises, and mass pacification underneath. The Tech:I spent months bringing this to life using Blender's Grease Pencil. I wanted to create a raw, haunting look by mixing traditional 2D line art with 3D space and heavy glitch post-processing.A quick heads-up: The voiceover is in Hungarian, but I have embedded English subtitles directly into the video, so you won't miss any of the monologue. It ends on a pretty cynical note about collective guilt and societal apathy. I’m genuinely curious to hear what you guys think about both the visual style and the message. Is it too doomer, or is it just an accurate reflection of where we are heading?Drop your thoughts in the reviews!Created with Blender (Grease Pencil).

Ghost in the Machine (Animated Short)

An overview of the work I did for the Toon-2-Tune collab, featuring Ally's New Life!

This submission was done in a month for the Toons-2-Tunes collab, where the basis was to make a 8 second long animation that followed the bassline heard in this video <a href="https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1031889">Find the Toon-2-Tunes Collab here!</a> This entire animation is based on a game I made, Ally's New Life, that you can play here on Newgrounds or download for Windows, the latter having an exclusive Profile feature that changes the game in minor but potentially neat ways. <a href="https://some-crappy-edits.itch.io/allys-new-life-lucky-day" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Check out Ally's New Life for Windows here!</a> Now, enough self promo, here is some background on the animation lol Originally, I was gonna make it more of a stickman style as I was inspired to join through midnightsausage's previous Sketch Collabs and thought that would be easier. But that ended up being the first draft of animation to plan out what I needed, this becoming the draft for the animation instead <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/592/iu_1592375_8512757.gif" alt="iu_1592375_8512757.gif" data-smart-scale="953,535"> This animation cut a lot of corners so I could get it done quickly, one thing was using the fast pace to abuse smear frames. Try pausing the animation to see how ugly they can be <img src="https://img.ngfiles.com/image-uploads/000/001/592/iu_1592377_8512757.webp" alt="iu_1592377_8512757.webp" data-smart-scale="390,519"> Ally having a satchel is not a permanent design change, at least not in the final game, and is moreso a way to have her toss items without going into a weird flesh pocket or something lol The items are also mixed up from the actual game, as throwing an actual bottle of oil into the pot might be a bad idea though you can see it in the background, so liberties were taken with the second portion of the game's item being thrown in instead The background art was originally gonna be more detailed, resembling the idea of how Marrows' room looks like in the final game, but I decided to stay loyal to the Newgrounds/It's Your Lucky Day version as it was easier to do and not get too caught up in taking forever with this animation

Ally's Potion Short [Toon-2-Tune 2026 Submission]

The first installment of the ClusterVerse. Woohoo!

CreeperKid's life is basic. He's got a best friend named Fleur who he hangs around with. He lives with his cousin, Toxie, who he's pretty chill with despite their arguments all-things considered. And sometimes, he plays pranks on MPC Commander Snowball. One day, he's feeling really adventurous, and breaks this basic cycle of life. Now, he's at the forest, the beginning of what's to come. This was originally uploaded during February 16, 2026 on <a href="https://youtu.be/lIj8a7qTaoo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Youtube</a> but I've decided to upload it (and the upcoming CKADX episodes) here! My Own Review: I was definitely a lot more experimental and just getting the hang of things, and you could tell. The dialog is a little cheesy, and the shading's definitely a little ugly. The music choices are a little inconsistent, too. And overall, it doesn't fit the exact crude and somewhat edgy, unserious tone I had for the series, and seems a lot more childish. With the criticisms out of the way, I do believe this is a good "serious" start for animation, and it isn't horrible. It could've been better, but we all start somewhere new, and it's good for what it is: a fun little animation to serve as the start of a passion project. As long as you've had fun watching this stupid lil animation, that's all that really matters.

"Escorito", or "Scum Man", is a mascot created by Lobo Ramirez for his comic book publishing company, Escória Comix. Scum Man is dirty, ugly and mean, like most of the beautiful comics published by Escória Comix. I decided to make this homage to him a while ago, just 'cause I'm a huge fan of Lobo and his company. P.S.: No babies or old ladies or even scumbag punks were harmed in the making of this video. I was looking over my videos on youtube and rediscovered this animation I uploaded on my 17th birthday. I was really interested in stop motion at the time and wanted to give it a try. It's pretty sloppy but it actually isn't that bad for a first legitimate video. I haven't done stop motion anymore after this, but I hope to get back into it someday. And yes, the ugly half-finished humanoid wearing troll doll clothes was supposed to be Pico. I had a huge obsession with him after getting into the FNF fandom and I literally had no idea what I was doing with his design back then... BGM- Cathederal Pictures by Animusic

Junior short film made back in the Spring of 2025, originally posted on YouTube awhile back. I both hate and like this short, there's a lot of animation issues, spelling mistakes, and ugly ass colors, and I find it really cringey now...... but I did all of this by myself in one semester and feel like I've improved since then. My senior film is in the process of being submitted/screening in film fests, which I also have a love-hate relationship with, but it is a definite improvement.

A short animation of Dandeelion and Daffodile from "DANDEELION book1"

I made this because I thought it would be fun! I know it is not all that great and I am unfamiliar with animation in CSP and with editing in Kdenlive but I learned a lot making this! Also I took the pictures used in the background all by myself! I was searching for pretty things that make me happy to represent Dandeelion and and ugly things that are boring to represent Daffodile. If you are interested in these quirky characters, you're in luck because I've got a comic all about them! FREE!!! Read "DANDEELION" on Webtoon or Tapas! Its kind of bad but also in a charming way I think. I am also always improving! I HAVEN'T EDITED ANYTHING LIKE EVER IM SORRY STUFF IS SLIDING ALL OVER THE PLACE! CRITICISM IS WELCOME!!

An animated scifi workplace comedy about a garbage processing plant. part 2

Second scene for the Hot Garbage Pilot I wrote. I'll put a link to my script page if you want to read it. Reuter confronts his boss, Mr. Oldman, Oldman confronts the black gaping maw that is death, death confronts Shannon who, as a robot, is generally indifferent. Most of that happens. No one gets their butts eaten this time. At least on screen. Next time we get to have characters that aren't voiced by me which should be a lot of fun, and the story actually gets moving. -If fortune cookies aren't Chinese and the shamrock shake isn't Irish, then that's just two more reasons to be proud to be an American. A sci fi workplace animation about a garbage processing plant

This is the opening scene to a comedy pilot script I wrote. I'll put a link to the script here eventually. While I do hope it's funny, one thing I can say with confidence is that this will be an instant classic addition to the "scifi mutant eats butthole" genre that everyone grew up with. Ideally I'll get more scenes out and we'll get to see Reuter give his boss a piece of his mind in the next one, and spoiler, someone else gets their butts eaten. Cinema. by the way the national animal of Scotland is a Unicorn. That's not in the show, but it is neat.________________________________________________________ audio attributions 1. Hot Garbage - Pilot Scene 1, "The Tongue That Broke the Camel's Butt, and Other Classic Fables"

This month’s animation was… kind of a last-minute idea. Halfway through October, I decided, “Hey, I should do something for Halloween!”Which meant dropping everything else and scrambling to get a full animation done in a little over a week.I came up with the costumes, modeled them, messaged LavendersVoice (Lucy’s voice actor) to ask what Lucy’s favorite candy should be, and jumped right into the script. At this point, voice recording is a breeze — we’ve got such a good rhythm — but still, I spent two whole days just trying to get Lucy’s chest to squish just right. Priorities, right?Meanwhile, in the background, I’ve been juggling work on the 2.0 models for the upcoming Kickstarter — the big one that’ll fund the first full season of the show. The new version will have a PS2-style visual update to replace the current PS1 aesthetic. Finding someone to rig the model has been a serious challenge, though. I’ve spent thousands trying to get help, but in the end… I wound up just making the new models myself.Hopefully by Christmas there’ll be more to share on that front 🎄Now that I’ve (mostly) got a handle on animating — at least enough that the shots aren’t jarringly ugly anymore — I can finally focus on telling short stories. That means more character moments, more worldbuilding, and finally showing a bit of what’s been living in my head all this time instead of just the emotional “vibe” pieces. Thanks for sticking with me through all the chaos — every bit of support makes it possible for me to keep pushing this project forward.

Old ugly animated art fight attack

Navin goes on the parareal world, 'cause of a witch making it happening!

This is the twelfth episode of Navin and his Friends.(NOTE: Don't call it ugly, that means "feio" in brazil!)

Navin and his Friends - S2E12 (Being a Beast)

Summer Heat

I made this Sam Raimi Spiderman Puppet, and I wanted to make something with it. So I try making an animation with a Canon Camera SX280 HS. Boy, that was a pain. And the photos I took had the date on the watermark, with no way of removing it. And the date was even wrong.Never gonna do that again. The Glue Stick being used as a punching bag doesn’t mean anything. I just didn’t want to make a punching bag in Firealpaca, go to the library, and print it. Or make it from colored pencils. But the Glue Stick does have a problem with gluing paper together, and it always loses its stick and falls out. This is why I use tape. But then the tape I was using sucks and looks ugly, so I use transparent tape, which makes it hard to get a piece out of my tape dispenser because of how strong the tape is.What was I talking about? OH! The animation took a day to make (can you believe it?), BUT EDITING IT TOOK A MONTH. Wow, editing animation takes a long time. I was also working on other animations that need editing. I hope you all have a good summer, as much as we still have it. Got the aduio from this video:<iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/I1quwB54oT8?si=XNDRDVtt9xzJ2qsy#ngq:560:315" width="560" height="315" data-smart-scale="560,315"></iframe>

It's filthy disgusting So ugly, I'm sure (PEITI)

I took of her mask while animating something in blender and thought it was hilarious.

The mask needs to stay on...Forever

The New GODBOX console is out! Let's do an unboxing!

BE SURE TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! DescriptionThis was my attempt at "Horror". I know the tropes are played out, and I don't really like horror, but I never really tried it before. I wanted to try create something that makes people uneasy, rather than cheap scares. Also my attempt at sound effect mixing.Almost everything done by me in 2 weeks, working around 10 hours a day. Some sound effects from a sound library. UPDATE: Added a flashing lights warning and actually exported at the correct resolution. Oops. I am so sorry everyone!UPDATE 2: Thank you for the front paging! I honestly was expecting this short to be blammed, but it's a pleasant surprise! Also I am sorry I have not responded to any comments, I am too anxious to read them at this point in time.SIDE NOTE: For the hi-res blue scene, I manually upscaled the textures with ugly blur and smear filters to replicate ugly AI upscaled remasters, to make the shots more interesting despite their relative similarity and to fit the dialogue.
